Starting point is 00:00:00 I'm reunying to my family because we're going to Burlington for the event of liquidation candent. We're going to now to find the best of the best in articles of liquidation, from clothes, from decoration of the
Starting point is 00:00:12 home and much more. With offers over-offertas, I can't go every day to see how can't afford. My kids and I expect with anxia's the liquidation because it's very cold to lose it.
Starting point is 00:00:23 Burlington, Marks, Rebaughes, Wow! You set the table, put on a playlist. Even made the lasagna from scratch. And now you're wearing it. Oxyclean MaxForce spray tackles tough, set in stains the first time. Adulting is hard. Fighting stains shouldn't
Starting point is 00:00:38 be. Oxyclean Maxforce. It's not clean unless it's oxyclean. Services Department, $1.7 trillion budget a year. Whoa, lots of money. So as you know, I would not have voted to confirm RFK Jr. I don't believe he's qualified to do the job. He's a conspiracy guy. But now that he's qualified, now that he's confirmed, I should say, let's give him a chance. I'm a fair man. We'll give him a chance, right? So the vote was 52-48 in the Senate. Mitch McConnell, the only dissenters, same thing with Tulsi Gabbard yesterday. Mitch, unlike any of these people, because he doesn't like Trump. But here's the big story.
Starting point is 00:01:39 It's not RFK Jr. All right. It's Donald Trump, the most powerful president in modern times. Every single senator, with the exception of Mitch McConnell, is at the end of the line. Mitch doesn't care. He's not going to run for reelection. Every single Republican senator and Congress. congressperson, frightened of Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:02:04 They're not going to vote against him. Because if they do, they could very well be primaried and lose their job on Capitol Hill. Right? So if Trump goes out and says, hey, I don't like this guy. I'm going to run somebody else against him in a primary. Not good. So therefore, you see the Republican senators, they don't like RFK Jr. I don't think there's any, I don't think there's one Republican senator who likes the man.
Starting point is 00:02:34 He's a very far left guy. He's a conspiracy guy. If you look at his personal resume, it's dubious. You know, why would you vote for him? There are thousands of people more qualified to run a giant department like that. But again, it's over. He's the man. I want two things.
Starting point is 00:02:55 I want Bobby Kennedy to do two things. Number one, emphasize that bad food is killing Americans, particularly sugar. Pound it, pound it, pound it, pound it, just like tobacco. And number two, let's get those Medicare and Medicaid prices down on drugs. Negotiate. Trump's good at that. But he's got to use RFK Jr. to do it, to be the front man. You've got to get these drug prices under control.
Starting point is 00:03:25 That is so important. for the future of this country. Okay, so that's my RFK Junior Assessment, if you disagree or you want to kick it around, bill at bill o'Reilly.com, bill at bill o'Reilly.com. Talking points memo, Trump and Putin. So yesterday we learned that bad Vlad, and he is bad, he is in my upcoming book, confronting the evil, and Vlad is on a cover of the book, along with him. Hitler, Mao, and the Ayatollah Homania. Now, they're not the worst people in that order,
Starting point is 00:04:03 but they're in the book. Putin's bad. And where do you see what we've uncovered about him? Anyway, Trump has a working relationship with Putin, and that's smart. I couldn't do it. I couldn't, I couldn't be in the same room with this killer. I just couldn't, but Trump can. And that's smart. And That's to his credit, because he's the president to do what's best for America. What's best for America is the Ukraine war to stop. Now, remember, Joe Biden, Putin wouldn't even talk to him. Putin was like, who is this guy? I'm not even going to deal with him.
Starting point is 00:04:43 And so the Ukrainian war raged out of control, and the United States is kicking $100 million and more over there to support the Ukrainians, as we should. can't let Putin run wild but it's got to stop okay so Putin's got to get out of this this is according to New York Times take it for what it's worth 150,000 Russian soldiers are dead I don't know whether that's true or not 500,000 wounded I think that's a bit high but I don't know. So Putin's getting pounded over there as far as casualties are concerned. According to every measure, the Russian economy is going south. It's got to get out.
Starting point is 00:05:34 Now, Hegsteth is over in Europe, and Hegsaid says, ah, we're not going to do the NATO thing with Ukraine. That was a signal of Putin. That was the signal that Putin was waiting for. Okay. Ukraine, NATO, not happening. that gives Putin a way out he saves face and now the negotiation begins now i predicted this way way back all right um that this was going to happen may 6th 2024 go trump will govern the same way he governed the first time around he'll make deal if to deal if to deal i believe that Trump would get Putin to the table on Ukraine. Okay, I believe that. I could be wrong, but based upon his relationship with Putin,
Starting point is 00:06:28 I think that would happen. Biden's never going to get it. Never going to happen on the Biden. 100% correct. Again, that was last May. Not hard to figure it out. I know President Trump pretty well, and I know his relationship with Putin.
Starting point is 00:06:45 That wasn't a hard prediction to make. So last night I was on News Nation with Chris Cuomo, and I do that every one. So I do a little inveterate every Monday, and I hope you tune in to watch it. They're very, I think, worthwhile. So Cuomo is worried about this, and he's worried about Zelensky, the president of Ukraine. Go. You know, I mean, supposedly we're going to ask Zelensky to give up land. Why doesn't he have a say?
Starting point is 00:07:09 He was invaded. Because he has no power. That's why. It's not the way the game is played. Zolensky has no power whatsoever. It's a do what the United States tells him to do. Europe wants to ceasefire, and Zelensky can't stand by himself. So he'll do what the compromise is.
Starting point is 00:07:28 Now, I don't know what the compromise is going to be. I do know no NATO for Ukraine. That's for sure. But on the land, it's probably, yeah, we'll give you this, and then we'll have a vote, and you know how that goes down. But why give Putin that kind of difference? Because they want the war to stop. and Trump doesn't want to spend hundreds of billions of dollars defending Ukraine, that's why.
Starting point is 00:07:54 Now, President Trump says he will continue to fund Ukraine, and he has to do that because he's got to negotiate with Putin. And he's going to look at Putin, it's not going to be a cupcake negotiations. Look, if you don't knock it off, Vlad, we're going to opt to our aid to Ukraine. We're going to strangle you. That's what Trump's got, okay, and he'll do it. $175 billion is the number right now that I have of U.S. tax dollars going to Ukraine. It's a lot of money. And as far as Zelensky is concerned, he has no power whatsoever, none.
Starting point is 00:08:30 He can't continue the war without NATO and the United States and the United States and NATO want it to stop. So Putin will gain a little bit of territory, but nothing that significant, in my opinion. Okay, but Trump has another thing on his agenda because it has to have to be a rebuild. So billions of dollars are going to have to go to Ukraine and rebuild it. Roll the tape. Europe is getting security. You know that, right? They're giving their money in the form of a loan.
Starting point is 00:09:01 Nobody knows that. And why are we at 350 billion and Europe, which doesn't separate with an ocean like we do, we have a little thing called an ocean in between? Why is it that Europe is paying $200 billion less than us to help Ukraine? So there you go. There's a negotiation all around. My prediction is that within a month, there'll be a ceasefire, maybe even sooner. And that's a memo.
Starting point is 00:09:31 Attorney General Pam Bondi is suing New York State. She sued Illinois last week. I predicted this as well. Yeah, I'm a little full of myself. Not really. These predictions aren't that hard. So I told you that once the Trump administration got in, that they're going to go after the sanctuary cities and states.
Starting point is 00:09:55 And they are. It's exactly what's happening. And I do the same thing. So with you, you can't have states, individual states, going, ah, we're not going to obey the federal law. Nah, we're not cooperating with migrant deportations. Nah, we don't think we're going to do that. Okay, not doing it, no money.
Starting point is 00:10:15 And that's what Bondi is doing. All right, so last year, New York State received about $13 billion with a B dollars in the federal government in a form of grants. I don't have the breakdown about Department of Justice grants because that's what Bondi is in charge of, but it's a lot. And it goes to police cars and infrastructure. and all that. Well, Bonner says, you know, we're not going to give you any more money
Starting point is 00:10:39 until you cooperate with ICE and Homeland Security in our investigations of criminal aliens and the whole situation. We're not giving you, you're not getting any more money. Pause on it. Okay. And in addition, we're suing you because New York State passed a law that is in violation of federal law. And that law is, if you want a driver's license in New York State,
Starting point is 00:11:03 and you're not a citizen, You can get one, okay? So you can do the same thing in California in other states, but Bonnie zero-in-in-in- in New York. So you got to revoke that law. So she's suing Pam Bonnie, the Attorney General, Governor, Hockel, and the Attorney General Letitia James. They're hauled in a lawsuit.
Starting point is 00:11:28 And believe me, New York State doesn't want this at all. Same thing's going on in Illinois, a little bit different, Bondi's suing Illinois. because Chicago, flat out says, we're not going to cooperate with ICE on any level. So Bonnie goes, okay, no money. And we're suing Pritzker, the governor, and the mayor of Chicago, Brandon Jones. Next is Newsom. Hey, Gavin, coming for you.
Starting point is 00:11:56 You're next. You got to do it. I just mailchimp my marketing. You mailchimped your what? I mailchimped my marketing with AI to create an effective marketing campaign in minutes. No, MailChimp and Way. Yes, MailChimp in way. Now I can hyper-personalize my campaigns across email and SMS. You can do all that with MailChimp. What did I just MailChimp and say? MailChimp your marketing with the number one AI powered email marketing and automation platform.
Starting point is 00:12:22 Into it MailChimp. Number one, based on publicly available data on competitors, customers. Plans vary. SMS available as add-ons. Visit MailChimp.com. This episode is brought to you by San Pellegrino Chau. A new kind of flavor sparkling water. The kind made with real fruit juice, a pinch of Sicilian salt, and the sparkle of the Italian sun. With no added sugar and just 10 or less calories per can, enjoy with love from Italy. By San Pellegrino Chau now. You can't have this kind of defying by the individual states, so you don't have a federal government anymore. Remember, federal government, Trump's, pardon the pun, state law.
Starting point is 00:13:10 The federal law, Trump's saying, now you can bring in marijuana, you can bring in everything. Federal government chooses not to enforce the marijuana laws. Chuses to do, because it can't, really. And so states pass, ah, we have a legalized marijuana, even though it's federal level, not legal. You see what happens there. But on immigration, Pam Biden, I knew Pam was going to do this. This is a very fascinating story. So Brandon Carr, C-A-R, is ahead of the Federal Communications Commission,
Starting point is 00:13:45 appointed by Donald Trump. So Brandon is going to do what Donald Trump told him to do. And Donald Trump has told him to investigate Comcast NBC. Okay? Because Comcast NBC hates Trump. That's MSNBC, you know, the drill. I don't have to go over for you. And Trump goes, okay, we're going to investigate you.
Starting point is 00:14:06 So why would you investigate them? This is the fascinating part. Comcast NBC is a private company. You can sit federal investigators on them, but they had to do something. All right. So this is where they're being investigated. D-E-I, here is the statement from Mr. Carr. Quote, I expect that this investigation into Comcast at its NBC University,
Starting point is 00:14:33 operations will aid the Commission's broader efforts to root out invidious forms of DEI discrimination across all the sectors the FCC regulates. Well, what do you mean? FCC is a private company, but no, because Comcast provides infrastructure and communication services to the Depends Department. Did you know that? Comcast gets paid by the federal government because it does work for the Department of Defense. That's Hegset. So now, Invidius, I love that word of the day because Trump wrote the order, you can't have DEI if you're doing business with the federal government.
Starting point is 00:15:24 But now NBC has got to turn over all its documents to the Trump administration. Oh, whoa. Okay, payback time. Remember the Godfather movie? The end of the movie, Michael Corleone is the godfather to his sister, Connie's child. Remember this? One of the greatest scenes in cinema history. He's in the church and their baptism is underway.
Starting point is 00:15:55 And then his goons, the Corleone goons, spread out over new. York City and assassinate the rival mafia chieftains. And they cut back and forth to the baptism, to the assassinations. It's unbelievable scene. That's what this is, Trump, is just knocking them down one by one. You want to screw with me for eight years, NBC? Okay, here's what we're going to do. You turn over every corporate document to us.
Starting point is 00:16:30 you're hiring, every interview. Incredible. Incredible turmoil the President of the United States is putting into these companies. CBS News, ABC News with Stephanopoulos, now NBC News. Get it? Get the big picture here? Okay. Okay, so there is no question that Donald Trump is taking revenge on the American press. And a lot of people feel it's justified because they try to put him out of business. They tried to take his livelihood away. They try to put him in jail. They try to do everything they could to destroy Mr. Trump's life.
Starting point is 00:17:12 And now he's got this power back and he's going after him. No question about it. What about overseas? How do they see Donald Trump, particularly our strongest ally, Great Britain? So joining us now from London, England, where I live for a year until they deported me for being obnoxious, is Pierce Morgan. You know him. I don't have to go through the resume. But you can check him out on YouTube. His program is called Pierce Morgan uncensored. I don't know if you have ever been censored from the time you're to, but to reinforce that is good. So number one, you would agree with me that Donald Trump's taking revenge on.
Starting point is 00:17:54 the American media, correct? Yeah, no question. But I also think that it's been entirely predictable, given the way that the mainstream media in America has behaved in such an overtly partisan manner against him for eight years. And I've been criticized them for eight years for doing it, pointing out that it's not the job of the media to take sides.
Starting point is 00:18:16 I mean, some of them may be unashamedly, you know, partisan. Fine, then show your colors. It's the more insidious secret partisan behavior of very liberal-dominated newsrooms working at these supposedly impartial networks who've waged a kind of systematic activist campaign against Trump. And obviously, now he's got the chance. He's going to have some fun with them. But I would tell them to look at themselves very hard in the mirror and say, have we really not brought this on ourselves? I work for CBS News. I work for ABC News.
Starting point is 00:18:50 I mean, I know what the deal is. Now, it's crazy since Trump got into politics. Then all of the barriers left. And it was justified by a New York Times columnist who said, look, this guy's a danger to the union, so we're not going to have any rules anymore. We're going to try to destroy him. And once in New York Times, with that posture out,
Starting point is 00:19:13 then they all followed, and they thought that they had them. They thought that Donald Trump was done. And he rose like Dracula. and now he's going after them. Do you feel that is beneath the President of the United States to wreak that kind of vengeance? Well, I think, look, I think Donald Trump is always going to do what Donald Trump wants to do.
Starting point is 00:19:36 And people who've tried to get involved in changing his mind about exacting retribution in this kind of manner normally discover it's a bit pointless. You know, he's nearly 80 years old. He's a leopard who won't change his spots when it comes to that kind of thing. If you read his book, The Art of a Deal, then it's all in there.
Starting point is 00:19:55 Somebody punches you, punch them ten times harder back, is his mantra, and always has been for 50 years. So he's not going to change now. I do think it's probably a little bit of a waste of time for the President of the United States, but he's got so many more important things to worry about
Starting point is 00:20:09 than going after the media. But what he's really doing, Bill, I think, is he's putting them back in their box. And he's also, I think, trying to focus their mind on, why don't you just try in this term of office, Unlike the first term, being a little bit more fair-minded. You know, having some more conservative voices on your network, actually not making them pariahs,
Starting point is 00:20:31 not directing your audience to feel that everything that Donald Trump does is evil personified. Actually, a lot of it might be quite good. Now, when I was in London for the New York Jet Minnesota Viking game in October, I pay close attention to the media in Great Britain. A lot of them want to interview me. I just did a big thing in Paris. I am stunned by the lack of knowledge that British journalists have about our system in America.
Starting point is 00:21:04 They don't understand how it works. They don't know. Yeah, I agree. I agree. Listen, I've had the pleasure and honor of working and living in America for 20 years now. So I have a much greater knowledge, I would say, than 98% of British journalists.
Starting point is 00:21:18 And they've been very lazy, particularly, I think, in their treatment of Trump, just taking a kind of very easy, simplistic narrative that everything he does is awful. And of course, the Democrats are better people and a better party. Of course, they're going to keep winning. And that just hasn't been borne out by events. But the British people are being a bit meek and mild now. The British people are buying up to do exactly what the NBC news is doing here. The BBC does over there, right? Yeah, but I would say the difference now, compared to 2016, for example, or indeed Trump's whole first term, was I would say the vast
Starting point is 00:21:56 majority of people in Britain had a pretty negative view of Trump in his first term, driven largely by the media from America and everyone taking their lead from that. Right across Britain, from north to south, east to west, there is a massively better, more positive feeling towards Trump from the public, from the people. Not necessarily the media, but because I think they've looked at it. I'll tell you why, because we have a left-wing socialist government now in this country. Everybody was sick and tired of the Conservatives. They were no good, the Conservative governments for 15 years.
Starting point is 00:22:32 Honestly, a rat bag of very poor, incompetent leaders in the main. And inevitably, they got eventually picked out of office. But what happened next was not like in 97 when Tony Blair came in and did a lot of pretty good things, actually, and was very, very popular. What happened here was it clearly, very quickly became clear to people that the Labor Party had not had any great plan for improving the country. Their whole stance was going to be the conservative party were terrible. They've driven the country into the ground.
Starting point is 00:23:04 We're in terrible shape. And by the way, things are going to get worse. And their first actions were to punish financially pensioners and then to punish financially the farmers. So the left- Hang on, hang on. This is ridiculous. Right.
Starting point is 00:23:19 So the lefties are not succeeding in Great Britain. So by transferal, Trump looks a little bit better across the pond. Would I have it? Yeah. All right. That's it. And they look at him being very decisive and hitting the ground very hard and running with all these executive orders.
Starting point is 00:23:36 And they're like, we'd love a bit of that energy and dynamism over here, please. All right. Little action, right? In the House of Commons. Let's get some action going on. All right, Peers, we appreciate it very much. Thanks for taking the time. Did you know that at Chevron, you can fuel up on unbeatable mileage and savings?

Book your Boulder-Baha adventure from Los Angeles today. Seek, the Royal Caribbean. Itineraries vary by sale date. Ships Registry, Bahamas. Joining us now from Chevy Chase, Maryland, the guy used to work from public broadcasting corporations. His name is Michael Pack.
Starting point is 00:24:58 He's a president of Palladium Pictures right now, and he held the title of CEO for U.S. agency and global media, in addition to being the VP for TV programming at PBS. So he knows what he's talking about. So am I making any mistakes here? Am I being too mean to PBS, NPR? Not exactly. Yeah, I was the senior vice president
Starting point is 00:25:21 to the corporation for public broadcasting, but perhaps just as relevantly, I've made over 15 documentaries, all of which have been nationally broadcast on public television. The last one was about Clarence Thomas. It was called Created Equal, Clarence Thomas in his own words.
Starting point is 00:25:36 And that film was treated very fairly, but it is definitely the case that PBS and NPR are left-leaning organizations. It's obvious from their programming, just as you have said, Bill. Why is that a fact? What happened there? What is the culture there? How did it happen?
Starting point is 00:25:58 I think it was more or less like that from the beginning. I mean, it's not dissimilar to the rest of the legacy media. You've just talked about other broadcasters. The difference really is that PBS and NPR get public money, and they, and CPB, which is the institution that gets the federal money, is obligated to ensure that public broadcasting is objective and balanced, whereas CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC are not legally obliged to do that. But it's not balanced.
Starting point is 00:26:28 But it's not. No. And everybody, every, I don't see this one person in this country, Mr. Pack. I don't know anybody. Even the liberal people, the progressive people, they're not going to say, hey, they're balanced over there at NPR. It's ridiculous. The whole thing is absurd. Well, absolutely. And I myself was personally attacked by NPR quite a lot when I was in the first Trump administration, as you mentioned a few minutes ago, running the U.S. Agency for Global Media, which oversees the Voice of America, et cetera.
Starting point is 00:26:56 Why were you attacked? What do they attack you for? Well, they attacked me for that. That is another organization that gets federal money that should be fair. And during the presidential election, they were putting on things that were pro-Biden and unbalanced. And my idea was, they should get back to being fair, and they should be presenting American ideals to the world and promoting American values, and they have strayed from their mission. And NPR did not like that. And then my predecessor had become president of NPR, and he had particular bias. Okay. So he didn't like you when he was out to get you. And that's not unusual in the media. No, but it's more than that. I mean, I think they were out to get President Trump, actually, more than me personally. I don't know of any show on PBS or NPR that's ever seen.
Starting point is 00:27:41 said that Trump should be elected or Trump was a good president first time around. And if I'm wrong, if I missed it, I want people to tell me, Bill at bill o'Reilly.com. But I, you know, I don't watch them every, go ahead. I think it's gotten worse over the years, actually, though, Bill. I mean, I think in the old days at NPR, they would interview four people and one would be a Republican and three would be Democrats. Now, on their panels, there are no Republicans, as I think you pointed out earlier. So it's really shifted.
Starting point is 00:28:09 And I think that some sense, public broadcasting feels like they could withstand attacks and threats to take their money away. They've done it before. Newt Gingrich threatened to take away their money in the 90s. And they feel that they have 400 stations around the country. Their boards are bipartisan. They're always able to get their congressmen to push for them. And they've withstood it in the past. Well, the Democrats are going to stick up for them.
Starting point is 00:28:34 There's no doubt about it. But now with two houses, Republican, they should be able to. uh get that money out of there but you never know but it's interesting because um fox news does the same thing it stacks four conservatives and then one liberal but fox news isn't getting our money that's right right and they want to do that and it's working for them obviously um they can do it and but if npr and pbs are getting our money and donald trump gets nearly 80 million votes, they're disenfranchising 80 million Americans. NPR and PBS are disenfranchising them. And that is absolutely wrong. It's wrong morally. It's wrong historically. It's wrong in every way.
Starting point is 00:29:22 Last word. Well, I think they've had this morning for many years, public broadcasting has. And when I was there, there was some effort to bring in diversity of viewpoints. And they are, in theory, committed to diversity of viewpoints. And they are, in theory, committed to diversity of viewpoints. but they have done very little over the past several decades. And now those chickens are coming home to roost, and we will see what happens. All right, I don't want to pay for the chickens. Let the chickens pay for themselves. All right, Mr. Pack, thanks very much. We appreciate it.
Starting point is 00:29:51 Now, over in Disney, a very, very powerful company, Disney, because it's not just media, but they control ABC News, as you know. Okay, so they, you know, I've been telling you that I think there's going to be changes at the view. because it's so hateful. And again, Disney can do what it wants because it isn't taking our money. They can do it whatever it wants to do. But when you're hateful on that program,
Starting point is 00:30:20 it goes over into all your other enterprises. All of the other Disney properties are influenced negatively by the hate. I mean, another example, this Anna DeVarro, absolutely. The worst. How did she ever got there? They never done anything I can see in her whole entire life,
Starting point is 00:30:41 but she's there. This is what she says after the Super Bowl. Go. I think today Donald Trump is going to sign an executive order banning black people from halftime. Because you remember last week we were talking about whether the NFL was capitulating to Trump by removing the term and racism from the end zone.
Starting point is 00:31:01 Boy, did they not capitulate. to Trump. Okay, they had a halftime show that was incomprehensible with all due respect to Kendrick Lamar. I mean, maybe he's the most talented guy in a world, but I couldn't understand a word he said. And I don't believe that rap, music, is embraced by any more than 15% of the American population.
Starting point is 00:31:30 And I don't care that he was there. that didn't offend me, but then she takes it over into Trump is going to ban black people from half. You know, she tried to make a joke. I understand it. And interestingly enough, when that was first reported, the conservative news that reported it said that she said it seriously. She did. So this cuts both ways. But the point is on the view, they hate the president of the United States. It's not that they disagree with him. They hate him. And Disney keep, all Disney executives had to do, Iger has to do, is come to New York because he's in Burbank, California, and say, look, we want to keep the show on the air. This is Iger now. But you're
Starting point is 00:32:22 going to have to knock off the hate. And if you can't, then I want you to resign. That's all. It's all you've got to do. Now also, there is a repeat. from touring plans.com that most American families cannot afford to go to the Disney theme parks anymore. So the data is pretty stunning. It will cost you to go to Disneyland or Disney World, according to this website, between $7,400 and $1,400 a day for a family of four. If you stay a week, it's up to $11,000 to vacation at a Disney property. Now, if you're paying more than $1,000 a day, and that's not hard to do because you want to get that fast pass and all that other business that the Disney people have, or you've got to wait in the hot sun in Orlando for two hours to get into the rides your kids want to go on. If you're going to pay $1,000 a day, I mean, that's serious money. Most people don't have that kind of money.
Starting point is 00:33:27 Now, Disney could moderate that, but it doesn't. But it doesn't, because he can get it, but it shuts out the poor and the working class. All right, South Africa. So as you may know, Elon Musk, it was born in Praetoria, South Africa, became a naturalized U.S. citizen 2002. So South Africa is now doing something heinous. And the United States gives that country a lot of money. All right. I have the stat, but I don't have it with me.
Starting point is 00:34:04 How is that possible to have the staff? Because it came in at the last juncture. Can you tell me in my ear, I'm talking to my producer now, how much money we give them a year? $400, $440 million a year. The United States gives South Africa. And we don't even get a safari out of it. If you want to go, you have to pay. So what is South Africa doing?
Starting point is 00:34:26 It's seizing land from whites and giving it to blacks. Here is the new law just signed two weeks ago in South Africa. Quote, to provide for the expropriation of property for a public purpose or in the public interest, to regulate the procedure for the expropriation of property for a public purpose or in the public interest, including payment of compensation to identify certain instances where the provision of nil compensation, nothing, may be just inequitable for expropriation in the public interest. That means we can take your land, your farm, your house, we the government, in Praetoria, South Africa, and give it to whoever we want.
Starting point is 00:35:11 It's communism. So Musk, he didn't like that. But why are we given $450 million to South Africa? For what? Are you ready to dare for your mind? Starting point is 00:36:18 We are professional grade. Visit GMC.com to learn more. Migrant update. We haven't gotten an update today. I was surprised. So between January 20th, February 3rd, according to the Newsweek, that 6,000 people were deported to 121 countries. That costs us a fortune. But we don't know the last week how that is playing out. We do know that the intrusions across the border are down 90% from the last few weeks of Biden. There you go. Hello. Finally, I got a letter about some undocumented migrant who married an American and believes that he is going to become American citizen
Starting point is 00:37:12 because of marriage. No. Nope. Doesn't happen. Now, you can, it's easier to get a green card to work, but you're not going to automatically be a citizen. Smart life. So all of the surveys say that most Americans are living paycheck to paycheck, which means they don't have any savings. I believe it. But the spending is at a record level here.
Starting point is 00:37:40 This Christmas holiday, okay, a trillion dollars spent by Americans. Ooh, wow. trillion, okay? And it was like 4% more than the last year. This is according to the Karni Consumer Institute, it tracks this kind of stuff. So everybody's spending. When I go to these restaurants,
Starting point is 00:38:05 when I was in Palm Beach last week, I'm sorry, Palm Beach. The restaurants are insane. $31 for cheeseburger. $31. I think they gave you fries, I'm not sure. Packed.
Starting point is 00:38:22 Packed. Oh yeah, $31. So I'll take five. You know what is in California over Christmas? I had an in-and-out burger, I think it was $7.50. It was better than any $31 burger I ever had. So keep that in mind. Anyway, smart life.
Starting point is 00:38:43 You got to pull back everybody listening to me tonight. tonight. You have to assess what you have. Assess it. All right. Now, they say, oh, you should have six months reserve in case something bad happens. You should have six years. Not six months. You've got to sacrifice your own pleasures to build up security for yourself and your family. You have to. You have to. Because you're going to get crushed. something bad is going to happen and with all of these insurance oh my God have you looked at your insurance rates on home and car health that's out of control I want Trump to get into that I don't know how he's gonna do it because
Starting point is 00:39:34 you know the United States government doesn't run that we don't have socialized medicine here but you're getting killed so no he's going out and out and out, and then you're running out to restaurants and paying $31 for cheeseburger. Smart life, be disciplined, be tough on the spending. So it's the final thought of the day. I'm going to write a column on Sunday, and we'll post it early in the morning. And it's about Pope Francis issuing a statement about migration. And we all know that the Pope, as he should be, is very sympathetic to the poor and disenfranchised migrants all over the world. He should be that if he's the leader of the Catholic Church, which is founded on helping
Starting point is 00:40:30 the poor and the downtrodden. That's what Jesus did. Okay. But the Pope's posture in writing puts him opposite the Founding Father. founding fathers of the United States. And I'm going to prove that to you. So it goes back to killing the witches, my book, Killing the Witches. This is so fascinating to me because I know I'm a pinhead and I'm caught up at all this
Starting point is 00:40:58 history stuff. I know that. But Benjamin Franklin witnessed as a teenager in Boston the atrocities. He didn't see them himself, but he knew the chief witch hunter, Cotton Mather. And I write about this in killing the witches. Franklin was so appalled by the executions of those 20 people in Salem that he carried that into the Constitution discussions in Philadelphia, that we can't have a theocracy here. We have to have, you know, a secular country, which we do. Anyway, the founding fathers put into place a system whereby a member, whereby America, America,
Starting point is 00:41:44 Americans are free to pursue happiness. Okay, keep that phrase, pursuit of happiness. That clashes with what the Pope is saying. It's really fascinating. So I'm gonna write the column. I want you all to read it and give me some feedback on it. And it's not like there's a right and a wrong, a villain and a hero.
Starting point is 00:42:14 It's two different visions of pursuing happiness. It's fascinating. So I like the Pope, I've told you I like the Pope. I think he's naive. I don't think he takes into account the damage that anarchy, not only in the migrant area, but anarchy across the board, causes people who are trying to lead productive lives.
Starting point is 00:42:43 If it's anarchy, that's going to set you back. And that's part of what the Founding Fathers knew. You can't have anarchy. Can't have any law you want. Can't have, oh, we have federal law on immigration, but we're not going to enforce it. New York, Illinois, California, Boston. Can't have it. Because people get hurt by that.
Starting point is 00:43:07 Fascinating. I think I'm the only one in the country doing this, but I want to give you a heads up that it's coming on Bill O'Reilly.com, Sunday, this coming Sunday, and we will see you again on Monday for the No Spin News. We want to really thank everybody, because we've got millions of people watching us now all over the world, on YouTube, on our distribution outlets everywhere, radio stations, take audio of the show.
