Starting point is 00:01:00 Hey Bill O'Reilly here. Welcome to the No Spin News for Wednesday, March 4th, 2026, stand up for your country. No tie today because I'm in Manhattan. We usually broadcast from Long Island, as you know, but I'm racing around. I'm doing a thousand things. I should be retired driving around a golf cart,
Starting point is 00:01:34 but I'm not. So anyway, I'm giving my neck a break because I'm going from one to the next to the next, and that's why I don't have a tie on. It's not that I ran out of ties. I got plenty of ties. And we're going to be on Cuomo on News Nation tonight with Stephen A, and that'll be a big Iran thing.
Starting point is 00:01:54 And this story is now perking up in a lot of different ways. And President Trump, it's daring. That's the word. What he did was very daring. and that is the subject of this evening's Talking Points memo. So if you listen to ABC News World News Tonight, yesterday, David Muir is the anchor. Remember, I used to work there under Peter Jennings. If you watch the broadcast, 22 minutes, you would think we were losing the Iran military situation.
Starting point is 00:02:38 USA should surrender. we're losing, according to David Muir. And I'll prove it right now. So they did 13 minutes on ABC News, out of 22, on the Iraq situation. Here's what the segments were. Number one, no plan to get Americans out of the Middle East. That was their lead. Second segment, concern where there will be another.
Starting point is 00:03:09 U.S. interceptors for missiles. Third, United Arab Emirates targeted by ballistic missiles from Iran. Fourth, Iran has 2,000 ballistic missiles. Fifth segment, rockets penetrated bases beyond Iran. Six segment, war expanding Israeli troops, moving at the the southern Lebanon to fight Hezbollah. No, of course, reporting on who's funding Hezbollah, that would be Iran. Okay, next segment, Iranian proxies targeting U.S. bases in Iraq. Final segment, Strait of Hormuz essentially shut down by Iran. That was it. Every blanken
Starting point is 00:04:03 segment negative. Every one. In addition, David Muir, the anchorman, said the word, tonight, more than 50 times in 22 minutes. Why did I bring it up? It shows you he's not writing the script. You don't have anything to do with the script. Okay? And he should. The anchor man.
Starting point is 00:04:31 Now, the others I didn't get a chance. I watched this personally. This is a research for my staff. I was sitting there. I was Paul. Are you kidding me? Every segment ain't anti-U.S. segments? What the deuce are you doing? No, well, we're there because of this reason, and there's deep unrest among the Persian people. None of that. No. Negative, negative, negative, negative. That seeps in to the public consciousness. And then we have the boots on the ground. If I hear that boots on the ground said one more time,
Starting point is 00:05:19 I'm going to take a boot and hit whoever said that over the head with it. It's infantry, ground troops, okay? It's not going to happen. The American people would never accept U.S. soldiers in Iran. That would make Iraq look like the one-day war. There are 90 million people, 200,000 Iranian soldiers. Not going to happen. But Senator Blumenthal, another Trump hater. Oh no. Roll that. I just want to say, I am more fearful than ever after this briefing that we may be putting boots on the ground and that troops from the United States may be necessary to accomplish objectives that the administration seems to have.
Starting point is 00:06:26 But, you know, I'm fearful. I'm afraid. No one. has proposed that. But I'm afraid it's going to happen. You know, I just knocked the television broadcasters being too dumb to do their jobs. Blumenthal? What's the matter with you in Connecticut? What is the matter with you people up there?
Starting point is 00:06:53 It's a beautiful state. All right. Finally, I'm going to do this on my YouTube commentary. There are people in the United States. in positions of power, Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy being number one, who are rooting against the United States in the Iraq, I'm sorry, in the Iran situation, actually want us to lose. I'll prove it. And that's going to be on YouTube. So we'll give you the address a little later on. It's free. And that is the memo. So today in Iran, the U.S.
Starting point is 00:07:35 submarine sunk an Iranian warship near Sri Lanka in the ocean. That's the first time since World War II that a U.S. submarine has torpedoed an enemy warship. It was the Dina, D-E-N-A, crew of 180, about 100 of dead. And some of them have been rescued. They're in the Sri Lanka hospital right now. Since this began on Saturday, more than a thousand people are dead inside Iran. I think that's inaccurate.
Starting point is 00:08:10 It's probably a little under. 50 people in Lebanon because Hezbollah, Iran's terrorist surrogate, attacked Israel, and Israel fought back. 11 people in Israel have been killed and six American troops, as you know, in a screwed up thing in Kuwait. But overall, if you are a military historian, remember I wrote killing Patton, killing in the rising sun, this response from Iran has been very weak, extremely weak. So I don't know why I'm not privy to what their arsenal is, but I don't even think these people want to fight. I think they know it's over.
Starting point is 00:08:54 But that's a guess. All right, Fox News poll, usually not a reliable poll, but this one sample is okay, Democrat 40, Republican 41, Independent 19. Do you approve or disapprove of the current U.S. military action against Iran, 50-50? Now remember, when this first came out, CNN dropped the poll that was way 59-41, so you can see it tightening up. Okay, the American public knows the evil of the mullahs. Second question, you think Iran poses a national security threat to USA? Yes, 61, no 38. Finally, you think President Trump's handling and relations with Iran has made U.S. safer or less safe,
Starting point is 00:09:37 safe for 29, less safe 51. No difference, 19. I was on a handy radio show today, and we have posted out on bill o'Reilly.com. What more do you want Trump to do? He offered the Mueller's, you know, an amazing deal, just like he did with Maduro and Venezuela, and they turned it down. And the reason that the United States decided to launch now, didn't have to launch now, was because of the weakness, because of the rebellion inside Iran.
Starting point is 00:10:13 And so they pinpointed maybe this is the time. Big risk, as I said, for President Trump. It's got to turn out America's way. It is a big risk. There's no doubt about it. Okay, so our allies are looking away. I mean, it's not unusual. We have to do everything ourselves, all a heavy lifting. And Spain has told the Trump administration, you can't land on Spanish air bases. Remember, Spain, part of NATO, don't pay their dues, socialist country.
Starting point is 00:10:48 And President Trump replied to Spain this way. Go. has absolutely nothing that we need other than great people. They have great people, but they don't have great leadership. And as you know, they were the only country that in NATO would not agree to go up to 5%. I don't think they wouldn't agree to go up to anything. They wanted to keep it at 2%. And they don't pay the 2%. So we're going to cut off all trade with Spain. We don't want anything to do with Spain. Spain is one of the few countries we have a trade surplus, but it's small ball. And as I said,
Starting point is 00:11:23 Spain is a socialist country, Pedro Sanchez, the prime minister, and that's what they are. They're not involved with any kind of security for the EU. They don't really care about that. It's a giveaway state. I would have probably done the same thing.
Starting point is 00:11:44 It's enough. Okay, let's go back home to the USA. So there's a loss in all of this was a very important House Oversight Committee hearing on Minnesota. And this is a story that needs to have some resolution. So you'll remember that 62 people have been arrested and charged. They've been convicted, 62 convicted, mostly Somalis, okay, for stealing $9 billion in federal money. Well, how the hell could that happen? $9 billion is a lot of money.
Starting point is 00:12:22 Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress. National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets. And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold. That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver through the only dealer I trust, American Hartford gold. And you can do this. Get precious metals delivered to your door. or place in a tax advantage gold IRA.
Starting point is 00:12:52 They'll even help you roll over your existing IRA or 401K, tax and penalty-free. With billions and precious metals delivered thousands of five-star reviews and an A-plus from the Better Business Bureau, you can trust American Hartford Gold as I do. Please call 866-326-55-7576 or text Bill to 9988-98-9.000. Again, that's 866-326-5576-5576 or text bill to 998899. So the committee called the governor of Minnesota, Tim Walz, and the Attorney General Keith Ellison to testify, joining us now from Washington is Congressman Pat Fallon from Texas, who is a member of the Oversight Committee. So what's the headline, Congressman, that you heard today? Well, Bell, they weren't, you know, they didn't want to take responsibility and they wanted to deflect, as I suspect that they would.
Starting point is 00:14:00 And the Democrats on the Oversay Committee just wanted to talk about Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump. They didn't want to talk about the issue at hand, which is there were largely in the small community billions of dollars that were stolen from the American taxpayer. And I want to give you an example with specificity, Bill, for your listeners and viewers. there was something called the early intensive development and behavioral intervention. It was for kids with autism. And Medicaid billed out in 2018, $671,000 in Minnesota. Six years later, they billed out $342 million. $500X.
Starting point is 00:14:36 Now, you can't tell me that suddenly there was an explosion of autism in the state of Minnesota. Clearly, it was fraudulent. And these are the kinds of examples where, you know, $300 million here, $200 million. here, Bill, suddenly you've got billions. Okay. So it's federal money that is involved, which is why you're involved, and the feds made the case. Wals had to know that there were problems in Minneapolis with the Somalis defrauding the federal government.
Starting point is 00:15:08 Would that be a fair statement? He had to know that. He had to know that. And in fact, we don't have to just go based on, you know, assertions or speculation. we have, Bill, when we do an investigation in the Oversight Committee, we're lucky if we get one or two whistleblowers because it's difficult for them. They face, you know, punishment and ostracized and all that. There are 30 people that work in Minnesota in his administration that have been working with us
Starting point is 00:15:33 on the Oversight Committee. That is an astonishing number. That's how bad it was. Everybody knew it was going on, and the Walsh administration looked the other way because they wanted those 30 or 40,000 blocks Somali votes. Okay. So it was politics. Now, Governor Walls, did he admit any kind of incompetence here? I know he didn't admit any wrongdoing, but how about saying, gee, I wish I had done a better job. Did he do that? No, he said he was, you know, he was educated, he was, he wasn't being straight in simply saying, this happened on my watch, I'm going to take responsibility, I want to fix it. This is exceptionally bad. This is epic fraud. It's historic.
Starting point is 00:16:14 Instead, he was trying to just obfuscate. And that's just not going to, it's not going to pass the smell test here. What was his main excuse for not taking action to stop this or alerting the FBI was going on? Well, he said that they did, you know, prosecute some folks. And as you mentioned, there were 98 people that have been charged thus far. And 85 of them happen to have been of Somali descent. And there's been 62 convictions. So he's pointing to that and saying, see, we've convicted.
Starting point is 00:16:44 and people, but it's like, it's like, governor, this shouldn't have happened in the first place. This is after the fact, and the only reason why you were really taking this seriously is because of the whistleblowers and because of journalists like Nick Shirley that exposed it. So they're not sad it happened, Bill. They're just sad they got caught. And the Attorney General, Ellison, did he have the same thing going on where we were on it? Because in order to accumulate a $9 billion theft, that takes a way. while. That's not just two months. That's years and years and years of stealing money from the federal government. They've got Allison on tape conspiring with these folks, because at the end of the day,
Starting point is 00:17:29 this is one of the things I told Waltz. I said, well, there's one of two possibilities here. This is either you are in on it or you're too stupid to catch it. There's just no other, it's epic incompetence or it's, you know, historic stupidity. And it's, you know, it's, you know, Which one is it, Governor? And then he says, hapada, hobata, hobata, hobata. He talks like Charlie Brown's teacher. He doesn't complete his sentences. He doesn't conjugate his verbs because he was caught red-handed and he has no excuse.
Starting point is 00:17:54 And Bill, incidentally, I did ask him, you announced that you were running for re-election in September because of your, you know, all the success you've had. And then three and a half months later, you're out. Why? And then he said, well, I talk to my family, blah, blah, blah. It was because you got caught and you were going to lose the general election. That's how bad this is. Is Allison just a flunky? You know, Allison, he is smug, he's arrogant.
Starting point is 00:18:19 He knows where he, what he represents the state of Minnesota. They have a perpetual Democratic majority, and he just really doesn't care. All right. Your peers on the committee, you said it was all about, are they blaming Trump for the Somali theft in Minnesota? Is that what they're trying to do? No, the Democrats didn't talk about the Somali theft in Minnesota. They talked about Donald Trump pardoning.
Starting point is 00:18:42 They always, they always denied, deny, counter-accused, deflect. When we talk about the issue to hand, they say we should be talking about this issue because it's really not a big deal. We should be talking about their agenda. And the fact of the matter is, in 2024, as you know, the American people said, no, we don't want your woke agenda. We want you to actually govern like adults. So that's why we're still in charge. All right. So no Democrats stepped up and asked any tough questions in a hearing today?
Starting point is 00:19:04 No. No, not at all. Okay. All right, Congressman. Thank you very much. We appreciate it. And we hope we can talk again soon. Okay.
Starting point is 00:19:14 Bernie Sanders. Now, again, I'm only doing this to just keep you apprised that the socialistic movement in America is not dead. All right, it's taken some hits. There's no doubt about it. But it's there. Now, in California, they want to do a billionaires tax. And now the billionaires are moving out and Newsom says he's going to veto it, which you probably will because he couldn't possibly run for president on a socialistic ticket. but Bernie Sanders, 84 years old, he's not going to run again. He is now introducing a new bill along with California Congressman Roe Conno, who is becoming increasingly unhinged. Okay, 5% annual, annual, every year, wealth tax, not only on billionaires' money, but all their assets. That means they would come, your property, your cars, your art collection. the IRS would evaluate,
Starting point is 00:20:13 okay, we want, every year you get us 5% of that. So that's going nowhere. It's not constitutional. You can't seize private property. All right, you can do that in communism, socialism. You can't do that in capitalism. People don't understand that. But Sanders always clever.
Starting point is 00:20:35 He goes out, we're going to take the money from the 938 billionaires. all there are. And then we're going to give every American who earns less than 150,000, and that includes women and children, dependents, $3,000 cash, direct payment. This is how the Socialists buy their way in to power. That's what Fidel Castro did. And after all those years, 89% of the Cuban people live in poverty. Because now we're going to take all Batista's money, all the stuff we have, we're going to give it to you. Never happened. Okay, so that's not going anywhere, but it is going to be introduced.
Starting point is 00:21:18 Crocket loses in Texas, not talking Davy, talking Jasmine. She got whacked by a guy named James Telerico, who will then run against either Cornyn or Paxton for the Senate seat. Jasmine lost by eight percentage points. You know, it's pretty, I don't want to use the word crazy, that's not respectful, but she's out there. So this is a very important Senate seat, though. If Texas were to elect the Democratic senator, which had happened in decades, Democrats would control the Senate. So anyway, 2020 election. Sorry.
Starting point is 00:22:08 So you'll remember that the charges against Donald Trump, 13 criminal charges, Fulton County, that's Atlanta, Fannie Willis, the DA, still a DA. At Desjardin, our business is helping yours. We are here to support your business through every stage of growth. From your first pitch to your first acquisition. Whether it's improving cash flow or exploring investment banking solutions, with Desjardin business, it's all under one roof.
Starting point is 00:22:39 So join the more than 400,000 Canadian entrepreneurs who already count on us and contact Desjardin today. We'd love to talk. Business. Fani's still a DA. That was all thrown out in November, okay, after Trump won the election. And Fani was disqualified from... even investigating the case because she was fooling around with a boyfriend or doing something on tort.
Starting point is 00:23:09 Anyway, newly released memos say that this wasn't even just in Georgia. The Biden administration was behind it. So we want to know all about that. Let's bring in John Solomon, one of the best journalists in the country. He's the CEO of Just the News, which has done its due diligence as it always does, and reviewed the document. So, Solomon, there are four key revelations according to you. Let's run them down. What's the association, Biden, and Fannie?
Starting point is 00:23:54 Yeah, it's pretty extraordinary. First, let's remind everybody what it took to get these documents. We had to sue. We had to play three years of litigation to get these documents. And for a while, Fannie Willis claimed these are all protected by legal privilege, and then she just suddenly capitulated and turned over the documents to us last week. And so this is the way our government often works. They keep their secrets from us even when the law says we're entitled to have them. But we won, and there are four really key revelations. The first and most important is that Fannie Willis was working directly with the Justice Department, the Biden Justice Department,
Starting point is 00:24:29 to coordinate how that she would go about creating a second level of jeopardy, a second level of cost, a second level of persecution and prosecution for Donald Trump in 18 of his cohorts. Jack Smith was already planning to indict most of these folks on almost similar charges at the federal level. Fannie Willis' job was to get them and have a second case at the state level that would drain resources, drain attention, drain bandwidth, and drain their reputations. So the Justice Department's all in on that. Let me, let me stop you now. So this was during the campaign.
Starting point is 00:25:06 Yes, it was. Okay. The indictments come out. Trump versus Harris. The first week of August and Fondi does it two weeks later. Right. So during the campaign, Merrick Garland, the Attorney General, Jack Smith, the independent prosecutor, both working for Joe Biden.
Starting point is 00:25:24 Right. Okay. assisted Fannie Willis in trying to get indictments that would influence the election. That's right. Correct? That's correct. Okay. That's pretty big.
Starting point is 00:25:39 Second one is $18 million in federal funding? What's that? Yeah. So in the middle of this effort to get Fannie Willis positioned to bring the state charges to go along with Jack Smith's federal charges, double the narrative. The Justice Department literally invites Fannie Willis to apply for a grant, which is supposed to be competitively bid. But the Justice Department actually says, don't worry about the competition. We're going to turn this into sole source. You're guaranteed to get the money.
Starting point is 00:26:07 Just send us a request. We'll send you a check. This is something that James Comer at the House Oversight Committee Chairman's been very concerned about. Same thing with Jim Jordan. They believe that the Justice Department was underwriting the state prosecution. And in this memo, which Fonnie Willis herself writes to the judge, Justice Department, it basically goes like this. Let me get this straight. You're offering me a grant. You're telling me it's sole source and all I have to do is apply for it. So she kind of echoes back
Starting point is 00:26:31 in a C-YA memo, what's going on. And we're very lucky to get that doctor. And that's $18 million. That's a lot of jack. It is. It's a lot of chunk of change. Yeah, it is. And so there is that, that's the second one. The third revelation has to do with the Biden White House. In the middle of this, Fannie Willis secures an agreement from Joe Biden's White House counsel to waive President Trump's executive privilege. They, uh, uh, privilege that every president's supposed to enjoy that they can get advice from advisors without intrusion. Uh, now it was already waived at the federal level, but it's very rare in American history for executive privilege to be waived in a state matter. In fact, I can't find an instance where it was waived in a state matter previously.
Starting point is 00:27:13 So, uh, this is a real, uh, consequence for future presidents. Future presidents are going to deal with what Joe Biden did here, which is basically any state wants your privilege. We'll it as well. That's the third big revelation here. And then the fourth big revelation is that the Democrats on Capitol Hill are the other complicit. You've got the Biden White House, the Biden Justice Department, and the congressional Democrats on the J6 committee. And they're sending evidence even before their investigations over through the Justice Department directly to Fannie Willis to give her the most resources, the best opposition research, anything she could have to make sure that Is that illegal for a federal committee or whatever, these J6 committee?
Starting point is 00:27:56 Is it illegal for them to send what they've learned to a state for a state prosecution? No, they can refer anywhere. I mean, Congress has broad latitude. I think the legal issue for everybody, and this is what the prosecutor in Miami, who now has inherited, this weaponization conspiracy case, as they call it, is looking at, which is when you have four people working together who all avertly hated Trump. Remember, Fannie Willis specifically ran on the notion he was going to go get Trump. If their goal was to deprive President Trump of his ability to win the election,
Starting point is 00:28:32 if their goal was to or the consequence of their actions was to deprive him or his followers of certain civil liberties, then, in fact, those actions, which are otherwise legal, could be viewed as an overt act in a criminal conspiracy. know from our reporting that these matters, these documents that we just got that we just made public have been referred to the Justice Department by members of Congress. They're looking at it and it is likely to become part of the evaluation of that Miami prosecutor. Is this another example of a conspiracy where the desire to get Trump trampled on civil liberty, civil rights in due process?
Starting point is 00:29:07 Well, it's election interference, in my opinion. That's what it is. They're trying to alter the election, the vote, okay, by assisting a woman who's obviously irresponsible. The whole case was thrown out, and she was disbarred from adjudicating, but she's still the attorney general. That's the kicker on it. Thank you, John. We appreciate it.
Starting point is 00:29:31 Let me know if anything else comes in. Just the news. Check that out. All right, church attendance in America. Gallup hold, and it's not good news for those who are spiritual in nature. So, in 2005, 59% of Americans said to Gallup that religion was important in their own lives. That number has dropped now to 47%. A 12-point drop.
Starting point is 00:30:12 Getting ready for a game means being ready for anything. Like packing a spare stick. I like to be prepared. That's why I remember 988. Canada's suicide crisis hubline. It's good to know just in case. Anyone can call or text for free confidential support from a train responder anytime. 988 suicide crisis helpline is funded by the government in Canada. Okay. And going to church weekly in 2005, 43% of Americans titled on off on Sunday or Saturday, if you're Jewish or Muslim. Okay. So,
Starting point is 00:30:52 So 43% that number is down of 31% and sinking. So we are becoming France, a secular society here in America. That is not good news because what religion does, whether you're a believer or not, I'm just talking broad picture now, is it sets up some moral standards. That's what it does, unless you're a Unitarian or something like that. kind of free fire zone there. But if you don't have anything, and this is what the communists and Hitler
Starting point is 00:31:30 and all these people, they don't have any religion. Okay, do whatever you want. And so religious attendance and beliefs are on the climb. By fear of flying, misleading Paul, I like the points guy. The points guy is usually on it. You're not on it now, points guy. You say 74% of it.
Starting point is 00:31:52 Americans admit to some nerves when they fly. No. The number is 48%. Half. Half of us are kind of scared or a little jumpy. We go to the airport. To me, you know, I've been on so many planes and so many places. It's like I feel safer in a plane than in a car. But 48% of Americans a little jumpy. Back with a final thought in a moment. Okay, final thought of the day. I am not going to be here tomorrow because I will be in Boston. Now, I told you to the top of the show,
Starting point is 00:32:37 I didn't have a tie because I'm running around Manhattan today. Tomorrow morning I'm going to go up to Boston. The reason I'm moving around so much is that, that we are working on a bunch of new things for the no spin news. Some of them will be what they call long form, longer, you know, interviews with very interesting people, stuff like that.
Starting point is 00:33:04 We'll have an announcement about what we're gonna do, but I'm the guy and I gotta move it. So tomorrow and I will report Monday, it's gonna be wild tomorrow, I can't tell you now what I'm gonna do. do, but it's going to be wild. Anyway, there is a new study from Edison research that says so-called podcasts, and I'm not going to use that term here. People say, oh, I love your podcast. I don't do a podcast. We do a broadcast. The difference is we're fact-based. We're not just
Starting point is 00:33:39 hanging around shooting a, you know why. Okay, and that'll hold on the long form. So anyway, For the first time ever, podcasts are more sampled by the American people than AM and FM radio talk. Okay, 40% of time submitting spoken word audio is dedicated to podcasts, 39% to radio. And in 2015, it was 75% to listen to the radio. and only 10%. So you can see how this podcast thing is overwhelming. And we got to get in on that to some extent, but I'm going to make it different
