next year is going to be one of the most important years in this country's history it really is a vital situation
and i am glad you're watching and listening on our radio affiliates tonight but you got to
spread the word all you guys got to spread to world because i'm going to
to demonstrate once again tonight that the corporate media which is so corrupt in america the
highest corruption level ever is not going to tell you the truth about what's happening we will
the talking points evening uh this evening is donald trump's town hall okay so um speaking to the choir
former president on the fox news channel last night was relaxed um you know when a politician gets these
of offers to appear.
They're smart to take them.
Even in a contentious situation, you get your points across voters noticed.
And Trump certainly did that last night.
But the audience was not persuadable in the sense that they already liked him, 90% or even
more.
That doesn't mitigate anything that happened.
It's just that at this point, if Donald Trump wants to regain the White House,
he's got to appeal to independent voters.
Now, the headline last night in the town hall was this.
Go.
You are promising America tonight.
You would never abuse power as retribution against anybody.
Except for day one.
Except for?
He's going crazy.
Except for day one.
Meaning?
I want to close the border and I want to drill, drill, drill, drill.
That's not...
Okay, so Donald Trump did that on purpose.
He wants to be provocative all the time.
And that's all you heard this morning on the morning programs was Hannity saying, you would
never abuse power as retribution as anybody.
And then Trump's saying, except on day one, bang, cut it off.
Now what Donald Trump meant was he would do executive orders to close the border, to stop
the Biden regulations on drilling for oil on day one, just as Biden did to Trump.
The same thing. Biden came in, opened the border at day one. Come on in. Anybody who wants
to come on in, come on in. Joe Biden did that first day, and then slap regulations on the
fossil fuel industry, which ignited inflation. That's what caused the inflation that we've all suffered
through the past three years. So Trump says, oh, day one, I'm going to be a dictator. He didn't mean
that he was going to be a dictator. He meant, and then he later explained, but it was too late
because the hey Trump media just took part of what he said, which is what they always do.
Trump had to know that. It had to know it, all right? But he doesn't care. He just wants to
throw these hand grenades. He wants to bear bait.
these media people, all right? That's not a good strategy. That is not a good strategy
because there are millions of independent voters in this country that would vote for Donald
Trump. If he would just moderate his presentation a little bit, many voters do not want chaos
every day. I don't care. A matter to me. What he says, it really doesn't matter. What matters
to me is what Donald Trump did in the four years he was president. And he did a darn good job,
in my humble opinion. I don't care what he says. I know him. I wrote the United States of Trump.
I know what he does. He just throws the grenades. It's fun for him to do it. But it's not helping him
right now. That's very important that everybody understand that. So predictably, the hate Trump media
They got hysterical.
Roll the tape.
So asked whether he would abuse power.
You saw it there.
No answer for nearly five full minutes.
And then what he had an answer, it was yes on day one on certain issues.
If any other politician in American history were asked a question, are you going to be a dictator?
No.
Donald Trump never answered it.
He never answered it.
Donald Trump admitted yesterday that he would be a dictator if he is reelected next year.
All right, so these people are all lying to you.
But it's, are you surprised?
Nobody's surprised.
This is what they have been doing for years.
And their corporate masters do not care.
When I was coming up in journalism, working for CBS News, ABC News, even inside addition to syndicated program,
If I told a lie on the air, I was in huge trouble, huge trouble.
Not anymore.
Okay.
So what has to happen, I believe, is that Donald Trump, he's going to win the primaries.
All right?
And we have the News Nation Republican debate tonight.
Trump is, the odds are 90% that he's going to win.
When he goes into the general, you know, for me, I would do it a little bit differently.
And that's the memo.
All right, so the hate Trump book industry, you know about it, Cassidy Hutchinson, all these people.
They put out a hate Trump book.
And for the first two, three weeks, they sell copies, and it falls off the clip, unlike killing the witches, which is picking up steam after two months.
So Liz Cheney has a hate Trump book out.
Go.
It will be the unraveling of our constitutional system.
And I, every time people hear my former Republican colleagues talking about the weaponization of the Justice Department, I really urge them to stop and think about what that is.
That's Republicans attempting to do Donald Trump's bidding, attacking one of the most foundational and important aspects of our, of our,
Republic.
All right.
So Liz Cheney is Liz Cheney.
So what?
What does she say?
Doesn't really matter.
She's through in politics.
She'll never be elected to anything ever again.
Her book came out yesterday.
It's number one on Amazon.
Okay.
There's a lot of people that can't get enough of hating Trump.
That's it.
They'll spend 20 bucks to hate Trump every day.
And that's what Liz gets.
But if she thinks that she's got a future in politics, she doesn't.
doesn't. Okay, Republicans aren't going to support her. Only 29% in Wyoming, when she ran
for re-election to Congress, 29%, that's all. And because she's pro-life and conservative on
issues, Democrats will never support her. You got nobody. All right, so all right, Liz. You got
your book. You sell a few copies. Fine. Making a career out of hate in Trump. President's brother,
James Biden defied a congressional subpoena today, didn't show up. And his lawyer said,
oh, we're not showing up. No excuse. We're just not going. Okay. The lawyer's Paul Fishman,
Paul should know, and I'm sure he does, that Steve Bannon was sentenced to four months in
prison for refusing to comply with a congressional subpoena. And Peter Navarro, another Trump advisor,
he's awaiting sentencing.
So I expect James Biden to go to prison
for not showing up when subpoenaed.
He has to almost go.
Garland's not going to, he has to go.
So he'll be charged with contempt of Congress.
So Hunter Biden, we learn now,
got $5 million from a guy named Kevin Morris,
who is a Hollywood Big Shot.
There's Kevin.
So he just gives five minutes.
million dollars on a bite. Nobody really knows why. In the United States, if you received a cash gift
for more than $17,000, you have to pay tax on it. Okay? That's it. You get 17 free.
Somebody, your mom, your dad, your whatever, give you $17,000 or cash or stuff, no tax. Other
that. Five million? You got a big tax bill. Hunter Biden, it's zero. Nothing.
again he's not been charged not been charged how does this happen we are a banana republic right now
the united states america is venezuela this is so corrupt and there's no two sides of the
story i'll give you the biden side they say it was loans okay loans five million dollars worth of
loans? So Kevin Mars apparently loaned $5 million dollars to honor mine. For what? Cocaine? Hookers?
I mean, I'm laughing because it's so absurd. But it's happening in real life. It's happening.
It's, you know, and where's the corporate media on this?
Ignore it.
Maybe it's Russian disinformation.
My God.
Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress.
National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets.
And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold.
That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver.

Show podcast drop at 2 p.m. East Coast every day. Make sure you tune in. You can find us at Apple
podcast, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. Okay. Now, there's one other aspect going on here
before we bring in Brett Tom and our guests. The National Archives is set to hand over to the House
Oversight Committee, 62,000 pages of Joe Biden records when he was vice president, phone calls
and stuff like that, because Joe Biden used a pseudonym, a phony name on a number of transmissions
that he made. So all of this data is coming this week to the House Oversight Committee.
all right now i'm confused which is not a good thing there is the presidential records act which says
that a vice president and a president all of their correspondence has to be logged and when they
leave office it has to be given to the national archive that is the presidential records act okay
But if you're using a private gizmo like this under a phony name, as Joe Biden did, all right,
how does the archives know that?
How do they know it?
Remember Hillary Clinton erased all this stuff and this and that?
All right.
So who better than to tell us is the former U.S. attorney for Utah,
Brett Tomlin, who joins us now from Salt Lake City.
how do they know how did the archives get all the stuff from vice president by it eight years he's using pseudonyms he's using his private phone he's using public how do they get it all
bill thanks for having me on i think there's really two possibilities here the first is the presidential records act
does not distinguish between personal devices and official so any communication or any record that's
created while he is vice president uh it doesn't matter
the device. Now, most presidents and vice presidents will take control, they'll delete, they'll
do away with personal information that they don't want the archives to have. But if they don't,
the archives are the ones who they have the computer forensic experts that come in and they take
devices and they take laptops and everything else and they extract from it all records.
So even if you erase stuff, they can reconstitute it, right? That's correct. And, and
day, let's just keep it in Biden's ballet work right now. So Biden has to turn over all the things
that he did for eight years, any communication, private or public, he by law has to turn over
to the National Archives, right? Yeah, that's correct, Bill. Because right as soon as he's done
being in office, the ownership of that transfers to the actual National Archivist. So the
ownership is no longer Joe Biden's. And he has to transfer.
it over and they then take the time to go through it. The other way in which they can take possession
or find out about these documents is the sloppiness of Joe Biden. If he uses, you know, his other
devices, his official computers or laptops or phones, and he uses those emails, which, you know,
any device that you use, whether it's official or not, you have access to all of your email
accounts there. My guess is it was a combination of both sloppiness by vice president and then
turning over the records and the archivists then retrieved all documents. Okay. So if you don't,
if you don't turn them over, you can be charged with a crime like Donald Trump is being charged with
for all the stuff he had in his Mar-a-Lago basement, right? That's correct. It's not historically
been handled that way. There's negotiations and you hand over and they eventually both sides are
satisfied. But you
can violate the law. And we
see that that's at issue. Well, that's what
Hillary Clinton did. And she
raised all this. I wonder if they reconstituted
that stuff.
But anyway, so
62,000 pages
of stuff from Joe Biden
as Vice President, some of which
he used as pseudonym, a phony
name, is coming into the
House. That's going to take a while
to sort through all of that.
Okay, now my column that I wrote,
I thought it was one of the best comms I've written on Bill O'Reilly.com.
Just details the corruption, because I don't want to, he said, she said,
I don't want two sides to the story.
All I want to do is report what we know to be true.
Did I leave out anything or did I do anything that wasn't accurate?
No, it was very timely and it hit me personally because I've been,
I've been wondering how individuals that are on the left and still supporting Biden,
you know, how do they come to the conclusion that nothing, you know, that nothing's been found
improper?
And I spoke to a lawyer friend of mine in New York and we had a conversation.
He's very left of center.
And he had no idea what I was talking about when I outlined some of the things that you
and I have discussed about what's been, you know, what's come out in the investigation, what
the house has uncovered the monies and I was flabbergasted but it tells you that we're all in
these silos and and he's walking away thinking to himself that this is all you know fake and phony
on the right while we sit there and we look at this and we're stunned by it so your column was
perfect to point out that everybody's you know manipulated by the media that is corruption
but but it's the lazy that are not going to find out the truth
Okay. So, you know, as a historian, we're going through now every president because we're coming out with a new book in September to coincide with the election cycle of 24, the presidential election. And we're going over everyone, the scandals they had, the problems they had. U.S. Grant had a lot of problems with his cabinet. Harding was ridiculous. Nixon was absurd. And I think that they put in the taping after
JFK and Johnson and then Nixon, now all calls going into the White House are taped, right?
That's correct.
They're all taped, they're all logged.
Right, all it's taped and logged.
That goes to the archives.
It's just these new devices.
And I'm sure there are ways to get around them, but I'll be interested to see the analysis of the 62,000 pages coming in to the House this cycle.
Last question. You've been around for a long time. The FBI is supposed to be the primary investigating agency at corruption at this level, correct?
Absolutely. It is. Front lines. It isn't. The FBI chief, Ray, works for Merrick Garland, the Attorney General. Merrick Garland works for Joe Biden and President.
So you've got this agency, we've done absolutely nothing to investigate the Biden family grift.
They know it's up between 20 and 30 million, and no agents have been assigned to investigate it at all?
Yeah, and Bill, you look at that indictment.
An entire half of the investigation is missing.
Typically, a task force is formed between the IRS and the FBI.
And the FBI chases down the other half of the investigation, which is the movement of the money, the establishment of the conspiracy, the fake and phony companies, and then the movement of international money into the United States, all that is handled by the FBI.
They're the frontrunners on pure corruption cases like this.
It should have been done.
It's so obvious to those of us who have worked on these types of cases that that case in California was absolutely.
a product of let's get out there, you know, a few of these charges against Hunter, and hopefully
it deflects from the fact that we are missing half of the entire investigation.
Yeah.
And that Estrada guy, you know him?
I do not.
I do not know him.
I'm shocked that, you know, there used to be a time.
There used to be a time when U.S. attorneys, they didn't take their marching orders from
Maine Justice in Washington, D.C.
That time is over.
Wait, wait, and he's still there.
And this is a little back to Merrick Garland
who the Attorney General who's going to get down in history
as one of the most corrupt Attorney General's who've ever had.
All right, Brett Tom and everybody, Merry Christmas, Brett.
Thanks for helping us out.
Really appreciate it.
Yeah, Merry Christmas.
New CBS poll out.
2144 adults.
That means they don't have to be registered voters, so it's a little soft.
First question, do you approve or disapprove of the way?
President Biden's handling the current conflict between Israel and Hamas.
Approved 39.
Disapproved 61.
Disapprove is up five points since October 7th.
That's interesting.
Second question, do you approve the way Biden's handling his job?
Approve 41.
Disapprove 59.
Third, do you feel your income is keeping up with inflation?
Yes, it is.
24%.
No, it is not 76.
That is a key.
People cannot afford the essentials of life under Biden.
Fourth question, do you feel economic opportunity for the following groups has been increasing, decreasing, decreasing, staying the same.
Middle class, middle class, okay?
Economic opportunity increasing 17%, decreasing 56, staying the same, 27.
Okay, that's going to sink them, Biden.
power, politics and the people behind the headlines.

CNN, Paul, Michigan.
Presidential election held today, would you vote for Trump or Biden?
This is Michigan that went for Biden last time.
Trump 50, Biden 40.
Whoa.
Whoa.
All right.
Georgia.
Same question.
Trump 49, Biden 44, and Georgia, of course, went for Biden.
So President Biden's losing ground everywhere in the country, except California and New York, where I am.
It doesn't matter.
Progressive liberals, they don't care.
They're going to vote for their people, no matter what.
That's wrong.
And you right-wingers out there with the same way?
That's wrong, too.
Got to evaluate each situation.
Let's go back to the media again.
So, as you know, Fox and Friends has been on the air for more than 20 years.
Same two guys, Kilmead and Ducey, then the ladies have changed.
Steve Ducey used to be a big Trump supporter, not any longer.
Now he's a big Biden supporter.
go the republicans at this point don't have they've got a lot of ledgers and spreadsheets but they
have not connected the dots they've connected the dots the department of justice did on hunter
but they have not shown where joe biden uh you know did anything illegally okay so that's the
democratic talking points that doozy just spit out at you that's what comes out of k street
in the democratic precincts see james carvel say that MSNBC people see it
Every day, every way, that's what they say.
Why is Ducey saying that?
All right.
Now, he's not a right to his opinion, but I could shred that opinion in 30 seconds.
Number one, the reason you have investigation is to compile information.
And there is no FBI investigation into Biden, which makes it pretty difficult to get information.
So Congress has to do it.
The two House committees have to do it.
Take some time.
So why are you saying there is no?
information about Joe Biden when the investigation is not even close to being
completed why would you say that why there's a reason it is not fair to me to
speculate about that reason I know what it is but it it's opinion but think
about it there is a
reason why Mr. Ducey is saying what he is saying.
Let's go to a little remembered story.
The Durham Report, one of my favorites.
So you'll remember the hysteria, the media cooked up about Russian collusion.
First, it was the Trump campaign, was being helped by Russia and Putin against Hillary Clinton.
That was first.
Then after he got into office, it didn't stop.
Then Trump did this, and they did this.
that and they met with Don Jr. and it goes on and on and on and on. Okay. So the Trump administration
was forced to appoint a special counsel, John Durham. Attorney General William Barr made that
appointment on October 19th, 2020. All right, there's Doran. It took Durham two and a half years,
two and a half years to get basically nothing. He slammed the FBI. So the FBI didn't investigate
this the way it should have, but, you know, we're really not going to do anything to anybody.
So two and a half years, Durham made a lot of money, staff made a lot of money, taxpayer money,
nothing happened. Here's what I said on May 16th of this year. Go. We'll get right to the heart
of the report so you don't have to read 300 pages. Here is the key passage. Quote, the DOJ and
FBI should recognize that lack of analytical rigor, apparent confirmation bias, and an
over-willingness to rely on information from individuals connected to political opponents,
cause investigators to fail to adequately consider alternative hypothesis and to act
without appropriate objectivity or restraint in pursuing allegations of collusion or conspiracy
between a U.S. political campaign and a foreign power, unquote.
That, of course, is the Trump campaign and Russia.
So basically that boils down to, in pinheady bureaucratic language,
the FBI did not conduct the investigation in a fair manner.
Why? Because it wanted Hillary Clinton to beat Donald Trump.
There you go.
Nothing happened to any of them.
Okay, the corruption at the federal government, in my humble opinion, is at an all-time high.
Worse than the Warren Harding administration, because powers are being abused here.
So we wanted to find out why.
Why is the corruption so bad?
And Senator Ted Cruz had a fairly good explanation.
Go.
The last book I wrote is entitled Justice Corrupted.
how the left has weaponized our legal system.
And it walks through how, starting with Barack Obama,
the machinery of justice began directed at the opponents of the Obama White House,
whether it was the IRS targeting conservatives or the FBI or the Department of Justice
going after those who were political opponents.
It then traces how when Donald Trump became president,
many of those hardcore partisans burrowed into career positions at the Department of,
of Justice and throughout the federal government.
And for the four years, Trump was president, they waged war against Donald Trump.
They wanted to bring down the democratically elected president of the United States.
Pretty good explanation.
But it's not just the federal employees that are corrupt.
It's almost every part of state and federal governments.
And here's what I said on August 30th ago.
Now, the reason a progressive movement has taken over the Democratic Party, and it has,
and they have the perfect president in Biden who is so hapless, H-A-P-L-E-S-S,
he'll do anything your progressives tell him to do.
Because Biden has no principles, no values, no belief system.
He's a man for no seasons.
The reason that the progressives have taken control of the Democratic Party is money.
You all know George Soros.
You all know hundreds of millions of dollars and he pumps in
to help progressive candidates all over the country.
You might know about Mark Zuckerberg, the internet baron,
who pumped $400 million into the 2020 presidential election,
and nobody knows where that money went or what it did.
That's the big election scandal.
That's what Trump and his acolyte should have been zeroing in on,
rather than Adobe voting machines.
Zuckerberg, but 400 million into selected counties,
through political action committees to do what?
Where's that money?
Who got it?
No investigation at all.
To this day, no investigation at all.
That's not corruption, nothing is.
Okay, then we go to Hunter Biden.
So there's a lot of cynicism here.
because, obviously, the president's son is a grifter.
To the tune of up to $30 million, all of the money coming from foreign nationals.
Huge scandal.
There's no way you can diminish that scandal.
The guy did nothing for the money.
Nothing.
He sold influence because his father was vice president at the time.
The hunter is flying around the world on Air Force, too.
Okay. So they get them for not paying taxes. All right. And he, remember, he's amassed millions of dollars and he paid taxes on it. And then the Justice Department tries a sneaky plea bargain, where Hunter would not do any prison time. And the Justice Department could never again prosecute him for anything. So the judge, Mary Ellen, Nuriaka, says, no. That's the judge.
That's insane on August 17th of this year, okay?
And throws the plea bargain out.
I predicted that was going to happen on May 4th, okay, June, July, three months before it actually
happened, I predicted it.
My gut tells me, and I have a pretty good gut, journalistically, it's going to happen,
there's so much pressure on the White House that they'll say, these are low-level
beefs, Hunter won't go to jail, he'll plead guilty, no doubt in my mind, he'll plead guilty.
Not going to fight it, not going in with a jury trial in federal court, won't do it.
And then he'll get a fine, which some friend will pay, and he'll get probation or public service.
Public service, something like that.
That's what I believe will happen.
So we're marking this down, and when it happens, we'll play the tape.
And that's what would have happened if the judge didn't throw it out,
embarrassing the Attorney General of the United States, Merrick Garland,
the prosecutor in the case, David Weiss,
who then had to go back to the drawing board under enormous worldwide pressure.
Remember, people overseas follow this.
And now they've indicted Hunter again,
on nine charges, not three.
Presto magic.
So Hunter Biden answers, I think it's January 11th.
A lot of people say, oh, the Biden's, they don't care,
you know, all that kind of stuff.
Number one, if Hunter Biden is convicted of anything,
and he will be, I think.
He's going to plead not guilty in January,
but they'll do another plea bargain, I believe.
Joe Biden will pardon him the next day.
Maybe not the next day, but he's going to part it.
Biden will not resign until he pardons Hunter.
That'll happen.
And his brother, Jim, too.
Okay, so on September 28th of this year,
I summed up the Biden dilemma.
Go.
But if you combine all the money that the Biden
family derived for doing nothing, all of the assistance Joe Biden gave his son and brother
by getting on the phone, having dinner, whatever it may be, and the subsequent cover-up by
the Justice Department FBI, when you combine it all, it's going to bring Biden down.
Almost has to, because there's going to be more and more and more and more, right up to
election day 24 if he's the candidate which i don't believe he will be as i've stayed
okay so the house committees are going to find out more stuff about joe by and i'll stick to it i
do not think he is going to be the candidate in the convention democratic convention
chicago august we'll have somebody else not going to be in the primaries now the primaries
will go ahead. But you wait and see. And I could be wrong. I'm not going to be arrogant about
the prediction, but I'm sticking to it. Smart life. So this smart life segment is really
taken off. And we appreciate all your suggestions. If you want to write me a smart life suggestion,
something in your life has helped you. It's Bill at Bill O'Reilly.com. Bill at Bill O'Reilly.com.
Name in town, please. And if you don't want your name in town associated, I will absolutely keep you
anonymous, you just send me to tip. Okay. Now, we here at the NoSpin News have been working on
some deals, all right? Some of them come to fruition and some of them do not. So I'm a deal maker.
The Tucker Carlson O'Reilly interview was my idea, and that came to fruition. All right? And it was
very successful. I think it's now 30 million people have watched the interview all over the
world. Now I have other stuff that I'm working on. Some of it is not going well. We don't look
like we're going to get it. But here's the smart life tip. In my younger days, I would try to force
the deal through. I just was so frustrated. I would just do everything I could. And sometimes
I succeeded by sheer force of personality. I got the deal done. But
But it never worked when you have to force it.
And now I'm older and wiser if the deal,
and I do the best I can to make sure in any deal,
everybody's a winner.
That's what I do.
But if the deal goes down and they don't do it,
then I walk away.
Because it's not meant to be as a man of faith.
And I'm not pounding a faith thing.
I'm the biggest sinner around, but as a man who believes, some things are not meant to be.
And it took me a long time to accept that.
But boy, I'll tell you, that is a key to bringing down all the tension, all the angst.
