Starting point is 00:00:00 I have a story to tell you, a pretty interesting story. All right, I'm going to walk through the story, and I'd like to get your reaction to it if you would take the time. Bill at Bill O'Reilly.com. Okay. So there is an undocumented migrant in America. His name is Johanri Brito, 24 years old Venezuela. He came to the USA, and he asked for asylum as, what, 7 million people have been. done under Biden, maybe more.
Starting point is 00:00:32 And, you know, Henry is a criminal. But they didn't immediately say, no, we're not going to give you asylum because you're a criminal in Venezuela. You're not going to come here. We'll boot you out. They didn't do that. They let him in. So he's in New York, okay?
Starting point is 00:00:48 24 years old. So he was arrested today for thefts at a Sephora makeup store. about 1500 bucks of merchandise he took. They got him. Okay. And then they, of course, ran him through the computer. He's been arrested and released for three other thefts. That is his number four. Remember, he's in a country illegally. But worse than that, he was one of the seven migrants that kicked and punched two NYPD officers on January 27
Starting point is 00:01:31 all right he attacked two cops along with other migrants and he's out walking around the seven who attacked the cops none of them were held on bail so what we have in New York City is not only
Starting point is 00:01:51 is the district attorney Alvin Bragg, as this happened in Manhattan, letting American criminals out who punch and kick and hurt people with no bail. He's now letting undocumented migrants out time after time after time after time. No punishment. Get it off the post bail. They go in, fingerprinted, take a mugshot, and they're out, and then go back to Sephora and steal them all stuff. So this is what what they call a breakdown of the entire system. Number one, Yo Henry never should have been here. He was apprehended, and they let him come in.
Starting point is 00:02:36 Even though they knew the border authorities, Homeland Security, he's a criminal in Venezuela. He comes to New York. He commits crime after crime after crime, after crime, including a violent crime against two cops. They don't hold them. They don't alert ICE. ICE doesn't know anything about him.
Starting point is 00:02:54 So who's at fault? Number one, Alvin Brack. Number two, Eric Adams, the mayor of New York City. Absolutely at fault here because he does not criticize Alvin Brack or write in an executive order. He does nothing. Number three, Governor Hokel, who couldn't care less, could not care less. Number four, Attorney General Letitia James, who could replace Brack. You have to get the approval of the governor to do it, but she's the top law enforcement officer in a state.
Starting point is 00:03:35 Does she care? No. And finally, the voters of New York City and the state of New York are responsible for this. Not you listening to me right now. I don't think there's one person in my audience who would support Yo Henry Brito being in the country in the first place or being released with no bail. If there is, let me know. I wouldn't even read your name because I don't want you to get hurt. But if you support that, bill at bill o'Reilly.com.
Starting point is 00:04:18 Give me a shout. Tell me why you support this, because it could be you or your kids or your wife or your sister or your brother or whoever is the next victim of these people. We don't have enough American criminals. We've got to deal with criminals from all over the world. You know, when you think back on this, I've never seen anything like the collapse of the justice system that we have now. in our entire history. Now, I name the five people who are responsible. Bragg, Adams, Hogle, James, and anybody who voted for any of them.
