Welcome to the NOSBIN News, Thursday, March 27, 2025, stand up for your country.
Well, as we told you yesterday, this national security breach story is pretty much
petering out.
The anti-Trump press doesn't want it to, but, you know,
The American people concentration span is short.
If you've got something new, they'll listen up, but if it's the same old stuff, they won't.
So the breach thing is on the decline.
And the Trump administration did something smart to obliterate it, at least in the short term,
and that is the subject of this evening's Talking Points Memo.
So this morning, Attorney General Pam Boddy made a big announcement that the top MS.
13 gang leader on the east coast of the United States has been arrested.
We don't know the name yet.
It'll be out shortly.
24 years old.
MS-13 is the vicious gang from El Salvador that murders it will.
And let's stat.
They may be 10,000 members of MS-13 in the United States right at this moment,
committing crimes, selling drugs, beating people up, extortion,
murder, you name it. Thank you, Joe Biden. That's right at Biden's doorstep.
All right. So what the Trump administration did was make this announcement on Thursday morning,
so any kind of breach stuff would be put on the back burner. Here's what the Attorney General said.
Go.
Early this morning, one of the top leaders of MS-13 was apprehended. He was the leader for the East Coast,
of the top three in the entire country, right here in Virginia, living half an hour outside
of Washington, D.C. He is an illegal alien from El Salvador, and he will not be living in our country
much longer. Well, I hope they try this guy in our country. I mean, I know you deport him,
you send him back to El Salvador. I know rough him up there. But if this guy has committed crimes on our
So I want him tried here and put in a supermax prison in Colorado for whatever, 20, 30 years, and then he can deport him when he's an old man.
That's what I would do.
But anyway, this is such a huge scandal.
I can't even believe I'm even reporting the story.
And this is what has sunk the Democratic Party, right?
And President Biden, Biden's legacy is shocked.
It'll never come back.
There are some presidents who leave office unpopular like Harry Truman.
But then their legacy gets boosted as history unfolds.
And people go, you know, Truman's pretty good.
People just didn't know about it.
Not Biden.
He's so terrible, it's almost impossible for me to describe it.
In addition to MS-13, most of whom came to this country across the southern border,
which Biden opened up, as everybody knows, there are an estimated 50,000 men
members of the 18th Street gang.
That's a multi-ethnic bunch of thugs
from Central America, Mexico,
and some Americans out of L.A.,
but they're all over the country now.
And it's mostly narcotics.
That's what they do.
That's what these gangs do.
But they also extort.
They go into bodegas and say,
you got to give me 10, 20% of your profits
or I'm going to shoot you in the head
and kill all your children.
And that's what they do.
It's what they do in El Salvador,
in Honduras, wherever else they come from.
They're extortionists and dope dealers.
And the dope market is the biggest here in America, which is why they come here.
So Biden allowed this to happen by opening the border.
So you look at it and you go, well, why the Border Patrol under Biden, four years,
reports 11 million encounters.
That's 11 million foreign nationals were stopped by the Border Patrol.
Well, you've got to figure there was another, what, seven or eight million it got through that weren't encountered?
We're talking astronomical numbers that the Trump administration is trying to get under control, as everybody knows.
All right, so Biden did it.
He did it by executive order.
Congress had passed this.
What a heinous, heinous, worst policy in American history generated by a president.
The worst.
Dred Scott decision of Supreme Court, a lot of these slave stuff that came out of Congress,
executive order, Biden opened in that southern border, worse than history.
I can't find another one.
If you can, bill at bill o'Reilly.com, let me know.
But I can't find one that's even close to that.
Okay?
That's how bad it was.
So now we have up to 20 million foreign nationals running around the United States.
unattended, okay? And there have been 53,000 arrests of criminal aliens since Biden was elected.
53,000. There have been 100 undocumented aliens on the terror watch list who crossed into this country.
100. This is from Homeland Security stats. Now, we know them. All right, that's how we got the number.
But there are others who are, we don't know, who came across.
Board of the majority didn't get everybody.
They don't counter everybody.
Some believe that most get away.
I don't know that.
So when you're looking at this, that is why Donald Trump won.
Yeah, the economy in a high price said something to do with it, but boy, it was illegal immigration, put him over the top.
In Arizona, Nevada, and other states that went for him that didn't go the first time.
around. That was it. And so now, when the president gets in trouble, as he did with this breach
business, okay, he trots out, and I'd do the same thing. Nothing dishonest about it. It's a little
bit of a deflection. I keep calling for Cash Patel, the head of the FBI, to interview this Atlantic
magazine editor Goldberg. You've got to send agents out there and find out how he got on that
thread. You know, I'm kind of flabbergasted that hasn't happened yet. I want to know how this
evolved. I'm not looking to fire anybody. Obviously, if it happens again, yeah, but mistakes are
mistake. But this is a big one. Let's find out. All right, back to the migrants. So when you have a
situation where an incoming president, Donald Trump, is throwing every resource to try to correct,
the worst executive order policy in the history of this country, you're going to have some
hysteria. You are going to have some dissent. And the Democratic Party doesn't want any part of
this. They were fine under Biden with the open border. You did not hear them protest Biden's
open border. Did you? Do you hear Kamala Harris criticize it? Mm-mm. Henry Quayar, a congressman in
Texas did January 224 roll the tape.
I don't like exactly the language that's there,
but I think the Biden administration
can certainly do a lot more at securing the border.
It's very simple.
It's what I've been saying for many years.
Detain and deport the people that don't qualify.
Very rare.
Quay, are very, very where, rare.
And the leadership of the party, that's Chuck Schumer, okay, that's Kamala Harris,
no problem with it, none.
And that's going to haunt them.
Because even today, with all of the action against the criminal migrants,
you have Democrats, high-profile Democrats, that are condemning it.
Roll the tape.
If a person is so much as accused,
of a crime. If someone wants to point a finger and accuse someone of shoplifting, they will
be rounded up and put into a private detention camp and sent out for deportation without a day
in court. They want you to blame immigrants. They want you to criminalize immigrants. We need to
focus on the greedy billionaires and make them pay their fair share. We can't let them continue
their lives and their distractions. We can't let them deport the millions of families across
this country who have been doing the work that keeps our economy going every day.
That's just hysterical nonsense, gibberish. And Americans know it. How do I know they know it?
Because there's a poll I'm going to give you in a moment. You know, I always say when you watch
the NOSPA News and listen on the radio, you should have a pen and a paper. If you are a
concierge member to Bill O'Reilly.com, you get a transcript of everything I said. So that you have
in your records. But if you're not, you can write down the stats because our stats are in stone.
We never have to correct anything that we tell you as far as statistics are concerned.
Now, I'm going to list and read some of the organizations in the United States that are opposing.

The crackdown on criminal migrants.
It starts with the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops.
Then it goes to the American Civil Liberties Union, Immigrants List, National Immigrant Justice Center, New York Immigrant Coalition, Civil Liberties Union, Jewish Council Public Affairs, then a whole bunch of others, CASA, non-profit organization, immigrant workers' rights, Texas Baptist Christian Life Commission, instituted on religion and democracy. All of these people are, we don't want any of this. We'd rather have.
the Trump administration back off, not track them down, because remember, when you are looking
for criminal aliens and there are, and they're associating with aliens that don't have a crime
record, both of them go as they should. Because you as an undocumented migrant know if
your boyfriend or girlfriend or son or daughter committing crimes, you know it. And if you're
sitting there watching it, and then you go. Okay. Here are some people who
oppose the deportations. D.C. Circuit Judge Patricia Millett, Chicago Mayor Brandon James,
L.A. Mayor Karen Bass, House Minoralita Hakeem Jeffries. Way to go, Hakeem. Boss of Mayor Michelle
Wu, Denver Mayor Mike Johnston, Springfield, Ohio Mayor Rob Rue, and Congresswoman Alexandria
Ocasio-Cortez, and the woman you just heard from.
you know, look, they're Americans, they're entitled their opinion, but I am entitled to say
that these people are irresponsible and dangerous.
They put my family and your family in danger.
And if I see them on the street, I'm going to tell them that.
I'm going to tell them that.
You're putting my family in danger with your insane take on this, and that's the memo.
All right, here's a poll I was referring to, Pew Research, 5,000.
1123 U.S. adults. First question. Do you think immigrants living in the USA illegally should be
deported? All of them, 32%. Some of them 51%, that adds up to 83%. No, deportation 16%. I don't know who
these 16% are. I don't know anybody like that. I don't. Second question. Deciding whether
immigrants living in the U.S. should be deported, which the following groups should.
Violent crimes, 98%.
Okay, so if you commit a violent crime, you're a foreign national out of here.
Nonviolent crime, 68%.
Okay, I'm with that.
You sneak into this country and you shoplift, you steal a car, whatever, gone.
Gone.
All right.
Those who arrived within the past four years, that's on Biden's watch.
64% in this Pew poll say they should all be deported on that open.
border thing. Very, very interesting. Okay. Now let's shift back to the Trump administration.
There's danger for Donald Trump on the tariff stuff. So he announces that tariffs on
Orvinville's Mercedes, BMW, Toyota, up 25% from 2.5%. It's a pretty big hike. So if you're thinking
about buying a Mercedes-Benz, which I would never do because Mercedes helped Adolf Hitler
and never paid a price for it. Never buy their cars. Because of that. Anyway, Trump,
25% all foreign cars and parts. So if you want a foreign car, you're going to pay a lot more,
which is what Trump wants. Problem is that the stock market doesn't like it. And
And as we said, he's this danger ahead.
Look, one year from today,
if Donald Trump has not improved the economy,
if prices are not down and jobs are not abundant,
the Democrats will win the midterms in 26.
Okay?
If that happens, Donald Trump's administration is done.
The president has one year.
Now, he thinks these terrorists,
are going to bolster the economy and he may be right i don't know i don't think anybody knows
i do know there's a lot of money coming into the u.s the emirates just said you're going to invest
a trillion dollars apples bringing money back from china there's a lot of money coming in how that's
going to translate i don't know but it's all not about me it's about the consumer one year
that's what he's got there this is the most important story for him now marjorie taylor
green you know this woman it's an extremist right-wing conservative i wrote a message of the
day i hope you all read it on bill o'reilly dot com she represents a rural district in northwest
georgia uh we don't like her she's been disrespectful to us personally disrespectful
But that's all right. We treat her fairly. She's doing a very good thing trying to knock out the payments, federal tax payments to NPR and PBS. I'm right with her. But if you disagree with Marjorie Taylor Green, she attacks you.
What country are you from? From the UK. Okay, we don't give a crap about your opinion and you're reporting. Why don't you go back to your country. We have a major migrant problem.
Okay, do you care?
No, no, no, no, you should care about your own orders.
Do you care about American lives being put over?
Let me tell you something.
Do you care about people from your country?
What about all the women that are raped by migrants?
Do you care about America?
No, do you care?
Okay, you're done.
All right.
Totally ridiculous.
All right.
The woman from Sky News did her job.
Her name is Martha Kellner.
And she was asking about the breach, which is a legitimate question.
And Taylor whales on her and insults her.
And remember, Great Britain is our most important ally.
No excuse for it.
And then she gets into migrants.
That's not the topic.
All right.
So she's an extremist.
I don't like that.
I don't about you, but I don't want elected officials at the national level to be extremists.
I know.
Nothing I can do about it.
Her district puts her in there.
But I can analyze her.
in a fair way. Now there are plenty of them on the other side. Okay. There's a guy in Massachusetts.
He represents the district north of Boston. Name is Seth Moulton. Roll the tape on him.
Accountability is back. I quote Secretary Pete Hegseth. That was our Secretary of Defense on the record
just a couple of months ago. Now the debate among national
security professionals is over whether the secretary was just incompetent or whether he was
drunk there is no debate about whether uh defense secretary haggseth was drunk he wasn't
and nobody is saying he was except malton who is an extreme left-wing loon and you good people in
massachusetts i don't know why you vote for this guy he's as bad as marjorie taylor green
and Crockett in Texas and Massey in Kentucky, these are loons.
And they get away with it because their district is so ideological, all right,
that it's hard for anybody to challenge them.
They're locked in.
It just really bothers me.
Maybe it shouldn't bother me as much as it does,
but when I see this kind of stuff, I just go, look, this is not what this country should be.
You've got to be professional.
You can't be insulting a British reporter for asking a legitimate question.
You can't be saying that P. Heggseth was drunk without any evidence of whatever.
Really, this has poisoned our national dialogue.
And now I'm going to go on a jihad myself.
All of them, left and right, I'm spotlighting them here.
Airport maintenance.
So I'm on record saying Pete Buttigieg was the worst transportation secretary since they had covered wagons.
I mean, this guy was so bad.
For four years, he watched the airline industry collapse as far as customer services concerned.
He did nothing.
In the last couple of months, he said, oh, we'll find this, we'll find out.
Under Biden, the air traffic controller system is 3,500 individuals short.
Are you kidding me?
This is the air crashes and everybody panicking.
3,500.
We need 3,500 more air controllers.
Pete?
Aye.
So today, the Trump administration now stands to plans to hoax.
hire 2000 as soon as they can.
But remember, you've got to train these people and it takes a while to get qualified
people in that tower.
That's a really hard job.
We have 10% fewer air traffic controllers working now than we did in 2012.
That's insane.
All right.
Well, I'm glad that Trump has a problem.
administration is going to hire 2,000. I'd hire 4,000 myself because you know some of them
are going to wash out. Media madness. So we do this segment every night, pretty much. And I know
a lot of you are bored with it and don't care about the media. I understand. But the danger
that a disintegrating media poses to a free society is substantial. And you should know the bigger
picture here.

You don't want to miss an episode.
Now, President Trump doesn't like certain media,
and I don't blame them.
And I would probably do similar things if I were president,
because the media's attacked me, long before Donald Trump, by the way,
long before, in a vile, vicious ways, because I have
I'm so powerful, and they don't like what I say, the liberal media.
All right.
So today, the Associated Pressure had been banned from the Oval Office and the White House grounds
because Trump believes they don't report fairly on him, which is true.
They don't.
It's true.
Okay.
But Trump used the Gulf of America, Gulf of Mexico stuff to say, well, if you're not
going to abide by an executive order, because remember, Trump's not an executive order.
that it's now the Gulf of America.
But if you're not going to buy-bye, you can't be here at the White House.
That was the excuse to boot them.
So Associated Press went into court to debt to get the ban lifted by the judges.
I don't know if they're going to be able to do that.
The President of the United States has a right to regulate what media is on his property.
He's in a White House, right?
So I don't see that, but maybe it'll happen.
So the AP wants to use the course to get back in.
At the same time, and I did not know about this,
the Federal Communications Commission is looking at Disney, Comcast,
and other left-wing media organizations.
And they're using the DEI stuff.
Remember, the president signed an order,
So anybody dealing with the federal government cannot practice diversity, equity, and inclusion.
And if you do, you can't deal with the federal government at all.
That's the law, executive order.
Well, now Brendan Carr, the chairman of the FCC, says he's looking at Disney and Comcast and Verizon
as violators of this executive order.
Whoa. Now, I knew this was going to happen because I had an extensive 90-minute conversation
with Donald Trump on January 2nd about the media.
I can't impart everything that went on. It was a private dinner, but we talked at length
and he asked me questions and I answer him honestly because I know all of these people,
as I told you yesterday. I know everybody at PBS.
I know who they are. I know how they operate.
All right. I've been in this business 50 years.
I can't believe it, but it's true.
I'm the last man standing from my class of journalists, the last one.
Britt Hume, maybe he's a little bit more than me.
So I shouldn't set a last one.
The human's there.
Anyway, and I told President Trump, I answered his questions honestly, and I told him about the culture of Disney, the culture of Comcast, the culture of PBS.
Now, what do I mean by that?
If you work for these organizations, you must tow their line or you are not going to prosper.
I worked at CBS under Dan Rather.
I worked at ABC under Peter Jennings.
I know this.
Now, those cultures have changed.
Jennings is a tough guy, social liberal,
but he didn't want any ideology in reporting.
He's very disciplined, very fair.
Rather, not so much.
Rather, was a committed liberal.
And he did inject his politics into the CBS presentation,
which drove Walter Cronkite crazy.
Because remember, rather took over from Cronkite.
Chonkite was a liberal, too, but he didn't like that.
I know all this.
I was there.
So then the culture of Disney and the culture of Comcast NBC went even further left when I started
the O'Reilly Factor, because Fox News was so successful in presenting a traditional point
of view to the American public, the others went, well, we don't believe in.
traditional points of view. We love liberalism, so let's double, triple, quadruple down on our
liberalism, and that's what they did. I would never get hired today by Disney or Comcast,
even though I could make them tons of money. They wouldn't hire me. They won't even put me on
CBS Sunday morning show to talk about my books, which are the best-selling nonfiction books
in the world.
And I called out Jane Pauley, but Jane Pauley is part of that culture.
You cannot prosper inside these major media corporations unless you are a left-winger.
And I'll tell you, you can't prosper inside of Fox News unless you're traditional conservative.
But it's not quite as onerous at Fox.
they need outside and there are a few voices on the left there and they're usually responsible voices
in my opinion or any nuts down there so anyway trump knows he's never going to get a fair cut
from Disney or Comcast ever they're always going to try to hurt him so he says okay you won't play
that game FCC is going to look at you now and that's what's happening now if you disagree with
my analysis or bill at bill o'reilly.com name in town but i what i've told you is absolutely the
truth it's all to do with the corporate culture all right um and here's a interesting footnote to
this pew put out a poll on whether tax money should go to npr pbs all right more than nine thousand
an American's poll, question is, would you stop federal government funding for NPR and PBS?
So stop it, 24%.
Continue the funding, 43%.
No.
Don't know 33%.
33%.
They don't know what NPR and PBS is.
Yeah, I don't know.
No, because NPR and PBS are in business to,
promote liberalism. Why should I, if I'm not a liberal, pay for that? You're forcing me to pay for that
with my tax money. No, that's not democracy. Smart life. Okay, so the no-spin news,
bill o'Reilly.com, our whole independent news operation, is just about eight years old. I can't
believe that time went so fast. We are the most successful independent news agency,
in the world and that takes in profits it takes in millions of views whatever there's nobody close
to us now some of these podcasts they get a lot of attention but they're podcasts they're like yeah
sit around and there sweatshirts and this is a news organization all right we abide by the journalistic
tenants and we are there's nobody that comes close to us and we're all over the world now
on youtube and things like that anyway if you are a member a concierge or premium member of bill
o'reilly dot com you get special privileges okay including discounts on all our stuff if you and you
get a free book when you sign up so if you get the free book and you buy two things throughout
the year to give his gifts you make your membership feedback that's the way i set it up
so you really get it free we have a 90% retention rate nobody in the business says that
that on any product 90 percent of people sign up for concierge and premium
membership re-sign real nobody has that no car know anything then the
reason is because we're unique we give you information no one else does and
we're honest authentic so why am I telling you this smart life you're smart to
be with us. Why? Because I am giving you information that's going to help you and your family.
And I'm not pulling anything back. I'm not censoring anything. I'm telling you what's going
on in this country and the world. In order to prosper, you need to know these things, particularly
with the economy. I'm right on this tariff business. I am watching everything that happens
so I can tell you what's likely to happen in the grocery store at the gas pump, things like that.
So that's why we have a 90% retention rate.
Smart life, you're in good shape if you are with us.
And if you're a generous person, which, you know, smart life generosity kind of go together,
give a premium concierge member to somebody as a gift.
You're helping them.
Hey, it's Ryan Reynolds here from IntMobil.

Michelle Obama has a hydration drink with Stephen Curry, the basketball player.

And it has more potassium, half the sugar, left sodium, Michelle says, comes in three flavors,

That's a lot for an energy drink.
But it doesn't have the sugar, so I'm happy.
No added artificial sweeteners.

Marlon Brando wins best actor for playing Don Corleone in The Godfather. Go.
Hunter Gohe bought the movie rights to this book, the bestseller.
And the main character is a guy just like me.
I wouldn't even have to act. Just be myself.
Godfather, I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do.
You can act like a man. What's the mind with you? Is this how you turned out of Hollywood
Pinocchio that cries like a woman? What can I do? What can I do? What is that nice?
Thank you. All right, Marlon Brando. So that was 52 years ago today. But Brando didn't show up
to get his award because he was mad at the United States.
States of America. So he sent a Native American activist. Go.
Representing Marlon Brando this evening, and he has asked me to tell you in a very long
speech, which I cannot share with you presently because of time, but I will be glad to share
with the press afterwards that he very regretfully cannot accept this very generous award.
and the reasons for this being are the treatment of American Indians today by the film industry,
excuse me, and on television in movie reruns and also with recent happenings at Wounded Knee.
All right, so Brando didn't show up.
And that was a huge story, 52 years ago today.
Now, what happened to Brando?
So after that, he kind of disappeared.
He went out to the South Pacific,
bought an island in Polynesia.
He was kind of crazy, Brando.
He died at age 80 of heart failure.
He won two Academy Awards, first one in 1955
on the water for a brilliant actor.
If you watch The Godfather, I mean, his performance is out of this world, but crazy guy.
Okay, we got a final thought that will amuse you.
We'll be back in a moment.
So here is the final thought of the day.
The Three American Show on Sunday at 3 p.m., we're going to do a bunch of things there.
It's not just the live tour.
I'm shooting it for television.
Now, what does that mean?
I'm shooting a pilot because I believe.
this concept is really, really strong.
And we're going to see if somebody wants to stream it
based upon the show.
It's number one.
Number two, we are going to show you some of the clips on Monday.
Not a lot, because we want you to come to the show.
But there will be a pregame huddle with Stephen A. Smith,
Chris Cuomo, and me.
We're going to shoot that.
And the audience wouldn't even see that,
but you will on Monday.
where we're going to lay out what we're going to do we're going to have that so it's a special
situation and i think what i'm going to show you on monday is the q and a with the audience
that should really be wild so you have three separate guys with three separate philosophy
and the the questions that are going to come in and i'm kind of the moderator here it's my
production company that's doing this so i'm going to show you a little bit about that and see
you know the flavor of it and how it goes uh the guys are primed they say they're bringing in their
games i said above all we want to have fun we're going to have a lot of good information but it's
going to be a fun enjoyable entertaining program we're going to do it and best case scenario is
everybody is a blast at sunday at three on long island and then we take the tape and somebody
buys it so we do this on a kind of semi regular basis uh for the world
because the world needs non-quire stuff.
What drives me crazy, and I've said it before,
I'm sorry to be redundant,
is when I was working at Fox,
the factor, I looked for the best gifts I could get
that opposed my point in view.
My orders to my producers were
find the smartest person who disagrees with me,
and let's see the debate,
and then people can decide which argument is stronger.
We still do that to this day here.
That's God.
it's the choir every guest agrees with the host no matter what channel it is this is very very
little now CNN has ejected this guy Jennings into their proceedings he's pretty good
but he's outnumbered five six to one and by the time you get to him everybody's like oh
geez and that is really boring to me that's why I don't watch a lot of news television news
or the networks or the cable.
It's dull.
It's predictable.
We are not.
This show will not be predicted.
I don't know what's going to happen on Sunday at 3.
Go to Bill O'Reilly.com if you want to see us.
We released 15 VIPs so you could meet the three of us after the show.
Why anyone would want to do that is beyond me,
but all the VIPs sold out real fast.
So you get a picture and, you know, we chat a little bit.
So anyway, this is going to be an interesting weekend for Muwa, which I think is French for me.
Thank you for watching the No Spin News and listening on our radio stations.
We'll see you Monday.
