Starting point is 00:00:00 If you read my Sunday column on Bill O'Reilly.com, where I lay out why I think Donald Trump is going to win the election three weeks and one day from now. Now, this is not a prediction. This is an opinion. Things could change. I could be wrong. I will give you a prediction on the election. Halloween, which is fitting, right? It's a pretty spooky situation for all of us.
Starting point is 00:00:45 So I'll have it then. The Talking Points Memo is where the USA stands politically today. All right, there are four polls. out. And I'm going to run them down. We have investigated the gender thing, first of all, where everyone knows that more women than men will vote for Kamala Harris. So I asked my staff, look, what happened in 20? And the breakdown was this 52% of all votes cast were by women, 48 male. And the polling now is in line with that, at least most of it. So they canvass 52% women, 48 male because of the last election. Now, that's fallacious because nobody knows
Starting point is 00:01:32 if that's going to flip, well, that will happen. I would prefer 50-50 myself, as long as it's likely voters. Okay. All right, NBC News. A thousand registered voters fair down the line about party preference. They got Harris Walsh, 48%. Trump fans, 48% a flat-out tie. Now, that is a surge for Trump. Last NBC poll had them behind, I think, by four. CBS News, okay, 2,719, likely voters.
Starting point is 00:02:12 Likely voters is the best barometer. No response from CBS. about a party preference or gender. CBS hates us, we know it, but you should know. They're irresponsible. Just give us the data, all right? Knock it off. Okay, Trump in the CBS fall gets 48, Harris 51.
Starting point is 00:02:37 That's within the margin of error. ABC News poll, 2,226 registered voters, not likely voters, registered voters. political affiliation fair gender breakdown 52 female male 48 it's got harris at 49 trump at 47 again a dead heat within a margin of error then the rass musson polls the last one i want to tell you about uh 2,244 likely voters way to go rasmussen okay and uh it's got a decent gender 4852 they all have that now It's got Trump 48, Harris 46. Now, Rasmussen leans right, okay?
Starting point is 00:03:25 There's no doubt it does. It leans a little right. But we'll see how accurate it is. So there are the polls. Now, winning is the only thing, and that's what my column is entitled. Winning is the only thing. excuse-making, whatever. Americans aren't going to stand for chaos after the election
Starting point is 00:03:50 unless there's demonstrable proof of misbehavior, of malfeasance. I hope there isn't. Let's have a clear-cut winner here, okay? Give the country a break. But there is no doubt that Democrats are panicking. And tomorrow on the NewsBin News, I'm going to tell you, I'm going to compare where we were three weeks from the vote in 20 to now. it's really interesting because it's different. But for our purposes tonight, many Democrats
Starting point is 00:04:21 are becoming desperate and incoherent. Roll the tape. I didn't know that he was going to schedule a rally at Madison Square Garden to mimic the Nazi rally of 10 February 1939. So we have that they're telling you. And by the way, if they win, they're going to to correctly say we have we told you an election what we're going to do and you voted for us you have green lighted the whole thing yeah the Nazis right is we're going to have a Nazi rally now mr. Carval is going to be 80 years old next week with happy birthday to you but keep your eye on him because he is very very reflective of the Democratic party So is Axelrod, David Axelrod, on CNN.
Starting point is 00:05:16 Those are the two guys that I watch, because they're right in. Axel isn't saying very much, but Carville is out of his mind. So we're going to have Nazi banners, alongside the Nick banners and all that, and Master Square Garden, according to Jimmy. Okay. Now, there is a website called Axios. I don't put much faith in it. It just wants clicks.
Starting point is 00:05:39 I understand the game. Everybody does. So they say there's democratic infighting between the Bidens and the Harris's. All right. Here's the quote from Axios. The relationship between Kamala Harris' team, Joe Biden's White House, has been increasingly fraught the final weeks before election day 10 people familiar with the situation tell Axios. Anonymous sources.
Starting point is 00:06:07 Biden's team wants Harris to win, but many senior Biden aides remain wounded. by the president being pushed out of his re-election bid and are still adjusting to being in a supporting role on the camp trade and rail, unquote. I don't believe a word of it. I think it's all personal. I don't think the Biden people like the Harris people, but they knew Biden had to leave. Everybody knew, except Jill. Where is Jill, by the way?
Starting point is 00:06:36 Jill Biden. At one time, she was the one that was the one that was. dictating and now she's just vanished. I don't know where she is. Okay, so even though the Democrats are panicking, underestimating their machine would be foolish. They have more than a billion dollars since Harris was named the nominee. They raised a billion with a B, and that's staggering. Publicans have raised about 60% of that. So the Democratic machine can do what it wants, but it does have a weak candidate. One more thing.
Starting point is 00:07:14 So Kamala Harris announced today that she's going to do an interview with Fox News, Brett Baer. I think that's Wednesday of this week. I'm going to analyze that tomorrow. I've got to be careful here. So I know Brett Bear, and, you know, I don't want to cross
Starting point is 00:07:31 like some guy who's trying to disrupt him. So I want to take a look at, I think it's a 25-minute interview or something, but I want to get all the nuts and bolts down, and we'll have some analysis tomorrow on that. Now, that shows you that the Harris campaign is pretty desperate, right? Not that Bear is going to do anything untoward. He's not.
Starting point is 00:07:53 He's just not that type of guy. He's not an opinion person. He's a hard news guy. But he's got to be tough. Has to be. And they have to know that. The Harris people have to know that coming in. How tough?
Starting point is 00:08:09 it's going to be me no um but tomorrow we'll we'll get to all of that and that is a memo all right let's give you uh we want to do uh the next three weeks before we vote the best news analysis that we can possibly do and that means it'll be better than anybody else that's why you're here watching the news spin news and listening to it on the radio all right um so i'm going to give you the swing state this is the latest swing state survey the latest i'm giving you one Okay. Let's go to Pennsylvania. We got American Pulse poll. It's got Trump at 51, Harris at 50. Problem with this is that it's skewed female, 52% female, 46 male. That's two. That means Trump's leading by more than one, okay? Because females are going to vote for Harris, predominantly. And if you have a six-point spread, that's going to show up in a poll. Michigan 15 electoral votes.
Starting point is 00:09:10 This is a AARP poll, okay? Liberal organization AARP. Trump 49, Harris 48. But get this, female 54% poll, males 46. Eight point spread. That's ridiculous. AARP, putting your thumb on a scale. Stop it.
Starting point is 00:09:34 Be honest. All right. They got Trump ahead of Harris by one. He's probably ahead by three. Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress. National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets. And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold. That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver.
Starting point is 00:09:58 Thoreau, the only dealer I trust, American Hartford Gold. And you can do this. Get precious metals delivered to your door. or place in a tax advantage, gold IRA. They'll even help you roll over your existing IRA or 401K, tax and penalty-free. Starting point is 00:10:37 Again, that's 866-326-5576 or text bill to 998899. Power, politics and the people behind the headlines. I'm Miranda Devine, New York Post columnist and the host of the brand new new podcast, Podforce One. These are the leaders shaping the future of America and the world. Listen to Podforce One with me, Miranda Devine, every week on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever
Starting point is 00:11:24 you get your podcast. You don't want to miss an episode. Wisconsin, 10 electoral votes, insider advantage poll. tie, 4848. Insider Advantage would not give us their gender breakdown. That's never a good sign, is it? We're not giving O'Reilly the numbers. No.
Starting point is 00:11:47 Okay. Georgia, Trafalgar, which leans right, 16 electoral votes, Trump 46, Harris, 45. But get this, female 55 percent, male 45. Trafalgar, look, come on. You lean right and you're doing a 10-point spread? Geez, what is that all about? All right, North Carolina 16, electoral votes. Rasmusson leans right.
Starting point is 00:12:22 Minus six, female 53, male 47, Trump 51, Harris 46. I think North Carolina will go to Trump. Arizona 11 electoral votes fair gender breakdown 48 male 51 female way to go this is a sienna college New York Times poll they're fair gender breakdown it's got Trump 51 Harris 45 that's a big spread for Trump I don't know if it's that big there finally Nevada six electoral votes Trafalgar gender breakdown male 52 female 47 what's that all about? More males and females. Got Harris beaten Trump by one, 4645. That is a crazy state, Nevada. I cannot call that state. 93 electoral votes in those seven swing states.
Starting point is 00:13:18 I just gave you, they, that will tell the tell. Okay. All right, election integrity. So we did this poll last week. Comes from Maris College, NPR. It's a left-leaning poll. And it's says, how concerned are you that this year's elections will be fraudulent? All right? Very concerned. Somewhat concerned, 57, not concerned 43. So most Americans are concerned there will be fraud in the vote. So we looked around for a guest who's involved in his fraud business, and we found a guy in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Sunrise, which is right next to Fort Lauderdale. His name is Steve Stern. He's got a podcast, a Steve American show on Rumble. He's a vice chair of the Broward Republican Executive Committee,
Starting point is 00:14:05 so he's involved in the fray, and he joins us now from South Florida. You also run a company called FlagShirt, which sells memorabilia, and you got plenty of it on there, Steve. Way to go. And as a marketeer myself, I can respect what you're doing there. So do you have any data, and I don't want to relitigate 20, okay? That's ridiculous to do that. But do you have any data now that indicates any state may have a fraudulent election? We have a big election security meeting with a million people.
Starting point is 00:14:42 It's actually going on this afternoon while we're talking tonight. And we have a million people coming on and our experts are going on. So, Greg Stenstrom, who's in Pennsylvania, is at the Supreme Court as we speak, He sent a big lawsuit out showing what could happen and where the fraud could be. So he's following him. Linda Sinkiewicz comes on all the time and she talks about how she can give you 500 people that voted twice in any counting or who are registered twice. Now, our biggest problem is there's a plus and a minus to the poll watchers and poll workers. So if you want to be a poll watch or a poll worker, there's still time.
Starting point is 00:15:26 uh protect the vote.com that's the republican party it's hard to contact them but they will contact you if you sign up and the good news is that we have 200 000 poll watches and poll workers that is a plus of 100 000 over the last election is that all republicans uh the 200 000 number yes that's just republicans okay and we need here's some of the problems though as you probably heard detroit only allowed us 50 poll watches and poll workers against their 1,500 Democrats. So the Republican Party sued them, and they're able to get more, but not enough.
Starting point is 00:16:05 Same thing in Philadelphia. All the left-leaning cities that are going to make a difference, that's where the problem is. And I think the biggest problem is, how are we going to know what's happening if we don't have communication? And so my team of high-end election security people, I'm not an expert, but I have all the experts, Kalita Mitchell, Nilsa Alvarez, Dr. Rick Rich.
Starting point is 00:16:26 Richards, Captain Seth Kessel, Bill McGinley, many, many experts come on and tell us what's going on. We're streaming this all over the world. I mean, it's not just happening here. That's all so far I'm fine with. And as you know, there's been voter fraud from John Adams, Thomas Jefferson. There's always been voter fraud. There always will be voter fraud. There will be people that are dead and other people vote for them. People registered 18 times under aliases. And it's impossible. for the system to track them all down. It's when it reaches critical mass. So you're correct when the suspect precincts, Detroit, absolutely suspect, Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Las Vegas, Nevada, Maricopa County, Phoenix, Arizona. These are the places historically
Starting point is 00:17:19 that have had trouble. And the zones should be flooded. But here's my question. If you're a poll watcher working for the GOP, the Republicans, it's almost impossible for you to know if somebody's voting when they shouldn't vote. You don't know who these people are. You don't know what their registration status is, correct? So what does a poll watcher do? Well, that is very true. And we have a lot of people cleaning the voter rolls over the last year.
Starting point is 00:17:52 The big thing that we find is the illegal aliens voting. That's going to be our big thing. How do we stop the illegal? But how do you know with a poll watch who doesn't know whether somebody's undocumented or an American citizen? How can they possibly know that? That cannot happen. It's got to come from, you know, from the people that are researching this and doing all this. We got many people doing this.
Starting point is 00:18:16 The states, it's up to each state to do this. You know, it's up to each state has to do it. And that's, therein lies the problem. Okay, go ahead. Yes, I will say this, that the RNC is doing more than they have ever done. Now, it's difficult getting together with them because, you know, it can't get a whole of Susie Wiles. You want to answer the phone, Laura Trump, Michael Watley.
Starting point is 00:18:38 Luckily, Boris Epstein helped us. He got Bill McKinley who came on our Zoom meeting today and talked about how the RNC is doing a lot more than they did two years ago and four years ago. That's going to help us. Now, do I have all the answers? No, that's the big problem. All right. And I'm not asking for all the answers. But what I would like you to do, if you would, is that after the election, and keep us post,
Starting point is 00:19:04 if you see something between now and election day that's wrong, and you can certify that it's wrong, okay, that I can see it, because then I'll go in heavy. But afterward, I'm sure you'll do at post-ops, no matter who wins, and find out if there are any places that are suspect. See, I still don't know where Zuckerberg's money went. After all this time, I don't know where $300 million went in the 2020 election. I know the counties, there were, I think, 13 or 14 of them in the swing states, but where did the money go? Who got it? Some human being had to get this money.
Starting point is 00:19:48 And that, to me, is the most disturbing thing that happened in all. of 2020. Last word. Well, I think that we got to vote. That's part of the problem. We had a lot of people say they may not want to vote because the election could be stolen. And that's crazy because if you don't vote, your people aren't going to win. Now, the good news is the early voting, as you know, there's more people voting early. We've got a lot of people that are voting on election day, which I always say is tough because what could happen on election day is that that it's possible just what happened in Arizona. They backed up the machines and people left, so we lost 5%.
Starting point is 00:20:29 So I say vote early and we got to win this election because this is the end of the world if we don't win this election. All right. Well, keep his post, Steve. Anything you document, we are interested in hearing. Appreciate it very much. Now, our pal and 28 years at CBS, Bernie Goldberg, writes a very perceptive column on his will. website bernard goberg.com about all of this and goberg for my money is the most qualified guy in the country to weigh in on it not me him i worked at cbs for less than a year cbs national i work local channel two for a couple of years in new york uh which was a great experience but national
Starting point is 00:21:15 was horrible uh anyway goberg joins us from raleigh north carolina where he's on the run from the storms. The hurricanes follow him around wherever he is. If he's in Florida, the storm comes. So if you see Goldberg, okay, anywhere in the world, you book, book it out as fast as you can because the storm will come. Okay, did I set that up in your estimation in a fair way, CBS? Yeah, I think you did. It's the middle of the three that I'd like to talk about, the Tony Docavel thing. first of all the questions that he asked were perfectly 100% legitimate he asked it in a respectful way it was a tough tough interview but fair enough mr coates went to Israel for 10 days 10 days in Israel and the West Bank and comes back with a book that's not bad I have two problems with
Starting point is 00:22:14 what happened the first problem is that the young leftist woke crowd, got angry at him, and went to management. This is not the first time this kind of stuff happened. Happened at the New York Times when the opinion editor had the gall, the audacity to publish a column, an op-ed column by U.S. Senator, conservative U.S. Republican Senator Tom Cotton, and the snowflakes went crazy, and the editor lost his job. job. This is similar to what's happening now. So that's the first part. But what's worse than the woke crowd going to management and saying, oh, this was improper this interview. We didn't like the tone. What's far worse, in my opinion, is that the grown-ups, the executives, caved. They caved in a public conference call when anybody can get out of it from the company. They dressed Tony.
Starting point is 00:23:19 Docaville down. That was wrong. And the last graph in my column bill, which is the key statement, I think, if executives aren't going to stand up to the cancel culture mob, then stop calling yourselves journalists. That's simple. Don't call yourself a journalist if you're going to cave to the woke mob. Why did they cave? Because that's what management is afraid of what's going to happen. They're afraid of their own staffs. The idea that this could have happened when I was there or when you were there is laughable. Hey, I'm Caitlin Becker, the host of the New York Postcast, and I've got exactly what you need to start your weekdays. Every morning, I'll bring you the stories that matter, plus the news people actually talk about,
Starting point is 00:24:08 the juicy details in the worlds of politics, business, pop culture, and everything in between. It's what you want from the New York Post wrapped up in one snappy show. Ask your smart speaker to play the NY Postcast podcast, listen and subscribe on Amazon Music, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts. You can find us at Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. I mean, I reported to people who covered the Korean War.
Starting point is 00:25:07 You think they're going to fold for some 20-something-year-old leftist who says we don't like the way you're doing it? This is crazy, and it's part of the journalistic culture these days. It's not unusual. It's actually, Bill, to expand the subject a little bit, it's not unusual in corporate America, actually. I understand that, but the mission is different in the journalistic corporations than it is in toys or us or whatever. It's one thing to listen to everybody who wants to weigh in.
Starting point is 00:25:41 You could listen to them, but you don't let the youngest, most leftist. And humiliate the guy. and humiliate the guy who did his job. So, I mean, any journalist, you may, anybody else, seasoned, knows, been there, done that, cliché, sorry, but any journalist knows that that guy didn't do, he did his job. He should have done that. Now he didn't act to grind. He converted to Judaism.
Starting point is 00:26:08 I understand that. Probably should have said that up top. I'm not even sure about that. Why is it? Because is it interesting that he's Jewish? Yeah. Yeah, that's all. It doesn't mean he can't ask anything, but I'm a big full disclosure guy. Okay, but we don't question the motives. We know a woman is a woman, but we don't question a woman's journalist woman's motives if she's talking about a subject involving feminism. We don't question Mr. Coates' motives because he's a person of color who might side with other people of color in the Middle East. All right.
Starting point is 00:26:50 But again, it doesn't hurt to have full disclosure of everything, in my opinion. The more of that folks know. Now, let me go over to, you said this, that's not your top priority. I understand the woke culture and I just hammer them. You know that. All three networks. And they're never coming back, ever. They're gone.
Starting point is 00:27:10 All right. And the cables are worse. And they're never coming back either. Once Trump wins or loses, it'll just be crash landing for all of them. That's just what's going to happen. Because nobody trusts them. Nobody trusts any of them. Now, the 60 Minutes thing, I think, is more important than the morning news thing. And here's why. There is a deep suspicion that CBS News, with all its power, is helping Kamala Harris. So why not put out the whole transcript? I mean, I don't understand why they don't do it. If that's your question, I totally agree with that. Okay. Totally. Well, why won't they then? I don't know for sure, but I could tell you that it might be because journalists don't like to hand over their notes and the...
Starting point is 00:28:01 No, but it's on tape. It's on tape. The whole thing's on tape, Bernie. They just 45. They ran 20. There's 25 minutes on tape. Just put out the transcript. of no notes. Here's what she said.
Starting point is 00:28:13 Oh, a transcript of what she said. Yeah, what she said. Hold on, Bill. Hold on. A journalistic organization isn't going to want to give the stuff that they didn't air. Now, they should in this case because of people's suspicions.
Starting point is 00:28:28 Right. Now, listen, I've been in a thousand, and I mean literally, at least a thousand editing rooms where I've had a choice between a longer soundbite or a short sure everybody knows that so what they may have done what they may have done may have been totally legitimate but and put it out because of what you accurately said right because of the suspicions put it out get it over with put out the trend but you know what put out the whole
Starting point is 00:28:57 interview on on your website yeah i mean what do you yes dot com why not you'll get more eyeballs so that is that that tells me there's something wrong my suspicion you know If you're not put it out and it would benefit you, if you did put it out, it would benefit CBS. If it was an honest presentation and they did it straightforward and there's deep suspicion they didn't, you clear it up right away and you drive people to your website to look at it. You win across the board. Let me tell you what some people on the right are thinking out loud. You're not saying it, by the way.
Starting point is 00:29:40 You're saying it could happen. And I agree with you that it could happen. But here's what they're saying out loud. CBS puts out the longer version for the promotional tease so that people will watch the actual show. And that was, forgive the cliche, that was a word salad presentation by Kamala Harris. Kamala Harris. So when the actual program airs on 60 minutes on Monday night, a day later, guess what? It's a shorter, more succinct, more intelligent response.
Starting point is 00:30:15 So if you're suspicious of what CBS is doing, you're going to say, oh, I see what they did. Right. They covered, they were covering for Kamala Harris. They didn't know it was going to hit the fan. And when it did, they went to the shorter, more intelligent version. Well, you can't take a question. By the way, this is a rule. You can't take a question and attach a different.
Starting point is 00:30:38 answer to it. You can't do that. And if they did that, that may be why they're not releasing the transcript. I hope not, because that would be a scandal. I don't think Whitaker would do it. Whitaker wouldn't have the say. The 60 Minutes producers get in the editing room. Whitaker's busy doing his on camera. He had a, Whitaker screened it before it went on. Had to. All right. Final question. Is the personal beef of me? All right, now I'm airing a personal beef. So I write a letter to Jane Pauley. Do you know her? No. Okay, I don't know her either. Never met her.
Starting point is 00:31:16 She looks like you're kindly aunt. She looks like somebody would give you a nice present on Christmas or Hanukkah. And I say, hey, I'm sorry we've never met, but I have a hot new book coming out, confronting the presidents, and I'd very much like to talk to you about it on CBS Sunday morning. Okay. Now, I knew, I thought she would reply, by the way, if she didn't. I knew I was never going to get on there because we researched CBS Sunday morning. They have not used one non-liberal author this entire year, and not one.
Starting point is 00:31:53 Every author they've had on has been liberal. What's going on over there? Oh, please, Bill. No, that can't be true. I'm shocked. listen I'll give it to you in a sentence when you have a liberal culture
Starting point is 00:32:10 or on cable TV a conservative culture you're going to be in that kind of bubble and inside the bubble at CBS inside the liberal bubble Bill O'Reilly is not the most popular guy in the world even though I'm reading the book I find it fascinating
Starting point is 00:32:30 I'm right there with Benjamin Harrison and these guys, it's a good book. It's a very good book. That's not the issue. Bill O'Reilly is the issue. And it's not a conservative book, by the way. No, not at all. So if you're in a liberal culture,
Starting point is 00:32:50 you are going to see things to the left of center as middle of the road, as reasonable. But it's a blackout. It's a total 1950s blackout. And all of the networks, all of them. Hey, hey, listen, Bill, I had a number one book in the country, too, at one point. It was called Bias about liberal bias in the news. You think I got on CBS News with that book?
Starting point is 00:33:17 Now, it's different. You're writing about the presidents. I was writing about CBS. Okay, not a great example, not a great analogy. But they control the gates. Absolutely. They control the game. it's people should know about it all right go to bernard goldberg dot com read bernie's column on cbs
Starting point is 00:33:37 appreciate bernie um just make sure you don't go to any big cities because the storms will follow you and we have to be careful there reaction was predictable and you knew it would be i knew it would be um let's uh i'm going to use two sound bites here role number one you know i saw a lot little bit of the panel after the interview, and one woman said that she came in hot and also said that she became angrier. I thought he came in hot. And what I am very tired of is this trope of the angry black woman. She was not angry. She was in command of the fact. She was passionate. Passion does not equal anger. You know, I'm often called, you know, Donald Trump actually called me dumb at a rally recently.
Starting point is 00:34:36 You have these tropes that are used against women and women of color in particular. And I did not see a dumb woman. I did not see an angry woman. I saw a woman who understands what is at stake. All right, here comes the race aspect. Now, Hillary Clinton got it worse than Kamala Harris. Is she black? No.
Starting point is 00:34:59 It doesn't have anything to do with gender. doesn't have anything new with skin color. And it has to do with, and command of the facts? What facts? I don't hear one fact other than, you know, an opinion that trumps Hitler. All right, there's a second bite go. Why are you asking the Democratic nominee
Starting point is 00:35:18 for the presidency of the United States to dime out her boss? We all know he was cognitively a little bit, you know, a step back to say the least. We're trying to be kind and respectful here. Why are you asking because of deception? That's why. I mean, if she's going to mislead the American public about the mental health of Joe Biden,
Starting point is 00:35:39 which she absolutely did, you don't see that as a legitimate question, Stephen A? You think that's dropping a dime? You don't want people to be honest, holding the highest office of the land? My, it's Trump's reaction on social media. by Brett Baer in the interview. She has a massive and irredeemable case of term derangement syndrome, so bad in fact, barely able to talk about any subject other than the man
Starting point is 00:36:14 who had the best economy ever, the strongest border in history, and who just got unanimous endorsement of the US Border Patrol meat. That was a Border Patrol union, but most of the agents are in that union, so that's accurate. Okay, that's Trump's reaction.
Starting point is 00:36:31 Right. If you have any questions about the Q&A, we'll answer them on Monday. Again, bill at bill o'Reilly.com, bill at bill o'Reilly.com. We like your questions. I mean, we want you to participate in this with us. I believe you just got the best analysis in the world about that interview. And if I'm wrong, please tell me I'm wrong, right? Because unlike some people, I will admit mistakes if they are pointed out to me. me. Okay. All right. New polling. Fox News, not a friendly Trump poll. One thousand one hundred ten registered voters. That's good. Democrat, Republican, Independent is okay. Fox refused to give
Starting point is 00:37:16 us their gender breakdown. Not good. It's not hard to do that. They didn't do it. Okay. We're going to vote for? Harris, 48. Trump 50. So in the Fox poll, which has up to this point had Harris leading, Trump has jump ahead by two. That's a tie. All right, another poll, U.Gov, I don't know these people at all. Their sample on political front is fair. Gender, male, 48, 52 reflects what happened the last time around in 20. 4% more women voted than men. Who are you going to vote for? Harris 48, Trump Again, within the margin of error, but much friendlier to the vice president. Election anxiety. Are you anxious about the election?
Starting point is 00:38:12 Loud people are. I get the mail. I see it. All right. So this is a study commissioned by Forbes Health off the magazine, and it says 60% of Americans say their mental health has been negatively impacted by the election. 60%. That's a lot. They survey 2,000 American adults. Don't let it get to you. I believe that this nation is under God. I believe that. We go up, we go down. We've always come back. Don't know what's going to happen now, but I'm not in despair. Okay. Now remember, For most of this campaign, Democrats have been saying the crime is dropping in the USA. I told you very early on, that was bogus.
Starting point is 00:39:09 It wasn't true. And now we know it wasn't true because the FBI has revised its stats. And you will not hear this on any network being reported. So the latest stats are from 2021 to 22. Initially, the FBI said, hey, crime's down almost 2%. in the USA and everybody went, oh, but now they go, ah, no, we made a mistake, it's up 5%. This is violent crime, up 5%. That's a lot.
Starting point is 00:39:44 Now, it's up way more than 5% because the liberal DAs brag in New York City, the guy in L.A., the guy in San Francisco, the guy in Chicago, they don't prosecute crimes. Even violent crimes. So there's no reportage. If they drop the charges, they'll bust them down of misdemeanors. So that's the big con. So next time you hear Kamal Harris or some Democrat go, oh, crimes going down, no.
Starting point is 00:40:21 Now Christopher Ray should be fired immediately. Like 30 seconds after Trump wins, if he wins, Ray is out. Because Ray did this, gin this up. Boy, FBI, huh? CBS 60 Minutes, trouble in River City. So there is a group, and we're checking this group out, may have it on Monday, called the Center for American Rights. It's a non-profit public interest law firm.
Starting point is 00:40:54 Seizes on opportunities to expand freedom. That sounds good. They filed a formal complaint with the FCC Federal Communications Commission about 60 minutes saying that it edited the Kamala Harris interview with Bill Whitaker in an dishonest way. Now, the Center of American Rights, I don't know how to know that, but they file a complaint. But all they're asking for is the transcript of the interview to be released. And it should be. CBS getting pounded.
Starting point is 00:41:33 I mean, their reputation is shot as a news agency over there. They put it out. How bad can it be? Maybe it's bad. I don't know. All right, smart life. We're giving you the citizenship quiz. And if you are a foreign national and you apply for American citizenship,
Starting point is 00:41:53 you have to go through all kinds of things to get that. worth it. This is legal. You know, you're not sneaking in anywhere, doing anything. So you've got passed a citizenship test. And over the past few days in a smart life segment, we've been at showing you some of the questions. So here it is tonight. We elect a U.S. Senator for how many years? Do you know? That would be six. You should know that. Second question. We elect a U.S. representative congressperson for how many years two and that's why congresspeople are so vulnerable because they need money to run every two years and nancy pelosi says to the house democrats unless you do everything i say we're not going to give you any money boy okay
Starting point is 00:42:53 Final thought, cliche alert. We are banning these three words, by the way. Roll it. Anyway, and guess what? And by the way. Well, in advance of the landfall of the storm, which, by the way, was on the other side. The Trump Bible, which, by the way, we learned this week, is made in China. Charlemagne, the God, who, by the way, has millions of listeners.
Starting point is 00:43:21 Fundamentally changing the asylum system, by the way. A city, by the way, in a state that the Democrats need to win. It's like the CBS, by the way, has been trying to clean all of this up for the Harris campaign. All right, let's, let's know more by the ways, okay? It's like it is what it is. It pains me when these words are, ordered. At the end of the day, deep dive. It's like daggers. So by the way, it's now used, and I've used it too, but I'm not going to do it anymore. And every time I use it inadvertently,
Starting point is 00:44:11 I'm going to give $100 to a child's charity. We're doing a covenant house now. Every time I'm going to find myself because we are living in an age of the cliche. You know it? I can't even watch these sports interviews anymore. They're so insipid. And all these athletes, I mean, come on, they're athletes. I'm not expecting them to be PhDs, but they just say the same stuff over and over and over. And here's another one for you broadcasting people. We'll see How many times some comment we'll see. Yeah, okay, we will see. You have to say it 80 times.
Starting point is 00:44:59 So let's review. No more, by the way. No more at the end of the day. No more deep dive. No more we'll see. Chalk, blackboard, fingernails. Thank you for watching. channel listening to the news spin news see you again on Monday
