Hey, Bill O'Reilly here.
Welcome to the No Spin News, Monday, July 8th, 2024, stand up for your country.
Well, the most intense presidential controversy since Richard Nixon roars into its third week.
Now, Bill Clinton, Monica Lewinsky, that was in.
intense, but it's not as big as the Biden situation, in my opinion, as a historian.
So we have it all covered today, and you're going to enjoy the program, I believe.
My prediction does remain.
Joe Biden will not be on the ballot in November, and that is the subject of this evening's
talking points memo.
So right now, there are two factions inside the Democratic Party.
The Joe must go faction and the Joe must stay.
Barack Obama leads the go squad.
Did you know that?
Now, I reported that last week now,
because everybody watches this program and goes to billowryly.com now,
and I'm going to give you the numbers tomorrow.
The numbers of people now accessing our news,
it's staggering.
And I'll give you the exact numbers tomorrow, because we're still researching.
Okay, so the chief strategist for Barack Obama while he was in the White House,
a man named David Axelrod, you know him.
He's now a senior political commentator on CNN.
I like Axelrod.
I've talked to him a number of times.
I don't think he's a BS or I think he's a party guy.
But he is Barack Obama's and remains, his consigli airy.
So if you want to know what Obama is thinking, you listen to David Axelrod.
Roll a tape.
Well, because listening to the interview, he seemed to deny where he is in the race.
He seems not to grasp what is the big concern that people have.
What he can't beat is father time, and that's really the concern here.
It's not about his record.
Every time he's asked about whether he can do the job until he's closer to 90 than 80, he says, well, look at what I did the last four years.
That's just not the way it works.
And that is the Joe Must Go part of the Democratic Party.
The Joe Must Stay part is basically people who don't want to admit a mistake, all right, is different.
So Axelrod and Obama, they see a threat here that they might,
lose not only the presidency in November, but both houses of Congress. That's what they're
focused on. The Joe must stay are the people who go, no, I select them and I don't care what
anybody says. Jill Biden, you know, those people. People out there when Biden shows up for a
campaign function, they're yelling, ah, okay, fine. The party apparatchenacs who are not looking
forward, they are looking backward. So those are the two factions. Now, obviously,
the Obama faction as way more power as I write in the message of the day on bill o'Reilly.com
than the look back people.
So over the weekend, we have a bunch of congresspeople calling for Joe Biden to get out of the race.
I'm not going to, you'll put them on the screen for radio.
We have Angie Craig, Minnesota, Dogget, Texas, Arizona, Moulton, Massachusetts, Quigley, Illinois.
boy. And there'll be more. I mean, Jerry Nadler in New York and three others came forward
last night. I just don't have screen time for them. But it's going to be on and on. They all put
their finger up to the wind. You know how these people are. Both sides. Both sides.
All right. The liberal newspapers who, oh, Biden is the greatest. Great. Oh, not so much now.
All right. These are the ones that have turned on Biden. New York Times. The New Yorker Magazine,
in Chicago Tribune, Atlanta Journal and Constitution, Washington Post,
Walter General, was never on its editorial page, a big Biden guy.
Okay, but they're all saying Biden's got to go now.
Even NBC News, the most liberal major media outfit in the United States has turned on Joe Biden.
Roll it.
This is Joe Biden, 50-year politician, establishment of the Democratic Party,
if there ever was one, who is now running as a president.
an insurgent against his party. He's, though, one dose of reality that I've gotten is he's
100% in until he's 100% out. He has to be defined until the moment he's ready to step us up.
Okay. So, you know, Biden called into the morning program at MSNBC today because they were
waffling. And by, oh, no, you know, I'm great, I'm good, I'm this, I'm that. And to me,
it really doesn't matter whether Biden stays in or leaves.
I'm neutral on this.
I'm agnostic on it.
You know, from my analysis, I think he's the second worst president in the nation's history.
And I can back that up factually.
And I will in confronting the presidents.
I mean, you're going to see what the man has done in three and a half years.
It's catastrophic.
Now, other people don't see it that way because other people aren't examining the Biden presidency.
like I am. My litmus test is, does Biden or Trump or Bush or Obama, how do they affect
you? That's it for me. And just the prices of the essentials of life and a home and insurance
disqualifies Joe Biden in my eyes. And I don't even mention in the border and the chaos overseas.
But other people don't evaluate politicians that way. They don't care about the folks.
And really, they don't care about the folks.
I worked, right, in network news and cable news.
For a long time, they don't care about you.
Cross the board.
Okay.
So Biden's going to get worse.
Not going to get better.
That's what Obama is smart.
That's what Obama knows.
So he goes, yeah, we're sitting here now and Obama's under siege.
where do you see it two months from now?
It's going to be one after the other
because everything the man does is now
under a microscope.
At one false step, one bad word,
whatever, boom, page one.
Can't survive under that.
And Biden as a human being can't survive under that.
It's way too much stress.
So it is an incredible piece of history
we are watching.
It really is.
that a sitting president is melting down before our eyes.
And it's going to play out soon this summer.
And that's a memo.
Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress.
National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets.
And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold.
That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver.

All right, so the Friday interview, I'm not going to spend a lot of time with this.
you're probably up to speed, but I have some comments, all right?
22-minute interview with George Stepanopoulos on ABC News.
Why 22 minutes?
You get network air time.
You take it.
If you're a politician, what do they have?
Another guest coming out?
Is there a singer?
22 minutes?
Biden should take it an hour.
Use the network time.
22 minutes, because that's all Biden could do before you had to take a
nap. Now, that's, I know, come on. I know I'm being cheesy on that, but he couldn't do
anymore in 22 minutes. Okay, so Seponopoulos knew that his butt was on the line. If he was,
as he usually does, propping up Democrats, because Stephanopoulos is a Democrat. He's in the
Clinton White House. He loves Democrats. He used a Democrat. He'll always be a Democrat. He
couldn't do it to Biden. Could not do it because his reputation was on the line. Here's soundbite
number one. Go. And did you ever watch the debate afterwards? I don't think I did now.
You don't think you did? Now, please. And he paused before he said that. He didn't go,
No, that's it.
No, I don't think I did.
I don't want to be laughing at people who are mentally compromised, but come on.
Sound by two, go.
Well, Kane was having a bad night when I realized that even when I was answering a question,
even when they turned his mic off, he was still shouting.
And I let it distract me.
I'm not blaming other that.
but I realized that I just wasn't in control.
All right, so we have research
whether any news organization
reported that Donald Trump was shouting.
Zero.
Now, I was in there.
But no one has reported that Donald Trump was shouting.
CNN people didn't report,
nobody reported.
But Biden was distracted by Trump's shouting.
Okay. Sound by three. Go.
Would you be willing to have the independent medical evaluation?
Watch me between, there's a lot of time left in this campaign.
It's over 125 days.
So the answer, the right answer right now is no, you don't want to do that, right?
No, I've already done that.
No. He had his White House physician, who now is subpoenaed by a congressional committee, Comer.
So you haven't done an independent cognitive evaluation, Mr. President.
Okay, watch you.
I've watched you for three and a half years.
You are a disaster on your problem-solving inability,
your philosophy of how this country should be run, a disaster.
So I've watched you.
What I do for a living?
Okay.
So he's, all I had to do to say to Stop monopolist is, sure.
I'll do the independent cognitive
exam. I want Trump to do it too.
And we'll both do it.
That's all he has to say.
Last soundbite. Go.
If you can be convinced that you cannot defeat Donald Trump
will you stand down?
What depends on, if the Lord Almighty comes out
and tells me that, I might do that.
No, I wouldn't be invoking the Lord Almighty
with your abortion stance, Mr. President, with all due respect, I don't know if you want to meet him
just yet. Okay? And that's from one Catholic to another. All right, Biden had nothing on
schedule today. I didn't do anything he called into MSNBC, as I mentioned. He's supposed to make
some campaign appearances earlier around this week. What he does is he shows up, he talks for 10
minutes on a teleprompter, they give him money, and he leaves. But Jill, by the
was around today. She made three campaign stops in the South, so I don't know what that does.
I guess it raises money. I, but Jill is out there. Jill does not want to leave the White House.
That's for sure. Maybe they can rent her a room in the big house.
Donald Trump, nothing today. Tomorrow he goes to Doral, Florida, but he doesn't really go
because he owns a golf club in DeRal
and he has a rally
or something.
And then on Saturday
he got a big rally in Butler, Pennsylvania
and next Monday
a week from today is
the deadline for his running mate
choice. I
have put forth that Nikki Haley far
and away would help
Donald Trump regain the White House.
There's no question about it.
That's it.
He picks Nikki Haley.
over.
But he won't.
He doesn't like her.
I don't like her.
I have to be honest.
I don't like Nikki Haley.
I think she's an entitled woman.
In our dealings with her, she'd been arrogant.
I don't like her.
But if I was Trump, I'd pick her like that.
Because she could do the job.
I don't have to like you if you are proficient.
She could run a country.
In my opinion, he's a smart woman.
So Donald Trump dips in and out of the no-spin news,
and I hope he's listening to me.
Put sneaky Haley on a second.
He wins.
Okay, polling.
So there was a Bloomberg morning console, Paul.
I don't trust that operation, so I'm not going to report it.
You can look it up, though, if you want.
It was savable to Biden, primarily, but I just don't trust them.
Remember, I've been doing this a long time, and I follow the polls.
And I know which polls are accurate historically and which are not.
So I make that editorial choice in presenting information to you.
There's a USA Today poll out.
I don't have a problem with USA Today polling.
I think the newspaper is ridiculous, but the polling seems to be pretty good.
Democrat 33, Republican 34, Independent 30, that's a fair sample.
1,000 registered voters.
First question, the election we're held today, would you vote for?
Trump 41, Biden 38, RFK, 8, undecided 9.
That's closer than it should be, in my opinion, but what do I know?
not a pollster job performance 51% of the respondents approve of Donald Trump's job performance
when he was president that's up big 41% of response approve of Joe Biden's current job
performance at 10 point gap so why isn't there a 10 point gap in who would you would vote for
it's Trump's personality what it is um okay so
So as soon as I saw the polling after the debates, I wanted to bring in our go-to polling guy,
John McLaughlin, who does work for Donald Trump.
So he's not an objective guy, but he gets numbers that are interesting.
So he joins us now from a Blaville, New York, which is upstate, Orange County, right?
Orange County, that's where you are?
Rockland County.
Rockland, Orange.
Rockland, Orange.
Okay.
So the Morning Consult and the USA Today, to me,
Trump should be much further ahead than what they put out.
What say you?
I think you identified that job approval gap
because a lot of the pollsters are talking about the double haters
that Biden still wins if you're unbearable to both.
The difference is Biden's job approval
and his favorable writing is now the same.
He's got, in our last poll we put out right before the debate, he has a 57, disapproved,
almost within a point of his unfavorable.
With Trump, there's the job approval people who say he was a good president,
and the ones who say he'll be an even better president this time.
And that's a big difference, huge difference,
between Donald Trump and Joe Biden right now,
because Biden's underwood on both the personality and on.
on his job approval, while Trump has a positive job
approval.
All right, so you're saying what my analysis is correct,
that Trump's personality, public persona,
is holding him back somewhat, correct?
Right, and because when you think about how well
Trump did in the debate, he really, I mean,
we're having a hard time portraying his debate success
as a positive for him because they're so focused
on Biden's age right now.
I mean, by the way, that Stephanopoulos interview, he spent more time asking Joe Biden about the polls than he did his health.
They don't care about his health.
What they're upset about, the liberal media is upset that Donald Trump is ahead in the polls,
and he's been in the head in the polls for two years.
And they thought a rigged debate on CNN with no audience, they could shut off Donald Trump's mic.
They could have, you know, Dana Bash and Jake Tapper, you know, ask.
the right questions. And they thought that Joe Biden could win that when he didn't win that
and he's still behind in the polls. And Donald Trump's lead appears to be growing in polls that
you cited. You know, and the undecided now, they actually have like an 80% disapproval of
Joe Biden. And they're ready to vote for Donald Trump. They think that the country's on the
wrong track. We had our poll. 66% said the country's on the wrong track. But it's over 80%
with the undecided. So this is like the Reagan Carter debate in 80, except that debate happened
in October. This one happened in June. And changing the candidate won't change things. The country's
on the wrong track. It's like changing the captain of the Titanic after it hit an iceberg.
Who wants to go down? You know it's going to happen. The person who takes Biden's place will probably
be Kamala Harris. I'm going to report on that right after we dismiss you.
But you do internal polling.
Internal polling is not made public, right?
You do that.
Correct.
Do your numbers stack with the public, or is Trump further ahead on the internal polling?
A lot of those polls you said are pretty accurate.
And the Trump campaign, we don't.
So it's a three, four point lead for Trump at this point.
Do you do internal polling on who would be the best VP for Trump?
I have not done that.
I've not done that.
I'm surprised because I thought that he might want to see that data.
So I just think Nikki Haley because of, you know, her appeal to independent women.
She takes some of the edge off the ticket.
The press can't really attack her that much, although they would on abortion.
So that would be my choice if I were Donald Trump.
But you guys haven't even polled who the Republicans would want, huh?
I have not, and I find that there's only one person worth polling as far as who the VP should be,
and that's Donald Trump, and he'll make that decision.
No, I understand.
Trump's going to do what he wants.
He always does what he wants.
Final question for you, John, I very much appreciate your expertise and your time.
You said this race was like Carter, Reagan, and it is, not just in the debate area,
but Reagan only pulled away the last week before the vote.
And it was going back and forth because people weren't, the press was pounding Reagan,
not as bad as they pound Trump, but pretty brutal.
The liberal press is pounding Ronald Reagan as this empty-headed actor,
really didn't know what he was doing.
And Carter, even though he had problems, much better, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
a press was about it, 80% pro-Carter. But then in the last week after Reagan made him look
foolish, Carter, and he did in the debate. Then the public shifted. Right now, the odds are
that Kamala Harris is going to be squaring off against Donald Trump. Is that a better matchup,
in your opinion, than Biden versus Trump? Well, our last national poll that we released,
that wasn't done for the Trump campaign.
We had Trump within two of Biden right before the debate.
But he was, Trump was over Biden by two.
He was over Kamala Harris by five.
Against Kamala Harris, Donald Trump
was still getting 28% of the black vote.
He was getting out over four to 10 of Hispanics.
The Obama coalition, she would have a hard time
putting it back together again.
So we'll see.
I mean, Joe Biden right now is fighting to hang on
and he's the only one who can say I'm not running.
But with Kamala Harris, Donald Trump does really well because Donald Trump's policies,
when people talk about a good economy with low inflation, securing the border,
protecting Social Security and Medicare, keeping the economy ground.
Look, there's no change in policy, but Kamala Harris' policies are Biden's policies.
It's just that Kamala Harris has come across consistently in three and a half years as knowing nothing.
And I'm going to prove that right now.
John McLaughlin, thank you very much for helping us out.
I hope we can talk again soon. Thank you.
Power, politics, and the people behind the headlines.

nomination. And if Biden does say, I'm not going to run, Kamala will play the race card if
she is denied by the Democratic Party. Democratic Party certainly does not want that.
Okay, they don't want Kamala Harris going, the only reason you're not going to nominate me is
because I'm a woman of color. Okay, so the Democrats have got a little problem there.
I don't know what Barack Obama thinks of Kamala Harris. I, you know, Obama always says
good things about Democrats, but I know there is tension, a little tension between Michelle
and Kamala. But I can't pinpoint it for you yet. But I don't know about Barack and Kamala.
And that's the big thing. Barack Obama is going to have to sign off on whoever takes
Joe Biden's place. You've got to understand how this works. Okay. What is Kamala Harris's
problem? Essentially, she doesn't know enough to.
sound bites. Here's number one. Go. So the United States shares a very important relationship,
which is an alliance with the Republic of North Korea. All right, she's in South Korea saying
that. Now, anybody can make a mistake. I make them all the time. I'm doing this ad lib now.
She's reading the speech. I don't know how she could make that mistake. She never apologized
the mistake and never acknowledge the mistake.
We don't have a treaty with North Korea, madam.
All right.
So, that means she didn't hear it in her head.
If you make a verbal mistake, you hear it in your head, and then you correct.
And we do that all the time.
Biden doesn't do it because he doesn't hear it in his head, because he's got, all right,
cognitive decline.
Kamala doesn't have cognitive decline.
She doesn't know anything.
thing. In my opinion, I could be wrong. Second soundbite, go.
So I will say what I know we all say, and I will say over and over again. The United States
stands firmly with the Ukrainian people in defense of the NATO alliance.
All right, but Ukraine's not in NATO. But we're not defending the NATO alliance. We are helping
Ukraine, an independent country, which was invaded.
by a tyrant for humanitarian and democratic reasons.
Nothing to do with NATO.
NATO's helping, but this isn't in the defense of the NATO alliance,
which again, no correction.
All right, do you think that Kamala Harris knew that Ukraine wasn't in NATO?
Okay.
Now, once Harris aggressively, and she has to wait until Biden,
says i can't do it anymore um you're going to see the press fall in line and tell you and me
that Kamala harris the most brilliant uh politician in the 21st century every day you're going to
see that it's already started uh with adam schiff go i think uh the vice president would be
a phenomenal president i think she has the experience the judgment the leadership ability
to be an extraordinary president could she win overwhelming
Congressman? I think she very well could win overwhelmingly. This rank propaganda. He's nothing
to base that on. Nothing. As Vice President, Kamala Harris has no accomplishments.
None. Zero. In fact, for the first two years plus, it's pretty much shut out. The Biden people
embarrassed her by saying, eh, you take the border, Kamala. We screwed it up. The president
screwed it up, but you go take it and find out the root causes. We all saw how well that
worked. Okay, so that's Kamala Harris. Keep your eye on her. I don't think anybody else
in the Democratic Party could overcome her because she is the DEI person. And she will,
she's going to carry water for the progressive movement, the far left. She absolutely do
that on every level. And I don't think, you know, Newsom would do it. But the other Democrats,
you know, Whitmer and Shapiro, the governor, I don't think they stand up against her because she will
play that race card. Abigail Disney, you know, she is the granddaughter of Walt, all right, is
Abigail. It's a good picture of Abigail. She's 64 years old, and she's worth $135 million.
I thought she'd be worth more than that, but she gives a lot.
lot of her money away to liberal causes. In fact, she donated a pile of dough to Jane Fonda Climate
PAC, $50,000. Jane. And she's a big, big supporter. Well, he's not going to give any more money
to the Democratic Party as long as Joe is the candidate. Abigail Disney. Now, the Walt Disney company,
I don't know what their relationship is with Abigail.
I don't think she's on the board of ABC.
ABC, Disney owns ABC.
And we can't find out if there's any business relationship between the two.
We knew that ABC, obviously Disney are left and devoted left.
Okay?
But I thought it was interesting that Abigail Disney got no mention anywhere.
I said, nope, not give any more money until Joe's gone.
Okay, there's a study just out by the Media Research Center.
Do you know that group?
The conservative outfit, but I have to tell you, over the years, when they issue a study,
we, of course, check it, and the stats are almost 100% correct.
And we check this one.
It says 94% of late-night guests are liberal.
I've been telling you this for months.
Now, you can say, hey, O'Reilly, you're believing what you want to believe.
You could make that assertion in this case, because I was way out in front of this thing.
But it's true.
So we're talking about Jimmy Kimmel, very left-wing guy, all right?
Seth Myers, even more left than Kimmel, and the absolute worst, Stephen Colbert,
because he's in business with the Democratic Party.
I mean, symbolically.
Fallon doesn't care.
He just goes along with whatever it is.
Remember Fallon got all that heat when he messed up Trump's hair?
Remember that?
Because the left hate Trump so much.
Any attempt to humanize Trump, they came down on Fallon.
Fallon apologized.
I mean, it was a big...
So all Fallon wants to do is have fun and stay out of it.
But Colbert and Kimmel and Myers and who's ever on The Daily Show, John Stewart, I think is once a week now, forget it.
Now, people would say, well, what about the 6% who weren't liberal?
You know who they were?
How about Liz Cheney?
So she got late-night slots because she hates Trump.
And Nikki Haley, they put her on.
Dr. Phil, I put him on.
comedian Bill Burr, who's a conservative guy, she got some, but very, very few.
The only politicians we could find non-liberal Democrats were former Congressman Ken Buck and
Nancy Mace, and that's it, across the board.
So stranglehold late night and stranglehold mourning programs for the left.
And it means something for people who don't follow their news or just watch entertainment.
In Los Angeles, an anchorman for K-CBS Channel 2 in L.A., Jeff Vaughn, got fired,
and he has filed a $5 million lawsuit against CBS charging anti-white discrimination.
He says he was let go because he's an older white heterosexual male,
and he's suing for $5 million.
It's interesting to see, I don't think he's going to win the suit.
But what this does is it embarrass the CBS because they have to put out all their internal deliberations, and that would be embarrassing.
So they'll settle with him.
He'll walk away with a few million.
I think that's what's going to happen, and we will tell you.
Smart life.
So everybody knows the airline industry in the United States is catastrophic.
And if we have to fly, you know, we're always at a disadvantage.
always. In fact, Pete Buttigieg and his Federal Aviation Administration says that record
complaints were filed last stats. They have 96,000 complaints, 97,000 complaints in 23. Record
number. So the Smart Life plays this. I'm going to give you, and we're going to put it
on the screen. And for those listening on the radio, I'm going to talk very slow. You have a beef
against an airline. You could call the federal government, and they have to lodge your complaint.
The number is 1-866-tell-F-A-A. That's pretty easy. One-eight-66-tell-F-A-A. All right, that's
safety. So if some happen on a plane, you don't like, chaos on a plane, you call them. And if it's
security, as you felt uneasy for some reason, it's another number. 1-866-289, 96-73. But mostly Americans
said, look, I can't get my bags, I can't get checked in, they're ripping me off on fees,
I can't get the seat I was assigned, I can't get this, I can't get that. Then you go to the
FAA safety line, okay? And you should. You should. Now, over the July 4th weekend, it was a little
better. 20% of all flights, according to flight aware, which is what we use, were delayed,
1% canceled. So there weren't any tsunamis or thunderstorms up here in the northeast
and probably where you were. Heat is tremendous in Arizona, in Nevada, in the southwest, Texas,
tremendous heat. But usually the planes can fly out of that. Be careful in that heat, by the way.
So we're watching these airlines and smart life. You watch them too. Remember, the best tip I can
ever give you is get the first flight out wherever you're going. All right, Blue State wealth exodus.
These are the states that are losing the most money of people moving out.
California, New York, Illinois, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.
They're losing a colossal amount of tax money because so many people are moving out.
Here are the states that are benefiting.
Florida number one, Texas, South Carolina, Tennessee, North Carolina.
And that's going to continue.
As the states raise the taxes, as they become more unmanageable, social disorder rises,
the money is going to leave.
And that's what's happening.
On this day in history, Barack Obama asked for $3.7 billion in emergency spending to deal with the immigration crisis on the southern border.
July 8, 2014, 10 years ago, okay? Obama didn't get it. He got $700 million because Republicans say, hey, we're not going to give you $3.7 billion because you're not going to enforce the law on the border.
You're not. You're not going to build a wall. You're not going to have punitive measures for people who are deported and come back. That's the key. If you are deported from the USA and you come back, you do time. Bang. You'll see that whole thing evaporate. Okay. So here are the stats. Under Obama, five million migrants were deported in eight years. Under Trump, 1.5 million deported four years. Biden so far, 1.1 million deported.
Three and a half years.
News are the stats.
