Starting point is 00:00:00 So everybody's talking about the election, and we have, I think, the best election coverage for you in the country. You know, I know I'm bragging, but if you disagree, please let me know and tell me who's better. So bill at bill o'Reilly.com, name in town, if you're in Canorsi, if you're in Staten Island, wherever. If you don't think we have the best election coverage, please tell me who is better. So there's a poll out by Sienna College. That's just outside of Albany. We used to play them in football when I was at Marish College. Seattle is a fine school.
Starting point is 00:00:44 But when it takes a poll, it's tilted. Okay? Democrat 49, Republican 25. Why? Because that's what the voter rolls are. New York State. New York State is a liberal Democrat situation. Everybody knows that. So anyway, no surprise with the Kamala Harris's 53% support in New York, Donald Trump 39 at this point. Okay? But on Long Island, where I live, Suffolk County, big, big for Trump.
Starting point is 00:01:21 NASA, close. Close here. Now, in New York State, according to Sienna, most people think we're on the wrong track, 51 percent, right track 39. So why if the majority of New Yorkers think the states going in the wrong direction? Because progressive leadership in Albany, okay, Democrats have a supermajority in New York. It's all Democrats, city. So the majority said, no, we're heading the wrong direction. Then why are you supporting Kamala Harris? There's no logic to it.
Starting point is 00:02:06 But I'm going to tell you why, because that's my job. Okay. It's not so much about Donald Trump versus Harris. It's about emotion. And this is not just in New York. So a lot of voters, they are distracted. Let me use that word. They don't pay close attention to issues.
Starting point is 00:02:30 If you ask them about the economy, they wouldn't really understand the macroeconomic theory of Joe Biden versus Donald Trump. You couldn't possibly get that out of it. And I'm not being supercilious, which means arrogant. I'm not. I'm just telling you the truth. So they know that grocery store and gas prices are up, insurance costs are up, home buying is up, crime is up, civil disorder is up. Everybody knows that. But then it's the blame game. Oh, it's not the Democrats' fault. This guy's fault. Trump's fault. This is that. The other thing. Then you have millions of people who simply vote on skin color or other ethnicity issues. And then you have millions of people who say, look, I am a Democrat, and I'm voting Democrat, and I don't care who's running. That's the Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez crew.
Starting point is 00:03:26 Why? Because the Democratic Party is the Party of Entitlement. They give money away far more than Republicans do. So when you add all that up, you have a majority in not only New York, but Massachusetts, Illinois, California, Oregon, Washington. state, Colorado, whatever it may be. It's all self-interest and emotion. But we're at the point now where is if you support Kamala Harris and Tim Walls, you are supporting a destruction of traditional America. Now we're seeing it in New York City where crime and punishment is evaporated. You can be a criminal, a vicious criminal, a violent criminal, and not be punished. You can be a
Starting point is 00:04:15 drug dealer. You can kill people with fentanyl and heroin, and very little will happen to you. That's a collapse, and that's under the progressive leadership. So the traditional New York crime and punishment was you get arrested for a crime and hurting someone else, you go to the penitentiary. You go to stay prison. But now, no. That's a pretty stark. change. Harris wins in November and she could. She'll carry New York. The whole country is going to change for the worse.
