Whether it's getting nice or boy yesterday, huh?
What a nice day that was.
I was out with the Tara Dog.
Those of you who are concerned about Holly, the Corgi,
she's doing better, a lot of medication.
I'm lucky I have resources.
You know, if you're a poor person with a dog you love,
I don't know what you do.
I guess pet insurance, but that's not cheap.
But anyway, Holly had a brain thing, aneurysm,
and we had to take care of it, and it's doing better.
So I was walking her around and enjoying the nice weather yesterday.
So there is a new study on bail reform prepared by John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City,
which is one of the best criminology schools in the world.
So I trust this study.
And the headline is that 66%, 2.30,
of the people released under bail reform were re-arrested within two years of their release.
So that means when a person is arrested by NYPD for punching you in the mouth
or taking your purse or shoplifting at CVS and they're immediately let out of the precinct
On no bail, two thirds of them go back and do it again.
Are you surprised?
Anybody surprised?
No.
And here's why.
10% of us living in New York, New York City, New York State are evil.
Because 10% of every group is evil.
And it's been that way since the dawn of mankind.
in the cave with the troglodytes, 10% of them were evil.
And that's a conservative estimate.
It might be 15.
Okay?
So that is human nature.
That is the struggle between good and evil,
the basis of Judeo-Christian philosophy.
Now, very few people think about this.
But if you are a criminal, you are essentially evil because you are hurting other people by committing your crimes.
That's why there are laws against shoplifting, because you're hurting the person who owns the store.
And everybody else then has to pay more for the product to cover your theft.
So you are hurting the consumer.
You sell narcotics.
and they don't even hold you on bail for selling heroin anymore in New York City.
That's how insane these progressive politicians are.
You're selling poison, addictive poison, fatal poison.
You can die.
Do you not person care?
You've got to be evil to sell narcotics.
There's no wiggle room.
You're evil, whether you acknowledge it or not.
so you're bringing mostly evil people into the police station under arrest they're not misguided
maybe once in a while you have that but most of them in new york city at least are hard core
criminals they support themselves by crimes by committing crimes and you're basically saying
you know what it doesn't matter to us you go right back out unsupervised
You do whatever you want to do.
Well, what do you think they're going to do?
You don't punish children.
They're going to run wild in the house.
Okay?
It's not like they're going to self-correct.
They're not.
So these idiots, and I use that word literally in Albany who made this Nobel law,
they don't care about you.
or me, or public safety, or they don't even acknowledge evil.
Oh, the criminals are victims because maybe their ancestors were slaves.
Hey, my ancestors had it as tough as you could have it in Ireland.
Okay?
That's not an excuse from my behavior today.
Anyway, I thought I bring this study to your attention.
John Jay College of Criminal Justice, we applaud their efforts.
and we have nothing but disdain for our legislature in Albany and our leadership in the state and growingly in the city.
