Starting point is 00:00:54 Visit MailChimp.com. Talking Point's memo is about Mexico versus USA, and this is a very fascinating story. So Mexico is America's enemy. I don't care what they tell you, when you have a country run by drug cartels who are smuggling fentanyl and heroin and everything else in here, killing hundreds of thousands of citizens, they're the enemy. And the government in Mexico City can't control the cartels. Simple as that. I'm not even getting into the 14 million undocumented aliens that most of whom have come through the southern border. Mexico City won't stop that. Under Biden, this whole thing got out of control.
Starting point is 00:01:48 Everybody knows what I just said is true. All right. So Trump comes in and says, look, you're going to stop all of this nonsense, or we're going to slap a 25% tariff on all Mexican goods coming into the USA, which would crush the Mexican economy. Put them out of business. All right, so what do they do now? What does Mexico do?
Starting point is 00:02:10 It's a new president, Sheila Scheinbaum. All right, and she's a socialist. It doesn't like Trump at all. They've been very sympathetic, President Scheinbaum, to migrants, built some facilities for them, let them come marching over. up from Guatemala anytime they want. But that's just changed, almost within hours. And it's very underreported. Liberal president doesn't want to report it. So now the Mexican government
Starting point is 00:02:40 has changed its policy has adopted the practice of dispersion and exhaustion. This is unbelievable. All right, the authorities say they're going to let migrants who violate their border in the south, that's Guatemala, exhaust themselves, and then they're going to scoop them up and put them someplace, but they're not going to let them go to Texas and Arizona and New Mexico. So the first group of these migrants got dumped in Acapulco, which used to be the premier resort in Mexico, but it's now a dangerous cartel-run city. They dumped the migrants there. Now, all of this is because Trump's coming in. Again, Biden never explained the open board. never explained anything about it.
Starting point is 00:03:24 Oberdor, the president at the time, allowed the cartels to run while to do whatever they want to do. Smuggle drugs in here, smuggle people in here, it's fine. Overdoin, no problem with me. And Biden, no problem with me either. And Trump won the election largely because of this. He knows it. Roll the tape. And when I took it over, it was a mess.
Starting point is 00:03:49 Nothing like it is now. Now. This is 10 times worse. I got elected because of the border the first time. And I think I got elected largely because of the board of the third time. So even though he is not president until January 20, the Mexican policy has already changed,
Starting point is 00:04:09 just because of the threat of the tariff. Isn't that amazing? Biden could have done that like, man, boom. And saved hundreds of thousands of lives. But President Biden does not care, doesn't. And that's a memo. So the House yesterday passed the Lake and Riley Act, Lake and Riley, the young woman, University of Georgia student who was murdered by a criminal alien. The act was HR 29.
Starting point is 00:04:41 It passed 264 to 159. 159 Democrats voted against them. Incredible. 48 Democrats crossed over, but were Republicans. So what does it say? It basically says that the Department of Homeland Security can detain non-U.S. Nationals have been arrested, not convicted, arrested for burglary, theft, larceny or shoplifting.
Starting point is 00:05:09 Okay. Also allows the states to sue the federal government if the individual states like California do not obey immigration law. Okay, that's, I'm simplifying, you can get it off the screen. So it passed in a house. But I remember, 159 Democrats and outvoted against the law. Now, there is a constitutional problem with due process because you don't have to be convicted to be handed over to ICE and detained, just have to be arrested. I got it. I'm still voting for Lake and Riley law. In the Senate, where it goes now, is going to be
Starting point is 00:05:48 another brawl. Now, I think it's going to pass the Senate because the people voting against it really putting their political careers or risk. I mean, America's a furious and fed up. Okay, and then Trump will sign it. Now, Lake and Riley law gives Homeland Security Tom Holman a big advantage to take criminal aliens off the street because they can detain them. They can put them in detention centers for a limited amount of time and then deport them or do
Starting point is 00:06:21 whatever they want to do with them that's huge but it's not what I did Kate's law on the O'Reilly factor case law says and I'm working it now very hard behind the scenes and I'll have some information for you case law says if you are convicted of a crime in your foreign national and deported And you come back, 10 years mandatory prison sentence just for coming back. Case law. Need that with Lake and Riley law. All right, let's go to the fires.
Starting point is 00:07:00 They're out of control. I was there a week ago in the same area these fires are. Pacific Palisades are spreading all over the place. Trump is blaming Newsom saying that California doesn't clear the brush. I think that's an obo-simplification, but certainly, Certainly, California is not done nearly enough to protect its citizenry against natural disasters. We'll have a full report on that tomorrow. Okay?
Starting point is 00:07:24 Now, this fire, there are actually four fires, and they're all over the place. And it's going to be billions of dollars of damage. Two dead already, probably more. Firefighters putting their lives at risk. President Biden's out there. I told you yesterday, this is a boondoggle. Well, he flies out there with Jill on Air Force One, that's millions of dollars right there, to give Native Americans some monuments. He can't do that because the winds are so high, and then the fires break out after he lands, so he's staying to buoy the fire departments.
Starting point is 00:07:58 Okay, but you never should have gone in the first place because this is a total waste of money. All right, this is tax rate. I know Biden cares, he doesn't. All right, so we are following the fire situation, but there's zero. under control now and it's an incredible amount of damage because this is a very populated area in Los Angeles and I'm saying to myself boy I was right there just seven days ago everything was calm um let's see what else this really makes me angry and I and I told Hannity about it today on the radio show we have that posted on bill O'Reilly.com
Starting point is 00:08:42 Joe Biden, tomorrow, I don't know how he's going to do this, go to Italy to visit with President Maloney, Prime Minister Maloney, and the Pope. Why? Why? You're out of here. That's going to cost $10 million. Air Force One is $200,000 an hour to operate it. You've got to bring secret service.
Starting point is 00:09:12 you know, motorcade, $10 million trip. Easy, easy. Why? Go after your office on your own dime. Even worse, Kamala Harris going around the world. She leaves January 13th. And she's going to Singapore, Bahrain, Germany. For what?
Starting point is 00:09:39 For what? that's going to cost double what the Biden trips costing. They're grifters. That's what they are. This is taxpayer money. Oh, it makes me so angry. Everybody else is, okay. Okay.
Starting point is 00:10:08 Also, while I was, as a way, may have seen this. New photos were released of Joe Biden and Hunter, a meeting with Chinese officials in 2013, Biden was VP then, and they were gotten by the America first legal organization. Okay. Here are the photos. Now Biden said, oh, no, I had nothing to do with my son's business in China, a bunch of bull. Hunter Biden was a partner for Chinese-based equity fund perm, PIRM, named B-HR. partners. So he was in on it. He was making millions of dollars. And why was he in on it? Because of his father. That's why. And the father goes, Biden goes, no, no, no, no, no. I had
Starting point is 00:10:50 nothing to do with it. Well, what do I explain those pictures? He's never going to explain them. So that raises a question, what's going to happen at Joe Biden once he leaves office? Is there going to be an investigation into all of this? Are we ever going to know the full story? Joining us now, Tallahassee, Florida, Peter Schweitzer, author of Blood Money, Why the Powerful Turn a Blind Eye, While China Kills Americans. He's a president of Government Accountability Initiative, and he does a podcast called Drill Down. Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress.

Starting point is 00:12:57 Terms apply. See Chevron Texcores.com for more details. Which is about dentistry, I believe, right, Peter? you get into drilling down? Yeah, that's right. That's right. I have a very provocative question for you, and then we'll get into what we know and what we don't know. You watch this stuff as much as anybody does on the planet. Do you believe that Joe Biden took money
Starting point is 00:13:24 while Vice President possibly president from his son and brother that he took cash? do you believe it yes and i think there's some evidence for that um so yeah that we we do know that there were checks that his brother james biden wrote to joe biden this is shortly after he was vice president uh and we also know that within the family these LLCs they set up these structures of lcc that shifted a lot of money around and it's very hard to know where it ends up so i believe there's evidence for it i believe he did it i would also add bill Let's remember, the federal laws on bribery involving public officials say that if I pay Senator Bill O'Reilly from New York for a favor, or I pay Bill O'Reilly's kids, it doesn't matter in the eyes of the law.
Starting point is 00:14:18 So ultimately, whether Joe Biden got paid in the end or not, as far as the law's concern, is irrelevant. The family got paid, and I would argue that is directly connected to decisions that Joe Biden made. All right, but it's relevant to me. I want to know if the Vice President and President of the United States took cash, simple as that. And if he did take the cash, he didn't put it on his tax returns. So that's another federal felony. All right. Yeah, we know if we know of $240,000 in two checks that James Biden sent to Joe Biden.
Starting point is 00:14:54 We do know that for a fact. But we don't know where that money, we don't have a bank account. where that money landed or anything like that right right correct all right so we don't know what happened to the money no the checks were written and and i think james biden at one point said he was repaying a loan isn't what been right is not what he said yeah he said he repaid a loan although the house oversight committee who had the banking records of both the vice president and his brother say there's no evidence that the first loan ever took place that that in other words that that that Joe Biden actually sent 200,000 to his brother.
Starting point is 00:15:32 Now, James Comer, one of the Republican Congresspeople leading a committee investigation, has a book coming out in a couple of weeks. I guess he's going to say what you're saying now. Maybe he'll advance the story a little bit. But when Joe Biden leaves office in 13 days, he then becomes a civilian. Do you anticipate the Trump administration is going to open up an investigation, into bribery, tax evasion, these kinds of things. Probably not. I think it's doubtful.
Starting point is 00:16:08 We do know that Hunter Biden, in addition to the gun charges and the tax charges that people already know about, we do know the Department of Justice has said in filings in those cases that they continue to investigate Hunter Biden for violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act, Farah, which means that he was doing the bidding, allegedly of a foreign government or a foreign business without registering for the Justice Department. That's small ball. To me, it's small ball. You say you don't think
Starting point is 00:16:38 that the Trump administration is going to open a Justice Department investigation into Biden and Biden's money. The Vice President and President. Why not? No, I think it's for political reasons. I think that Team Trump has decided that
Starting point is 00:16:54 they want to move forward. They don't want to dwell on these issues in the past. you know, Trump for all of his bombast has always been a kind of forgiven or forget kind of guy. So I don't, I just simply think it's not going to happen. They're going to move forward. I hope I'm wrong. But I don't think I am. Well, in the easiest way to be for Pam Bondi and he would have to be under the orders of Donald Trump to appoint a special prosecutor on, you know, to look into what happened so the American people will get a little closure. I mean, that does, I know what you're saying, the New York Times
Starting point is 00:17:27 and all these people, NBC News, oh, look at Trump, he's going to get the people. They've already set that up. The Trump vengeance scenario, it's already been set up. I know, but I think most Americans want to know if their vice president and president was bribed. And I think that a special counsel, and you can even get a Democrat to do it.
Starting point is 00:17:49 You know, just somebody with a good legal reputation. That's what I would do if I were president. Last word. Yeah, I think you. you're exactly right. And look, the evidence is clear. Joe Biden and his family have lied repeatedly about this from the beginning. And if there was nothing that was done that was unethical or illegal, why would they lie so consistently and so blatantly about these commercial deals about Joe Biden's involvements or their claim of lack of involvement, the fact that
Starting point is 00:18:18 no money was transferred, et cetera, et cetera. So I agree with you. I think it's something that should be done for the purpose of clarity, whether Joe Biden ends up pardoning himself before he leaves office we need clarity and we need transparency if we if the federal government is going to have any credibility going forward all right peter we appreciate if you get anything new please let us know and have a happy new year all right let's get back to uh tonne trump's press conference so i'm going to explain this one more time i know i'm being repetitive the way president Trump negotiates is this. He takes a hand grenade, okay, figuratively. He pulls the pin, he throws it, and whatever target he's interested in. Boom, the headline on many of the
Starting point is 00:19:09 internet sites today is Trump does not rule out military action against Panama. Okay? That's not true because he said clearly to the reporter I'm not going to talk about military options ever not going to do it so they extrapolate that into oh he's not going to tell us
Starting point is 00:19:39 you know the game we all know the game but what many don't understand is that this is all a negotiating ploy So Canada is not going to be the 51st state. Canadians are proud people. They have their own national anthem. Some people think it's better than our national anthem.
Starting point is 00:19:59 And they don't want to be Americans. And they're not going to be. But the 200 billion a year is going to stop. And it should. And Canada is going to have to cooperate with the United States so we are not draining our treasury any longer. That's it. And Trump should get that. Panama will do pretty much what Donald Trump wants it to do.
Starting point is 00:20:27 It has to. But he doesn't have to say, I'm sending the Marines down, which he hasn't said. But the implication. And Greenland just make a deal. I mean, the leadership in Denmark, they're going to prosper from that deal. you don't have to send Don Jr. up with some special forces to scare the polar bears. One of the other things about Greenland that's important is that it flanks Putin, as I mentioned. And that if we, the United States, have a 99-year lease to harvest fuel, we're going to have to put in military protections for that.
Starting point is 00:21:13 That's not going to make Vlad happy. but it is a strategic play all right so all of it makes sense if you see the big picture um which of course i do which is why i'm here telling you now on the other parts of the of the press conference you look Donald trump looked very confident okay um i didn't see anything that deviated from what he said during the campaign, the key thing, and the first thing that Trump is going to deal with is Mexico. Now, there is a report that Mexico, there's another giant caravan coming up from the south part of that country to the border. If those poor people reach the border of the United States and Claudia Scheinbaum, the New Mexico president, doesn't stop them, I would slap on onerous,
Starting point is 00:22:12 tariffs, day one, and break Ms. Shambon. We can backhoe the cartels. The United States armed force is going to have to take care of the Mexican cartels. Trump said it today. The cartel is pretty much run Mexico. That is true. And it's a very simple reason why.
Starting point is 00:22:31 If you don't do what the cartels want, they will kill not only you, but all your children and your wife and your girlfriend or whoever it is. And so, all public servants, including military people, are afraid their families are going to be assassinated and wiped out because who's going to protect them. With that threat that the cartels absolutely do all the time comes a collapse of the entire Mexican system. The only way that stops is if Claudia Schleinbaum cooperates with the U.S. military to wipe out these cartels. Now, I don't know whether this is going to happen or not. I do know that Trump's going to say, you continue to allow caravans to come through your country.
Starting point is 00:23:19 You're going to pay 25% on every product you ship to the United States. That will collapse the Mexican economy. Boom. A month. Shinebom knows it. So we're setting all of that up. It's, I do believe that Donald Trump will be successful in closing that border significantly, closing it. The deportations I'm going to do on another day. I got to see exactly how that's going to
Starting point is 00:23:47 shake down. Who's going? How are they going to be rounded up? The transportation, the cost of it, the pushback from California, Massachusetts, those states. So it'll take a little time. But stopping the immigration flow, look, Ms. Scheinbaum, if you're watching me now and you can on YouTube, I'm telling you, madam, you've got to stop this. You've got to stop this. You're and your armed forces. And if you don't, your whole country's going on under. That's going to happen. Don't know it.
Starting point is 00:24:25 Let's go to a very underreported story that's a little frightening, I guess, China, where we can't get any information. Of course, they got a new virus there called HMPV. And it's the word that this report is using is surging. The best coast just got better. Introducing Quantum of the Seas sailing from L.A. this fall. Starting point is 00:25:14 Ships Registry, Bahamas. I'm doing to my family, because we're going to Burlington for the event of liquidation candidate. We're going to now to find the best of the best in articles of liquidation, from the world, and much more.
Starting point is 00:25:29 With offers, over-offertas. I can't go every day to see how to earn. My kids and I expect with anxies the liquidation, because it's very cold to Now, I don't know, because Beijing doesn't let free press operate there, but remember COVID came out of Wuhan, we all know. So now there's another virus over there. What is that? It says that most cases are mild, but young children and adults over 65 with weakened immune systems, you know, could be very adversely impacted.
Starting point is 00:26:06 it. Cough fever, nasal condition, shortness, and breath. This is all HMPV. And you get it by just being in proximity to a person who has it, just like COVID. Identical, but not as bad as COVID. So they say. This is coming from the World Health Organization, which nobody believes. So I don't know. I'm just reporting. Anyway, I asked my staff to review the COVID stats. 11% of U.S. children have the new VACs, 21% of adults have it, 44% of adults over 65. This is the new vaccine. I don't have that. I got the old vaccine.
Starting point is 00:26:48 I think I got four of them, but I didn't get the new one. But when I want to know what's going on, so let's bring in Dr. Daniel Hoff. He's an MD, a PhD, director of the St. Louis University Center for Vaccine Development. So what's going on in China, you know? Well, what we know is that they've identified increasing cases of human metadumovirus this season, but it is coincident with the beginning and ongoing respiratory season in the northern hemispheres. So this happens every year that we do have flu-like illnesses increasing caused by, multiple different types of viruses and HMPV is one of them influence in our
Starting point is 00:27:39 why is it always China where these things are breaking out is a reason that China's ground zero we don't really have any evidence at this point that there's a significant outbreak just since yesterday when you had asked me to be in this interview. There's newer information indicating that it looks like the rates of HMPV have increased, but similar to what they normally do during the respiratory season. So we shouldn't be worried here? I shouldn't be getting my mask out of the mothballs. Is there any? I don't think not at this point, not for HMPV anyway. Certainly whenever there's a patient in a hospital, with an infectious disease, and they're very sick,
Starting point is 00:28:34 it's standard around the world, to take precautionary measures, such as using masks and isolating the individual patients. Okay, so no worries now, but keep an eye on it, right? That's the advice. That's always true. We always have to be vigilant for new outbreaks. Now, one of my writers got COVID over Christmas,
Starting point is 00:28:57 and his whole family got it. But it's not as bad as the COVID that we had a few years ago. Is that where we are? Yes, that's predominantly related to the fact that so many people have been vaccinated and or infected. And particularly, the combination has led to very strong immunity against the earlier strains of the virus. But the COVID-19 virus is continuing to circulate.
Starting point is 00:29:27 and it's continuing to mutate. And so the vaccines that we had before aren't going to work as well as new ones that are a better match for the new viruses. Did you get the new virus vaccine? I did. At the same time as my flu vaccine this year. All right.
Starting point is 00:29:47 So it's worth considering then, in your opinion? Definitely, especially in people that have higher risks of disease. such as compromise immune systems or just getting older and age the very young age spectrum you and I don't have to worry about that aging thing because maybe you don't last question for you so Robert Kennedy Jr. is an anti-backed sky you know what he said in the past he's going to go in front of the Senate try to convince them to confirm him as head of the health department here in United States. Would you vote for him if you were a senator?
Starting point is 00:30:29 I probably would not, but my thinking about him is that he's certainly an unconventional candidate to lead a complicated organization like HHS, but I will work with whoever the new leaders are to do the best that I possibly can to continue to protect the U.S. public from infectious threats. All right, but you don't have any problems with the vaccine, generally speaking, correct? With, I'm sorry, what vaccine you're talking about now? COVID vaccine. Oh, I don't have any problems with it, no.
Starting point is 00:31:09 And I've got... And he does, so there would be a... Well, that is what does concern me the fact that there's talk of reducing funding for infectious diseases and vaccine development work because what I worry about is that with decreased funding, we won't be as ready for the next pandemic. Yeah, you got to stay. There are more coming. Okay.
Starting point is 00:31:36 Dallad, doctor, thank you very much. We appreciate it. Stay strong. And if anything happens on a China thing, we'll check back in with you. Okay. Thank you very much. You know, Janet Yellen, Treasury Secretary, out going out. She says, hey, if we don't get this debt under control, the economy is going to collapse.
Starting point is 00:31:58 And she's right. So she issued a statement, quote, Treasury currently expects to reach the new limit. This is the debt limit, between January 14th and 23rd, at which time it would be necessary for the Treasury to start, taking extraordinary measures. I respectfully urge Congress to act to protect the full faith and credit of the United States. because the government can't pay the debt. People buy bonds, people invest in America, they get paid every month. And we're running up so much debt
Starting point is 00:32:33 that we're not able to pay the interest rates and if we can't pay, we default, and the economy collapses. We all get this. We all understanding this. So Congress has to raise the debt ceiling. Conservatives do not want to do that. Listen to me.
Starting point is 00:32:50 raise the debt ceiling and then hope and pray that Donald Trump follows the advice of Musk and Ramoswamy and cuts spending by about 20, 25%. Not going to be easy with the military situation
Starting point is 00:33:10 and Social Security, Medicare, all of that. We got to cut it. Therefore, the spending, federal spending, will start to come down, which will bring the debt down, okay, because we can start to pay off some of what we owe. You do that by cutting deals in ANWR and federal lands where the energy is coming out. U.S. government needs a piece of all the profits that the companies get to pay the debt down. That's one way. But this has to be addressed by Donald Trump. I think he knows it. Bad. And it's not reported. You don't know. People go around with the debt, the deficit.
Starting point is 00:34:00 They don't even know what the difference is with the debt and the deficit. The debt is what we owe. All right? Right now, it's 38 trillion, something like that. Biden added $7,6 trillion. Trump in his four years, six, seven. So Biden spent a million more, a trillion more than Trump. Barack Obama, $7.6 trillion. He added to the debt in eight years. We got to stop this. Congress got to pass balanced budget amendments. New Orleans Her Attack Update, 42-year-old Shamsa-din-Jabbar, Houston,
Starting point is 00:34:36 near Dewell, dead, but not before. He murdered 14 people in a vehicle, hurt 35 others. Very strange. We can't get any updates. on the people who were hurt in New Orleans. Authorities down there aren't given any updates. That's strange. Sam's Hoodin Jabbar is found with an ISIS flag.
Starting point is 00:34:57 He's a crank. He's a crook, but he's dangerous. All right. And, you know, when the story broke on January 1st, there was a report that the vehicle used in this terror attack came across the southern border at Eagle Pass, Texas. And the conservative media went wild with that. Not true.

Are you that rich? But that's me. All right, here is the final thought of the day. So I just signed a deal with News Nation to do a documentary before the inauguration on President Trump. As you know, I appear on News Nation twice a week, three times a week, three times a week.
Starting point is 00:42:44 Mondays, Leland Vitterd, 7, Cuomo, Wednesday, 8, and Marky Martin in the morning on Wednesday as well. All right, so I got three appearances. And I say to people, look, if you care about the man, if you have a motion invested in him, you need to know about him. And there's no buck that even comes close to telling you about the life of Donald Trump than the United States of Trump.
