Starting point is 00:00:00 Beginning today, this program, the nos bin news, and our radio affiliates all across the United States, we will have the smartest, most honest, election coverage in the United States. No one will approach us in accuracy and putting on the table what is really happening without propaganda. So you're going to get it, and you're going to get it tonight. You're going to get a heavy dose of this tonight. But anyway, beginning today, almost all of our focus is going to be on the boat because it is so important for this country. And I'm going to walk everybody through the importance of it. This isn't about Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:01:02 It's about you and your family and how you want to live. Because if the progressives win in November, everything changes in this country. All of our lives change. And again, most people have no idea. So the Talking Points memo this evening is skin color and the vote. This is a very important talking points. So the polls, as you probably have heard, are getting tighter between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris. The major reason for that is that women of color, who had no interest in Joe Biden at all, have now come over to support Vice President Harris.
Starting point is 00:01:48 It is as simple as that. Now, men of color aren't that convinced about the vice president. But women, a substantial amount of American women of color, like Kamala Harris. And the reasons vary. But that is what moved the polls in her direction. It's still very tight. Now, skin color will be on the ballot. They say democracy's on the ballot.
Starting point is 00:02:18 Skin color is going to be on a ballot. And it shouldn't be. I mean, we should be way beyond this. Now, you vote for the person. who you believe is best for the country. No matter what their skin color is. But the progressives are going to play that card and play it hard.
Starting point is 00:02:40 So right now, one of the more vicious race baiters in the United States, the man named Roland Martin, just throw his picture on up there. He used to work for CNN. We don't really know what Martin does now, but apparently he's attached himself to the Harris campaign, don't know if it's a formal arrangement or not. Here's some of the stuff that Roland Martin puts out there. Quote, the GOP, Republican Party, is a party of white supremacy. Any black person, even considering
Starting point is 00:03:15 voting for Trump, is self-hating. Man adores white nationalists. Second one, racist, host. Hogan speaking tonight at R&C, how fitting? If I were Hulk Hogan, I'd suit a guy. Again, you know, Hulk Hogan won that big lawsuit. It gets Gawker. If I were Hogan, I'd file suit against Roland Martin. He's called flat out of racist. Hey, Hulk.
Starting point is 00:03:46 You know? So this guy, you don't get more hateful in those two tweets, but I'll give you two more. Okay? Is it Martin Sid, June 29th? 2023. Clarence Thomas is pathetic. He cites the founders. Saying founders who supported slavery. Hell, they didn't want blacks to be free. They damn sure never envisioned us going to college.
Starting point is 00:04:08 So the founding fathers were all racist, according to Roland Martin. How about another one? Black America, do you trust Trump? Do you trust a racist, sexist, xenophobic person who's done nothing to help our communities? You see what I'm talking about here? This is hate. Right? That's it. H-A-T-E, and the guys on the internet, of course, roll the tape. Black folks ain't caping for Donald Trump or feeling for Donald Trump thinking he's been persecuted.
Starting point is 00:04:42 Donald Trump is a rich white man who has never, ever, ever been held accountable for his actions. That man started his career on racism. Let me be absolutely clear, above the Supreme Court, equal justice under law. But we know, because we can see it our own, a black eyes, that Donald Trump don't identify with any black person whatsoever. Race, race, race, hate, hate, hate. Now, Kamala Harris should absolutely disown this person immediately. And I, again, don't know whether he's attached to her campaign, but she should repudiate not only Roland Martin,
Starting point is 00:05:36 but everybody who traffics in this kind of invective. If a white person went on and did that, what he's doing, and attacked black people, the way Martin's attacking white, people, the founding fathers, they're all racist, according to Roland Martin. Oh, yeah, every one of them. I mean, it comes a point, if I'm going to interview Kamala Harris, I run that sound clip button. It said, do you support that? You have anything to do with Roland Martin? Is he on board? On your campaign? Now, we're going to continue investigating this guy, because we don't know, you know, he might be getting paid? I don't know. I don't know. I do know there's no place for his kind of hatred
Starting point is 00:06:28 in this country, period. Election or no election. Okay. The skin color business, the entire business, is anti-American. All right? It simply is. And there's no more I can say about it than if you do that. And there are whites who hate blacks, so you know it. But the black extremists, like Roland Martin, they can do this stuff without impunity. They get away with it. Again, if you're white and you're attacking blacks, you're done. So it's going to get worse, unfortunately, this tactic, because if African Americans vote for Kamala Harris, the same way they voted for Biden in 2020, 20, then Harris a good shot to win. Noble is that, because Donald Trump was making inroads into the African-American community.
Starting point is 00:07:31 They have no use for Joe Biden. Harris plays that race card, and I'm going to watch every single day, every day. And she herself has played the race card. You saw it in the debate with Biden in 20. when she basically called Biden and races for her for his vote on busing. But we'll see if she does it this time, and that's a memo. Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress. National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets,
Starting point is 00:08:02 and meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold. That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver. Starting point is 00:08:52 Again, that's 866, 326-5576, or text bill to 998899. Hey, it's Sean Spicer from the Sean Spicer Show podcast, reminding you to tune into my show every day to get your daily dose inside the world of politics. President Trump and his team are shaking up Washington like never before, and we're here to cover it from all size, especially on the topics the mainstream media won't. So if you're a political junkie on a late lunch or getting ready for the drive home, new episodes of the Sean Spicer Show podcast drop at 2 p.m. East Coast every day. Make sure you tune in.
Starting point is 00:09:30 You can find us at Apple Podcast, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. All right, New Paul, ABC News, Ipso's poll. Suspect poll, we'll get to that in a moment. 1,200 U.S. adults, not voters, not registered voters, not likely voters, just adults. That's ridiculous. You've got to get people who are engaged in the process when you poll. First question, do you have a favorable, unfavorable opinion of Kamala Harris? Favorable 43 on April 42. That is up eight points since July 20th. In a week, she goes up eight points because of the media. Okay, that's why. Favorable or unfavorable Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:10:15 February of 36, unfavorable of 52. So Trump is down four points in favorability. Unfavorability is about the same. Now, final question. Do you think Kamala Harris should be the Democratic nominee? Yes, 52%, someone else, 44%. That's pretty close. So we know what's going on here.
Starting point is 00:10:41 I'm just going to reiterate this one more time, so, you know, the closure of the polls is all due to racial politics. That's what it's due to. Now, the GOP is fighting back by putting out political ads. These aren't from the Trump campaign directly. They are from political action committees supporting the Trump campaign. There's a difference, but here's the tone. Go.
Starting point is 00:11:11 I often don't even look at a charge specifics when I bail someone out. The Hennepin County attorney called out the Minnesota Freedom Fund for bailing Mosley out of jail twice previously, even though he was arrested for having a gun in the courthouse. The Minnesota Freedom Fund, which pays cash bail for low-income criminals, paid Tim's entire $10,000 bail in cash. 11 days later, police found a man bleeding from the head and ears in this alley. police were able to arrest tins in connection to this violent assault. Howard was arrested and charged with second-degree murder. The Minnesota Freedom Fund acknowledged supporting Howard's bail.
Starting point is 00:11:52 All right, so Vice President Harris, as you'll remember, called for Americans to donate money to the Minnesota Freedom Fund after the George Floyd Riders. So that's who they're tying her into. And she is a radical thing. Again, if you read my column, she's radical. Vee moat, by far, the most radical presidential candidate in a major party ever in this country. It's not even close. I mean, people go to George McGovern.
Starting point is 00:12:20 All he was was a peacnick. She, all right. Enormous amount of money has gone into the Harris campaign since President Biden endorsed her. Not as much as the press is reporting. A lot of these are pledges that have. are never going to be realized. But there are four big names, billionaires, that are pumping money like crazy into the Democratic machine. They are. George and Alexander Soros. So there
Starting point is 00:12:50 there, boys, Quinn Delaney and Reed Hastings. So the Daily Caller website has done an investigation into this. And joining us now from Encinitas, California, is reporting. reporter, Robert Schmeid. So everybody has heard about George Soros and somehow about his son, Alexander, he's taken over the operation because George is 93. But they continue to pump tens of millions of dollars into progressive causes. They were the first to endorse Kamala Harris. So what are they up to now, Robert? So I think it's very telling that these major donors that have bankrolled the massive transformation we saw in our criminal justice system following the death of George Floyd are now still throwing their support behind Kamala Harris.
Starting point is 00:13:47 Because, you know, Kamala is maybe, you know, reading the tea leaves right now and seeing that that approach hasn't been the most popular with voters. You even have voters in places as liberalist San Francisco ruling against these progressive prosecutors. So as these donors pour money into Kamala's campaign. I think voters should kind of pause and reflect, you know, can they really trust Kamala when she says, hey, I'm going to be this hard-nosed, tough-on-crime, law and order, president. I think there should be some skepticism there because these donors, when they put money into a campaign, they're expecting to get something out of it. George Soros, Alexander Soros, Gwendolyn, all these people very involved in that effort to
Starting point is 00:14:26 totally reshape our criminal justice system starting in 2020 and clearly still like Kamala. So I think voters can maybe intuit from that, that Kamala is aligned with these people on criminal justice. And, you know, if you don't like what we've seen over the past four years with prosecutors letting out criminals, reducing sentences, refusing to try people, then maybe you should be a little bit skeptical of Kamala's claims that she's, you know, not going to do that. Can you give us the extent of the Soros infusion of money in the present presidential campaign? It is a staggering amount. The Soros is pretty consistently are some of the largest contributors to federal elections. They do this primarily through two PACs, Democracy PAC and Democracy PAC 2.
Starting point is 00:15:11 And we're talking tens of millions of dollars right now, but we really are in the early stages of the presidential elections. And it's almost unlimited amounts of money they can donate to these political action committees, right? Oh, it is unlimited. Super PACs you can make as much money you want. Yeah. What is, what will the PACs use the money for? Give us a few examples. Sure.
Starting point is 00:15:34 So something to really watch out for these voter mobilization efforts. If you look at 2020, it was like 40,000 votes across a handful of states that decided it. Probably going to be a similar situation this year. So you'll see a lot of Storos money flowing into Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, seeking to get out voters who are likely to support the Democratic Party and get them to vote in droves. From what I've seen, Republicans don't really have. have a good answer to this. We haven't seen comparable voter mobilization efforts on the right. So that could be a disadvantage for Republicans going into November. All right, but specifically the Soros money goes to pay people in counties to physically go out and either help somebody fill
Starting point is 00:16:15 out a mail-in ballot or get them on a bus to take them to the poll or if they're in a senior care to have them sign their ballot. That's what the money is going to. To pay people, to do that, correct? 100%. Stuff like that, stuff like voter registration, handing up pamphlets to people. Right. So these people are out physically in the neighborhoods,
Starting point is 00:16:38 convincing people to vote for the Democrats and doing it, I don't think there's anything illegal about that, but certainly there's a potential for some people to do it illegally, right? Certainly. really have to look at. There are these 501c3s, which are like your typical charities, and they're not allowed to engage in partisan electioneering. However, often they'll run these voter mobilization campaigns targeted like students or voters of color, you know, demographics that very clearly
Starting point is 00:17:12 support the Democratic Party on average, but they label it as nonpartisan, so they're entitled to taking tax-exempt donations and a bunch of other privileges that charities get. So again, Is that illegal? Is it not? It's a question for a lawyer, but it certainly is on the line. On the line. So there's going to be an aggressive movement in Pennsylvania and the states that you mentioned to get the Democratic Party out. Now, the Republicans say they are doing kind of the same thing, but they're concentrating more on poll watching and watching the early ballots and things like that, the mailing ballots. Tell me about Quindelan. Those people never heard of Quindelaney. Who is she? What's she doing?
Starting point is 00:17:55 So she is kind of one of these silent operators, and there are a lot of these in the Democratic Party pouring a bunch of money into, you know, unsavory causes. Her big thing, she was part of this kind of group of four female donors in California that poured a bunch of money into the progressive prosecutors across the state around 2020. You know, and a lot of cases was successful, specifically in the cases of San Francisco and Los Angeles, Chesa Bowdoin, and George Gascon. And, you know, after these guys got in, they stopped prosecutors. in certain crimes, reduce the penalties for other crimes, and, you know, predictably. We assume that she's as far left as you, but who is she? How does she make her money?
Starting point is 00:18:35 Where does she live? Let's put a picture up there, please, of her, Quindelaney. Who is she? For sure. She heads this nonprofit that is focused on doing things like removing police officers from schools, countering efforts in Oakland to strengthen police. Someone who's, I think she's a very... Police person, and she puts a lot of money into the progressive policing and defunding
Starting point is 00:19:04 the police. How did she make her money? Do you know? I think she married Rich. I believe she married a hedge fund manager, Wayne Something. The name is escaping me. They got divorced and she got a pile of dough. Is that how it went?
Starting point is 00:19:18 I think they're still married, actually, but they're both big list. Okay, so the husband's give her the dough. Reed Hastings. Now, he's a CEO of something, right? Yeah, that's a bigger name. He co-founded Netflix, made a bunch of money doing that, and since then has been dumping money into a bunch of progressive causes, also another California-focused donors.
Starting point is 00:19:39 A lot of the same things is Quindelani, progressive prosecutors, ballot measures, to weaken law enforcement, you know, all of this. All right, so he's a Netflix mogul, billionaire, obviously, and he's very aggressive. Is he spent more money than the Soros Boys? Was he at that level? Not quite. He's spent seven, so after Kamala announced,
Starting point is 00:19:59 or rather after Joe Biden dropped out and Kamala became the presumptive nominee, he donated $7 million to a pro-Harris super PAC. And that was his biggest single donation to date. Got it. All right. Now, on the Republican side, we hear about Musk giving money to Trump packs
Starting point is 00:20:17 and a few others. Do they, is it a, you know, corresponding, do they do the same thing? Yeah, so a lot of the things that Republican super PACs on are the same as Democratic super PACs. Advertisements, get out the vote efforts, mailing, all of this. There's a bit of a, we'll have to see once the new financial campaign finance disclosures come out. But if reporting is accurate, it seems like Kamala, like you were saying earlier, has raised quite a bit of of money after Biden dropped out. So that could be a disadvantage for Republicans going into November. I don't see. I think they'll both have about as much money as they'll need to do whatever they
Starting point is 00:20:59 want to do. There's very wealthy people on both sides. Well, good reporting, Robert. We really appreciate it. Thanks for taking the time. And if you get anything interesting, let us know right away, okay? Appreciate it. Thank you for having me, yes. Okay. So this is legal. Just keep that in mind. have to file. That's how we know about Soros and all. You have to say this is where the money comes from. So the political action committees have to file and say George Soros gave us this. Okay. And that's how we know. So it's not a matter of conjecture. This is fact. Hey, I'm Caitlin Becker, the host of the New York Postcast, and I've got exactly what you need to start your weekdays. Starting point is 00:22:43 every week on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. You don't want to miss an episode. So the most liberal network program of all time is The View. There has never been a program on ABC, CBS or NBC approaching the liberalism espoused daily on the view. view ever. It's not even close. Yesterday, they talked about the outrage at the Olympic opening ceremonies where a bunch of alternative lifestyle people mocked the Last Supper, promoting outrage around the world. However, the view ladies were not outraged. Roll the table. The director said it wasn't what he intended, and he also said the mission was inclusion.
Starting point is 00:23:45 Intention matters. He came out and said, that wasn't what I intended. I'm sorry if that's offended you, and this is what I was trying to do. Don't go, I get so frustrated with religion, don't go by the literal letter of the Bible, go by the example of the word, which is live with the grace, live with the forgiveness, live with, I was frustrated, you answer, and I'm okay with that. I get so tired of being beaten over the head with religious messages while someone walks along their life, not living like Jesus at all. So that means if you don't live like Jesus, you can't protest anything. Now, if the Olympic opening ceremonies had a float mocking Joe Biden and Kamala Harris,
Starting point is 00:24:34 you think Ms. Haynes would have been as permissive in her forgiveness? No. No. If any minority group had been held up to disparagement in the opening ceremonies, worldwide condemnation. So we know the game. We know it. And as I reported yesterday, part of it is the fault of Catholic and Christian leadership, which is afraid. Kamala Harris knows she can say that Trump said he won't debate because the corporate media will not call her on it, as I just did. They won't because they're rooting for her. They're in business with her. She also knows she doesn't have to do any tough interviews.
Starting point is 00:25:29 So she's been vice president in 42 months. All right. Here's the interviews that she's done. 11 with NBC, including MSNBC, which they're part. partners with the Democratic Party. So yeah. Okay, three with ABC News, six with CBS News, two NPR, zero Fox News Channel, zero CNN. Look at that CNN number. Look at that. Why would she avoid CNN entirely? Because CNN is in so much trouble that Democratic Party knows the executives at CNN have given orders that you better not go in a tank if you get
Starting point is 00:26:10 an interview with the Democrat, you better ask them tough questions. That woman Caitlin Collins did that last night to Stacey Abrams. That word's gone out at CNN. And the Democratic Party knows. Knows it. They're going to keep her away. So if you add that up, it comes to 22 interviews, national interviews, and 42 months. That's like Biden. Okay. And she's not going to give anybody who would challenge her a chance. No one. So she's just going to free ride it, all right, and knows she can get away with saying anything. Where if Trump says anything, it's headlined, he did this, he did it, even if he retweets something, Trump did it, Trump did it, we all know the game. I shouldn't say we all, because there are millions of Americans who are
Starting point is 00:27:03 absolutely clues about what's happening. So Kamala will hide from the media in the next four months or so. Now, the Democrats have a much more powerful media machine than the Republicans. That's the truth. Republicans control talk radio. I'm in that business. I know who's on. I know what they're saying.
Starting point is 00:27:26 Republicans dominate talk radio. Liberals try to air America big bomb. So they don't have very little on the air. And in D.C., there are, and we are going to do an investigation next week, we'll name it. There are corporations that send out propaganda, both to the Democrat and the Republican parties, and they get paid to do that. Okay, and we're going to name them. We're working it, okay?
Starting point is 00:27:54 But I want to be very precise. So I'm giving my producers a while. But we know they go out every morning. And the Democrat talking points are about 10 to 1 over the Republican, about who gets them. So, for example, every liberal commentator on television gets a fax every morning, if they're at a certain level, saying this is the theme of the day. The theme of the day this week was weird. Go. I mean, J.D. Vance is a disastrous pick.
Starting point is 00:28:30 he's a weird guy I think that he had a sneaking suspicion that J.D. Vance is awfully weird. Donald Trump seems to be drifting away from his own nominee because he's had so many weird views. I think that you've got someone like J.D. Vance is just this weird little odd guy who underperformed in Ohio.
Starting point is 00:28:54 Weird. And Kamlaris music. So that was the word of the day. And, you know, this has been going on for a long time. This is the most famous example of that. Go. That no one is above the law, not even a former president of the United States. One, no one is above the law.
Starting point is 00:29:17 That's how our country works. Now, I could have done that for 10 minutes. No one's above the law. You know, that was in the Trump cases. So these lemmings, these propagandists, and I have to tell you, I have never gotten a fax or an email or text from anybody with any propaganda in it, ever. They wouldn't dare do that to me because I would report it directly to you. But when I watch the national media and I don't do it often, I know what the word of the day is, and I know where they got it.
Starting point is 00:29:54 That's called corruption. When you are a pundit, an analyst, a reporter, an anchor, and you are parroting what a political party sends you, you are corrupt. Think about it. Okay. I dealt with this weird thing on Monday on News Nation. I'll be on tonight with Cuomo, by the way, on News Nation. News Nation is coming up in a ratings. They're doing better.
Starting point is 00:30:26 And Leland and I kicked around the weird thing. Go. I thought it was a sort of brilliant way of trying to brand someone else. Weird, I feel like, it's something you would call Kamala Harris. How is it that the Democrats figured this out and were able to capitalize on it? And Trump seems paralyzed to deal with it. Are you saying I would call Vice President Harris weird? It seems as though that's something you might call someone. Yes, it is.
Starting point is 00:31:00 Well, that's ridiculous. I would never call the Vice President of the United States weird. I don't know how big the weird vote is, but I think it's bigger than the Cat Lady vote. So if you're weird, you might benefit from it. A lot of weirdos walking around, Leland. That's true. So I mocked it. Okay, I'm not going to let anybody go.
Starting point is 00:31:21 And Leland's a good guy. I like him. But I'm not going to call anybody weird unless I know them. Okay, then I'll call you weird. CNN, this is Media Madness. Now, there's a woman on there, Brianna Keelor, right? She anchors a block one to four, three hours in the afternoon called CNN News Central. She's supposed to be an anchor, kind of a reporter, not a pundit.
Starting point is 00:31:51 Well, listen to what he said yesterday. Go. For someone who says he doesn't care, Trump sure seems to care, at least about the fact that he's now facing Harris instead of President Joe Biden in this election. We've all mispronounced a name. This is obviously not that. Trump has a history of purposely mispronouncing names, specifically of people who aren't white, or emphasizing traditionally non-white names as a racist dog whistle. That's absurd.
Starting point is 00:32:23 Trump criticizes everybody who criticizes him. It doesn't matter what color you are. So this woman is saying that Trump's using a racist dog whistle, which is a cliche, all right, when he mispronounces Kamala's name. That's insane. Okay? I mean, but this is the kind of stuff. And if I'm her boss, I call her.
Starting point is 00:32:51 in and say, you're an anchor. Now, if that's what you believe, you can do a segment on it and you can get two people, one who says, yes, you're right, Brianna, and the other way says, no, you're not. And if you want to, in the body of that segment, or in the intro, say this, I believe that Trump is using a racist dog whistle, okay, but you just can't spout it as fact. It's so corrupt. I mean, I just, I'm spending time today on this so you know how bad it is. It's not going to get any worse. I mean, it's not going to get any better. Now, here's a very important story you know nothing about. And I'm not saying that to deride you. I didn't know anything about it until today when my producer handed me the morning news facts. Secretary of the
Starting point is 00:33:46 Treasury, Janet Yellen, is in Brazil at a global warming climate change conference. She says to the world that something like $85 trillion is going to be needed to neutralize climate change. We took a trillion dollars. Three trillion a year in new capital. okay, and that's to get zero emissions, to get electric cars, to get technology, so we're not earning stuff that goes into the atmosphere. So Janet Young somehow knows that three trillion in a year, $78 trillion altogether. Now, other countries aren't going to pay this. They're not. I mean, Trump had to browbeat the NATO countries to even pay their defense shares. So you're not going to see Canada and all these liberal countries kicking big checks into some kind of worldwide fund
Starting point is 00:34:52 to combat climate change. It's not going to do it. What this is being used for is to increase the size of Washington, D.C., the federal government. So the federal government, the progressives are going to say to you, we're going to save your life, but in turn, you have to give us more tax dollars, and we'll decide where those tax dollars are going to be used. So we have to save your lives and the lives of all the children. But in turn, you've got to pump over more money to us, the federal government, and we'll decide how that money is spent. This is what the progressive vision is. Control the economy. Control what the American people have in assets. Take from people and build a stronger government. That's what the progress, and climate change
Starting point is 00:35:45 is the best way to do that. It increases the central power. The states can't combat. Climate change has to be done out of Washington. And that's why Yellen is running around doing this. You mark my word. You keep your eye on that. Kamala Harris will be out there every two minutes on abortion and climate change. On climate, we got to do it. And it's going to be us, not going to be India, not going to be China, not going to be Russia, not going to be the EU. Where? But that works for the progressives because they increase their power, while your power lessens because you have less money.
Starting point is 00:36:31 Smart Live. Okay, so I get a monthly report from Carfax. Carfax.com. I don't know anything about cars, but Carfax's pretty good. So they tell me how much my car is worth, if I want to sell it. They tell me what services are needed. So I got out oil change, tire rotation, whatever I mean, because I don't know anything about cars. Okay.
Starting point is 00:36:57 And they have a whole bunch of other stuff on their website. Okay, they look for car listings, valuations, maintenance advice, everything. So if you want a report sent to you, it costs money. if you just go in there and look, I think it's free, right? I'm not paying them any. I shouldn't say that. You got to put your car a VIN number in there, 17-digit VIN number. And some people don't like to do that for privacy reasons. But I think this car fax out is pretty good. But study it. But it's important you know about your car because it costs a fortune if you don't. This is a report from the Hill.
Starting point is 00:37:37 They solicited an editorial from me, op-ed from me, about the border. So it'll be interesting to see if they print it because you know me. I just let it fly. So I'll keep you posted on it. All right. So the Hill says that social media is now poisoning the election. So they give two examples. Trump's assassination attempt was staged.
Starting point is 00:38:05 That's all over the social media. you know that, you've already seen it, I'm sure, and that Biden dropped out because he has a terminal illness. I got to, I mean, I get letters every day, every day from very well-meaning people quoting this stuff on the internet. I just go, stop. All right, here is the final thought of the day. So as some of you know, I have a home out in eastern Long Island, beautiful. In the summer, the best place on earth in my opinion just gorgeous nature is incredible no pollution out there ocean and the long island sound clean great fishing uh this weekend is the dolphins were all over my backyard jumping up and down we got the whales no sharks by the way because the currents
Starting point is 00:38:56 where we are so strong sharks are out my selling called amaco boy that was something getting that into the boat a few years ago anyway so you got to eat out there and you got to eat out there in eastern long island the restaurants are insane insane so i'm entering this place i'm going to mention it the montauk yacht club i'm looking at the menu roast chicken $52 $52 chicken. I don't even think they gave you anything with. Maybe they threw on a vegetable buy. I was so up.
Starting point is 00:39:40 I went, what? $52. You can imagine what steak and lobster were. The chicken is $52. So I have my producers look up the expression of fool and his money are soon parted. It comes from $15,000. In 1887, in England, John Bridge wrote it down, and here is the quote,
Starting point is 00:40:10 if they pay a penny or two pence more for the readiness of them, I don't know what them is, let them look to that a fool and his money is soon parted. And it's true. What kind of a moron, I'm sorry, I don't care how good it tastes, What kind of a moron would pay $52 for a plate of chicken? I mean, you could buy 10 chickens and put them in a coop in your backyard, I think, for $52. So it's getting out of control. The point of this is no one is forcing you to pay overpay for anything, and you can get fair deals.
Starting point is 00:40:59 You got to look. You got to look hard. But they're out there. But a lot of wealthy people, I don't care, it's chicken. I want chicken. It's $50. No.
Starting point is 00:41:14 No. Now, I have to say that that restaurant was not crowded. I think people are going, you know what? We're not going. even if you have the money you want to set it on fire that's what you're doing you're taking a lighter and just burning up the cash
Starting point is 00:41:36 by paying those kinds of prices so the Montauk Yacht Club is a lovely place I mean right on the water is gorgeous but you got to bring your prices down out there or you're going out of business I guarantee you'll go out of business and you put a lot of money into Gusy
Starting point is 00:41:53 and that place up so I'm looking out for you you got to be reasonable here okay 52 bucks it's not going to cut it anywhere anywhere i think i made my point thank you very much for watching and listening to the no spin news we'll see again
