Hey Bill O'Reilly here.
Welcome to the No Spin News.
Wednesday, October 9th, 2024, stand up for your country.
Well, Hurricane Milton bearing down on Florida,
we'll have the latest for you, but it is a very intense political story.
well, not just a storm, and we're going to get into that. We have, I think, the most truthful
analysis of the hurricane politics situation that anybody has. You know, it astounds me that millions
of America, not too many, compared to the population, 335 million of us here in this
country. And about, I don't know, maybe five, six million, check out cable news every night.
So it's not really much percentage-wise, but you're not going to get the truth. You're just
not. And why people do it every day, if you can explain it to me, I'd like to know,
bill at bill o'Reilly.com, bill at bill o'Reilly.com. Anyway, we're going to tell you the truth tonight.
As far as we know, we always back up everything we say.
But first the Talking Points memo.
Bob Woodward Book Hysteria.
Now, I've known Woodward for decades.
He's a talented writer.
He uses way too many anonymous sources, makes money hating Trump.
He's got five hate Trump books out there.
And let's see if I'm right, that's about $20 million that he's made for each off hating Donald Trump.
It's an industry.
That's what Bob Woodward does.
Is he a bad reporter?
No, he was in a Watergate situation.
He did very, very good work there.
But, you know, he's churning out product for Simon & Schuster, which is a very liberal publishing house.
He's giving them what they want, and he's giving his liberal audience what they want, and he's using anonymous sources.
So if you're going to read Bob Woodward's book, you need to know all of that.
okay so woodward uh is not only bashing trump in this book but he bashes biden too and he's shrewd enough
to know he had to do that um and uh the media picks it up but picks up the anti-trump stuff
which with much more gusto okay and now one of the things that uh and we don't have a full
definition of this yet but woodward alleges that trump made a series of
calls to Putin. And in those calls, he offered to send Putin a COVID testing kit for the
dictator's personal use. We have confirmed that Putin did get such a kit. The Russian
government says, yes, we got a COVID testing kit from the United States. I can't imagine
Trump putting it in a mail. I don't know how that would even go. But anyway, the media is running
wild with this and Kamala Harris was asked about it yesterday on the radio go what did you think of
this thing that just came out today that Bob Woodward's book was saying that Trump was sending
COVID tests to Putin and Putin said don't let anyone know I mean this is what is going on what do you
make of that so I actually said it even in the debate I believe that Donald Trump has
this desire to be a dictator. He admires strong men. And he gets played by them because he
thinks that they're his friends. All right. Well, thank you for the psychoanalysis, which is a bunch
of garbage. So let's just break this down. Number one, is it a bad thing that Trump and Putin
get along? Not for the country. I couldn't get along with him. Putin, he's a murderer.
All right, he's evil, though I couldn't associate with it.
But if I were president of the United States, I wouldn't want to alienate Putin unnecessarily.
I would want to be able to deal with him.
And Trump did deal with him.
Putin did not invade Ukraine or Crimea under Trump's watch.
We all know that.
And they have some kind of back and forth, whether it's based on they're both want to be dictators,
whether there's a dictator club, which trades dictator secrets.
I don't know.
But I do know that if Trump's elected, the Ukraine war will stop.
I don't know how.
Trump hasn't said it, but there'll be some kind of ceasefire.
I'm 100% sure of that.
Whereas if Harris gets elected, Putin's not going to stop anything.
So I know that.
And Trump's sending a COVID test.
kit to Putin doesn't bother me. Maybe it should. Maybe it should. Okay. So is this a big deal?
Well, not to me. Is it a big deal for you? So the Kremlin spokesperson, Dmitri Peskov, says,
yeah, Putin and Trump spoke occasionally. But there were no phone calls.
about any policy, okay, because that would be a violation of the Logan Act.
What is the Logan Act? All right, here it is. It makes it illegal for U.S. citizens,
not elected politicians, to engage in authorized diplomacy with foreign countries and intend to
influence measures or conduct of a foreign government or to defeat the measures of the United States.
And that makes perfect sense. All right. So Logan Act is an origin of late 18th century
foreign policy, conflict with France, during the Federalist-dominated John Adams' administration.
And it's a good act. You know, people running around undermining the U.S. government.
But all ex-presidents, former presidents, talked to leaders overseas. All of them do.
Every single one of them. But as long as they're not undermining policy, it's fine.
So Trump talks to Orban in Hungary.
I'm sure he talks to other members of the EU, President of Poland, I know he talks to, nothing wrong with it.
And I'm going to make a press make a big deal.
And Woodward is lucky because it'll sell him some books, right?
So this is another ginned up political story.
It has no meaning for you, for me.
It's just a fabrication of the United States of propaganda, which is where we are.
The media hates Trump.
You've always hated.
They always will.
trying to get comma elected, and that's the memo.
Okay, here to the schedule.
So President Biden is not running a country anymore,
and I told this to Sean Hannity on the radio today,
we posted out on Bill O'Reilly.com,
but he's not in charge of this country.
Nobody is.
Nobody's running the country right now.
All right.
So Biden has got a briefing on the hurricanes.
We got Milton coming.
We got Helene already devastating in South.
And he's getting a briefing. Okay, Kamala's in on that briefing. Very good.
Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress.
National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets.
And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold.
That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver through the only dealer I trust.

Harris is going to Las Vegas for a town hall with Univision tomorrow.
Trump's going to Scranton, Pennsylvania, where I started my career at Channel 16 in Scranton, very fond memories of it.
okay for a rally tonight let's go to storm politics all right so both sides are
accusing the other of doing untoward things regarding the hurricanes I don't
have any FEMA hard data did FEMA deny the aid it should have I don't have anything
to prove that was a response late in Asheville North Carolina was no doubt about
that, and I believe that'll tilt North Carolina to Trump. But other places, you know, I don't know.
On it, and it will define itself, but the politicians are each point at each other. Okay.
But here's the most interesting part of this story, and you will not hear it anywhere else.
If you do hear these two sound bites, I'm going to play you anywhere else, please tell me. Bill at Bill O'Reilly,
com.com. First soundbite is Kamala Harris on October 7th, criticizing Florida governor Ron DeSantis
for not returning her call. Go. People are in desperate need of support right now and playing
political gains at this moment in these crisis situations. These are the height of emergency
situations. It's just utterly irresponsible and it is selfish and it is about political gamesmanship. Instead of
doing the job that you took an oath to do, which is to put the people first.
One day later, President Biden said this. Go.
The governor of Florida has been cooperative. He said he's gotten all that he needs.
I talked to him again yesterday. And I said, no, you're doing a great job. It's all being done
well. We thank you for it. And I literally gave my personal phone number to call.
there you go okay see politics is BS you know it is but that is stunning got Harris
attacking to Santos you got Biden her boss still and I that is doing a great job
again you hear it somewhere else please let me know where all right is the
latest category four hurricane milton bearing down expected make landfall this evening wednesday
near sarasota florida nice town sarasota um supposed to be category three 125 mile hour whims
tides up to 12 feet you know that's a damage right there on anybody's close um could go as far south
as naples uh could go a little further up um where helene was
not quite that far.
Orlando will get category ones.
This is all from the Hurricane Center,
the National Hurricane Center.
So this is what they're reporting.
All right.
So lots of rain, possible tornadoes,
storm surge, tides, bad.
Bad.
And we are going to cover it fairly.
Based on data.
So Haleen, they say now my cost the U.S. government $50 billion.
All right, my God.
And many of the people hurt by Hurricane Haleen did not have flood insurance, so they're wiped out.
Federal government will help them to some extent.
But here's how it affects all of us.
So even if you live in Alaska, it's about a far away from Florida as you can get, okay, all insurance rates are going up.
Every storm that hits, insurance companies all over the country raise their home insurance and car insurance rates, too, saying, hey, we've got to pay these claims, and we've got to make the money back somewhere.
That's how it really gets us.
All right, let's all say prayers, I mean that literally, that the people in the hurricane zone do not get hurt that badly.
All right, Kamala's friendly Cupcake Media Tour in New York City.
So the question is, did it help or hurt her?
We went over this last night.
And I don't want to be repetitive, but the story is what they call evolving.
So the big mistake that she made, Kamala Harris made, was in the most unlikely place.
The view where Sonny Hosten asked for this.
Go.
If anything, would you have done something different?
than President Biden during the past four years?
There is not a thing that comes to mind in terms of,
and I've been a part of most of the decisions that have had impact.
No, wouldn't have done anything different.
So we're talking, open borders, catastrophe, terrible inflation, catastrophe,
embarrassing withdrawal from Afghanistan,
hurt us immeasurably overseas,
and empowering Iran to fund,
terrorism all over the Middle East. And the Democratic presidential candidate says, it's okay. I wouldn't do anything
differently. What do you say? What do you say to that? Now, if you know someone who's going to vote
for Kamala Harris, just ask her that simple question, her or him, that simple question. She wouldn't
do anything differently. Is that okay with you? Does that stack up with you?
They'll go, I hate Trump.
It's what it is.
That's what it is.
Now, Harris is a disciplined person as I write in my message of today on bill o'Reilly.com today.
She's disciplined.
She memorizes stuff and spits it out.
She wasn't expecting that Hosten question and booted it totally.
She didn't have a rehearsed answer for that.
And she couldn't think on her feet quick enough.
All she had to do is say, look, in every situation you can.
can improve. In every situation in life and politics, you can improve. That's all she had to say.
And then if they went in, specifically, what would you improve on? Then she could have said,
well, I would have basically hoped that we could have kept the prices down. But she could
have dodged all that, and the view ladies never would have pinned her.
All right, joining us now from Washington, D.C. is the editor, Washington editor of The Spectator,
which is a right-leaning magazine, Amber Duke. She is the author of the book Snowflakes Revolt,
how woke millennials hijacked the American media. And since Ms. Duke is an expert,
she researched this book on the media, I want to get her impressions of what has happened,
60 Minutes, Colbert, The View, Howard Stern.
Did any of that matter at all to the country?
No, it didn't.
And in fact, I think it actually made things worse for Kamala Harris and her campaign,
because as you pointed out, that disastrous answer she gave on the view,
that is already being cut up into Trump ads that they are going to be running in the swing states.
They just released the first cut of it today.
And we also see that not a lot of people are really even tuning in.
And so even though Americans say they want to know more about Kamala Harris, about a fifth of voters say they're not really sure what exactly it is she stands for, the more they see of her, the less interested they get.
And so the audiences continue to shrink.
She has waited way too late in the game to be doing this kind of media blitz.
If we look at the call her daddy podcast interview bill, that got about 400,000 views.
Similar episodes on that podcast that performed better than Kamala Harris, the current vice president.
are things like Leah's Love Island Tell All and Megan Fox's plastic surgery story.
If her campaign is looking at those numbers, they have to be very, very concerned.
Okay. It does get out, though, Amber, you know that.
It's all over the place and people cruise into different areas.
But they don't get any definition about who Kamala Harris is.
But I think that's what the Democratic Party wants.
They don't want the voter to know how far left this woman is.
And the second thing is that she's a machine politician.
She doesn't really understand the world.
She doesn't have creative problem solving abilities.
She's a machine politician.
It's always been that way, promoted by the Democratic machine in California and then in Washington
in the national democratic machine.
And you can see that.
along the line. She doesn't have the discipline to figure out here's the problem and here's
how to solve it. So they don't want a definition of her, correct? That's true. That's a strategy.
I think the question is whether it's a good strategy. And based on the fact that she is even doing
this much media 30 days out from the election, when originally they wanted to keep her as
shielded from the press as possible for good reason because clearly she's not capable of thinking
on her feet. That suggests to me that the internals of the campaign, meaning the internal polling,
is much worse than what we're seeing in the public polls. They realize that she's got to make up
some ground somewhere. And her campaign has been telling places like New York Magazine and the
New Yorker that their strategy in North Carolina is to get rural Republicans to vote for her.
That sounds like desperation. Obviously, you're not going to be able to cut into Trump's base
as Kamala Harris in 2019 or 2024.
It doesn't matter which one.
Power, politics, and the people behind the headlines.

She's already struggling with the Democratic base
in terms of black men and Hispanic men.
The strategy is there.
They don't want her to be defined,
but is it working?
No, I don't think so.
Okay, final point.
We just learned before airtime that Vice President Harris is taking the lead on Hurricane Milton.
She will be calling in to CNN, all right, and I'm not criticizing CNN because if she said, look, I'll call into the O'Reilly broadcast, and we reached five times as many people as CNN, all right, I would say, sure, have her call in.
But she's going to take the lead about explaining what the Biden-Harris administration is doing
to help with Hurricane Milton.
She's making the call in, not Biden.
So it seems to me now that the White House has decided that she's the president as of tomorrow,
because that's when she's going to start.
Does that stack with you?
That's definitely what they're trying to do.
They want to give the perception of her having exactly.
executive experience, but the problem that's obvious to so many people is what has she been doing
over the past three and a half years. Is this the first time that she's made an attempt to call
Florida Governor Ronda Santis before a hurricane? Because I can promise you, Florida has had plenty
of hurricanes before Milton. I mean, arguably none is severe, but now she is going to stand
on the tarmac and accuse him of playing politics. Where was Kamala Harris when Hurricane
Helene hit? She was doing a rally in Las Vegas on Sunday night.
after there had already been six tornadoes spotted across southeastern North Carolina.
She didn't fly back into the White House until Monday afternoon after she taped that call her daddy
podcast.
So her in-person briefing was basically three days after the hurricane touchdown in Florida and
moved its way up through the southern United States.
The idea that she's going to run point on Milton is ludicrous.
All right.
Well, she's going to do it.
All right, Amber, we appreciate it.
Check out her book, The Snowflakes Result.
how woke millennials hijacked the American media, Amber Duke.
Okay, Vice President nominee Tim Walz said something, and that's not surprising.
This was at Gavin Newsom's fundraiser at his private residence, Governor Newsom.
Wall said this, quote, I think all of us know the Electoral College needs to go.
We need national popular vote.
But that's not the world we live in.
Well, thank God, that's not the world we live in
because then Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago
would dominate every election.
The genius of the Constitution is that the Founding Fathers saw
the big urban situations,
all right, being able to overwhelm the rest of the country.
And that's why the electoral vote was put in.
Walsh doesn't want it.
He doesn't want the Senate filibuster.
He doesn't want the Supreme Court at nine.
These are radical leftists, totalitarian people.
They don't want any of this.
Democracy business.
Oh, my God.
All right, New York Proposition 1, Missouri Amendment 3.
Dangerous.
So dangerous.
So in New York, there is a ballot.
Yes or no.
referendum. And it is the Equal Rights Amendment. And if it passes, parents in New York State
will have no rights to know what their children are doing in the gender area. So critics say
the measure strips away rights to make critical and medical and gender-related decisions
for your children. The state will make those decisions. Also, Prop 1 would allow boys to compete in
girls sports, use their locker rooms, disregard the hard work and privacy of daughters and
granddaughters. That's what the prop would do. You know both for that? Liberals well. In Missouri,
it's worse. This is the right to reproductive freedom initiative. Legalizes abortion any time
for any reason. Ten minutes before the birthing process, you can kill the baby. Adds the phrase
pregnant person instead of woman to the Missouri Constitution, removes parental notification
and consent allowing minors to undergo an abortion without informing their parents or guardians.
So your 15, 14-year-old daughter gets pregnant, don't have to tell you. Go right into the state
of Missouri. Abortion, you don't even know. I'm telling you, if these amendments pass, and Missouri
is a conservative state, it will go for Trump. New York is as liberal as it gets. But it doesn't really
matter. In those states, if you're a parent, grandparent, your rights are gone to supervise your
children. Boy, it's dangerous. Whoa. And in Missouri, the initial polling is that it might pass.
I don't think it will. When people get to know really what it is, because I know Missouri
pretty well, and if not, they're not loons out there. All right.
US hospitals over the past five years
have raked in at least $120 million
performing sex changes on thousands of children.
Children.
This comes from the Do No Harm watchdog organization.
Do No Harm advocates opposition to gender affirming
care for minors without telling their parents.
Good, we like Do No Harm.
Okay, so the numbers are pretty staggering.
All 50 states were surveyed, and about 6,000 minors have gone, undergone sex change surgery
in the last five years, 6,000.
About 9,000 have received puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones.
Now, under the law, your parents would have to know that, but not if these new laws passed.
And I'll submit to you that most parents don't know it.
The kids are doing it on the slide.
Now, here are the worst hospitals in the country for doing this stuff for minors.
Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
Connecticut Children's Medical Center.
Children's Minnesota.
That's Waltz.
Seattle Children's Children's Hospital, Los Angeles.
All far left places.
Except for Connecticut, which is liberal, I'm surprised that Connecticut is in there.
Top four states for sex change.
procedures in general, California, New York, Washington, Ohio. Wow, Ohio. Okay, let's go to Chicago
over the weekend. Another astounding amount of violence, 26 people shot, six killed, one man
in custody for 26 people shot. We got one man who's been arrested. That shows you what
the law enforcement situation is in Chicago. Okay. To date,
440 murders in the Windy City, all right?
2,300 shooting victims.
2,300 shooting victims, and it's October 9th, Chicago.
Where's the mayor?
He's in London, going to Chicago Bears game.
Yeah, so that's great.
Brandon Johnson doesn't know what he's doing.
Worse than Lori Lightfoot.
He is worse than Lori Lightfoot.
can believe it. This is Chicago, Illinois, Pritzker's the governor, loons run the state. This is what
you get. Every place in the country run by progressives is violent chaos. Every single place.
Smart life. So nobody wants to die, right? You afraid of dying? Come on.
be honest, are you afraid to die? Well, I'm not. And I can hear the applause from the people
in San Francisco. They'd like me to be extinguished ASAP. I'm not because I have no control over
that. I keep myself healthy. I go to the doctor. This is a smart life segment. And I live a smart
life as far as medicine is concerned. I'm ahead on the teeth. I'm ahead on, you know, I get an MRI,
every six months. I do what I have to do. Not because I'm afraid to die, but because I want to
operate at peak efficiency as I age. And I'll submit to you, you know, I'm an old guy. I can
beat any 30-year-old you want in a debate. You just prop them right on up. I'll take them down.
And that's my litmus test. Can I stay, all right, ahead of people much younger than me? Any answer is yes.
Today, tomorrow could be different.
Anyway, let's get to the stats.
University of Illinois, Chicago School of Public Health,
excellent school, excellent study.
Life expectancy in the USA for men is 75 years old.
That means half live more, half live less.
75, that's what you're expected.
For women, it's 80.
And I'm not gonna make a wise crack,
but if you're a lady, you've got five more years.
Now, the studies all over the world say that life expectancy with all of the drugs, all of the research,
isn't really increasing that much because your body just wears out.
And no matter what kind of stuff they pump you with, Botox or whatever, you're going to wear out.
So you can live under 15% of females on a planet live to more than 100.
Okay?
Only 5% of males on a planet.
I don't want to be a hundred.
As soon as I have to depend on other people for my welfare, I'm done.
I do not want to impose that burden.
Maybe I'm not going to have a choice.
My mom lived to 94.
I had to take care of my mother.
Okay?
And I had the resources to hire somebody in 24 hours a day.
And I was happy to do it.
My mother was a saint.
Whatever I could do, I did.
Do I want to live the 94 and have somebody caring for, no.
Smart life.
Stay in history, October 9, 2009.
President Barack Obama wins the Nobel Peace Prize.
Prize the heck out of me.
I went, what?
What did he do to win the peace prize?
Okay.
So the Norwegians, who give this out, said they're giving the President the award
because of his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international deploy.
and cooperation between peoples.
Okay, but the New York Times actually nailed this.
One of the few times, the Times actually nailed it.
They said, certainly the prize is an implicit condemnation
of Mr. Bush's presidency.
Bush, the younger, Iraq war.
Hello?
And that's what it was.
It was an in-your-face to George W.
Now, Barack Obama, as you know, and that happened 15 years ago,
withdrew all U.S. troops out of Iraq.
And then what happened?
ISIS rose up and killed tens of thousands of innocent people.
And then Obama had to put people back, and then Trump destroyed ISIS.
And you can read all about it in killing the killers.
which is one of my best books, by the way.
So the Peace Prize went to Barack Obama.
We don't begrudge him that, but it was all politics.
Teddy Roosevelt won the Nobel Peace Prize, too.
We'll write about that in confronting the presidents.
Okay, back with a final thought in a moment.
So here is the final thought of the day.
So there was a series of bad things that happened in the O'Reilly orbit recently,
not to me, but to other people who I care about.
And people come to me and I try to help them.
That is my Christian duty.
I don't blow them off.
I don't ghost them.
I don't lie to them.
If you are in my orbit, I try to help you,
which is what concierge membership's all about.
Anyway, some of these problems are pretty complicated.
All of them are very emotional.
All them are devastating to the people.
experiencing them so I take a 24 hour and I and sometimes it's disconcerting to
tell people that I said give me a day to think about it and I try to impose
this on myself too is there something bad happens to you and it happens to
everybody in the whole world take a day pen paper writing stuff down thinking
about it you need to get a little time
to see a pathway doesn't come instantly especially when you're emotional got it tamped
down emotion tragedy part of life take a day and then after a day some clarity will come
and then I can tell people look here's what we're going to do here's the stairway to solving
a problem or mitigating the problem it's very important that you know that don't like that
always get yourself in trouble i do every time i react emotionally i get in trouble every single
time deep breath take a day thank you for watching no spin news and listening on our radio
affiliates all across the country so you get them off
