Starting point is 00:00:31 Hey Bill O'Reilly here. Welcome to the No Spin News for Tuesday, September 16th, 2025, stand up for your country. National angst over the assassination of Charlie Kirk, not letting up very much. I'm doing scores of interviews to back up confronting evil and that is by far in a way the hottest topic because there's an evil act and it ties right in to what I am writing about. Particularly conservative Americans are deeply troubled by what happened
Starting point is 00:01:19 to Mr. Kirk. And after his funeral on Sunday, and we'll tell you about that a little later on, it'll die down a little but it'll be around okay this is an unsettling situation on a lot of different fronts mostly for mr. kirk's family and the family of the alleged assassin whose lives are been blown apart but there is a component a political component that is the far left is badly damaged by this not the subject of this evening's talking points memo So the right wing, some, the activist part of it, is embracing cancel culture now. And it's a little bit disturbing. Now, a number of people have been fired from their jobs, went over yesterday, and that list is mounting.
Starting point is 00:02:19 We'll have an update tomorrow. State of Texas leading the league here. and they acted inappropriately in the wake of Mr. Kirk's murder. So they lost their jobs, lost their livelihoods, and a number of conservatives are celebrating that. Not me. I think that it is absolutely atrocious that anyone would celebrate the death of Charlie Kirk
Starting point is 00:02:50 or any other person, unless that person were Hitler, or Stalin or, you know, somebody who's act of evil is murdering people. If Putin were assassinated tomorrow, I'm not going to be sad. Okay. But there's a degree. So, Vice President Vance has gotten involved with all of this. Roll of tape. So when you see someone celebrating Charlie's murder, call them out.
Starting point is 00:03:16 In hell, call their employer. We don't believe in political violence, but we do believe in civility. And there was no civility in the celebration of political assassination. Get involved. Get involved. Get involved. It's the best way to honor Charlie's legacy. But be careful because dishonest people can use that cancel culture for revenge, for denial of due process, for rumor. So if you're going to follow the vice president of advice, you have to have heard. what happened or saw it yourself. No water cooler gossip, no social media. You have to have it. And then you have to think about, is it worth harming this person's life? Is this person
Starting point is 00:04:10 bringing a negativity to your life, your kids, educators, that's the top, by the way. So if the teacher spreading around far-left propaganda who's jumping up and down with joy that Charlie Kirk is dead, I'd report that person a second, a doctor, somebody in a position of authority, boom, but I have to see it. I can't just hear it because there are people who will use this kind of a volatile situation for revenge on a person he don't like. okay now there was a website the charlie kirk data foundation they took it down but it was trying to compile without checking because you couldn't check it accusations that people were celebrating mr kirk's murder i'm glad it's down but before it went down it raised a lot of money it could have been a scam. Okay. And it was the worst. It was the worst. Now tell us on the website the name
Starting point is 00:05:21 and address of these people who you think are acting inappropriately. Dangerous. Dangerous, dangerous, dangerous, dangerous. Okay. But that went up and running. It's not there anymore. Could come back. Now the far left knows it's in trouble. There's no doubt it does. And we're going to have an interview with Tim Graham who follows the media and talk about that. But they have to be very cautious now because Matthew Dow to MSN, B.C., whatever it is, got fired, okay? And Washington Post, and I'll tell you about her in a moment, got fired. They have to be, they're really on the defensive.
Starting point is 00:06:05 They don't like it. Here's leftist Brian Stelter on CNN. Go. So you have this now coordinated conservative campaign to try to get people fired for a wide range of opinions. And look, this is a new form of cancel culture, you know, something that the right complained about when, you know, they were saying the left was targeting people, those four or five, six years ago. The truth is, cancel culture never goes away. It just changes its shape. But we didn't hear much objection about the cancel culture in CNN, did we? And how do I know that? Because I was a target of it.
Starting point is 00:06:38 They tried to take me out. They failed and are more powerful than ever before. But they took out a lot of other people. The left took them out. And they excluded people. They gave him excuse. All the networks, all of them, all three, have excluded traditional conservative voices for the past, what, 10 years since Trump entered the arena.
Starting point is 00:07:04 Couldn't get on there. I did an interview yesterday with May Gary Garrett, an old Fox News colleague, who works to CBS, first time in 10 years. And the only reason that interview took place, and Garrett's a good guy, is they sold it. CBS was sold, the Skydance, which is apparently not going to put up with this blackballing, cancel culture stuff. Good. Now, I got to get a whole of that Garrett interview so I can put it on a website. It was a good interview.
Starting point is 00:07:36 First time of 10 years, okay, because they didn't want. All three of the networks, guilty, guilty, guilty. All right. We're not going to, nope, only progressive points of view are a lot. That's really bad. So, you know, stelter, you know who he is. I'm not even to bother with him. The Washington Post is a left-wing newspaper.
Starting point is 00:08:02 There's no doubt about it. It has been forever. I don't know. Last time I endorsed a Republican for president, I think it was 1920 or someplace like that. Boston Globe, New York Times, L.A. Times, Chicago Tribune, Atlanta Constitution, right down a list. They're all, all progressive. They fired a woman named Karen Attia, 38 years old, the Global Opinions columnist. They fired her, which is unbelievable. She had been there 10 years, 11 years. African-American woman, you fire her? Now, here's why she got fired.
Starting point is 00:08:41 I'm going to put this up full screen. I'll read it to you guys listening on the radio. Quote, for everyone saying political violence is no place in this country. Remember, two Democrat legislators were shot in Minnesota, Justice Shear, and America shrugged and moved on. Well, I didn't shrug, lady. I thought it was appalling. Part of what keeps America so violent is the insistence that people perform care,
Starting point is 00:09:04 empty goodness and absolution for white men who espoused hatred and violence, unquote. There you go, white men, the root of all evil. God. Washington Post sends her a letter, quote, Karen, I am writing to a formula that the post is terminating your employment effective immediately for gross misconduct. Your public comments on social media regarding death of Charlie Kirk, Why I'd like to post social media policies, harm the integrity of our organization, potentially
Starting point is 00:09:37 endanger the physical safety of our staff. That's from Wayne Connell, Chief, HR Officer Washington Post. So she's out of there, okay? Again, extremely unusual. Now, you saw Joy Reed, Tiffany Cross, NBC let them go. Same reason. White men, white men, white men, demonize, demonize, demonize. That's racism.
Starting point is 00:10:01 Did you know that fast-growing trees is the biggest online nursery in the USA? Thousands of plants, more than 2 million happy customers. They have everything your yard needs, fruit trees, privacy trees, shrubs, more. Whatever plants you are interested in, fast-growing trees, will deliver your dream yard right to your door. Starting point is 00:10:42 That's an additional 15% off with Codebill at Fastgrowingtrees.com. Again, fastgrowingtrees.com code bill. Now is the perfect time to plant, save time. today with Code Bill, offer valid for a limited time, terms, conditions may apply. Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress. National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets, and meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold. That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver through the only dealer I
Starting point is 00:11:22 trust, American Hartford Gold. And you can do this. Get precious metals delivered to your door or place in a tax advantage, gold IRA. They'll even help you roll over your existing IRA or 401K, tax and penalty free. With billions in precious metals delivered thousands of five-star reviews and an A-plus from the Better Business Bureau,
Starting point is 00:11:46 you can trust American Hartford Gold as I do. Please call 866-3-2-6, 55-6.5-6. or text bill to 998899. Again, that's 866, 326, 5576, or text bill to 998899. No doubt about it. And I'm going to give Ms. Attia the last word here, to be fair. She replied to her termination this way. Quote, the post accused my measured blue sky post,
Starting point is 00:12:22 That's an internet site, of being unacceptable gross misconduct, and of endangering the physical safety of colleagues' charges without evidence, which I reject completely as false, unquote. Okay. So, summing up, the far left progressive movement is under fire. It is on notice to use a cliche, and they are being very cautious. That's the memo. There's no question that in this country, even though the far left now is muted and cautious, that sentiment still exists. The hatred of Charlie Kirk, Donald Trump, Bill O'Reilly, whoever you want to do, still exists. It may be quiet now, but it didn't got. Joining us from Herndon, Virginia, Tim Graham, executive editor of newsbusters, conservative group that monitors the corporate media. So the Washington Examiner excoriated Martha Radditz, ABC correspondent does a Sunday program, said that she was baiting Republican guests on Sunday to try to condemn President Trump for saying that he was going to look into radical left.
Starting point is 00:13:46 intrusion into the hate speech area. True. Did Ms. Raditz do that? Yes. I mean, that seemed to be the dominant question was let's bring on Republicans and question the tone of the Republicans, of the president. It would seem to me in an instance like this, when a man who pretty much looks like a leftist shoots Charlie Kirk, nobody's going to think that was caused by the tone of the Republicans. So why isn't the tone of the left the real question? Because they never want to question the left. They always want to suggest that Donald Trump's the only person that said something that was too rough for their sensibilities. And, you know, I wanted all the Republican guests to basically say, so you're telling me ABC News
Starting point is 00:14:39 or CNN or PBS has never been harsh in their tone. We've all seen the news. We've all seen the news media described Republicans and the president as fascists. They make comparisons to Hitler. The Democrats routinely suggested that electing the Republicans was an existential threat to democracy. And I think we can obviously ask the question that when you use this kind of language, we could call it insightful. We all understand that when Donald Trump called them fake news, Jim Acosta went running around saying he's trying to get us killed. What about the situation that corporate media is starting to feel the heat? Do you believe that's true?
Starting point is 00:15:22 Are they starting to retreat from their embrace of the progressive movement? I'm not sure I see that. I think that they did greet this horrible crime with the horror that they should have. However, yes, what we've seen over the last few days, is they've tried very hard to actually suggest that you can't identify the leanings of the killer, despite the fact that they can clearly see that the bullet casing said, catch this. Who did that? Who is diminishing the political leanings of the alleged assassin? Who did that? Well, in general, one of the ones is MSNBC on Morning Joe. I mean, John Lemire. And then they've also
Starting point is 00:16:06 tried to suggest, well, it doesn't help to search for a motive. Like, it's not, helpful. And it just seems to me that's... Who did that? Who didn't want the motive? That's Lamere and Juliet, I.M. was on CNN, saying that it wasn't helpful. Okay. Well, they'll hide behind. Look, I don't want to... By searching for a motive this soon a week, after the assassination, you're stirring it up. You're stirring up the hatred. Is there any validity to that point of view? Well, no, I think at a crime scene, you want to know the motivation of the shooter.
Starting point is 00:16:49 I don't think that's out of the question. I don't think we would have looked at the assassination of Reagan or the assassination of John F. Kennedy or the assassination of Martin Luther King and said, let's not question why this was done. I think that's where journalism begins. No, you've got to get the full story, and I understand that. But journalism is almost dead in America. I think you know that better than anybody. And I'm not being facetious, as Joe Biden would say.
Starting point is 00:17:16 It's almost dead because it's agenda-driven almost everywhere now. This is what you will say. I was doing an interview today for confronting evil and the interviewer said, how does that work? And I said, there's a meeting every morning, an editorial meeting every morning for all of the newspapers and television news operations separately, of course. And the meeting may start at 8 or 830 or 9. And in that meeting, the editorial posture of the newspaper or television station will be put forth to the producers of the programs.
Starting point is 00:17:51 They will know what management wants to get out there. And that happens every day. And you go against that orthodoxy. You're not going to work there very much longer. But I want to get specific now. I think MS, whatever it is, is through. The fact that they're not tethered to NBC News anymore, the resources are less. I don't know anybody who takes them seriously.
Starting point is 00:18:15 Even the progressives know it's propaganda. I think they're done. Do you agree with that? Well, we'll see. I mean, they still have better ratings right now than CNN does. And again, yeah, CNN's ratings are terrible. Yeah, but CNN's got a overseas component that provides money into that organization that makes it viable.
Starting point is 00:18:40 MS hasn't had that. So when you're dealing with under a million viewers in prime time, as both agencies have now, they're below a million, it's a hard way to make money if you're just selling to the U.S. audience. But editorially speaking, I think MS is on its way out. Yes, no, you don't know. What? I don't know, but yes, we obviously know the economics are not good.
Starting point is 00:19:05 We can look at, for example, CBS deciding to cancel Colbert. That is at least half or 75% or 90% an economic decision and not a political decision. Can I disagree with you there? Can I disagree? That decision was made solely so the federal government would allow Skydance to buy Paramount CBS. That's why that decision was made. It had nothing to do with money. It had nothing to do with anything other than somebody in the federal government.
Starting point is 00:19:34 I think I know who it is, but I can't say for sure, said to CBS, you know, if Colbert is on the unemployment line, got a much better chance to sell this thing. I think that's what happened there. CNN, you mentioned. I watched a little bit of it in my preparation of my interview with John Malone, which I hope is going to be next week. And to his credit, his people shot me down, but he overrode them, Malone. And Malone is one of the architects of CNN. CNN is very scared. Those talent, that talent out there, they're almost visibly frightened. Yes, no, maybe. What do you say? Yeah, and I think one of the things you're going to see, and again, part of it is, yes, most people, most independents now are like, this is not a news
Starting point is 00:20:25 product. You're watching basically the television equipment of liberal talk radio. But you can make the same case, you can make the same case for SNFNC, it's just a MAGA operation. I mean, I don't know that to be true. I think that Fox have much better talent than the other two, which drives viewers who see it. But you can make an argument that Fox just wants to promote MAGA stuff and help Donald Trump. You could make that argument, correct? Sure. And I think, but because these conservative outlets are less common, they're going to have a larger audience.
Starting point is 00:21:05 You know, they're obviously shown over many years now that Fox is going to have better numbers than CNN or MSNBC because you have fewer options to watch. No, that's true. I mean, the newsmax is not at the ratings level yet to make an impact. And Fox is identified now with the MAGA movement in Donald Trump. All right, Tim, keep it on. have you seen anything you're really egregious, let us know. We're not witch hunters here, as you know, but we do want to report the story because I do believe that Charlie Kirk's legacy going forward, part of it is going to be the disintegration of the progressive lefts in the media.
Starting point is 00:21:48 I think that's going to be attached. It could be wrong. Thanks again for helping us out, Tim. Appreciate it. Mr. Kirk's funeral will be Sunday, Arizona, two east. Eastern time, 11 Mountain Time, up against the NFL games. Cable will have an open field to broadcast the funeral, whereas two of the networks anyway, we'll be doing football. And then that can cancel football is too much money. Very interesting how this will be covered and who will be assigned to it. And I'll have that on Monday, the whole thing, all right?
Starting point is 00:22:24 But if you want to go, you can go, 63,000 in the stadium, Arizona Cardinal Stadium, in Glendale right outside of Phoenix, you know, just go down and give them whatever they want, name, email, zip code, cell phone, I don't know. It's probably going to be a lottery situation. President Trump, Vice President of Van, Secretary of State Rubio will all be there. Donald Trump's in England. Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress. National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets. And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold. That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver.
Starting point is 00:23:11 Thoreau, the only dealer I trust, American Hartford gold. And you can do this. Get precious metals delivered to your door. or place in a tax advantage, gold IRA. They'll even help you roll over your existing IRA or 401K, tax and penalty free. With billions and precious metals delivered thousands of five-star reviews,
Starting point is 00:23:35 and an A-plus from the Better Business Bureau. You can trust American Hartford Gold as I do. Please call 866, 326, 5576, or text bill to 998899. Again, that's 866-326-5576-5576 or text bill to 998899. Blimey! Nobody in America ever says, blimey. I don't think they even say it in England anymore.
Starting point is 00:24:08 When I was living there, they said it all the time. Bloke was a guy. Bloke's kind of dying out, too. But anyway, I'm rambling now. I don't know why. So he's there for a second state visit, very unusual. Usually get one state visit. If you are a head of state,
Starting point is 00:24:27 and Queen Elizabeth greeted Donald Trump 2019, and this is King Charles III, Windsor Castle. I snuck into Windsor Castle one time. I thought I was going to be beheaded. Unbelievable building. And all of this is basically a show. The show is for Putin. That's who the show is for.
Starting point is 00:24:50 And, hey, Vlad, you know, these are the two big dogs here. And you better be careful. That's just a subliminal message. So President Trump is a good relationship with Sturmer, the Prime Minister of England, probably our most important alliance around the world. Trump will be back on Thursday, I believe, and then he'll go to Arizona. All right, crime. So Donald Trump sees violent crime as a national security issue, not a state or local issue.
Starting point is 00:25:28 Very important for everybody understand that. Trump sees it as national security because Americans are dying. I kind of agree. But I understand state authority has to be respected. So, the president still insists he's going to send fed feds to a number of cities. Roll the tape. We do one by one time, but we want to go quickly. We don't want to lose Chicago.
Starting point is 00:25:58 We're going to lose Chicago. We're going to lose places like you go to St. Louis. We're going to lose St. Louis. We're not going to lose. We want to save these places. You're going to lose them. It was the way the man said, a very high-quality man, I said, who would you do next? He said, sir, do Chicago.
Starting point is 00:26:19 You don't want to lose Chicago. We're not going to lose Chicago. All right. So I assume that next week, federal authorities will go to maybe Memphis, Tennessee, very violent city. Easy to control Memphis, not a big inner city. Chicago is tough. Got that big race component, very wide area. drug gangs embedded, but I think the president is going to do it.
Starting point is 00:26:46 Now, the problem that he has is posse comitatis, and I want to just read you the part of the Constitution that deals with this, quote, whoever excepting cases under circumstances especially authorized by the Constitution or act of Congress willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatis or otherwise to execute the laws, shall be fined under this title in prison, not more than two years or both. That's a Posse Comitatis Act, okay? And the Supreme Court will enforce that act. So the Trump administration has to find a way in
Starting point is 00:27:22 that doesn't violate the act directly, and that's what's taken the time. So it's a national security situation that they're going to try to balance against this. It's complicated. As soon as one Fed walks into Chicago, Cook County, there'll be a lawsuit. And it's from court. I'll have to hear it. All right. You know that the president has designated some of the drug cartel operations as terrorists. The ones in Venezuela are now getting hammered by U.S. military.
Starting point is 00:28:00 Second boat blown out of the water, three killed. President Trump orders a strike himself, no defense department or Pentagon involved. He said, get them. Tack occurred in international waters. And the president said, look, this is national security. These are terrorist groups like ISIS. Same thing, no difference.
Starting point is 00:28:25 They're hurting Americans. Millions of Americans have been killed by narcotics over the years, millions, millions. So we're going to use the military to stop it. He is within his constitutional rights to do that. There's no posse commentatus here or anything like that. And if I were to Mexican cartel leaders, Ola, I might be planning a vacation.
Starting point is 00:28:54 That's coming. Antifa. Now here, Donald Trump's going. But he's getting a little out there, all right? It's my job to analyze the president in a fair way. So he wants to designate Antifa, the far-left organization, that lives to disrupt American society, and they'll use violence. He wants to designate Antifa as a terrorist group.
Starting point is 00:29:25 Go. Do you plan on designating Antifa finally a domestic terror organization? Well, it's something I would do, yeah. If I have support from the people back here, I think would start with Pam, I think. But if you give me, I would do that 100%. And others also, by the way, but Antifa is terrible. But it's a problem. There is no Antifa.
Starting point is 00:29:50 So we investigated this. There's no headquarters. There's no offices. There's no board of directors. There's nothing. All it is is an internet situation where anarchists, people who want to burn down a country, talk to other anarchists and say, show up here, show up there. And then the anarchists themselves do that, and they bring along destructive devices,
Starting point is 00:30:27 and they cause them much trouble as they can. So it's not an organized group. So you'd have to almost designate anyone who's got association with Antifa on the internet as a terrorist that you couldn't do. Couldn't do it. It's possible. So that's not going to happen. It's just logistically not possible. China.
Starting point is 00:30:55 So, you know, I probably have the best Chinese. connections in the country and I don't say that in any braggadocio way. It's just that I know what's going on. So the government of China and Beijing wants President Trump to visit. That will probably happen. It's not a lock. I was involved with that negotiation in May. We reported that and you know about that if you follow me. Probably going to happen. And the signs are, you know this tick-tock deal very complex that's close to happening but the chinese above all are hurting economically as i told you would happen the moment the tariff situation was unfolded by mr trump i told you that the chinese economy could not sustain this roll the tape but if we
Starting point is 00:31:54 take the marketplace and say to China, you're going to pay 125% on every t-shirt you sent here, it's going to close down factories over there. Who's going to make that up? Putin. Nobody wants roubles. Okay? I mean, who? So they know that in China. They're blustering them. The Chinese economy will collapse unless a deal is made. That stands today. But China has some leverage over the USA. Okay? So, I think a deal will come, a trade deal. I'm hoping and praying, lo lord, that the Putin component is in that deal.
Starting point is 00:32:41 But China withdraws from enabling Putin to slaughter people in Ukraine. It's possible. That's what's going on. And I will keep you every step of the way. Back with a final thought in a moment. All right, final thought, the News Nation special on confronting evil and odd beyond with Leland Vitter tonight was postponed and delayed and shifted around. And we understand. Charlie Kirk's coverage took precedence when every news operation. But it was hard to find it.
Starting point is 00:33:16 You know, ran on CW and younger people watched it on CW. It was interesting. And then it was on News Nation, but it was really hard to find it. So we have put it on Bill O'Reilly.com. The whole special, make it easier for you. Just go in there, it's free, you don't have to be a member, you don't have to do anything, you don't have to get a hula hoop, you don't have to do anything.
Starting point is 00:33:35 You sit there, punch it up, there it is. And I think you'll be very, very pleased to see it. Roll the tape. It's the same thing in almost every society. The strong men, evildoers, replace the corrupt weak rulers. You talk about the October 7th attack. them in the book, carried out by Hamas. Does that all, all roads lead back to Iran?
Starting point is 00:34:03 All. See, these outfits couldn't exist without Iran's weapons and money. So ISIS, Hamas, the Revolutionary Guard, they're real fanatics. They want to kill every Jew. Every Jew, kill them all. That's from the third right. Right. So Hitler's legacy lives in the Middle East, and that is obviously a threat to the world.
Starting point is 00:34:31 I think the Ayatollah would be quite pleased, wouldn't he? Yeah, he's probably in a hot place right now. Do you really believe that? Do you believe that there is this? I hope so. You know, people ask me all the time. I just hope so. I hope there's a final judgment on these evil people. all right so once again the confronting evil special produced by news nation is on bill o'reilly dot com it is available 24-7 and we hope you check it out let me know what you think all right um one more note of interest we are going to i was going to i was going to basically take the end of the week off we are not going to do that um because it's just too much stuff going to
