Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey Bill O'Reilly here. Welcome to the No Spin News Thursday, November 7th, 2024. Stand up for your country. While week, I think over the weekend, Holly the Terridog, and myself will have a nap competition. She's probably the betting favorite. Corgi's are experts at taking naps, but I am going to give her a run. Because I have, I'm kind of totaled up my sleep for the last five days, not much. I'm also overexposed.
Starting point is 00:00:47 I'm everywhere. Everybody wants to talk to me. I don't know why, but we're on the Pierce Morgan podcast. We put that on our YouTube channel. I'll give you the address later. you should sign up for that. It's free. And it's a good back and forth with Morgan and me. And we're on Stephen A. Smith's podcast. So you want to check that out. And I've been doing all kinds of stuff. I'm not whining. I'm just reporting. And it continues. And that is the subject of this evening's talking points memo.
Starting point is 00:01:21 So here are the big losers of the week. Obviously Kamala Harris. But, you know, I keep telling everybody, Harris was a terrible candidate, wouldn't answer questions, and you can't do that. I mean, there's almost so much BS anybody can take, right? But Biden lost the election, and his legacy is just blown to pieces now. And we'll get into that a little bit. But others, the progressive left, really got hammered. So these are the people who believe that it's fine for a male, born a male to compete with women on the athletic, field in court or in the pool.
Starting point is 00:02:10 So the male transitions, and then they can come back and compete with women. The progressive left, they love that. They think that's the greatest thing in the world. Yeah, I'd say 80% of Americans don't like it. Progressive left abortion anytime for any reason, anywhere. We love abortion. We love it. They worship at the altar of reproductive rights.
Starting point is 00:02:33 This is the crew that has lost a lot. These people also want skin color to define opportunity in America. No. We're all Americans. Skin color shouldn't be a part of any of it. That's the progressive cadre. They took it right between the eyes. But they're not done.
Starting point is 00:02:57 And states like New York, Illinois, California, Massachusetts, they still are very powerful. And they're still going to try to ram that insane stuff down the throats of the American people. So they're not done. It's like Dracula, right? You get Dracula with the stake through the heart. But then somebody finds his cape and they pour blood on it. And there he is again. You can't.
Starting point is 00:03:22 He's always around. You've got to keep banging the state through his heart. okay um another big losers tv news i i've been in the business 50 years so i've seen it all when i started there was no videotape they were shooting with film uh scranton pennsylvania w nEP tv first job is a reporter um january 2025 50 years ago my god anyway i went through it all and i know them all Mike Wallace, Peter Jennings, Dan Rather, Walter Cronkite, know them. Lowest level now in the history of the medium.
Starting point is 00:04:09 So how many times did you hear from Pinheads on television in the last week? How many times did you hear? We'll see. Yeah. Okay? How many times did you hear? Deep dive, how many times did you hear? By the way, it's over and over and over again.
Starting point is 00:04:39 It's so boring, so tedious. It's not so much the ideology, all right, and all the cables are divided that way, and all the network news is left, all of it. They don't even bother hiring conservative people anymore, okay? And we'll get into specifics. But it's the banality of the presentation. That's because the television news executives don't care. They don't care how boring you are on television.
Starting point is 00:05:10 I can't watch it. The best of it is News Nation, and I contribute to News Nation, but I'll tell you what, on election night, they kicked everybody's butt. News Nation had the numbers first, they had a much livelier presentation. Now, I have formalized my deal with them. I am on 7 o'clock Mondays on News Nation, and between 8 and 8.30 on Wednesdays. And then there'll be other appearances, too, based upon Neat. And if any of the anchors on News & Nations say this banal stuff, okay, at the end of the day, I mock them.
Starting point is 00:05:45 Right to their face. Okay, stop with the clichés. Stop. And I did a commentary early on this week on that, and then somebody, oh, Riley, slant. Yeah, I am. These people get paid hundreds of thousands, sometimes millions of dollars. Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress. National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets.
Starting point is 00:06:12 And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold. That's why I protected my savings with physical gold. silver. Through the only dealer I trust, American Hartford Gold. And you can do this. Get precious metals delivered to your door or place in a tax advantage, gold IRA. They'll even help you roll over your existing IRA or 401K, tax and penalty free. With billions in precious metals delivered thousands of five-star reviews and an A-plus from the Better Business Bureau, You can trust American Hartford Gold as I do. Please call 866-326-55-7576 or text Bill to 99-88-98-99.
Starting point is 00:07:02 Again, that's 866-3-26-5-7576 or text bill to 998899. Power, politics, and the people behind the headlines. I'm Miranda Devine. host columnist and the host of the brand new podcast, Podforce One. Every week I'll sit down for candid conversations with Washington's most powerful disruptors, lawmakers, newsmakers and even the president of the United States. These are the leaders shaping the future of America and the world. Listen to Podforce One with me, Miranda Devine, every week on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or
Starting point is 00:07:48 wherever you get your podcast. You don't want to miss an episode. They got to bring something else to it. Okay, so television news, and let me back that up. So here are some numbers, okay? Morning, ABC's Good Morning America, down 25% in viewership. CBS this morning, down 25% of viewership. NBC's Today show, 26% down. That's not good. That is not good. Okay? And it's accelerated.
Starting point is 00:08:27 How about the evening news? All right, let's go to ABC. David Muir, 18% decline. Lester Holt, NBC. 23% for Lester down. CBS Even News. I don't even know the anchor is.
Starting point is 00:08:41 They keep firing them over there. 20% decrease. In the last week of September, before the presidential campaigns really kicked in. All three nightly newscasts. You know what their average per night was? 18 million. There were some nights on the O'Reilly factor.
Starting point is 00:09:00 We ran three times when I did 18 million. Okay, one. This is crazy. Nobody's watching. Now, I'm going to make a prediction. Not that you care because you're watching me, which is alternative television media and radio, because we have our radio affiliates.
Starting point is 00:09:19 All of the executives running the TV news organizations at the network level will be fired next year. All of them. We're all going. You can't sustain it. Let's go over to cable news, okay? CNN down 40% for zero. MSNBC down 30%, Fox News down 26%, cable prime time ratings.
Starting point is 00:09:46 this is a disaster it's a disaster and my guys are compiling numbers here um we got tens of millions of people watching this now because we're on so many outlets all over the place and that's what's happening not just with me but because of social media the boring stuff on cable and network people going, ah, there's a ways of my time. I'm going to go over social media and find more interesting presentations, i.e. the no-spin news. If we're boring, you've got to tell me. Bill at billow-Oreilly.com, bill at bill o'Reilly.com. If we're boring, you tell me.
Starting point is 00:10:30 And you cite it. This was boring. I want to know. Okay. So TV news, big loser. This week, presidential election. newspapers. Same thing. All right, let's take a look at the Washington Post. Remember, they wouldn't endorse, and there was a revolution inside the newsroom. They all wanted Kamala Harris. Their
Starting point is 00:10:52 circulation has dropped 47% at the Washington Post, 47% in five years. You know how much money they're losing over there? Tens of millions of dollars. How about the LA Times? They wouldn't endorse. Everybody's quitting. They're going to go below 100,000 a day in the nation's second largest city. In circulation, their circulations dropped 73% in the Los Angeles Times in five years. 73%. Now, I'm not reading it because it's propaganda. And finally, the New York Times, their print circulation dropped 43% in five years. New York Times, oh, well, on the internet, you know, okay, maybe, maybe. I think New York Times has the best internet setup. I get the Wall Street Journal. I get three newspapers delivered every day here to the house. This is where the studio is
Starting point is 00:11:46 in my house. And I can't tell you what a difference that makes in my life. The Wall Street Journal is the best. So if you're looking, if you still like me and you like the paper and all that, they're the best. Their editorial page is very, very good. News pages lean left a little bit too much, but they usually back up what they say. The movie industry, it already collapsed. So Brad Pitt, you know this Brad Pitt and George Clooney, right? You know them, right? Now, I don't know Pitt, never ran into him. Clooney, I know. So they're buddies. Oceans 11, all that stuff. They put out a movie in September named Wolf, okay? And it was supposed to be in all the theaters. The distributor of the film only kept it in one week, and it wasn't even in many
Starting point is 00:12:43 theaters. I asked people, nobody knows where it is. I think it's on Apple now or something. That movie was such a bomb, lost so much money. And these are the two biggest male names. It's over. Unless you're blowing things up, so people in Pakistan will go. That's where they make their money. You've got to blow things up. Serious movie. movies. I mean, Oscars? Nobody, it's over. The whole motion picture industry. And quality is one of the reasons, but the other reason is they're all pinheads. They're all lined up behind Kamala Harris. Joe Biden's the greatest president. No, he's not, and everybody knows it. music industry okay another the i guess taylor swift got away with it i guess
Starting point is 00:13:36 but that thing is except for country music they're out of nashville because they're more balanced there um and they seem to be doing pretty well hanging tough but pop music i couldn't i can't name a song now i listen to classic rock and r and b but i i i you know you usually gets through to me, you know. I got two urchins who were in that category. I go, what about pop music? Is there any? And they go, you know, in 30 years, not going to be any classic rock because this stuff they put out now, nobody's going to want to hear it. All right. So all of these people getting involved with progressive politics is hurting their industry. The big winner in the presidential
Starting point is 00:14:28 election of 2024 is us. We the people. Okay? So we don't care what the progressive media says or the entertainment pinheads.
Starting point is 00:14:41 We know what's going on. Right? Now I was a little discouraged two years ago because I'm ahead of the game and I thought 22 they would figure out that Biden is the second worst president ever and vote Republican, but they didn't.
Starting point is 00:14:58 they being we the people. But two years later, when everyone is suffering economically who's working for a living, they did. It was all about money in your wallet. They'll give you immigration. Immigration is important. They'll give you a woke, important. But if Biden had a robust economy, comma, probably would have won.
Starting point is 00:15:22 All right. That is the memo. I wrote a really good idea. essay at the end of confronting the president's, by the way, nine weeks on the New York Times bestseller list now. So if you haven't checked out confronting the president, it'll be worth you while to do so. Because we got the chapters on Grover Cleveland, who Trump is now the second guy who has one nine consecutive terms. Cleveland had terrible time in his second term. And most of the regular, I have no idea.
Starting point is 00:15:55 Grover, his nieces and nephews, called him Uncle Jumbo. It's 350 pounds, this guy. You got to check this out. So confronting the presidents, I got the Biden thing at the end. I think you'd enjoy reading it. All right, talking about the president, he addressed the nation after the disaster that befall his party this week. Roll the tape.
Starting point is 00:16:18 It's been an historic presidency. Not because I'm present, because what? we've done, what you've done, a presidency for all Americans. Much of the work we've done is already being felt by the American people, the vast majority of it will not be felt we felt over the next 10 years. Yeah, that's right, Joe. Next 10 years, we'll know how great you are. So he's historic president. It was. It was. Biden's presidency was historic because he's the second worst ever next to James Buchanan. He can't top Buchanan.
Starting point is 00:16:54 He's so bad, but he has no idea. Because he lives in a world of delusion. You can't have a delusional president. If Donald Trump, and he isn't delusional Trump, you may hate his guts, but he's not. But if he ever becomes delusional, I will know and I will tell you. now in that speech that nobody watched this morning he mentioned trump's name once
Starting point is 00:17:24 biden did and that was just in passing like i had a phone call with donald trump was not a part of the equation at all how about an update well uh the president-elect is in palm beach and uh he's thinking about who to a point for key positions in his administration I have no speculation. I did put forth that I think that Senator Rubio is being considered for Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, maybe Secretary of Defense, but this is just rumor. I can't report it as fact. I don't know. Attorney General is a whole bunch of people who want it. You really have to clean that justice to form it up. And that doesn't mean persecuting the left. Now, if somebody did something untoward, Yes, go get them.
Starting point is 00:18:18 But you don't want to do what Merrick Garland did. Eric Garland. You think we'll ever hear the man's name again? You know, he'll be out of there, you know, with Biden. I don't think we'll ever hear the man's name again. That's how bad he was or is as the Attorney General. A lot of damage. All right, Trump's legal situation.
Starting point is 00:18:39 Federal charges Jack Smith done. Okay? Smith will be gone momentarily. He'll resign. There's not going to be any document case. It's all of them for that. That leaves two cases. New York City, which is defiant.
Starting point is 00:18:54 And Georgia, that case has fallen apart. The Georgia case will be thrown out. Hey, it's Sean Spicer from the Sean Spicer Show podcast, reminding you to tune into my show every day to get your daily dose inside the world of politics. You can find us at Apple Podcast, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. Hey, I'm Caitlin Becker, the host of the New York Postcast, and I've got exactly what you need to start your weekdays. Every morning, I'll bring you the stories that matter, plus the news people actually talk about,
Starting point is 00:19:41 the juicy details in the worlds of politics, business, pop culture, and everything in between. It's what you want from the New York Post wrapped up in one snappy show. Ask your smart speaker to play the NY Postcast podcast. Listen and subscribe on Amazon Music, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts. So New York City, Donald Trump's supposed to be sentenced next week.
Starting point is 00:20:04 That will not happen. There are appeals underway on a variety of levels. So there's not going to be any sentencing. I don't think he's ever. going to get sentenced. They'll just be blocked and blocked and blocked and blocked and blocked. But interestingly enough, the Attorney General of New York, Letitia James, who hates Trump, gave a speech or put out statement saying, well, we're not going to put up with any nonsense here. Okay. Okay. You know, I don't want the Trump. The Trump, you know, I don't want the Trump
Starting point is 00:20:43 administration to go after letitia james i i think that would be terrible for the country but if she did something wrong and you can see it it's they got evidence yes but not just for politics is that fair um what happens all the campaign money this is an incredible story So Harris raised $2.3 billion. I remember when I was putting a billion dollars is big, and Trump raised $1.8 billion, right? Harris spent $1.9 billion, which means she has $400 million left over. Trump spent $1.6. He has $200 million left over.
Starting point is 00:21:32 What happens to that money? Well, both candidates can use it if they decide to run for another office. so you'll remember John Quincy Adams was president and he lost to Jackson went back to Massachusetts and became a congressman. Maybe you don't remember that, but it's in confronting the president. So say Trump goes his first term
Starting point is 00:21:56 and then he leaves and then he wants to run for governor of New York. He can use some of that money. Now, Kamala is going to run for the governor of California once what's his name? out of there, all right? You mark my words. You mark my words. So they can hoard and keep
Starting point is 00:22:20 that money, both candidates, or they can give it away. All right, Gavin Newsom is the governor in California. So say Trump wants a certain senator to win or a congressperson to win, he can transfer some of his money to their campaigns in 2006. He can do that. And And he can give money to the Republican political action committees. You can do that. He's all legal. Same thing with Harris. Harris wants somebody who win in California,
Starting point is 00:22:53 and she'll do that because she wants to be governor. That's their next step. I was just about to say, by the way, I've paid two fines already. I'm not going to say that. But Harris, in the meantime, when the governorship opens up, you know she's going to be there. Hollywood will protect her. So she may show up on the view.
Starting point is 00:23:17 I don't think she wants to move to New York City. It's got a nice little cushy thing in Brentwood, a suburb of LA. But Netflix, give her a three documentary deal. Hollywood will take care financially of Kamala Harris in the meantime before she runs again. But she's not out. I think she's 60 years old. She looks good.
Starting point is 00:23:45 So she'll come back. But not on a national. She won't run again nationally. The next election, I'm already four years down the road here, I think it's going to be Vance against Shapiro, the governor of Pennsylvania. So it lines up right. Of course, anything could happen.
Starting point is 00:24:07 But that way it lines up now. Now, popular vote. So, as of tape time, the popular vote was one, let's see, 158 million. No, that was in 2020. I'm sorry. 2020 158 million of us voted this summer has 143 million Trump won popular vote here's what I predicted go now last time around 158 million Americans voted astronomical turnout I don't think it's going to be as high this time I think it's going to drop
Starting point is 00:25:00 down to about 135. So I missed it by $8 million. Not bad. Not bad. And the reason that there was a drop in the popular vote was because some Americans didn't like either candidate. Simple as that. But the fact that Trump won the popular vote with New York and California and Illinois, dominated by New York City, Chicago, and Los Angeles, shows you the repudiation of Joe Biden, Kamala Harris. House of Representatives looks like he's going to go to the Republicans. We're taking our data from the Hill, which is online. It's a D.C. thing.
Starting point is 00:25:45 So it's got the Republicans at 2.13, and they need five more to have the majority, which you'll get. I'm pretty certain that that will happen. So that means Donald Trump walks in the White House with control of Congress, House, and the Senate. There are only two Republican dissenters in the Senate. That would be Murkowski of Alaska and Collins of Maine. So Trump has really got an opportunity, historical opportunity here, to get what he wants past. Quick, fast. The Democrats are trying to filibuster in the Senate. Definitely going to, Schumer will try to do that.
Starting point is 00:26:28 But he can get around that. And so I expect in the first year, and we're going to, this is why you want to stay with us here. We're going to track everything. All right. We're going to be right on it. We will be the authority of the Trump administration. The no spin news, Bill O'Reilly.com, our radio affiliates, we will be the authority because we'll report accurately and fairly on it. Lickman. So I got a lot of mail about this. This guy teaches at American University in D.C.
Starting point is 00:27:04 He's an accurate predictor of who's going to be president. All right. He does predictions. But he's a far left guy. And I never mentioned him because I don't think he's got any credibility at all. So he predicted Kamala Harris would win. And of course, he was embarrassed. And here's what he said. Go. I just can't believe it. It is hard to believe. I just can't believe after this guy has essentially attempted to take down our democracy already that people want to give him another chance oh the democracy's gone can imagine now paying the tuition at American University
Starting point is 00:27:46 and have an act I teach you come on anyway he's done so see ya Let's see. What else do we have on the rundown? Reaction on the network side and the cable side to Donald Trump's startling victory. Not that he won, but that he won a popular vote. He won by so much. Let's start with CBS. Go. Well, an unstable world has just had a chaos agent injected into it. This world that Donald Trump will become a major player in, his commander in chief. of the world's most lethal fighting force is now facing the largest land war in Europe
Starting point is 00:28:35 since World War II. Yeah, and who is responsible for that? I might be Joe Biden there, Ms. Brennan. But the best thing is chaos agent. This is a CBS News correspondent, not an analyst. She's a correspondent. It's supposed to be reporting the news,
Starting point is 00:28:57 calls the president-elect a chaos agent and then says, this is a big war. Well, when did the war start? You see, if I'm at CBS News, which I would never be, and I'll remind you again, they would not even book me CBS News to discuss confronting the president's. And I wrote to Jane Pauley personally, nice note. And then we traced it back.
Starting point is 00:29:23 They didn't have one non-liberal author this whole year. So, CBS News, bye. See you. Margaret Brennan. What you think about what your job is, madam? Second by, David Axelrod, who I think's an honest guy on CNN. Go. But let's be honest about this, okay? Let's be absolutely blunt about it. There were appeals to racism in this campaign, and there is racial bias in this country,
Starting point is 00:29:57 and there is sexism in this country. And anybody who thinks that that did not in any way impact on the outcome of this race is wrong. I'm not saying that was the main reason that Kamala Harris lost and Donald Trump went. Hello, Axelrod, your buddy, Barack Obama, elected twice. There is racism in this country. Every country, okay? Everyone, every place has some elements of racism and sexism. This is so ridiculous.
Starting point is 00:30:30 It had nothing to do with the plurality of the vote. Nothing. Skin color had nothing to do with it. ABC News, The View. Go. I'm worried about mass deportation and internment camps. And I'm also worried about Elon Musk warning Americans to prepare for temporary hardship. I'm surprised at the result, but I'm not surprised.
Starting point is 00:30:57 as a woman of color, I was so hopeful that a mixed-race woman married to a Jewish guy could be elected president of this country. And I think that it had nothing to do with policy. I think this was a referendum of cultural resentment in this country. Right. I had nothing to do with policy. No, nothing to do with the essentials of life costing 20% more under Biden-Harris. nothing to do with the open border, 14 million foreign nationals undetended in the country. Nah, how anything to do with that? It's all about skin color. Oh, ABC News. So I could give you
Starting point is 00:31:43 what, 20 more. We all get it, and the television news presentations are getting it. Not going to reverse itself. Good news, California, the George Soros DA is getting booted. George Gasson, he loses by 23 points, waxed in Los Angeles. Why? Well, might be violent crime jumping about 10% in L.A. County under his watch. That might be it. Bye, George.
Starting point is 00:32:20 get a job with Mr. Soros. How about Oakland? Yeah, Pamela Price, another Soros person, DA of Alameda County. Why do you think all the sports teams are moving out of Oakland? She was recalled 65% of the voters say, you know what? She's terrible. She's gone. The voters fired her, not by a ballot, by saying she's recalled, booted out of there.
Starting point is 00:32:50 California. There is some semblance of sanity returning. Smart life. So we have secured a big discount for those of you who like foreign news. We have a partner, a foreign news partner. It used to be the Daily Chatter, but they changed its name to Global Post, which I think is a better name. So Global Post is giving O'Reilly listeners and viewers 50% off. If you want foreign news, they're pretty good, I have to say.
Starting point is 00:33:22 I check them every morning because Trump, foreign news, going to be a lot of that coming up. All you got to do is go to billowrilly.com, and we will click you over to the Global Post, and it'll give you half off a subscription. If you are interested in international news, that is a smart life tip. The stay in history, November 7, 1967, President, Lyndon Johnson, one of the worst presidents in American history, terrible, corrupt, awful,
Starting point is 00:33:55 okay, signs the Public Broadcasting Act. Okay, that means that tax dollars go to PBS and NPR, started 57 years ago. The estimates are that $10 billion have been funneled into public broadcasting by we, the people, the taxpayers, $10 billion this year, $445 million. And what do we get for that money? Roll a tape. I am just, I am mystified that despite all of that, he's gaining support compared to 2020. And it gets back to something I said earlier at some point, one of the hours ago. that who are we as a country and we're starting to find out and I from what I'm seeing right now I'm not sure I'm I like it oh he doesn't like it so I think one of the first things
Starting point is 00:35:04 that President Trump has to do is get a senator to introduce a bill to stop all public money from going to PBS NPR. It is a ardently left-wing network. The documentary Frontline did on the race was a disgrace. A disgrace. I watched it top to bottom. They loaded up on anti-Trump people, and they glorified Harris. We don't need to pay for that.
Starting point is 00:35:35 We can save the $445 million. That's the place to start cutting the massive expenditures. Am I wrong? PBS and NPR. Fine. I'm going to watch the Quincy Jones special tonight on PBS. And they'll have people popping up asking me for money. I won't give them any, but you can.
Starting point is 00:35:56 It should be privately funded. They have some good entertainment programs there. Okay. But we, the taxpayers, should be paying for it. President Trump, hear me. This is one of the top priorities. Get them off the doll. Back in a moment, the final thought.
Starting point is 00:36:13 All right, here is a final thought of the day. This is one of my favorite campaigns ever. Not Woke. We have the gear. Okay, throw those pictures up. There's the Terra Dog. She's using a T-shirt, the Not Woke T-shirt, as a blanket. There's Holly the Teradog.
Starting point is 00:36:34 Loves it. Look at this baby. Wrecked out almost a minute. immediately with the not woke shirt. And then, you know, I want to show you what they look like if you actually wear them. And we have polos too, where the not woke is not so big. I'm going to try to get a picture of me and the polo over the weekend. So the not woke gear, and again, we have to order, we make these in America.
Starting point is 00:37:04 We don't go to China and any of that. And we have to order them. And it takes a little while. I yell at them to get it to his faster. But if you want the not-woke stuff, and it is just fabulous, your stocking stuff or whatever, you have a liberal friend, you want to give him a little of this, you know, give them a nice not-woke polo.
Starting point is 00:37:26 But I don't know how many we're going to have left. So we will know. That's why we're running this campaign early so that we can order and everybody gets it for Christmas. Well, as I say quite a week, I'll let you know who wins the nap off between O'Reilly and Holly the Tara Dog over the weekend. We really appreciate you guys watching us, checking in and being involved. Very nice of you. I think that the country is much stronger today than it was on Monday.
Starting point is 00:37:55 And we will be back. I'll have a Sunday column on the election. And we'll back on Monday. I'm Bill O'Reilly. Thank you for watching and listening.
