Whatever you're storing, we've got the gear to keep it organized and protected at the Home Depot. How Doers Get More Done. Well, it's 100 degrees in New York City, in the suburbs and the area, some dome heat thing, I have no idea. A lot of whining, a lot of whining about it. You guys in Texas, Arizona, 100 degrees, you know. But here, it is very, very intense.
Starting point is 00:01:35 So you turn on local news, and about 25 out of the 30 minutes is the weather. And ABC Network news does that too. So the weatherman comes out and goes, it's hot. Yeah, we know. And then have to drink a lot of fluids. Yeah, we know. And then if you're on fire, you call 911. It's just so banal.
Starting point is 00:02:03 Word of the day, banal. It's just unbelievable. Like, who doesn't know this? Anyway, I'm getting away from the news component of the day, but we have plenty of that for you. And the political world is very hot. Pardon a pun, that's the subject of the TV's Talking Points memo. So these are tough days for the Democratic Party.
Starting point is 00:02:32 They really don't know how to handle the Iranian bombing. Okay, so most of them have kept quiet. There's no leadership. The zealots far left, of course, they don't like it because they don't want to get anything Trump's going to do and that's that. But the party has no plan B. So when you're going to criticize someone,
Starting point is 00:02:55 it is responsible to have an improvement and this is in your personal life too if you're going to give somebody some jazz say look this might be better Democrats have none of that for anything
Starting point is 00:03:08 they have nothing you know on the budget they oh don't cut Medicaid all right 37 trillion dollar debt what are you going to do about it nothing they don't have anything on Iran oh no no you have to consult
Starting point is 00:03:22 and you look at it I'm going to, well, what's plan B? Okay, how long you want to give the mullas? Six months, six years, and go down for decades. No plan. All right, so I got to run down what they're saying for you, and I will do some commentary on the back of it. First, our pal, Senator Adam Schiff from California. Go. So a lot of risks here for the country, which, you know, is the reason why. you come to Congress in the first place? It's the reason why our Constitution says
Starting point is 00:03:59 Congress has the power to declare war, not the president. Now, the woman on CNN interviewing him, Cassie Hunt, failed to say to Schiff, and this is Journalism 101. I mean, this is not anything hard.
Starting point is 00:04:15 Well, that may be true in theory, but it's the War Powers Act gives the President 60 days to unilaterally use military action in situations. Did you not know that, Senator? And Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, they used bombing without any consultation to Congress whatsoever. Were you unaware of that congressman? But instead, Ms. Hunt just sits there. Now, I don't want to criticize her. I don't
Starting point is 00:04:49 want her enough to know whether she's good or bad. But when you're doing a top flight interview, undermining the President of the United States' military action, you have a responsibility to your audience to be skeptical of what you know Schiff is going to say. You know he's going to attack it. And then you say, Senator, what would you have done pretty precisely? We don't want any general, well, diplomacy. What would you have done? No, none of that comes. And it doesn't come because CNN doesn't want that kind of exposition. They bring on shift. They know Schiff is going to criticize Trump, and that's what they want. They don't want balance. They don't want two sides. Okay. Second one is the ardent socialist, perhaps a communist. I'm not sure yet. Bernie Sanders is a
Starting point is 00:05:45 communist. No doubt in my mind. He would seize your property. and I'm not sure, which he's absolutely a fanatical progressive and a socialist. Here's what she says. Go. Trump has launched the United States into another potentially endless war in the Middle East. Bombing another country is an act of war. The Constitution is clear. If there is no immediate threat to Americans, to our service members, or to the homeland,
Starting point is 00:06:19 and the president has no legal authority to order our troops to strike another country, none. War with Iran will not make us safer. Well, she's reading that at a pro-abortion rally, by the way. She can't get enough abortion, Elizabeth Warren. Can't get enough. Okay. But anyway, she says things that are just factually incorrect. And, of course, somebody's got my mind.
Starting point is 00:06:46 So there is no immediate threat to Americans. Well, I believe that a hostile nation that has a policy of killing Jews and Americans, stated policy, okay, having an atomic bomb, a nuclear weapon, might be a threat. Now, there are a lot of people who just don't believe it because they don't want to believe it. They don't want to believe Massad. They don't want to believe U.S. Intel. They don't, and they won't. But the U.K., MI6, every intelligence agency,
Starting point is 00:07:26 and they have droves of people inside Iran. Okay, say, look, these guys were really close to enriching enough uranium to make that bomb quickly. But Elizabeth Warren doesn't care about that. Wouldn't even consider it. Because he doesn't want to consider it. Breaks her bubble. So these are irresponsible people.
Starting point is 00:07:51 Now, what did Barack Obama say about the bombing? That would be nothing. How about Joe Biden? No, Joe didn't weigh in. How about Kamala Harris? No. He's supposed to be the leaders of the Democratic Party. So if I'm the leader of the Democratic Party,
Starting point is 00:08:13 All right, number one, it would be much more competitive than it is now and much more sane. Here's what I would say. We support the president's military action against Iran because he's the commander-in-chief and we support our troops. But we have reservations, but now is not the time. He has made his decision, and we're going to support the action because we are pro-American. We're not rooting for Iran.
Starting point is 00:08:49 And then afterward, if we believe it was not the right thing to do, will certainly come forth with a better plan. If the leadership of the Democratic Party were to do that, then people would take it seriously. Who takes the Democratic Party seriously now, other than the loons, the zealots, the hate Trumpers? nobody it's the lowest deb in modern times harry truman fdr you know there's nobody close to that jfk
Starting point is 00:09:22 there's nobody close okay finally um nobody knows about the ceasefire could blow up tomorrow Trump's cursing at Israel and stuff you know these are volatile countries you can't trust them they'll do what they think is best for whatever the mullers are
Starting point is 00:09:47 a theocracy in Israel they know that the Jews are in danger from these people so Trump can't control that 100% America's a lot of power with Israel
Starting point is 00:10:05 so the ceasefire will happen but will it hold? Nobody knows. Nobody knows. And then what happens after the ceasefire? Are there more peace talks? I don't know. I do know this, that Iran is so weak, it can't close the streets of Hormuz or do anything up. He can't. And when it signaled to the USA that it was going to send rockets into our bases, it actually told us, the Mollos told us, before they fired him, what does that tell you? He goes, well, it don't hurt me anymore. We'll give you a tip.
Starting point is 00:10:42 We've got to do this for show. And that's what they did. And that's a number. All right. Now, let's get to some polling. CNN poll, 1,030 adults. No registered voters. No likely voters.
Starting point is 00:10:58 Democrat 28, Republican 28, another party, 44. All right. What is your view of the U.S. decision to take military action in Iran, approved 44? disapproved 56. Second question, do you think the U.S. military action will make Iran more of a threat? 58, less of a threat, 27. How much do you trust Donald Trump to make the right decision about the U.S. use of force in Iran? Great deal, moderately, 45, not much, 55.
Starting point is 00:11:29 Now, I don't believe his fault. I think it's a push poll. And I called, I didn't call, but my producers called John McLaughlin, the Republican polls. who is very accurate and honest. And he said the same thing. The tip off is adult respondents, not likely voters or registered voters. So you're getting in that crew people who don't know anything. If you're thirsting for asphalt melting your work boots,
Starting point is 00:11:59 tape measure has anger issues, nail guns talking smack again, and hard hat baked on the head level refreshments, we definitely have that. Cool off with Gatorade summer blaze. Available only at Circle K. When you're feeling the heat, Circle K makes your day. Amazon Pharmacy presents painful thoughts. 20 more minutes to kill in the pharmacy before my prescription is ready.
Starting point is 00:12:33 Maybe I'll grab some deeply discounted out-of-season Halloween candy. Hmm, I never had a chocolate pumpkin with raisins before. Those were raisins, right? Next time use Amazon Pharmacy. We deliver. And no, those were not raisins. Amazon Pharmacy, healthcare just got less painful. They don't know.
Starting point is 00:12:56 And I'm going to back that up with another poll in a moment. And when you talk to people who don't know why something's happening or even that it is happening, you're going to get a skewed answer, which is what's here. wanted. They wanted this answer. This is easy to do. And CNN understands that nobody's going to remember the poll from day to day so they can do whatever they want to do. So, Reuters' poll, Royer's left-wing news service. Again, 1,139 U.S. adults, not registered voters. One question that's key. How closely, if at all, have you been following the Iran-Israel? USA situation, 67% say closely, 32%.
Starting point is 00:13:44 But we don't know anything about it. Now, that's a lot of people. Okay? 32%. So, when you look at this stuff, you have to look at it with a healthy doth of skepticism. I believe, based on analysis and generalized polling, that most people understand a threat that Iran poses.
Starting point is 00:14:13 Okay? Now, maybe they didn't like the bombing. I don't know that for sure, but I think most people understood why it had to happen. And since there's no plan B, none, you either let them get the bomb or you bomb that. There's no middle. So I think most Americans are fine with it, but I'm not positive on that.
Starting point is 00:14:43 Okay, so yesterday we said that the House Ethics Committee has to call two people who criticized the commander-in-chief while the bombing was underway. The planes were in the air. There would be Congressman Sean Kastin of Illinois and the always amusing Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York. You cannot undermine a military action when there are U.S. military people in the field conducting. You cannot do that. So we call the chairman of the House Ethics Committee, Michael Guest, who is rude to us. Rude. Okay?
Starting point is 00:15:37 This guy's from Mississippi. And we had to call him back a number of times. He didn't pick up the phone. His guy, Jordan Downs did. I never arrogant and rude. I went on to tell you anything. Okay. You want to go that way?
Starting point is 00:15:54 We'll make you a hobby, Congressman Guest. We'll make you a hobby here. So here's what I said about the Ethics Committee. The House Ethics Committee have got to call Congressman Sean Kasten and Congresswoman Alexander Ocasio-Cortez. While our military people were in the air, they called for the impeachment of the Commander-in-Chief. Okay? They've got to go up before the Ethics Committee.
Starting point is 00:16:26 And I'm going to make sure that happens. Okay, so now we have a conundrum because the head of the Ethics Committee citing confidentiality. That's a bunch of bull. All right, so I can't talk to you. Yeah, you can't. I don't know what game you're playing, Mr. Guest,
Starting point is 00:16:49 but we're going to watch you now. You're on our scope. I want to try to get somebody else on a committee to come in here and explain this. I do believe that they're going to have to call these two people in front of the Ethics Committee, but I was disappointed with this guy, guest. If you're in his district in Mississippi, you might give him a call. This is ridiculous. It's just totally absurd.
Starting point is 00:17:13 All right, predictably, we went over with Casson and Ocasio-Cortez. They're the fringe, fringe left. But the Democratic Party now is getting into real dicey territory. The guy named Jeff Merk Lee, he's a senator from Oregon. He goes on CNN and says this. But the reason that that enrichment occurred is because President Trump, in his first administration, pulled us out of the diplomatic deal with Iran in which they had a huge amount of inspections,
Starting point is 00:17:45 and every path to a nuclear weapon had been blocked through diplomacy. not through war. So it's unfortunate that Trump's decision in his first administration set the scene now for this challenge. And that's the mantra now, the Democratic Party, that Obama was brilliant, it was a brilliant deal, Iran was constrained, and Trump just blew it all up, so it's Trump's fault. You heard that from Carvel last week on News Nation. I'll be on News Nation at 9 o'clock tonight, but I told Carvel he was full of, you know what, which he is, because he just bouts the propaganda, which this guy did. But I want to go on a record with Trump.
Starting point is 00:18:24 He issued a statement when he pulled out of the Obama deal. Here's the statement said. In the years since the deal was reached, Iran's military budget has grown by almost 40%. True. After the sanctions were lifted, the dictatorship used its new funds
Starting point is 00:18:39 to build nuclear capable missiles, support terrorism, cause havoc. True. The agreement was so poorly negotiated that even if Iran fully complies, the regime can still be on the verge of a nuclear breakout in a short period of time. That's speculation, but that's what Trump believed. Okay, that's why he pulled out in his first term.
Starting point is 00:19:00 So you can decide whether that was a wise move or not, but to say that everything would be swell with Iran, if Trump had not pulled out of the deal is absurd. Okay, did you miss October 7th there, pal? Merckley, did you miss that? Ooh. All right. Who dissented on the Republican side?
Starting point is 00:19:21 Here they are. As usual, Congress from Massey, Kentucky, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Green, Senator Rand Paul, Steve Bannon, and Tucker Carlson. They're the biggest names on the Republican side who are dissenting. We have Eric Bowling tomorrow night. He is dissenting somewhat.
Starting point is 00:19:45 Has to come up against me. So don't miss that. Europe, you know, Europe is, you know, I'm going to get into this on YouTube, but the only guy that really stood up is Starmer, the PM of Great Britain, and he said, yeah, you know, we know it had to be done, but the rest of them are, Germany wasn't as weasley as, but Macron was really a weasel. So, we'll get into all of that. Stock market is shaky. You know, it goes an hour hour. Can I tell you? That's why he told you two weeks ago, was it? You got spec stocks? Sell them. I did. I shouldn't give you financial advice. So let me rephrase it. I sold my spec stocks.
Starting point is 00:20:36 It's too risky in this day and age. Dividend, big companies, long time holdings, buy. looking out for you here's a story that was gone almost totally unreported Pakistan is nominating President Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize Why? Because you remember in May Indian Pakistan almost at war
Starting point is 00:21:05 because it was a terror attack in Kashmir and the death toll was 46 Okay, and they were shooting each other and all of that. It's the ethnic war.
Starting point is 00:21:25 Trump stepped in and calmed it down. Do you know that? Do you hear this reported that Pakistan's nominating him, the Nobel Peace Prize? I didn't. My astute producer picked it up. Okay. Joining us now from North Carolina is the purveyor. Goldberg.com. And I check that out. And I am very busy.
Starting point is 00:21:54 So Bernardgoldberg.com. I check in. So you say you support the action, but you're not a big Trump fan. So explain that to me. It's not that I'm not a big Trump fan. My basis, I'm an opinion journalist now. But like you, I was a hard news journalist for a long time. So I come to my conclusions based on facts. So sometimes I agree with Donald Trump. Sometimes I don't. In this case, I'm totally with President Trump. He did the right thing. Iran was never going to voluntarily give up their nuclear program. For decades, they strung one president after another, they strung them along. And they pretended that diplomacy was going to lead to Iran, the Mullahs, giving up their nuclear dreams and passions.
Starting point is 00:22:50 They made one big mistake bill. They assumed Donald Trump was like all the other presidents they were dealing with. Donald Trump was different from all the others, and he showed them how different he was on Saturday night. I'm totally with him on this. So... Hey there, Travelers, Kaylee Cuoco here. Starting point is 00:24:08 It doesn't have anything to do with Israel and you're Jewish, right? No, it's it has, I'll tell you what it has to, no, it doesn't, but I'll tell you what it does have to do it. It has to do with risks being weighed against other risks. So is there a risk that Iran will do something stupid? Is there a risk that they may widen and escalate the war? Yeah, there's a risk, of course. Like you correctly said, if anybody tells you what's coming next, don't listen to them. They don't know what they're talking about.
Starting point is 00:24:42 Right. But against that risk, Bill, you have to weigh the risk of a country run by zealot Islamist clerics having a nuclear weapon. And they're haters. And they're haters and killers. And I'm not taking the risk of them having a weapon like that. They knew about October 7th. They knew that Hamas was going to go over and slaughter. those people in the kibbutz, Iran knew.
Starting point is 00:25:15 And that was really, I think, would put Trump over the line. Yeah, the nuke thing, obviously, you can't allow a rogue regime that is on the record is we're going to kill every Jew we can and we're going to kill Americans too to have a bomb that they might be able to disassemble and give to a terrorist and set it off someplace. Now, you and I are sympathetic, and I think we've made a very logical case so far. We're 19 minutes into this broadcast. But then you have the isolationists in the Republican Party who they don't care whether Iran has a nuclear weapon or not. That's kind of strange, don't you think? I think it's immoral. I think it's immoral.
Starting point is 00:26:04 I find it interesting that the isolationist wing of. of the Republican Party sounds a lot like the progressive wing of the Democratic Party. But beyond that, how is it moral to say, well, we don't really, they won't put it in these words. I want to be fair to them. They won't say we don't care that they have a nuclear weapon. As a matter of fact, they'll say, we don't want them
Starting point is 00:26:29 to have a nuclear weapon. But if you're going to be an isolationist, then what you're really saying, what it really comes down to, is if they use it against Israel and kills 10 million Jews, Hitler only got 6 million, not our problem. America first, not our problem. But it is our problem because, look, that's just such a sophomoric point of view. Just on its face, don't take the Israeli Jew thing out.
Starting point is 00:27:00 So if you have a nuclear weapon that goes off on this planet anywhere, You said civilization back 10 years. Everybody is affected. Everybody. So this gets back to my point about risk versus risk. They only talk about the risk of a wider war. Fair enough. That is a concern.
Starting point is 00:27:25 But they don't talk about the risk that you just talked about. And that I talked about in the column that's on my website. They don't talk about the risk of Ayatollah Supreme. leader Ayatollah Khomeini having a nuclear weapon. How could you not, you have to stop that. You have to stop that. And that's what Donald Trump did. And I'll criticize him when I think he does something that's not in his or our best interest. But I'm going to praise him when he does the right thing. And this time, he did the right thing. I'm trying to get inside of mine. And I will do this with bowling tomorrow. Eric Bowling will be on,
Starting point is 00:28:06 as I mentioned, of these isolationists because they're not dumb people. Orr-Paul is not a dumb person. Neither is Tucker Carlson or Steve Bennett. They're not. But I think it's a stubbornness now that's set in, and they get an awful lot of attention doing this as well. I think there's an attention factor here. Well, I understand their concern.
Starting point is 00:28:32 It's not just words, it's a philosophy. And the philosophy is we don't want to get involved in other people's problems, other people's problems, as if the United States is a bystander in all of this. And Iraq is weighing on all of this too. You know, we tried to change the landscape of the Mideast once, and I don't think that turned out too well. No, but it's a different situation than Iraq. But that's hanging over this whole discussion.
Starting point is 00:29:05 But they're using that to make a false equivalency. I mean, it's like the Panama invasion compared to World War II. And you know why it's in a comparison? I'll tell you why. And you know why? Because we're dealing with a nuclear bomb right now. Right. It's so much more intense.
Starting point is 00:29:29 And the Iraq situation was a miscalculation. I mean, those people say, oh, the government, lied to us about they knew that Saddam didn't have that. That is so much garbage. Saddam told his generals, all right, that he had the weapons because he wanted to intimidate those generals. And that's what the New York Times reported. And that's why it got out of control. Now, final question for you. When we're looking at the landscape here, I picked out a few people. And I don't like to do this. In my younger days, I did it more,
Starting point is 00:30:08 but now I'm watching people attack other people personally for money. And this is what they do on social media. They attack people personally. They get more eyeballs and they can sell ads. It's about money. That's why they're doing it. I think when I single out of Chuck Schumer, am I being too harsh on the senator?
Starting point is 00:30:34 But when you said he's a blanking hypocrite, what word did you mean when you said blanking? I don't want to shock you. I don't want to shock your sensibilities, Goldberg. Since you worked in a CBS newsroom for like 50 years, you've heard the real word before. Here's the thing that gets me about Chuck Schumer. He had a perfect score on his essay.
Starting point is 00:30:59 before he went to Harvard. He's a bright guy. Yeah. What a wasted use of intellect to become a political hack. That's my take on Chuck Schumer. I sit there and does he think that guys like me are not going to trace him back to what he did when Obama dropped the bombs on Libya and you have a totally different position? And then when you ask him about it, he'll never do an interview.
Starting point is 00:31:28 He'll never, ever go, you know, answer those questions. Look, Ocasio Cortez, I said this on Piers Morgan. I went on his show tonight. And I said, look, I don't want to be uncharitable to a fellow terrier. So I have a degree from Boston University as well. But she's simply not smart enough to hold the job
Starting point is 00:31:50 as a congressperson. She's just not smart enough. You don't have to be that smart. No. But she's not. smart even at your low bar, okay? She doesn't even reach your low bar. That's the frame of reference that that woman has. Zero. And I had to say it to put it into some kind of perspective, like for me to pick on her would be, you know, like kicking a little cock or spaniel. It's not
Starting point is 00:32:22 fair. Schumer, none of the matter. I know how much you dislike cliched. And so do I. I just like them as much as you do. But here's one. Donald Trump could find a cure for cancer. And she'd be opposed to Donald Trump for finding a cure for cancer. So I don't, let's not take her that seriously.
Starting point is 00:32:43 No, I agree with that. And that's why I didn't. But the other guy from Illinois, but they both should be brought up in front of this. You don't object to that, right? Health Ethics Committee, while we have people in the field, you're doing this? I don't, I think, no matter what your political philosophy, you don't do something that jeopardizes American military forces while they're in the midst of an operation.
Starting point is 00:33:09 I don't do that. You know, it's just almost impossible to believe that these people are that stupid that they would do it. They didn't think about it. They just want to run out there and pander their far left base. All right, the website is bernard goberg.com. It's like bill o'Reilly.com, except my name is Irish and Goldberg is Jewish. It's just put the both names in, and then you'll get two good websites. Appreciate it, Bernie.
Starting point is 00:33:37 Thanks very much. Thanks, Bill. All right, so as we were talking about, man, Donnie is a 33-year-old radical socialist. Born in Uganda, moved to South Africa, then he moved to New York. went to Bronx High, Bowden College in Maine, three terms in the assembly. Started very early, very charismatic guy. That's why I won, because Cuomo's a bad candidate. Andrew Cuomo.
Starting point is 00:34:05 And Zand had a lot of money, Soros money and others, and bought a lot of time, and 22%, my God. But to give you a little taste, if you don't live in New York in the area, what his rap is. Go. I want to say it very clearly because both Mr. Tilsen and Andrew Cuomo's Republican billionaire donors have been lying about me on our television screens and right now. I will not defund the police.
Starting point is 00:34:37 I will work with the police because I believe the police have a critical role to play in creating public service, public safety. So here's what the guy said a few years ago. Quote, we don't need an investigation to know the NY NYPD is racist, anti-queer, and a major threat to public safety. What we need is to defund the NYPD. Okay, I mean, it doesn't get more straightforward than that. So that's what we have here in New York.
Starting point is 00:35:08 And here's the irony of this. I live in Nassau County, which borders New York City. Okay, I'm about maybe 10 miles, maybe less, eight miles. from the New York City border. Culture evolves at the speed of light. Just like your financial needs. When it comes to your money, credit karma keeps you in the know and ahead of the game.
Starting point is 00:35:34 You can count on credit karma to keep up with your financial needs as they evolve. We'll help you monitor your progress and give personalized recommendations so you can make strides towards your goals and find your way to money. Intuit Credit Karma, karma you can count on.
Starting point is 00:35:50 Download the app today. Starting point is 00:36:20 Make sure you tune in. You can find us at Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. NASA County is the safest county in the country as far as crime is concerned. Taxes are crazy all throughout New York State. But the county runs very efficiently because it isn't far-left loons in charge here. It's fairly conservative people that are governing in a responsible way. So you cross over from Nassau into Queens or Brooklyn, okay? And it's like, whoa, no quality control whatsoever.
Starting point is 00:37:05 But, you know, people vote for these people, and they vote for them because they've given up, I've said this before, and they want the government just to pull them through life, give me everything you can give me. And that's what they want. And they're going to vote for these socialists in Congress. and greater and greater grade. Now you got New York, you got LA, you got Chicago, you got San Francisco. All of them. All of them. That's what I did on my YouTube commentary, which will drop tonight. I'll tell you a little bit more about it later. But these inner city people, that a lot of them not born here, but are eligible to vote, they don't want to compete. Someone can't compete. I understand that. And we have to provide safety nets but a lot of them just don't want to they give me give me give me give me okay um Friday the Senate is supposed to vote on a trump tax and spend bill so you're going to hear
Starting point is 00:38:08 tax cut for the rich a million times throwing people off of Medicaid on and on and on and on just remember one thing all the bill does is extend What Trump did in his first term as far as taxes. Raised taxes to help the billionaires, all of that. Smart life. Four in 10 Americans, 40% are now scared to travel abroad. Okay. Talker research, pretty good.
Starting point is 00:38:42 2,000 U.S. participants. 40% say, I'm afraid. Cancelling trips. to Europe. I don't know about Asia, but I know they're canceling trips to Europe, and that's a big
Starting point is 00:38:58 hit to Europe. I get letters from concierge members and one of the services that we provide concierge members on Bill O'Reilly.com is if you go someplace, or you want to go someplace, you run up by me because I've been to 86 countries and I can tell you what the deal is
Starting point is 00:39:14 and, you know, what to do. Get a lot of letters go, who am I? You're not, in any danger in Europe at this point unless you go to Ukraine, okay? But it's fairly contained. The violence is contained. Well, if you go to Austria, you'll be fine. That's my opinion, but it's based on facts. But fear, you know, Americans get afraid. I get afraid by A lot of things. What did FDR say?
Starting point is 00:39:55 The only thing to fear is fear itself. Not the only thing. I don't want a big anaconda in my bedroom, but we're all getting a message. Smart life. So I want you to be healthy. And we do a lot of this. And it's hard.
Starting point is 00:40:13 It's hard. Because everything that tastes good is bad. It's as simple as that. New study, American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, big study. So they list some foods, some common foods that aren't horrendous. I can't do the kale. I'm sorry. Tried to do the kale.
Starting point is 00:40:36 Can't do the kale. And here are the foods they say, if you want to be healthy or, try this. All right, berries, blueberries, raspberries, citrus, oranges and grapefruit. Dark chocolate. Now you don't eat a pound of it, but it's a cancer arresting agent or something. Peaches and bananas. Now bananas, every time I turn around, it's no good, it is good. I don't know. The monkeys look healthy to me and they like bananas. Peaches and bananas. Green and black tea. Yes. Yes. Leafy greens. We've heard that a million times, not eating the kale, but spinach, I'll go for the spinach. wine okay i don't drink it but and then peas onions and tomatoes all right i can't eat the onions irish stomach now here's what i had for breakfast and this i think i'm on the right track so i had a low sugar cereal like rice checks okay you can't have more than 10 milligrams of sugar you got a redelap but get that going i drink whole milk the other stuff i can't i just can't
Starting point is 00:41:50 drink. But I'm not drinking a lot of it. So I'm putting the milk on the cereal. Then I'm loading it with raspberries and blueberries. Loading it up. Okay? That's the primary. Then I take the sour dough bread and I get four pieces of toast, not poultry, is cut them in half. And I put real butter on them. Okay, I can't just eat the toast dry. And that's my breakfast. With they with a tropicana low sugar orange juice and it's good good job tropicana and i have no ties of tropicana but if you compare the low sugar to the regular tropics crazy that's why i have a breakfast okay so i keep it under control then at dinner i'll have you know a meat dish and you know a salad something like that but if you eat junk all right
Starting point is 00:42:50 If you go in to the fast foods more than twice a week, and if you're eating the sugar stuff, your toes are going to fall off. Something's going to happen. That's it. I hate to be Bobby Kennedy here, but he's right on that one. Okay, final thought. We got about a million subscribers on our YouTube channel. We told you about a couple of minutes ago.
Starting point is 00:43:12 That's a lot. We're going for two million. We'll get them. And we had a lot of comments about my Iran analysis. on the bonus commentary on YouTube. Here are some of them. Got 30,000 likes in two minutes and 99% positive reaction.
Starting point is 00:43:32 More than 700,000 watch yesterdays are on content on YouTube. 700,000. And remember, we go on at night. That's not full day. That's like four hours. Huge. Enormous.
Starting point is 00:43:49 Then I had somebody write in, thank you, Bill. Listen to Candice Owens, got confused by her anger and unhappiness with President Trump, so I came to you, I feel much better. I just gave you the facts. That's all I do, the facts. And then we had another one. I'm irritated by the lack of reliable information. Thank goodness we have O'Reilly. We will not deceive you. So we are expanding our business as you probably figure it out. I'm a lot of it. I don't know anything about it,
Starting point is 00:44:22 but I got good people who understand the Internet, and our distribution system is very wide now. You add it all up, and I'm probably reaching more people than I reached on the O'Reilly Factor. It's hard to calibrate that because we're all over the world now,
Starting point is 00:44:37 but it's powerful. And we're getting stronger and stronger and stronger as the mainstream media collapses, CNN may go out. out. That's how serious that is over there. And then we're rising because fact-based. Backs, back, facts. Thank you for watching us today. I'm Bill O'Reilly. We'll see you again tomorrow.
