Starting point is 00:00:00 So we are following the case of the two men, Kareem McClary, 23, and Isaiah Gissimmee, 20 years old, who attacked two police officers on a Bronx subway platform. That happened on November 13, 2003. The men were arrested. one of their accomplices got away and they have not arrested him. Very unusual, as you think that these two guys would pinpoint who their collaborator was, but they haven't. And one of the reason they haven't is because they're out on bail.
Starting point is 00:00:46 I'm sorry, they're out on Nobel, recognizance, R-O-R. Okay? No-Bail, after being charged with physically attacked. to NYPD officers. Now, this week, Monday, they were supposed to be in court. But once again, their case was adjourned till July 2nd. I think this is the fourth or fifth adjournment in the Bronx. This is why the New York City Justice Department is falling apart. Now, they did show up. They're not in the wind. Okay? We asked the Bronx DA's office, hey, what's going on? They refuse to tell us. But I know what's going on because I know the
Starting point is 00:01:47 judge. Her name is Brenda Rivera. She hates the cops. All right. Strong statement. I can back it up. Time after time after time. Violent offenders are released with no bail by Judge Rivera, who is up for re-election at the end of this year. Time after time after time. She doesn't want to put violent criminals in jail because she feels that the Justice Department is racist. So that's who's hearing this case. We're going to follow it to the end. But I'll tell you what, I don't think Kareem McClary and Isaiah Jessemi are going to get jail time.
Starting point is 00:02:43 I think they'll get some diversionary thing, even though they physically attack two cops. I don't think this Judge Rivera is going to do anything to them. It's insane to have them out on the street right now. out on the street right now. They should have at least had to post $20,000 $30,000 bail, which they probably couldn't because they're criminals. I'm just guessing on that. So, you know, people say, oh, New York City, New York City, there is a reason that our society is in decline, and this is the reason. And I'm telling you, Judge Rivera,
Starting point is 00:03:27 She's going to win. Again, they'll vote for her in the Bronx. I said on the broadcast tonight, because we're talking about D-Day, the 13 million Germans were killed during World War II. And I said, I don't feel sorry for any of them. Now, I'm a bad guy. Okay. But they allowed Hitler and the Third Reich to,
Starting point is 00:03:57 wage World War II. The German people allowed it, signed up for it. So yeah, 13 million Germans were killed, civilians and military. Well, in the Bronx, you're going to continue voting for these people. You might be killed. Now, I can't say that I hope the citizens of the Bronx bad things out. I'm not going to do that. That'd be irresponsible. But it's the same theory. You can't keep voting for judges who hate the cops and allow violent offenders out on the street. Time after time after time after time. I don't know, I just don't know what it's going to take.
