Starting point is 00:00:00 So remember, this is not a podcast. This is a newscast with all of the rules and regulations that apply to honest journalism. Now, I'm not diminishing podcasts at all. I'm just saying this is not that. And we present to you throughout the year information, honest information, and analysis backed up by facts, that can enhance your life. Tonight, we're going to begin with the Talking Points memo about this unbelievably ridiculous Colorado Supreme Court decision that removes Donald Trump for.
Starting point is 00:00:57 from the primary ballot in Colorado, which takes place on March 5th, 2024. So the Colorado Supreme Court, all leftists, all Democrats, rule four to three, that Trump can't be on a ballot. And here's what the court said, quote, the sum of these parts is this, President Trump is disqualified from holding
Starting point is 00:01:22 the Office of President under Section 3. Because he has disqualified, it would be a wrongful act under the election code for the Secretary to list him as a candidate on the presidential primary ballot. As I've detailed, recitation of the evidence shows President Trump did not merely incite the insurrection. Even when the siege on the Capitol was fully underway, he continued to support it by repeatedly demanding the vice president refused to perform his constitutional duty and by calling senators to persuade them to stop the campaign. counting of electoral votes. These actions constituted overt, voluntary, and direct participation in the insurrection, unquote. Well, that is not a fact.
Starting point is 00:02:11 That is an opinion, because Donald Trump hasn't been convicted of anything, insurrection, anything else. So he is innocent until proven guilty under our Constitution. So the Colorado Supreme Court's violating its rights. No question about it. We're violating a matter of deck. We think you did this. And not all of us.
Starting point is 00:02:35 Three think this is ridiculous. Three of the judges out there. But the four Uber leftists. Now, we don't like them. We don't want him. He's not going to be on a ballot. So read my message of the day on bill o'Reilly.com. I just go down the violations of the Constitution that the Colorado
Starting point is 00:02:54 judges embraced. Now, everybody knows, even the leftists know. The U.S. Supreme Court is not going to tolerate this. It's going to be thrown out. And that means that Colorado has done the country a great service. Because not only will the Supreme Court justices rule on this Colorado action, but they're going to rule on a lot of things involving the Trump prosecution. and they got to do it fast. Okay? So Colorado is going to lose. Trump will win and the country will win
Starting point is 00:03:28 because due process has to be honored. Or am I wrong? Do you not want due process anymore? Is that? In Colorado, apparently they don't. They want four judges to decide whether Donald Trump committed a crime because insurrection is a crime.
Starting point is 00:03:48 Poor judges, no jury, no cross-examination, no depositions, no defense, they'll decide. Is that what you want? If you do, there are planes that go to Moscow. Okay, right out of JFK airport in New York and Dulles and Washington. You can get on a plane, you can fly to Russia, and you can watch how that system, because that's what they do there. China didn't even bother with judges. The government just tell you. You're guilty.
Starting point is 00:04:19 Okay. This is so outrageous, I can't believe it. And that's the memo. Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress. National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets. And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold. That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver through the only dealer I trust. American Hartford gold.

Hey, I'm Caitlin Becker, the host of the New York Postcast, and I've got exactly what you need to start your weekdays. Every morning, I'll bring you the stories that matter, plus the news people actually talk about, the juicy details in the worlds of politics, business, pop culture,
Starting point is 00:05:45 and everything in between. It's what you want from the New York Post wrapped up in one snappy show. Ask your smart speaker to play the NY Postcast podcast. Listen and subscribe on Amazon Music, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Starting point is 00:06:02 All right. Now, we're going to go over some highlights of what we've done this year. And what happened last night that you didn't see yet? So it's on the subject of Donald Trump. I did Bernardgoldberg.com podcast, Bernie Goldberg. Told him I would do it.
Starting point is 00:06:23 I'm a man of my word. Always. When I say I'll do something, I do it. Always. That is the O'Reilly philosophy. So, as you know, Bernie Goldberg is no use for Donald Trump. And a lot of people who follow Bernie are in the same category. They don't like, fine.
Starting point is 00:06:39 No problem. I have any problem with that at all. So on the podcast, because Bernie does run a podcast, I was on there, you know, just short of a half hour. And he asked me a lot of questions about the media and this and that. And at the end, he got to Donald Trump. And one of his viewers wrote a letter, and the letter said, O'Reilly's too soft on Trump. Here's how I replied, no. I'm not hostile to Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:07:10 however i don't apologize for anything he says and when he says something dopey i pointed out and i can prove it by the united states of trump do you read that book that's not a kiss-up book and you know i bet you your letter writer didn't read it and i stay away from the nazi stuff from this and that. And let me tell you why. I've known a man for more than three decades. What he says changes from hour to hour. Right. Right. It's like a stream of consciousness. It's like a political Tourette syndrome. Whatever pops into his mind, he says. No sense, sir. Okay. And the reason for that is he's a rich guy. And his whole life, he's been able to say whatever he wanted to say because he had all his money and so what?
Starting point is 00:08:15 You don't like it. So what he says, unless it's hurting the individual American, I ignore what he did in four years as president was good for the country in my assessment. it. And I can run down the list. It was good for the country. It's just his verbiage and his demeanor from day to day that upsets a lot of people. But it doesn't upset me because I think it's meaningless. All right. And then we had a lot more, bernardgoldberg.com. You can go and watch the podcast and sign up and, you know, make Bernie happy. But the point of the matter is that I am a man who evaluates people on what they do. Not necessarily what they say.
Starting point is 00:09:11 If they're defamatory, gutter snipes, yeah, I'll go after you. But if you're a politician, it's just throwing out slogans on either side, liberal, conservative, and what do I care? It's what you do that matters. And I went on, and there was a little bit more to that discussion and say, in my assessment,
Starting point is 00:09:34 as a historian slash journalins. Donald Trump governed better than Barack Obama and Joe Biden. Light years better than Biden. But I thought Trump was more effective for the folks, particularly economically, than Barack Obama. Now, you can disagree with me all day long. That's fine. I like that. But that's my opinion. Trump gives opinions all the time.
Starting point is 00:10:02 and now the courts are trying to convict him on his opinions. His opinion was that the vice president could stop the electoral vote count. That's his opinion. It was wrong. I said it was wrong at the time. I praised Mike Pence for doing what he did. Trump's right to his opinion. That's not insurrection.
Starting point is 00:10:25 Okay. So on the border chaos, here are the numbers. Since Joe Biden has been president, about eight million foreign nationals have a countered border patrol. Eight million in less than three years. And that doesn't count the two million you just got away. Right? That's 10. I think it's more than two million I got away.
Starting point is 00:10:53 That's an estimate. All right. 36,000 aliens who were encountered. by the Border Patrol, have criminal records in their home countries, 36,000. Just, it's incredible. 28,000 pounds of fentanyl was seized by Border Patrol. Underbiden, okay, in one year, this year, one year, 28,000 pounds of fentanyl.
Starting point is 00:11:30 You wonder why? 150,000 Americans are dead. And where's Joe Biden? Milwaukee. Now, on January 12th, almost a year ago, here's what I said about the border. So the border is not going to get any better under Biden, because as I've said probably too much,
Starting point is 00:11:52 and I apologize if I'm repetitive, President Biden doesn't care about this at all. All right, it's way too complicated for him. he's afraid of the progressive left who wants open borders everybody knows that okay so he's not going to do anything and when he went to el paso he didn't want to be there he didn't do anything there it's a whole charade so biden's got two more years in office nothing's going to get better at the border hello here i am an oracle now wasn't hard i admit all right that's what i said on january 12th of this year media matters um this is an organization that
Starting point is 00:12:30 is in business, it is a nonprofit, to smear, defame, liable, slander, people with whom it disagrees. That's what they do. I've dealt with these people for 25 years. They are the lowest form of humanity. They're in trouble. Elon Musk is suing them saying they used their position, media matters did, to put out phony stuff about X, tying X to Nazis, and Musk is suing it. Okay?
Starting point is 00:13:09 Because of that lawsuit, the attorneys general in Texas, and now in Missouri, are investigating media matters on criminal charges. Good. Good. is almost like the NRA. It's a First Amendment issue. Media Matters is going to say, we have a right to say whatever we want, but you don't have a right to commit fraud and hurt a business like X. Don't have a right to do that. And in Texas and Missouri, there are laws preventing that, criminal laws. Fallin is because I want media matters to be
Starting point is 00:13:55 destroyed. They do not deserve to be operating in this country because they are haters, a hate group. Now, George Soros pumps millions of dollars into Media Matters through the Tides Foundation. We have reported that for years. Soros, you know him. I'm sure you despise him the way I do, he is undermining or trying to the entire Judeo-Christian tradition of this country. All right. So we don't know how it's going to come out, but Media Matters has to pay attorneys, and I'm sure Soros will pump more money in so they can to defend itself. I'm Miranda Devine, New York Post columnist and the host of the brand new podcast, Podforce One. Every week I'll sit down for candid conversations with Washington's most powerful disruptors, lawmakers,
Starting point is 00:15:06 and even the president of the United States. These are the leaders shaping the future of America and the world. Listen to Podforce One with me, Miranda Devine, every week on. on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. You don't want to miss an episode. Hey, it's Sean Spicer from the Sean Spicer Show podcast. Reminding you to tune into my show every day to get your daily dose inside the world of politics.
Starting point is 00:15:37 President Trump and his team are shaking up Washington like never before, and we're here to cover it from all sides, especially on the topics the mainstream media won't. So if you're a political junkie on a late lunch or getting ready for the drive home. New episodes of the Sean Spicer Show podcast drop at 2 p.m. East Coast every day. Make sure you tune in. You can find us at Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast.
Starting point is 00:16:01 Joining us now from Tallahassee, Florida is a man named Seamus Brunner. It's got a new book out called Controllagarchs, exposing the billionaire class, their secret deals, and the globalist plot to dominate your life. Well, I don't like that. So on a cover, you got Soros, Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, Klaus Schwab, who's a founder of the World Economic Forum, Jeff Bezos. There they are. The billionaires trying to dominate my life.
Starting point is 00:16:32 I don't like that. Seamus, you've got to stop it. You've got to stop it right now. So you got this Davos thing coming up in January in Switzerland. They do it every year, right? All these billionaires go in there and they do secret stuff. Are you going to Davos this year? Are you going to be there?
Starting point is 00:16:49 I'm thinking about it. I don't think they'd let me in, though. It's notoriously secretive, and you know, they might just arrest me if I showed up. So, I'm thinking about it, though, we'll see. Yeah, the Swiss authorities can't arrest you. And the Canton, they don't have counties in Switzerland, they have cantons. They won't bother you. Now, if you try to crash a private meeting, then the bodyguards that'll be there would beat the tar out of you. So be careful. But if you want to go wear a little ski cap and just kind of putter around you can go now i haven't finished your whole book but i've read enough of it to get the flavor of it you kind of veer in and out of the conspiracy stuff i'm not saying this as a negative but there's a big crew that believes that these billionaires
Starting point is 00:17:36 want to dominate the world in a variety of different ways okay and they do all kinds of nefarious things to amass even more power. What I want to do today is run down one by one. All right, we know about Soros. We don't have to, that's established beyond any doubt, trying to undermine Judeo-Christian traditions in America. He's been doing it for decades. His son, Alex, is now in charge. What about Mark Zuckerberg? On page 234 of controllegarks, you mentioned that Zuckerberg pumped $400 million into the 2020 election where Biden beat Trump and Trump says it was crooked. I haven't been investigating that as well because that caught my eye.
Starting point is 00:18:23 I can't come up with where this 400 million actually went and what it did. But you're smarter than I am. Tell me, where's the 400 million? Yeah, so he pumped it through two nonprofits and you see that. That's a common theme. I mean, you see it with these ad boycotts where Soros is pumping. money through tides, through the, into media matters. Lorraine Powell Jobs features in this book, and she's doing the same thing through organizations like acronym, which was funding another
Starting point is 00:18:54 ad boycotter, Nanda Nandini Jama, Sleeping Giants, who I know you're familiar with them. But Mark Zuckerberg, he does the same thing. He puts it into the Center for Tech and Civic Engagement and another equally, you know, sort of obscure-sounding organization sounds totally innocent. And then what those organizations did is they went into mostly blue areas in purple districts, and they put the drop boxes, and they funded the election infrastructure, which has now been banned in a lot of states, by the way. The Zuckerbucks have been banned. Unfortunately, what hasn't, and it's free speech.
Starting point is 00:19:34 I mean, right? Soros will say that funding media matters is free speech, But that's just, you know, another example of the many ways these control guards are kind of putting their fingers on the scales of our election. You know, it's, they say that money is the free speech, but then they're censoring shows like, you know, yours and others they're trying to anyway. They want to do the ad boycats and stuff like that. So they're very against First Amendment, although they hide behind it. All right, but let's get back to the 400 million. So Dropbox is okay.
Starting point is 00:20:02 But they were legal in Wisconsin and Michigan and states like. that where a lot of this money went in. Do you think that Zuckerberg is financing anything that's illegal? Well, I'm not a lawyer. I'm sure many lawyers have looked into it. The states have changed their laws. That was kind of the problem is, and that's a problem with so many of the things we investigated at the Government Accountability Institute, is it's actually legal. It just doesn't seem right that a billionaire should be able to finance. I haven't found it either, although this extraordinary amount of money going into 20 counties, all of which voted for Biden, I believe it, all of them did.
Starting point is 00:20:46 This guy, I don't know. It's really shady. Now, Jeff Bezos is a billionaire, and for me, all he does is buy stuff for himself. He owns the Washington Post. Okay, that's for sure. All right. And that's a far left progressive organ. But does Bezos, I mean, every time I turn around, he's buying another yacht or another house,
Starting point is 00:21:09 and he and his girlfriend are out there doing stuff? I don't know. Is he a threat, Bezos? Well, you keyed in on two of the more libertarian, at least they were originally, of the control of guards, Mark Zuckerberg and Jeff Bezos. I mean, I traced their leanings all the way back to their beginnings. And Bezos was, to his credit, originally quite libertarian. But in recent years, you know, he goes to Davos.
Starting point is 00:21:34 He's set up these climate change initiatives, like the Bezos Earth Fund, you know, he's poured $10 billion into that. And so on its surface, the climate change initiatives, that's probably his biggest philanthropic endeavor. The climate change initiatives seem great, you know, it's saving the planet. It's a very ambitious goal. But what we see with the climate change initiatives are they're really about seizing control over the energy sector. And so I'll give you an example. You know, imagine you, it's the middle of winter. Imagine you go to your thermostat.
Starting point is 00:22:04 You just woke up in the middle of the night shivering and you try to turn up the heat in your home. Well, you can't. It's been locked. You've lost control over your own thermostat. This may sound like a conspiracy theory, but it actually asked the residents of Denver, Colorado, in Texas this has happened.
Starting point is 00:22:23 And in California, with these flex alerts, they are taking over control of the smart thermostats. Now, this is made by companies like Amazon and Google. and you didn't really realize when you clicked the I Agree box to have the smart home temperature monitoring, but that's exactly what you're doing is you're turning over control of your home temperature. Right.
Starting point is 00:22:45 So before you click anything, you better know. What about Bill Gates? I mean, he's one of the first Microsoft guy, you know, he's got a lot of money and running around. What did you find out about him? Yeah, well, he's waging war on our small, you know, small holder farmers, generation-owned farms. He's waging war on privacy through his digital ID initiatives.
Starting point is 00:23:09 I mean, just a couple of weeks ago, he and the United Nations announced that they will be rolling out a digital ID regime in 50 countries within five years. That's going to totally obliterate your privacy. And they'll sell it to you under the guise of convenience. I don't know about you, but it's not very hard for me to pull my driver's license out of my wallet. I don't need it centralized in a Microsoft database. He's waging war on other things, too, information. What does he want that digital ID? What's the rationale behind it? He's been invested in and very interested in digital ID for over 15, 20 years. He says it's a great
Starting point is 00:23:50 way to store things like your vaccination records and your medical, your medical records. I mean, Ultimately, what he likes is collecting lots and lots of data. And data, according to the World Economic Forum, visionary Yuval, Noah Harari, the people who control the data control the entire world. And so what this is all leading towards, actually, Bill, is a universal basic income driven by artificial intelligence job losses. Wow. Sam Altman.
Starting point is 00:24:18 Yeah, it's a scary future. You might be a little bit ahead of you, saw. But do you think, last question for you, Gates is nefarious? Do you think, or just misguided? There's a difference between a Soros. He's a bad guy. And somebody who's climate change crazy or, you know, wants the ID because it's easier or whatever, would Gates be, in your opinion, you wrote the book, you're an expert, nefarious?
Starting point is 00:24:47 That's a strong word. You know, I read all the memoirs of his, you know, his dad and his relatives. His sister said he was nasty. His dad said that he was constantly at war for control with his parents. His mother pleaded and pleaded with him to be more charitable, you know, as he was, you know, accumulating what amounted to making him the world's richest man, billions and billions of dollars. His mother begged him to give it away to charity. He wouldn't. So it was really only after the Justice Department started investigating Microsoft that he sets up his philanthropic foundation in rebrands.
Starting point is 00:25:23 I don't know if I'd call him nefarious, but I would definitely say he's control-happy. He likes to control things. That's a direct quote from him and his parents. And so, yeah, I think he's just trying to get control of as much as possible. All right. The book is Control Ligarchs by Seamus, nice Irish name, Brunner. We appreciate it, Seamus. Thanks for coming on.
Starting point is 00:25:46 Thanks, Bill. All right, another poll Rasmussen about the media. So the numbers on the media now are lower than any other point in our history. So the corporate media, this is the networks, the cables, you know, the big media, national media. People have just left. I told you, I gave you the numbers about Fox News.
Starting point is 00:26:15 CNN and MSNBC are the, they're almost invisible now. People are just not watching, unless you are a really fervent ideologue on the right or the left, then you just want to hear your opinion reinforce. That's what they sell now. So here's a poll from Rasmussen. A thousand 80 likely voters, first question, is the problem of bias in the news media getting better or worse? Better 6%, worse 60%, about the same 30. So, I mean, what kind of plurality do you need?
Starting point is 00:26:54 How did you rate the quality of news media coverage of the Biden administration? Good, excellent, 30, fair, poor, 65%. And that shows you that even the people who support the Biden administration know the fix is in. They know they're not getting the truth. Last question. President Biden's son Hunter was recently indicted on. on nine federal tax charges, has the news media given too much coverage or not enough of this. Too much, 24, not enough, 51.
Starting point is 00:27:26 Here you go again, okay? About right, 19. So that's about an even split because Democrats don't want to hear about it. They don't want to hear about 100 Biden. They don't think 100 Biden has anything to do with President Biden. Okay. Canada. So Canada is not like the United States.
Starting point is 00:27:48 because they have a different constitution. It's a much more top-down country. Ottawa runs the country. Now, if you live in Calgary or Edmonton, that's not real good for you, because Ottawa's on the east, and you guys are in the west. So now the Canadian government, Justin,
Starting point is 00:28:10 says by 235, no gas cars, are new passenger cars run by gas can be sold Canada. And there's all kinds of little things in there that, but essentially they're going to make it very difficult for any gas car to be sold, a new one, by 235. They try that here in America, but it can't happen here because you're interfering with capitalism, with private enterprise. And the government can't do that. However, the government can do it if there's a national emergency, which is what you're going to start to hear. The global warming, the climate changes, Miami's going to sink, and New York is going to go underwater or whatever.
Starting point is 00:29:00 You can't start to hear that. And so we can't have any gas cars. I wish that all cars were electric. I do. But you're going to have to have far more, far easier ways to charge your car, more range on the car, 250 miles, not going to cut it, okay? And you've got to bring the prices down. Okay, 100 grand for a car. So, the Pope, a lot of conservative Catholics very angry that the Pope said, it's okay for priests to bless homosexual unions, not marriage. that's still banned in the Catholic Church.
Starting point is 00:29:48 No gay nuptials. But if a gay couple, a partnership, a union, whatever you want to call it, ask for a priest's blessing, Pope Francis says the priest should discuss it and make your own decision. The cleric should make the decision to bless the union or the partnership, whatever, or not. It sounds fairly reasonable to me. However, gay marriage is not recognized by the Roman Catholic Church. So I was on News Nation with Leland Vitter last night, and this was a topic of conversation, bold tape.
Starting point is 00:30:27 So the church is out of the morality business right now. And you see it, I go to mass every Sunday, unless I'm tied up, kidnapped somewhere. And the priests are afraid to talk about morality at all. They'll tell you about the mustard seed falling on fallow ground. They'll tell you about, you know, St. John the Baptist. But they're never going to get involved with contemporary morality ever again in America because the damage that has been done in the Catholic Church by these clerics, these horrible, horrible men, is incalculable.
Starting point is 00:31:10 and I don't know if the American Catholic Church can recover. So Pope Francis understands that. He understands the lifeblood financially of the Catholic Church comes from America. And so he doesn't want to come across as a judgmental pope. So what I was talking about with the clerics is, of course, the scandals, the lawbreaking, the criminality of so many. many Catholic clerics. Now it happens in every religion. It happens all over the world. This is not unique to America. However, when you have a situation where a church, particularly as authoritarian as
Starting point is 00:32:01 a Catholic church, runs into illegality, molesting children, all of that. Remember, I'm the guy that they got cardinal law deported me. Okay? He was the big shot in Boston who was moving the people around, the pedophile priest. He was moving him. He wasn't prosecuting. He wasn't telling the cops about that, the authorities about that. Awful. This was a cardinal. Boom, he's out of here. Really hammered him. He deserved it. But now, the church is not going to make any judgments on publicly on private behavior because of that. I mean, you saw it with the hate group attacking the Catholic Church in San Francisco, Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, and then being honored in L.A. How many clerics did I call to come on this program
Starting point is 00:33:01 to say this is wrong? I got Bishop Barron, and that was it. Nobody in the U.S. Conference of Bishops would show up. Nobody. Not going to do it. They're afraid. And that is the truth. Smart life. Obesity among very young children, two to four.
Starting point is 00:33:23 Study on the journal of pediatrics. And it's rising. It's about 3% of kids that by the time they're four, they're already huge, out of control. So this means a bad life for those kids. Now, there are a lot of irresponsible parents feeding these kids junk, fast food, sugar all day long, candy, cookie, soda. I mean, that's almost child abuse.
Starting point is 00:33:50 You got a kid, a grand kid, got to know what that kid's eating. Now, I grew up and I had cupcakes and melamars, I did. But back then, the science wasn't as clear as it is now. You're going to eat that junk. Your life's going to be horrible. Even when you get older, you're slurs. You slugging down that sugar drink every day, that Coke, that Pepsi, you're eating those desserts, constant ice cream, your immune system's going to blow, you're going to die, or you're going to be in pain. You've got to be reasonable about the diet, smart life.
Starting point is 00:34:27 All right, FBI director, Christopher Ray, big phony. And I'm not going to say with all due respect, because he's just a phony. That's what he is. Christopher Ray is interested in Christopher Ray, not protecting you and me. And I'll tell you why in a moment. Well, he was testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee yesterday is what he said. Go. I've never seen a time where all the threats, or so many of the threats, are all elevated all at exactly the same time.
Starting point is 00:34:57 Yeah, why is that? Because of the open border is a big reason, right? would ray has never ever criticized that open border ever here's what he said in october on halloween go would having a secure border would that make your job easier well i will i will let secretary america speak for border security but i will tell you that the threats that we have to contend with that are attributed to the border uh cartel violence distribution of federal etc are a major answer is yes your job would be a whole lot easier so ray will never never criticize by no matter what biden does ever because ray wants to keep his job and you know with the private limo and all that
Starting point is 00:35:47 just so you know anti-semitism on college campuses okay so there was a hearing yesterday house Education Committee. And they dragged in the president of Harvard, MIT, and the University of Pennsylvania, all top flight schools, or at least they used to be. Rolled a tape. It is a context-dependent decision, Congresswoman. It's a context-dependent decision. That's your testimony today. Calling for the genocide of Jews is depending upon the context.
