All right, so Wals, I wrote a message of the day and said, look, I don't have anything against Governor Wals.
I mean, I think he's essentially a politician, but he has not cashed in.
He and his wife are kind of middle class people.
He hasn't used his position to enrich himself, as Joe Biden did, and many, many, many others have.
Many others have used their positions to enrich themselves.
He also hasn't done it.
I don't have anything personal against Walsh.
He is a very far left guy.
His philosophy of governance and of life is so opposite mine, but I don't dislike him for it.
I just think he's brutally wrong.
and that if elected, he'll do damage to America.
I'm up front of that.
All right, so I listened to his speech last night.
It was pedestrian.
Nobody remembers anything he said.
Not particularly important speech,
but I chose this soundbite so you could hear it.
Go.
If you're a middle class family or a family trying to get into the middle class,
Kamala Harris is going to cut your taxes.
If you're getting squeezed by prescription drug prices,
Because Kamala Harris is going to take on Big Pharma.
If you're hoping to buy a home, Kamala Harris is going to help make it more affordable.
And no matter who you are, Kamala Harris is going to stand up and fight for your freedom
to live the life that you want to lead.
Because that's what we want for ourselves and it's what we want for our neighbors.
It's a bunch of hooey.
The whole thing is a bunch of nonsense.
And really, I'm sorry to denigrate Governor Walls,
but it's just nonsense.
I'm going to go over a line by line.
If you're getting squeezed by Patricia and Drug Prices,
Kamala Harris is going to take on Big Pharma.
No, she's not.
Why didn't she take it on in three and a half years as VP
and four years in the Senate?
That's seven and a half years.
She didn't do anything about Big Farm.
It's not going to do anything.
She can't do anything.
All right?
The only way to bring down drug prices
is for the federal government to negotiate
with the individual drug companies.
And common law is incapable of doing that.
All right.
So that's bull right away.
And she's not going to cut anybody's taxes.
That's just a lie.
All right.
Now that's what Walls wants to believe,
but so what?
Governor, you're not telling the truth.
As soon as she tries to raise taxes on corporation,
all of that's going to be passed on a consumer.
Okay, just like the higher prices that Joe Biden
stimulated by his massive spending and attack on the fossil fuel industries raised the inflation
rate to the highest number in 40 years. Kamala Harris is fine with that. She's not going to give
anybody a tax cut. If she gets elected, people are paying far more than they're paying now,
if you can believe it. That's two. Okay, three, buy a home, check the mortgage rates. Okay,
they're up like 125% under Biden and Harris. So don't give me that. Governor, that's just bull. All right,
getting a little mad now, okay? He's not going to help make anything more affordable. And then she's
going to stand up and fight for your freedom. Ah, baloney. Okay, she's a California Democrat. She wants
a huge government to run every part of our lives. That's who she is. That's who she's always been.
All right, so that's a speech you should have given, Governor Wals, if you were honest,
rhetorically, and you're not. Period. Now, Wals' debates, okay, Vance, on October 1st.
It's a CBS debate.
Nora O'Donnell, the evening news anchor who was fired,
and they say, you know, she let me.
They demoted her.
I like Nora.
I don't think she got a good deal at CBS,
but she'll be one of the moderators.
And then Margaret Brennan, very left-wing individuals.
She just faced the nation.
So two very liberal women.
But I don't, I think Vance should easily be able to beat Walson at debate.
But I could be wrong, all right.
I don't know what they're going to bring.
So that's that. Okay, now Walts has had two controversies. The military controversy isn't much.
All right, some guys say, oh, well, he resigned because he didn't want to go to Iraq with his National Guard unit,
but he had put in his papers long before that assignment was made.
So let's be honest about it. So if the Republicans think you're going to get walls on military, then not.
The other one's a little bit more problematic. He was arrested for DUI,
played it down a reckless driving, lied about it. That's on the record.
All right, so be that as it may, you evaluate walls the way you want to.
A bunch of other BS in the news you need to know about this stuff.
This is a group called the Highland Project, and it did a study of black women voters,
and it's a bogus study, 705 African American women.
But how do I know it's bogus?
Because listen to this, all right?
Who is better on the border security issue?
71% of black women say Harris.
That's it.
Good night.
Good night.
Hello.
That's what I talked to Stephen A. Smith about on Tuesday, voting skin color.
You think these women have analyzed the border issue and are going to say Harris is tougher than Trump?
I'm on.
So it's just bogus garbage.
Just admit it.
It's a woman of color, and I want a woman of color be president.
Just admit it.
Where's Joe?
Joe Biden.
Oh, five-day free vacation.
Staying at a guy's house.
Guy is a friend of his.
Joe Keani, K-I-A-N-I.
There they are.
They're the buds.
Okay, the bros, the free vacation bros.
California, Santa Yines. Nice place. And Joe was there and they all had a good time.
I'm glad they had a good time. No, no. Joe needs a vacation. And now he'll have a vacation
for the rest of his life. Bye, Joe. You're not going to see him around much. All right.
It goes back to Delaware on Saturday if anybody cares and probably nobody does.
28% of Americans searching for new jobs, according to the Federal Reserve Bank.
Highest number of people looking for new jobs in a decade.
Why? More money. People can't afford to live on the salaries they have.
Interesting, right? I thought so. There was a mistake by the Bureau of Labor Stats.
overestimated job creation by 818,000. That's a lot. Biden economics. So they overestimated by
18,818,000. Free abortions outside the Democratic Convention in Chicago, pro-life group is filed
to complain with the IRS, saying, quote, it's impermissible to carry out acts, applying preferences
for political candidates or parties,
and that's what Planned Parenthood did
so they should not have tax-exempt status.
Not going anywhere.
IRS will ignore it.
Smart life.
Eating meat raises risk of type 2 diabetes.
It's true.
University of Cambridge in England,
very good think tank.
You eat a lot of meat.
You're elevating your diabetes potential.
That's it.
I limit red meat two a week.
two a week. And I'm cutting back on the coal cuts, too. Eat more tuna. Because as you get older,
you know, it's harder to flesh it out. The University of Cambridge and the Smart Life
Sabine says that chicken, turkey, and duck are good. Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under
stress. National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets. And meanwhile, China is dumping the

Just keep that in mind.
Pot is bad.
Gallup poll, most Americans, say 54% marijuana negatively affects society, which it does.
Innebriation is not good.
And 41% say that, no, marijuana is positive.
positively affect society. They're the people smoking. It's okay. I don't know. Heavy cannabis
fuse linked to head and neck cancers. If you're going to smoke pot every day, something's
going to go. PBS correspondent Judy Woodruff, you know her? She laced Trump unfairly. Go.
The reporting is that former President Trump is on the
phone with the prime minister of Israel, urging him not to cut a deal right now because that
is, it's believed that would help the Harris campaign. False. Never happened. Untrue.
Ms. Woodruff had to issue a apology. Okay. This is the PBS. If you're watching the PBS,
you get what you deserve. Here's the apology. I was referring to reports I had read an Axios and
Reuters about foreign president Trump having spoken to Israeli prime minister.
Live TV moment I repeated the story because I hadn't seen later reporting. What a bunch of bull.
Hey, Judy, do your job.
Be honest, please. We know you're a very left-wing person. Doesn't mean you can't be honest.
All right. So I wrote a column yesterday, panic in the year 2024 because a lot of people
are panicking on both sides. All right. About if Kamala wins, if Trump wins, they're panic,
panic, panic, panic, panic, panic, panic. So I put it in some kind of perspective by saying, look,
So this country has checks and balances, which is the brilliance of it.
And, yeah, say Harris wins the presidency, well, if the Republicans keep the House and win the Senate, very possible, she's not going to be able to do very much.
So the panic right now is misplaced.
You want to panic maybe around Halloween, okay, but not now.
So the Senate races are very interesting.
As you know, it's 50-50 now.
I think it is.
or something like that.
You know, Bernie Sanders says he's independent,
but he votes Democrat, all that stuff.
So West Virginia is going to add a Republican seat.
All right, Manchin says he's not running,
and the governor, Jim Justice, will win easily in a landslide.
So I'll add one thing.
Montana looks like it's going to flip.
Looks like Tester is going to lose in Montana.
It's a long way away, but if I had a bet,
I bet on this guy, Tim Shee.
So that's two games for the Republicans.
There are other close races in Ohio, Michigan, Arizona, Kerry Lake, running as Ruben Gallego,
but Ms. Lake has not been able to get over the top in that state.
And then there are close races in Nevada and Pennsylvania.
I think Baldwin is going to win in Wisconsin, and she's a Democrat.
Join us now as a guy who studies all this, a very fine political scientist.
His name is Douglas Bennett.
Comes to us from Ivan's Utah.
He's Associate Professor of Political Science
at Southern Utah University.
So I'm not going to ask you to make a prediction now
because too many things are going to happen,
as I pointed out in the memo, a professor,
particularly to debate.
But here's what I want to know from you.
Usually the down ticket, the congresspeople and the senators,
they have a tendency to go with the president
who wins, the person who wins the president.
But this year, I'm not sure that's going to happen.
What's your feeling about it?
I think it's likely that the presidential race will have a fairly significant down ballot effect this year, Bill.
I think, as you pointed out of the memo, I think Harris has energized the party.
I think there's no question that what happened was a coup.
They were anxious to get rid of the president.
They jettisoned 14 million primary votes and told.
Democrat primary voters who their candidate was.
The candidate is Harris.
The good thing about Harris, from their perspective,
is that she has stayed out of sight
and is now being remade into
the candidate that they would like her to be.
And I think that will have some down-ballot effect,
especially in places where Republicans have gotten a little closer.
I agree with your analysis of the Trump campaign.
And I think they're in trouble.
And I think to the extent that the president talks about who's better looking or questions Vice President Harris's ethnicity, he's making a big mistake because I think she has a record that is ripe for criticism.
He has a record with which most Americans disagree.
And I think if the Republican Party can focus on criticizing her will have an effect in the Senate races that are close.
but right now leaning toward Democrats, I would put Ohio there, for example.
Yeah. Well, what I see is, I see two things. Number one, that Harris's support is not broad
in the independent precincts. It's an anti-Trump play, all right? Yes. So they're voting against Trump,
not for Harris. And that Harris herself is weak. It's a very weak candidate. If she was strong,
she'd be sitting for interviews, she'd be going out and explaining her philosophy,
which you can't explain because now she's backtracking on a lot of it.
And if you look at her history in the Senate, she did nothing for four years.
And as vice president, she became almost a laughing stock with the border and her approval
ratings being in the low 30s.
So she is not a strong candidate at all.
And they booted her out of the primaries in 2020 because she had no message.
now she's allied herself to the most extreme left in the Democratic Party.
So it seems to me that if Trump would refocus and stop with the stuff that doesn't matter,
he could zero in on how weak and how radical she is.
And that would gain him support in the independent precincts.
Forget about the Democrats.
They're going to support her.
And so I see her support, Harris has supported, very,
thin. And that means the polls could change very fast.
I agree. I think one thing that Trump has failed to articulate is this. In 2020,
the Democrats chose Biden as an alternative to Sanders, who was regarded as two left wing
for the party. The only senator with voting record to the left of Sanders is Harris.
It's crazy. It's crazy. And that's crazy.
It's a point that Republicans have failed to make, and I think those independents that you speak of
and the people who haven't decided don't know that.
They don't know Harris's Senate record, and I think it's incumbent upon Trump to make that front and center.
Yeah, I don't know if he's got the precision to do that.
He's more interested in the emotion of the game than the tactics of policy.
Now, in the Senate races themselves, I have two Republican pickups, all right?
In West Virginia and what was the other one I said?
Montana, thank you.
Are the Republican senators in danger of losing any seats?
I haven't seen any of that I think the Republicans are going to lose.
I'm not.
I'm glad to hear you say I'm glad to hear you say that because I don't want this progressive crew in the White House.
I just think it's a disaster.
My personal opinion, but I've got to be up front about it.
So you don't see any of the Republican senators being in jeopardy, and both of us agree that it's likely to pick up two, the Senate's likely to pick up two Republicans.
That would effectively block a President Harris in doing very much, right?
Yes, although if President, if Vice President Harris does win the presidency, of course, Governor Walsh would cast a tie-breaking vote in the Senate.
But it's 5248.
Right now we've got 48 Democrats, three independents, King, Sanders, and Cinema.
And if Republicans pick one, we tie, but they could beat us with a vice presidential tiebreaker.
If we pick up two, speaking as a Republican, we hold the majority of the Senate, and the vice president can't nullify the tie.
That's what I, that is my crystal ball at this point.
point that even if Trump goes down, that there will be a bulwark.
Now, in the House, it's also very, very close, but you can't call those local races.
There's just too many of them and too many people doing too many crazy things.
But do you have any feeling about the House?
I am more confident that we will take the Senate than I am that we will hold the House.
Now, when you talk about we, are you coming from a Republican point of view here?
Yes.
Yes, I'm a former Republican House staffer before, before I became a professor.
I worked in Washington, and I was counseled to the Republicans in the House of Representatives.
So when I say we, I mean, you're, no, I just want, I should have identified you as such,
but I don't like to do that.
I don't want to pigeonhole anybody.
Now, Utah will go red across the board, and, but just to the south, and I've made that board across many times.
Arizona, which you would think would be a red state,
that looks like it might turn into a blue situation.
What's the difference between Utah and Arizona?
Is it ethnicity?
Is it Hispanic votes?
What is it?
Now, demographically, the two states are quite similar.
I think in the case of Arizona, and again, this is just me speaking,
I think the issue is Canada quality.
I don't think Kerry Lake is a particularly strong candidate.
I don't think she did herself any favor to testing her gubernatorial loss.
And Gallego is not a left-wing Democrat.
He's a veteran.
He's interestingly, interestingly enough, he sent a letter out saying that no one in his staff could use the word Latin X.
When Latin X was a big word, he said, I'm not going to allow that kind of stuff in this office.
No, but he is soft on the border, Gallego.
He's not a border warrior.
he says no he is yes right and that's the big issue in
Arizona and very lake is a big border warrior anyway look it's a pleasure to talk
with you professor you you're a good guy straightforward and we'll have you back
as we get closer and thank you very much to taking time today appreciate it thank you
sir all right so uh Donald Trump is supposed to be sentenced for his New York conviction
as you know September 18th I don't
believe that sense thing's going to happen. I think that the courts are going to block it
because they don't want to interfere in the presidential election. And he is appealing to have
that done. But here's a very interesting thing. The judge in the case, all right, is Juan
Merchant. Let's get his picture up there. For those of you on a radio, this is a very liberal New York
City judge. All right, and there's no doubt about it. No two-sides this story. He's got a daughter,
Lauren Merchant, 35 years old. There she is. She works for the Democratic Party. In the first six
months of this year, the Democrats have paid Lauren Merchant's company, $13 million.

I mean repeat that. The judge's daughter is being $13 million by Democratic Party.
company. Now, if that's not enough to get merchants, everything attached to that case thrown
out, then there's no justice in this case at all. $13 million, your daughter. Now, did you
know that? You listening to me today on radio and television, did you know that? No, you didn't
probably, because the media won't report it. I mean, it's really staggering.
that's upsetting that that kind of thing could happen.
Merchant should recuse himself a long time ago.
But it helps Trump now.
Enormous amount of money has gone into the Harris campaign since President Biden endorsed her.
Not as much as the press is reporting.
A lot of these are pledges that are never going to be realized.
But there are four big names, billionaires, that are pumping money like crazy into the Democratic machine.
are George and Alexander Soros.
So there they are there, boys, Quinn Delaney and Reed Hastings.
So the Daily Caller website has done an investigation into this.
And joining us now from Encinitas, California, is reporter Robert Schmaid.
So everybody has heard about George Soros and somehow about his son, Alexander,
taken over the operation because George is 93.
But they continue to pump tens of millions of dollars
into progressive causes.
They were the first to endorse Kamala Harris.
So what are they up to now, Robert?
So I think it's very telling that these major donors
that have bankrolled the massive transformation
we saw in our criminal justice system
following the death of George Floyd
are now still throwing their support behind
Kamala Harris. Because
Kamala is maybe, you know, reading
the tea leaves right now and seeing
that that approach hasn't been the most popular
with voters. You even have
voters in places as liberalist
San Francisco ruling against these
progressive prosecutors.
So as these donors
pour money into Kamala's campaign, I think voters
should kind of pause and reflect, you know, can they really
trust Kamala when she says, hey, I'm going to
be this hard-nosed, tough
on crime, law and order, president. I think there should be some skepticism there
because these donors, when they put money into a campaign, they're expecting to get
something out of it. George Soros, Alexander Soros, Gwendoly, all these people very involved
in that effort to totally reshape our criminal justice system starting in 2020 and clearly
still like Kamala. So I think voters can maybe intuit from that, that Kamala is aligned with
these people in criminal justice. And, you know, if you don't like what we've seen over the
past four years with prosecutors letting out criminals, reducing sentences, refusing to try people,
then maybe you should be a little bit skeptical of Kamala's claims that she's, you know,
not going to be. Can you give us the extent of the Soros infusion of money in the present
presidential campaign? It is a staggering amount. The Soros is pretty consistently are
some of the largest contributors to federal elections. They do this primarily through two packs
Democracy PAC and Democracy PAC 2.
And we're talking tens of millions of dollars right now.
But we really are in the early stages of the presidential elections.
You can expect to see that.
And it's almost unlimited amounts of money they can donate to these political action
committees, right?
Oh, it is unlimited.
Super PACs you can give as much money as you want.
Yeah.
What is, what will the PACs use the money for?
Give us a few examples.
Sure.
So something to really watch out for these voter mobilization efforts.
If you look at 2020, it was like 40,000 votes across a handful of states that decided it.
Probably going to be a similar situation this year.
So you'll see a lot of Soros money flowing into Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, seeking to get out voters who are likely to support the Democratic Party and get them to vote in droves.
From what I've seen, Republicans don't really have a good answer to this.
We haven't seen comparable voter mobilization efforts on the right.
So that could be a disadvantage for Republicans going into November.
All right.
But specifically, the Soros money goes to pay people in counties to physically go out and either help somebody fill out a mail-in ballot or get them on a bus to take them to the poll or if they're in a senior care to have them sign their ballot.
That's what the money is going to, to pay people to do that, correct?
100%. Stuff like that, stuff like go to registration, handing up pamphlets to people.
Right. So these people are out physically in the neighborhoods, convincing people to vote for the Democrats, and doing it, let's, you know, is there, I don't think there's anything illegal about that, but certainly there's a potential for some people to be, to do it illegally, right?
Certainly. I think what you really have to look at, there are these 501c3s, which are like your typical charities, and they're not allowed to engage in partisan electioneering.
However, often they'll run these voter mobilization campaigns targeted like students or voters of color.
You know, demographics that very clearly support the Democratic Party on average.
But they label it as nonpartisan, so they're entitled to taking tax-exempt donations
and a bunch of other privileges that charities get.
So, again, is that illegal?
Is it not?
It's a question for a lawyer, but it certainly is maybe not in the law.
On the line.
So there's going to be an aggressive movement in Pennsylvania.
and the states that you mentioned
to get the Democratic Party out.
Now, the Republicans say they are doing
kind of the same thing,
but they're concentrating more on poll watching
and watching
the early ballots and things like that, the mailing ballots.
Tell me about Quindelaney.
Those people never heard of Quindelaney.
Who is she? What's she doing?
So she is kind of one of these silent operators,
and there are a lot of these in the Democratic Party
pouring a bunch of money into unsavory causes.
Her big thing, she was part of this kind of group of four female donors in California
that poured a bunch of money into the progressive prosecutors across the state around 2020.
You know, in a lot of cases, was successful, specifically in the cases of San Francisco and Los Angeles, Chesa Bowdoin, and George Gascon.
And, you know, after these guys got in, they stopped prosecuting certain crimes, reduced the penalties for other crimes, and, you know, practically.
We assume that she's as far left as you.
Who is she? How does she make her money? Where does she live?
Let's put a picture up there, please, of her, Quindelaney.
Who is she?
For sure. She heads this nonprofit that is focused on doing things like removing police officers from schools,
countering efforts in Oakland to strengthen police.
Someone who's a very best.
She said a police person, and she puts a lot of money into the progressive policing.
and defunding the police.
How did she make her money?
Do you know?
I think she married Rich.
I believe she married a hedge fund manager, Wayne something.
The name is escaping me.
They got divorced and she got a pile of dough.
Is that how it went?
I think they're still married, actually, but they're both big libs.
Okay, so the husband's given to the dough.
Yeah.
Reed Hastings.
Now, he's a CEO of something, right?
Yeah, that's a bigger name.
He co-founded Netflix, made a bunch of.
money doing that. And since then, has been dumping money into a bunch of progressive causes,
also another California-focused donors. A lot of the same things as Quindelani,
progressive prosecutors, ballot measures to weaken law enforcement, all of this.
All right. So he's a Netflix mogul, billionaire, obviously, and he's very aggressive.
Is he spend more money than the Soros Boys? Is he at that level?
Not quite. He's spent seven, so after Kamala announced, or rather after Joe Biden dropped out,
and Kamala became the presumptive nominee. He donated $7 million to a pro-Harris super PAC,
and that was his biggest single donation to date. Got it. All right. Now, on the Republican side,
we hear about Musk giving money to the Trump PACs and a few others. Do they, is it a, you know,
corresponding, do they do the same thing? Yeah. So a lot of the things that Republican super PACs on are
the same as Democratic super PACs.
Advertisements, get out the vote efforts, mailing, all of this.
There's a bit of a, well, I'll have to see once the new financial campaign finance disclosures
come out, but if reporting is accurate, it seems like Kamala, like you were saying earlier,
has raised quite a bit of money after Biden dropped out.
So that could be a disadvantage for Republicans going into November.
I don't see.
I think they'll both have about as much money as they'll need to do whatever they want
to do.
there's very wealthy people on both sides. Well, good reporting, Robert. We really appreciate it.
Thanks for taking the time. And if you get anything interesting, let us know right away, okay?
We're sure. Thank you for having me, yes.
Okay, so this is legal. Just keep that in mind. They have to file. That's how we know about Soros and all.
You have to say this is where the money comes from. So the political action committee has to file.
and say George Soros gave us this, okay, and that's how we know.
So it's not a matter of conjecture, this is fact.
The Olympic men's basketball coach, Steve Kerr, who is the coach of the Golden State Warriors,
gave a rousing pro-comalist speech, roll it.
It's why I'm here tonight, and it's why I'll be getting out every day
to help people get out and vote on November 5th
and elect Kamala Harris and Tim Walz
as the next president and vice president of the United States.
Now, we put in a call to Coach Kerr to come on.
I'd like to know why.
Now, he lives in San Francisco,
so that might be one reason,
but I'd like a friendly conversation with the coach.
People said, oh, you're not doing anything now.
Call back.
I don't expect him to be here,
but I would be very curious.
to know why he took his time and went to that convention.
Now, before you criticize him, you've got to understand it,
Hulk Hogan and Dana White were at the Republican convention.
So these guys were entitled to whatever opinion they want to hold.
I don't hold it against them.
The FBI has announced that Iran hacked into the Trump campaign,
something to do with Roger Stone.
I guess they hacked into his computer,
and Stone is involved with the Trump campaign.
nothing major.
Of course, Iran says they didn't do it.
FBI says they did do it.
Okay.
But the more important issue is you may remember a few weeks ago,
all of the pundits on television were saying Iran is going to attack Israel.
Iran's going to attack.
Iran's going to attack.
And there was one skeptic, you're looking at them right here.
I said, I don't think so. Roll it.
Now, there's a lot of hysteria about Iran's going to attack Israel, Iran's going to do this, Iran's going to do that.
I don't report that stuff.
I say, I hope it doesn't happen. Obviously, that's trite.
Everybody hopes it doesn't happen. Well, not it.
And I say that it would be bad for Iran if it does. Bad for Iran.
And that's why they won't attack because Iran does not have the military capability of defeating Israel
or launching a ground war or launching an air war.
They can launch missiles.
They can use their proxies, Hezbollah Hamas, the idiots in the Houthis, but they can't launch an attack.
And Netanyahu, believe me, wants Iran to attack Israel because that gives him carte block to go in
and level the place.
First thing that would happen is that Israel would bomb their four ports in the Gulf,
knocking out all their oil exportation,
and the people are not doing well now.
I imagine if they didn't have any shipping.
And then they go right for the nukes, Israel.
That's not going to do that.
I mean, when I watch this stuff on television,
get ready to do it, I just go, my God,
there should be an exam given if you want to do common.
commentary on television oh all right dnc ratings first night monday night uh msnbc one this is great so if you're
a left wing loon that's where you go ms ms mb is because there are other loons there what's a
cliche birds of the feather okay so they got 4.6 million and then nbc news apart from msnbc but
worked for the same company they got one eight they were
the last rated NBC News. Okay, second with CNN. They must be shocked over there. They got
3.2 million. That's five times as many viewers as they usually get. ABC 2.8. Fox News 4th.
2.4 million. CBS News 2. And as I said, NBC News was the last. So total first night,
20 million. All right. Watch the Democratic Convention.
The Republican convention, first night, was 18 million.
Not fairly close.
As far as a comparison of four years ago for the DNC, about the same,
but down about $6 million from when Hillary Clinton ran in 216.
Smart Life, and this is dedicated to you this segment.
So if you have a car and it's not under warranty,
and we absolutely recommend our sponsor,
to get the warranty you need it.
But if you don't, you're going to pay a fortune to get your car fixed.
Now, and here are the five worst cars to fix.
Are we ready, smart life people?
Ferrari, number one, so most people don't have that.
We don't have to worry about it.
Bentley, same thing.
These are ultra-expensive cars.
Porsche.
Land Rover. Whoa, Land Rover, very expensive. And Mercedes-Benz is fifth. Of course, I will never, ever buy a Mercedes-Benz
because of their association with the Third Reich, and they got away with it. They got away with it,
Mercedes. But I know, because I wrote, killing the SS. No Mercedes for me.
So here is the final thought of the day.
You know, when I departed Fox News April 2017, we'd just come off a record ratings quarter.
Okay, highest ratings ever cable, according to Nielsen ratings, people.
Okay.
So my goal was to carry that momentum, that no spin concept to alternative media, to compete with the corporate media.
And I took some people from Fox News with me.
I had a good base in which to launch our independent news agency.
But I knew it was going to be a crusher.
I learned so much.
But now, Joe Biden, thank you, President Biden.
Because of him, we are way, way up competing with the corporate media.
Let me give you some stats.
So the debate, after the debate, we had more than 3 million viewers on YouTube alone.
That's par with what the cables do, okay?
I should say with what Fox News does.
MSNBC and CNN never see 3 million, ever.
Also, we are on the first TV.
We're on direct TV, and our distributors are all over the world, so that's hundreds
of thousands of more.
Also, when I tweet tens of millions of people, read the tweets about what we're doing,
about our news coverage.
So you add it all up, and this is a colossal audience worldwide watching us.
And the beauty of it is you don't have to watch.
in live time.
So if you are a premium consideration member,
you'll watch any time you want.
Okay, and you get a transcript if you want it.
Freak.
And so you can be informed,
and sometimes you're doing stuff
and you're not home or whatever it means.
That's the key to this.
But the real key is we present the news
in an honest way.
We don't suppress.
We don't distort.
We don't spin.
We don't do any of that.
And you know it.
I've been doing this a long time.
And I would never have been as successful if I was being deceitful.
The reason that NBC News and CNN and the others are declining is because they are deceitful on occasion.
Not all the time, but on occasion, they're deceitful.
We are never deceitful here.
So you can count on us.
I know a lot of you don't like some of the things I say.
That's fine.
I'm not looking for agreement.
I don't want the choir.
I want everybody.
Not just the choir.
So this is great news.
And I got to thank my staff, too, because we work damn hard.
I mean, we don't have an army of people.
We have good people.
But they work hard.
And it's all paying off now.
Especially at this time when America could go either way.
You know, the cliff is right there.
And we always back up our commentary with facts as we did this evening.
And I hope you enjoy it.
and appreciate it. Thank you for watching us tonight. We'll see you again tomorrow.
