Hey, Hello, Riley here.
Welcome to the No Spin News, Thursday, September 12th, 2024, stand up for your country.
The debate, fallout continues.
I'm doing a lot of press, a lot of marketing for confronting the presidents, and this is a very, very hot topic.
on a number of levels, as it should be.
First of all, I tell everybody that Donald Trump can recover.
Not all is lost.
All right.
And that will happen, his recovery will happen, if the Republican Party and the candidate himself
changes course.
Sorry, same old isn't going to work.
Okay?
So here's a vivid example of how to do that.
The former president's main theme on Tuesday night was the open border catastrophe.
And that's true.
Anybody defending that open border, you've got to be mad or so blinded by partisanship you're not worth even considering.
He brought it up seven times, Trump did.
But he never nailed it emotionally.
So here's how he could have done that.
Very early in debate, when David Muir or whoever, Lindsay Davis, asked him a question, all Donald Trump had to do, we say, I'll get to that question in a moment, but something is really bothering me tonight while I stand on this stage, and I want to apologize to the family of Lake and Riley and Georgia for the murder of her daughter, allegedly,
by an undocumented migrant from Venezuela.
I want to apologize on behalf of the United States to you,
the Riley family.
And I would like the vice president, he turns and looks at her,
to do that as well.
Stunning over, brings home the catastrophe of the open border
in a vividly personal way.
Now, is Kamala Harris going to apologize?
Throws her off her game, puts her on the defense,
and if she ignores Trump's entreaty, he brings it back.
He goes, you know, now would be a good time for you apologize.
Or David are you going to ask if the vice president is going to apologize to the Riley family?
This is how you control the debate.
You become the narrator.
You become the agenda setter.
Trump was on the defense of all day long.
He had to know.
There's no excuse.
Republicans are running around going,
oh, it's three against one.
Oh, no, no, no.
What about you blather?
I could have taken those three on in, you know, 30 seconds.
There wasn't an intellect among those three people,
the two moderators and the vice president.
There's no intellect there.
And they can do any shady thing they want.
you just keep telling the audience what they're doing real time. You become the narrator,
the controller of the debate. Donald Trump didn't come close to doing that. He allowed himself
to go on the defensive, allowed himself to get baited, allowed himself to waste an incredible
amount of time on stuff that doesn't matter. All right, the talking points memo this evening
is what I did last night. So I was at an event for Joe Namis, charitable,
Foundation. And Namath is a friend of mine. I idolized him growing up. I wore white shoes playing
college football, just like he did, playing pro football. And I've been fortunate enough to get to
know him and call him a friend. And I support his charitable foundation, which helps athletes,
mostly football players, with brain injuries because of their play on the field. It's a very
worthy charity. Anyway, place is packed on Long Island. Packed. So I walk into the room and was introduced
very nicely by a former New York Jet, Greg Butler. And the whole night, I spent talking to
people who came over and wanted pictures. And I like that. I like to talk to people. I mean,
everybody asked me what I thought of the debate. And I said, look, watch the no spin news
or listen to me on a radio and you know, but I want to know what you thought of the debate.
And it was evenly divided between Democrats and Republicans, the room.
I mean, this was mostly sports room.
It's a golf charity, that kind of thing.
And then it kickoff dinner was last night.
I tell you what, I was surprised.
There wasn't anybody in that room that approached me.
And again, I had an even amount of Republicans and Democrats that was enthusiastic about that debate,
or liked the debate, or felt the debate was worthy.
no one, whether they were Trump supporters or Harris supporters, no one. And the reason is that
Americans, unless you are poisoned with ideology, unless you are so hateful toward either candidate,
most Americans are uncertain now. We've gotten hurt badly under Biden. There's no question.
Financially, working people have gotten hammered and continue to get hammered and will continue.
God help us, Kamala Harris has ever elected president is going to get worse.
It's an uncertainty about it.
Even the Democrats are very uncertain.
They don't know what Harris, who she is or what she'll do.
And it's all fine to say, oh, I want joy and I still retain my values.
Well, your values, lady, are far, far left, much further left than Biden.
That's what your values are.
That's what they have been.
since you started in San Francisco.
Though of you, you know, my values haven't changed, that's scary.
You're flip-flopping all over the place,
but essentially you're going to go back
to being a radical progressive.
And the Democrats feel that, even though they hate Trump.
So I'm going to tell you tonight something very important.
I am pretty good at predicting.
You all know that.
In fact, I was thinking about changing.
my name to Nostradamus O'Reilly. Well, I don't know if that has a good flow. So I accurately
predicted, okay, that Trump would win in 16. I didn't predict Biden Trump in 20 because I knew
it was just too razor thin. I accurately predicted that Biden would not run. Okay, you all know
that. So if Kamala Harris is elected, I know what she will do.
There's no doubt in my mind, I know, and I'm going to tell you, and hopefully there are some
Republican big shots, maybe even the former president, watching this evening.
Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress.
National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets, and meanwhile, China is dumping the
dollar and stockpiling gold.
That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver.

Because in order to win the election in November, the Republican Party has got a course
correct. You can't keep doing this. You've got to become less Trump-centric. Not repudiate Trump. He's the
guy. He's your man. You've got to support him. But it should be her, not him, because everybody
knows him. Number one, Thomas Harris is elected. This country will go big time into equity. I'll
remind you again what equity is favoring certain groups okay it's not e pluribus unum out of many one
no it's this group gets more this group gets treated special she is the queen of equity
she is also a semi-socialist what does that mean it's not a marxist she doesn't even know what that is
A semi-socialist is somebody who wants to redistribute income to give the money the federal government acquires from working people and affluent people and corporations to the equity-favored groups.
That's what it is.
So to be this massive taxation has to be, if she's going to give people $25,000, put a down payment on a home,
if she's going to give everybody $6,000 if they have a kid,
this is money, boom, this is trillions and trillions of dollars.
We don't have that money.
Okay?
So she's got to go in and tax everybody.
You think, oh, if you're a 400,000, that's a bunch of bull.
Because once you tax a corporation or a company that's passed on to the consumer
who buys the products from that company or corporation.
Everybody knows that.
all right but the democrats will never acknowledge it so equity income redistribution that will
get america and number one more divided than it is now more bitter as people are paying more for
everything and it will put us into a recession because there will be fewer jobs available
When the companies and corporations are taxed at 28% from 21, they're going to lay people off.
Massive lay those.
And then the Democrats are going to have to increase the entitlements for the people who don't have a job.
It becomes a socialistic state.
Washington controls the flow of dollars into the consumer's pocket.
And again, it's all minority.
So if you're a trans, you're Harry, and you want to be Sally.
Comma wants to pay for it with tax money.
I got to pay for that operation.
This is her value system.
All right?
Then she's going to go into the criminal justice system and say she only has sway over federal crimes,
but she can eliminate money going into cities, don't cooperate.
You're going to say, look, we're going to redesign this whole thing.
If you're a criminal and you steal less than $1,000,
we're not going to prosecute you.
That's what they do in California.
It's a misdemeanor.
You get a ticket.
If you punch somebody in the face and break their nose and alter their life,
we're not going to, and there's not going to be any bail.
No bail.
You're out after two hours.
It's like you got pulled over for going through a red light.
That'll accelerate.
And we know that because of what she did after the George Floyd killing.
All right?
So these people were burning down and throwing things at police and beating the people up and looting.
She tried to raise money to get them out.
That's who she is.
That's her value system.
And then it extends overseas, one world government.
One world.
Obama tried this and he got killed on it.
All right.
We're not one world.
We're the big dog, the United States.
We have to control China and Russia and Iran, the genius.
hijahs. Germany's not going to do it. All right, they can help. But it's us. Harris doesn't want
that. And Harris has to cut the military budget, has to, in order to get the money to pay for
the trans operations and every other crazy progressive thing you've ever seen. And she'll be right
on board with reparations for slavery. Cash payments to African Americans. Because every
African American in a country is going to say, hey, I had an ancestor, came over for
Africa and they were enslaved.
You have how many trillions of dollars that's going to cost?
She's, that's her value.
All right?
Just add it up.
And then the border.
You think she's going to inhibit the border?
She's not.
She's going to give amnesty to every single undocumented person here that hasn't committed
a felony.
That's what, that's her value system.
Everybody gets amnesty.
Now, if the Republican Party would take what I just told you in the,
the last eight minutes and run ads, don't even mention Donald Trump. That's how you win both
houses of Congress and the presidency. Do you want that? Now, most of you know liberal people
and Democrats will vote for Harris. If you're a premium or concierge member on bill o'Reilly.com,
and I would advise you do this, just get a transcript of what I just said. You'll have it
right in front of in writing. And just read it to these people. Is this what you want?
Big unemployment boosts when the corporations and companies begin to lay people off because they
got to pay more tax? Is that what you want? Because most people are in this ideological fog
and there's no direction. Television is corrupt as has ever been. It's a sewer. I mean,
And one of the reasons that Bill O'Reilly.com is so fabulously successful, I'm not bragging,
I'm just stating.
Because we don't do that garbage.
We're not in business to spin anything.
What I just told you will absolutely happen.
She will try to do it.
And you can say, oh, O'Reilly, she's not going to control the Senate and the House.
That's true.
But by executive orders, she could do a lot of what I just told you.
And yeah, it'll be challenged.
but this whole country would be one big, blanking mess.
You think it was bad under Biden?
Biden has no belief system at all other than he wants to go to the beach.
That's his primary belief system.
That's his values.
I want to sit under the umbrella.
All right?
Harris, she is a progressive.
She will do as she's told because she's not smart enough, all right, to exit.
prosecute policy. She isn't. But the people with her? I mean, just go down the list of her
supporters. You know who they are. Bernie Sanders loves Kamala Harris, loves her. Harris,
the most liberal out of 100 senators in the year 2019. She beat out every senator on the liberal
front. This is what the Republican Party has got to get out, and they got enough money to do
with these political action committees. And Trump at the end goes, I'm Donald Trump and
I approve that message. If this continues, it's all about Donald Trump and his grievances,
Harris will beat him. Republicans have to court.
correct now and that's a memo debate viewership 67 million across 17 television stations
ABC we sponsored debate got 19 million NBC 10 CBS 6 CBS in dire trouble
Fox broadcast Fox news Fox business okay combined 14 not
particularly strong. CNN 4.4 million, pretty weak. MSNBC 6.4 million. But if you combine MSNBC
and NBC News, that brings it up to 16. And that's the liberal cadre. I mean, all three of them
networks are liberal now. But NBC leads the league there. All right, the schedules. President Biden
They did get off the sand for a few hours to give a speech about the Violence Against Women Act.
You know, just read the prompt.
They didn't have any to do with the speech.
Trump will be in Tucson, Arizona, then he goes to L.A. for a fundraiser.
Why would you go to L.A.?
Because there's a lot of people in Orange County, a better money, a lot of wealthy people.
It's $250,000 a person.
So if you've got a date, that's a half million.
to see Trump in L.A., and Kamala Harris is Charlotte and Greensboro, North Carolina. That's all
today. Now, as I said last night at the Namath event, it wasn't any enthusiasm at all for
Kamala Harris. None. None. And I was there with a friend of mine, a couple of friends of mine.
I always had to bodyguards wherever I go, so I take my friends. And even my, and he's one of the
guy's very liberal, one's conservative. He didn't have any enthusiasm for Kamala. I didn't
turn my phone off, so that's what you're hearing in the background. Let me turn it off now.
These things are good and they're bad, both of them. Anyway, but on the television news,
where again, they're speaking to the choir to make money, it was absurd. It was totally insane,
roll tape. What was your take on the debate, Michael? Still go ahead. What was the key moment?
She spanked that ass. I'm sorry.
That's what she did.
She came and she walked on that stage.
Look, for me, this, it's one of those things that you didn't realize happened until about 20 to 30 minutes into the debate.
He's talking about the handshake and he thought it was a big deal and all of that.
So that's Michael Steele.
He used to be the head of the Republican Party in Ohio.
I know him.
And I can't cast aspersions at Mr. Steele because it's not right.
It's not fair.
But what it looks like, because he was a fairly conservative guy,
is that he got a big paycheck from NBC, and so he does their bidding.
Because I don't know how you change like he has.
Hey, it's Sean Spicer from the Sean Spicer Show podcast, reminding you to turn into my show every day to get your daily dose inside the world of politics.

you get your podcast. You don't want to miss an episode. But again, I'm not going to use
any more of it. You know, you've seen it. Now, interestingly, tonight I'll be on CNN on Laura
Coates' program. That's 11 Eastern, but 8th Pacific Prime Time talking about confronting the
presence. At least I think that's what we're going to talk about. So, number one, we're
very pleased that CNN broke the blackball, which the networks, three of them, CNN, MSNBC,
won't book any non-liberal authors, ever.
Forget it.
I mean, Mark Levin, the radio guy, whether you like him or not, it doesn't really matter.
He had a huge bestseller.
All right?
He couldn't get on there.
I don't know whether he want to go or not, but it wouldn't put him on.
I mean, the book was enormous.
So we're very pleased to be on with Ms. Coates tonight.
You know, I'll tweet about it tomorrow and hopefully it goes in a good way.
And I mean that sincerely.
So we are doing an amazing amount of media for confronting the presidents.
I'll tell you a little bit about it at the end of the program.
But we can't break through.
the blackball. And I told you about Jane Pauley that I wrote her a very nice email. I was going to put
it up on a screen, but I don't want to do that. And she looks like a really nice woman. I don't know
or I never met her. But I think she's a zealot now. There's no reason on earth where I shouldn't be
on CBS Sunday morning. They use authors all the time. She didn't even reply to the email. How
insulting is that? Anyway, I just want to bring you up to date on it. Um,
eating pets. So that was a low moment for Donald Trump. Everybody knows that. There are some
conservatives trying to defend Donald Trump on it, and I'm sure some Haitian people have eaten
pets, somewhere, sometimes, someplace. But in a presidential debate, come on. Now, I've spent
some time in Haiti. I was there in the Aristide coup. I thought I was going to get killed,
but I know the country pretty well.
It's the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere.
It'll always be poor.
It's the most corrupt country, this side of central Africa.
You don't demonize a whole race of people, number one.
Number two, if somebody ate a pet, then the cops in the town are responsible for that.
But the authorities say, nobody reported anything like that.
We don't have any evidence.
And this is in Springfield, Ohio.
However, listen to this.
Here's what Trump should have said.
In Springfield, Ohio, a town of 59,000 people,
there are 15,000 Haitian migrants there.
Are you kidding me?
And the town can't handle it.
15,000 in this little town.
Thank you, Joe Biden.
So the governor of Ohio, DeWine, sending $2.5 million,
giving the town $2.5 million to try to control this.
That's the story.
And in Aurora, Colorado, where I used to live,
I lived in a place called the Falls.
I remember sitting on my veranda looking at the beautiful Rocky Mountain sunset.
It was a fabulous place to live.
Now they have put in a lot of housing.
It's a little gritty, Aurora.
But it's been invaded by Venezuelan gang members who are causing all kinds of terror there.
governor colorado polis p o l i s big sanctuary state guy he doesn't care he doesn't care so um in
denver and and aurora is right outside the suburb 40 at least 42 000 migrants are there
Denver can't afford it and the crime rates way up these Venezuelan gangs this is like
MS-13 in El Salvador.
I mean, it's a vicious.
Now, this is the story.
This is it.
You pinpoint this.
You get emotion into this.
Federal judge in Utah.
So there is a movement,
and it is to have laws protecting children
from internet invasion,
whereas predators,
use the internet to lure children.
And those laws should be there, right?
And they try to get all kinds of personal information
about the kids, all of that.
So in Utah, they passed the Utah Minor Protection
in Social Media Act to make it a crime
if you're trying to get information from a child under 18.
Good, right?
Good law, anybody disagree with that?
One person does.
Judge Robert Shelby, U.S. District Court
for Utah. There he is. Hey, Bob, how are you doing, man? Bob goes, oh, law is unconstitutional.
We can't protect the kids with a blanket law saying that seeking information from them is a crime.
Threw it out. This is what I mean. So who's Robert Shelby? To ask my staff, find out who Bobby
Shelby is, you know? Let's find out. Oh, boy. Appointed by Barack Obama.
You. There you go. Extremely liberal. In Utah, which is the reddest of the red.
So anyway, it'll be overturned. But this is what I'm talking about with the progressive
movement. Smart life. So 11% of all U.S. adults. So what is it? 230 million
U.S. adults, 220, 11%, about 25 million Americans have a booze problem.
They call it alcohol use disorder.
AUD, alcohol use disorder.
That means you're a drunk.
That's what that means.
You've got to get drunk every day.
Unfortunately, many of those people have children.
And triple in, unfortunately, they drink in front of their kids.
Any parent drinking to excess in front of their children, that's child abuse.
Right?
You're getting drunk in front of your kids.
I don't care how old they are.
You're abusing the kid.
So there's a new study out of Texas AMM.
It says if you do that, your kid is going to be adversely affected both mentally and physically
Because they're much more likely to do what you're doing, to drink themselves.
And then mentally, what kind of signal are you sending to those children?
That of a strong, responsible adult looking out for them?
No.
You're a lush.
You're a lush.
L-U-S-H.
25 million Americans in that category?
Not all of them have kids, but really, really bad.
It's a smart life.
Don't do that.
Ever.
Real story behind Biden wearing the MAGA hat.
I love this story.
Throwed a picture up.
So on 9-11, Biden goes to Shankville, Pennsylvania,
and he encounters a Trump supporter.
Okay?
And then he's signing the hat of the Trump supporter.
The Trump supporter is actually insulting Biden.
Okay?
Right? And Biden then puts the Trump hat on as a joke. This was a joke. Now, once he did that, some far right people, conservatives, and I know who they are, but I'm not going to do it, said, oh, Trump's Biden senile. He put that Trump hat out of you didn't know what he was doing. No. Biden was actually joshing around with this guy, which is a good thing.
all right we set the record straight here you all stop enough of this garbage all right this is
important things to deal with here all right one of my favorite actors of all time is
clint eastwood and again i'm just like joe namath at the top um i've been lucky enough in
my life to know him a big fan of the factor and it follows me to this day he's 94 years old
Pliny's sweet. Can you believe that? Anyway, his story is the quintessential American story.
So he, San Francisco, he taught swimming lessons, he drove a truck, he pumped gas, it's the blue collar guy.
And he went down to L.A. and he was doing some car work for showbiz types.
And they said, hey, you ought to go, you're a big guy and go in and, uh, you know,
audition, maybe they'll take you on, one of the studios, which happened. And he was in these monster
movies, Revenge of the Creature, Tarantula. I love those movies. Anyway, I'm a big Sven Gouli fan.
I love it. It's so ridiculous. But to me, they're hysterical. I watched him when I was a kid.
Anyway, Eastwick was in Rahai, played Rowdy H. You may remember that if you're an old person like me,
and he's around, but he wasn't getting anywhere. He goes to Italy, and he makes what they call
spaghetti western under a director named Sergio Leone. He was brilliant. All right. And the movie
for a few, no, a fistful of dollars, a fistful of dollars, for a few dollars for a few dollars
for a few dollars, one was the second one. Fisful of dollars debuted in Italy 60 years ago
today. Roll the tape.
I don't think it's nice you laughing.
You see, my mule don't like people laughing.
It's the crazy idea you're laughing at him.
Now, if you apologize like I know you're going to,
I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.
See, I would have apologized.
Anyway, boom, Eastwood becomes one of the biggest stars in the world.
So throughout his career, his movies have grossed $4 billion.
One guy.
Four billion.
He's worth, according to,
go banking rates or something about 400 million and he deserved it he earned it okay as I said
he's 94 he's got his last movie he directed juror number two will come out next year so
um John Wayne Clint Eastwood I mean he's with Titans you see what we have today
I mean come on my so 60 years ago today
a few dollars more. No, a fistful of dollar. I can't tell. He's wearing the same
Serrappian hat and he's got the same cigar in both movies. A fistful of dollars
debuts. All right, back with a preview with a big documentary on News Nation on confronting
the president's in a moment. Okay, final thought of the day. In two days, we are approaching
75,000 copies of confronting the president sold in two days. Thank you all very much. That's an
astronomical number in today's world.
News Nation was kind enough, and I'm using that word kind literally, to do a documentary about the book.
And it features Leland Verde, who used to work for Fox, interviewing me, and it's a really
interesting doc. Roll the tape.
So Johnson trafficked with his crew in Blackmail.
lived across the street from J. Edgar Hoover.
And their hobby was blackmailing people to get what they wanted.
And they set up a bordello, a brothel.
And some big politicians used it.
And they used that because they were secretly taping against those politicians.
So Lyndon Johnson, bad.
Awful.
LBJ.
And he ran a guy named.
Bobby Baker, who went to prison.
Where do you read about Lyndon Johnson?
Stad, do you think Nixon was bad?
Where's guy?
Anyway, so the hour that's going to run is on Sunday night, 9 o'clock News Nation.
So I know Sunday night football, I know, I know.
Tape it.
Tape the hour.
If you can't, you know, something you don't want to watch football.
You want to, you know, watch something where you will learn, and you will learn on this documentary.
Very well, doctor.
by News Nation, really, really well done. Top shelf. So that's again, Sunday night,
9 Eastern, and we, you know, we run it down. Now, we don't talk about all 45, but we talk
about the ones that really did good things and really did bad things. And we get into Biden.
Remember the book, the subtitle of the book is no spending assessments from Washington to Biden,
all 45, all right? We got chapters on all men. You can go around. You don't have to read it
top to bottom, but if you do read it top to bottom, you'll know everything about your country
because it's an amazing history lesson all the way through. But I don't rank them. I want
you to rank them. But I tell you my opinion at the end of the chapter based upon what they
did and didn't do. And it's interesting that people ask me, should Trump debate again?
Trump got waxed, as we showed you last night by Mondale.
The second debate, Reagan I'm talking about, Reagan got waxed.
Ronald Reagan came back and wiped out Mondale and the second one.
So Trump should debate Kamala, even if Putin puts it together in Vladivostok,
if I would Trump, I'd call for a debater again, because you could reverse it.
If you look at my talking points tonight, that's how you do it.
All right, new column on Sunday.
