Starting point is 00:00:00 So this woman who worked for Cuomo and Hockel gets popped as being a spy for China, and she lives very close to where I live on Long Island. And the Fed's arrest her. She'd be in a reign of Brooklyn. And she was a top aide to Hockel. Now, Hockel fired her last March 23. and the feds have been snooping around, and now they're charging her with all kinds of international charges, but she was essentially a spy working out of Albany, and it's a fascinating situation.
Starting point is 00:00:43 Now I'm not going to convict a woman. I don't know her, by the way, even though she lives near me, but I went, whoa, is she spying on me? I don't know. Mayor Adams is on the downside. I think you know that. Big, big investigation by the New York Post. Again, really, the only aggressive local news media operation in New York City now.
Starting point is 00:01:11 It says 75% of arrests are undocumented migrants. I think that's a bit high. Post camp back it up. They're basically saying, well, this is what the cops are telling us. And I believe some police are telling reporters from New York. post that. I don't think it's true. I put the number at about 50%, but even 50%. People shouldn't be here. Adam is very proud of being a sanctuary city guy. And now I said, oh, we can't do anything about it. It's the law in New York City. We can't alert ICE if we arrest a undocumented
Starting point is 00:01:44 migrant. Well, write an executive order overturning the law. And they want to challenge you in court, go ahead. But do something, mayor. Don't say I can't do anything. I mean, people know that. That's weakness. I mean, he's really, really on the downside now. If Andrew Cuomo decides to run for mayor, he'll beat him. He'll beat Adams. Curtis Slewa, I think, wants to give it another run on WABC.
Starting point is 00:02:16 You hear him at noon. And in the morning with Sid. But I don't know if there's enough registered Republicans in the city. to put Slewa over the top. I would vote for Slewa over Adams in a heartbeat. Because Slewa, you know, you like them or not, he's going to try to solve some problems. He's going to try.
Starting point is 00:02:40 Adams isn't, in my opinion, even try to solve him. I can't do anything. Oh, no, no, no, no. That's not the way you govern. You've got to be bold in a city like New York. I mean, this is outrageous. These gangs from Venezuela, and El Salvador, and they, you know, they're now organized, selling narcotics, beating people up, shaking
Starting point is 00:03:01 people down, and you can't tell the federal authorities about them so to be deported because you have some stupid law made by crazy progressives? Well, writing executive order overturning it, do something. You and Governor Hoke will get together, emergency legislation, right? Oh, no, we can't, we can't. the quality of life in New York City has deteriorated so much. Weak leadership. De Blasio was the worst mayor of all time. And then he's passed the mantle to Adams. And Adams, and Adams I had hopes for, because he was a former cop. But what has he done? How has he improved the life in the city? Eric Adams. How? Bill at Bill O'Reilly.com. tell me how he's improved your life just one thing because i'm sitting here 20 miles away from
Starting point is 00:04:02 manhattan and i can't see anything i don't even like to go into the city and i know that city as well as anyone except curtis curtis knows the city the best all right but i know that city from pelham to uh the gothels bridge in statin island i know it i covered it i was born there And now if somebody says, hey, let's go into New York, I go, well, $60 a park and, you know, it's not what it used to be. I think everybody listening to me right now on WABC would agree with that. We need to turn this ship around.
