Hey Bill O'Reilly here.
Welcome to the NOSMIN News Tuesday, June 2, 2016.
2016, stand up for your country, a country that is moving left. It's a very interesting
political story. This happened late 1920s. You had a communist movement here that took on some
power. But now the difference is you have a huge money.
behind the progressive philosophy.
And we're going to go through this tonight
in a very precise manner.
So there's a vote in California,
Los Angeles and the governor's race,
the gubernatorial race.
Tomorrow at this time I will report what happened.
But if you look at California,
the progressive has been running that state now
for 25 years.
It's a disaster.
That's not just unique to the Golden State, the larger state of the Union.
It's happening everywhere, Maine.
And that is the subject of this evening's talking points memo.
So the progressive movement and the Democratic Party have merged.
And the moderate Democrats, and they are not plentiful, but they're around, have to shut
up if they want money to run in the primaries because big money.
is coming from the far left.
That's number one.
You gotta know that.
It's a money deal.
Nancy Pelosi started it.
You either vote my way or we cut you off entirely.
And now that is pretty much de facto daily for the Democratic Party.
There is a strain of that on the right, the Republican Party, but not nearly what it is on the left.
That's important to understand.
So in Los Angeles, which is a disaster, and I mean that, it's a,
It is a disaster.
Okay.
Homeless crime, nothing works.
Police don't answer calls.
It is just anarchy.
The woman who runs a place is Karen Bass.
You know her because she screwed up the fires and just,
you can't say enough terrible things about Karen Bass.
She should be doing anything else but running the nation's second largest city.
She may win.
re-election. She may win. Our main competition is a TV guy named Spencer Pratt. I don't know much about him.
He's a Republican, 42 years old. He's around L.A. He does projects. He owns a company called Pratt
Daddy Crystals. And he's in waging a pretty effective campaign. So it'll be interesting to see
how well Pratt does whether people are going to put aside their ideology, because
California is overwhelmingly Democrat and vote, you know, for a change.
How long are we going to do this?
It's crazy.
So at the same time, Angelinos will be voting for a mayor.
We have a gubernatorial race.
Bass, by the way, in L.A., in the mayor's race, is ahead of Pratt, but not by a lot.
It's 25-22, according to the latest polling.
and Pratt could do an upset, which would be very interesting.
On the gubernatorial side, it looks like Xavier Bersera,
who was the Secretary of Health and Human Services under Joe Biden,
and who presided over the unbelievable homeless collapse in California.
It looks like he's going to be the next governor.
Now, Steve Hilton, a former Fox guy, is giving Becerra,
a race. Tom Steyer, the multi-billionaire is pumping hundreds of millions of dollars. He's in it
too. So there's two, I would say far left guys against Hilton. It'd be interesting to see
tomorrow what that brings. Almost four million people, four million, have moved out of California
between the years 2020 and 24, according to the census. Four million people. Four million people
people. And California is a nice place to live. If you like to weather and all that, there's a lot of
opportunity or used to be there. Four million people say goodbye. Can't cut it here. All right,
because the government is too onerous. And it's all about taxation. It's all about regulation,
control, all that. That's Newsom. Newsom can't run again. He will try to run for president.
So anyway, I'm watching these races, not because I particularly care about who the people are,
because I don't really know that we can't follow every race across the country,
but we are watching the ideology of people in L.A. and across the state of California.
Because if you continue to vote for failure, you get more failure.
You know, there's a whole bunch of cliches that demonstrate that, but that's what it is.
We have the same problems in New York, where I am, but not to the extent of California.
The progressives are trying here.
There's a little bit more resistance here than out west.
Now, in Maine, population 1.4 million, tiny, tiny, not a tiny, geographically, it's a big,
state if you drive it. But 1.4 million, they got a guy running for the Senate, Graham Platner.
You've heard of him. Nazi tattoos, crazy, crazy left guy. All right, he may be the Republican
Susan Collins, who's passed her game. And, you know, but what are you doing up in Maine?
What is going on up there? One of my favorite states. It's a beautiful place.
cold, but great in the summer. And platinum is what you want? What is wrong? Because this is as irresponsible
as I've ever seen. This guy can't do anything. He's involved with controversies all over the place.
With the Marines, with his wife. It goes on and on and on and on. He could win.
I mean, that's shocking.
Then you have the, let's see what word I want to use here.
Pundance isn't strong enough.
The organized influencers, there you go, okay, who run around.
These are far left individuals.
There are some on the far right, but not many, telling everybody, we got to be communists,
we got to hate the Jews, we got to do this, we got to do that.
They're bad.
So there's a guy named Hassan Piker and his uncle, Jank Yugar.
You may have heard of these two.
All right.
So Great Britain, the UK, would not allow them into the country.
I got led into the country very easily.
Nobody checked any of my credentials.
I just walked in from Ireland last week.
But these guys, even the government,
of England, which is very left wing, said, no, not letting them in to the country.
And here's reaction in the USA. Go.
Is the UK going to ban everyone who criticize Israel?
Because if that's the standard, they'd have to ban billions of people around the world.
So we can't let this go forward without a massive outcry or we'll all be next.
I've never heard you espouse any anti-Semitism.
be hateful about Jewish people or anyone because of their faith or their ethnicity.
So I just don't understand what rationale the UK government could possibly have for banning you.
Well, I'll explain it to Mr. Morgan, anti-Semitism.
So when I was there, I was doing a special for News Nation.
We will tell you when that will air about how Jews in the UK are terrified.
And I use that word literally.
they are terrified.
About 275,000 Jews in the UK, very small.
There are about 5 million Muslims.
There are more than that because the government doesn't know who's coming in.
They don't monitor it.
This is what Europe has turned into.
And there was an incident a few weeks back where some Muslim guy went into a Jewish neighborhood
and stabbed a guy almost to death.
The victim survived, but it was unprovoked.
And that led to demonstrations and everything else.
Well, the UK government does not want these two guys, Piker and Uber, who hate Israel.
They hate them, that country.
All right, and by extension, I don't know whether they hate Jews personally,
but certainly they are not friendly to Jewish people.
And the government of the UK goes, we can't handle this.
All right, we don't want this provocateur.
attraction to come into our country. I understand that, unlike Pierce Morgan. I understand it.
Would I have banned them? I don't know. Piker has used the phrase Zionist pig.
He's way out there. And the uncle, he's co-founder of the young Turks. And he said,
This is Piker again, that America deserve 9-11.
These guys are way out there.
So I might have come down on that.
Now, behind all this, all this progressive movement in L.A. and California,
and the influencers behind all this is money cutting out of communist China.
Now, we broke the story in January, Neville Roy Chamberl.
sing him. Neville Roy

The world is getting more unstable between escalating global conflicts
and America is skyrocketing debt,
investors are ditching the dollar for hard assets, like gold.
With uncertainty at an all-time high,
I trust American Hartford gold to protect my savings.

And right now, call and tell them O'Reilly sent you to receive up to $20,000 in free silver
with your first purchase. 866-366-5-2527.
or text bill to 998899.
That's 866-326-55-576 or text bill to 998899.
And he's pumping billions of dollars into the progressive movement
to try to overthrow the capitalism system in the USA.
say. All right. Now the far left is starting to admit that. Okay, at first, no, they don't want to talk
about, sing them. But now they're having to admit it. Roll it. It's like totally fucking
ridiculous to try and, you know, to try and stop like the political advocacy of an American.
American citizen, right? Roy Singham is an American citizen. He lives in China now and he's a
centimillionaire. I think he like has almost a billion dollars. Not sure how much money he has now,
but like he's been a funding vehicle for a lot of like political, a lot of political movements in
the country, like a lot of activism. And they hate that shit. Like the American government
hates that shit, so they're trying to
jam him up,
they're trying to hit him on anything and everything
they possibly can.
Yeah, the American government and every
loyal Americans should hate that
blank. Because singhom wants a communist
America.
Okay? And that'd be a civil war.
That'd be guns.
If that ever happened.
Okay, here.
Because people like me are not
going to let the government seize my private property.
No, I'll fight for it.
I'm not being provocative,
but I'm telling you what could happen
because of a guy named Neville Roy Singham.
Now, Fox News, and we have not been able to confirm this,
ties the Soros boys into it as well.
I don't know whether that's true.
I don't know whether Soros are funding
these communist radical groups.
I know they're funding far left groups.
I know they're paying for buses.
I know they're sending people to New Jersey to attack ICE agents.
I know they're doing all of that through their political action committees.
But I don't know whether they're on the overthrow the government level that Singham's on.
You know, it's frightening.
It really is frightening.
So summing up, we've got a litmus test in California in Los Angeles.
Again, if you go to L.A., and I was recently there, it's falling apart.
The whole place.
And California is losing millions of people.
There is a reason.
You're going to reelect that reason?
Staggering.
That's the memo.
Now, yesterday we gave you a primer on E. Jean Carroll.
And this is a terrible story.
And this drives President Trump's thinking on a lot of other matters.
So on June 21st, coming up, 2019, seven years ago, Ms. Carroll accused Donald Trump of rape and sexual assault.
Okay.
She said that Mr. Trump committed these crimes at a Bergdorf-Gudman department store.
in either late 1995 or early 1996.
E.J. and Carol did not know, could not recall when she was raped.
That might be a signal flag.
Didn't report it to the police.
Didn't report it to any Bergdorf official.
Didn't do anything.
sat on it for what?
More than 20 years.
Then presto.
Now, this was the case where George Stepanopoulos from ABC called Trump a racist,
and then ABC had a pony up $15 million for defamation to Mr. Trump's library.
I believe that he's using the money for him.
Now, in depositions, this is a civil case.
not a criminal case. Again, Ms. Carroll did not report this to any authority.
Your word depositions. And Ms. Carroll said in a deposition, which is sworn document,
nobody else is involved with this but me. Nobody's funding it. Nobody pushed me to do it.
I'm just outraged. And I thought I'd do something. That's under oath.
And that turns out that a group called American Future Republic run by a guy named
Reid Hoffman, gave Ms. Carroll's lawyers $7 million to use in this lawsuit.
he admits it.
He admits it.
And now the Justice Department is investigating E. Jean Carroll.
They have to.
They have to.
On possible charges of conspiracy, perjury, on and on and on and on.
So Hoffman admits that he gave the money.
And then the lawyer for Carol said,
her recollection is refreshed.
Oh, I see.
She doesn't remember when she was allegedly raped.
She didn't report it to anybody.
She told the court under oath,
nobody helped her or her lawyers,
gave her any money at all.
But now, suddenly, her recollection is refreshed.
Okay. Now, I am all for this investigation. The progressive left hates this. Oh, it's Trump going after his...
Yeah. Yeah, it is. Now, E. Jean Carroll is entitled to due process. That means the FBI investigates her. It goes to a grand jury. If the grand jury finds that Ms. Carroll likely committed a crime, she'll be indicted. I hope she is. This is outrageous.
And I'll remind you, here's what Donald Trump said about the case.
Go.
I know nothing about this nut job.
She's accusing me of rape, of raping her.
The worst thing you can do, the worst charge.
And you know it's not true, too.
You're a political operative also.
You're a disgrace.
He's talking to her lawyer in a deposition, Mr. Trump.
All right, joining us now from Newark, New Jersey, is Attorney Ronald Coleman, who's following this case.
You know, I wonder whether most counselors, most lawyers give a hoot about this,
because it goes right to the heart of our justice system, even though it's a civil case.
You can make up anything about anybody, and I certainly do not believe, E.G. and Carol, I'm going to be up front about that, okay?
and then try to ruin them.
And Carol won.
A jury awarded her $5 million.
And then a judge gave her another $80 million
because Trump allegedly defamed her.
I would think that every lawyer in a country
would be interested in this.
Am I wrong?
You're wrong.
And you're wrong for the same reason
that most of so many of us were wrong about
how quiet lawyers,
especially the criminal defense bar,
have been over the last 10 years with respect to everything involving Donald Trump.
The rape, if there's any rape that's involved Donald Trump, it was the rape of the attorney-client
privilege, the Michael Cohen business, all the things that have been done to Donald Trump,
the ACLU and the extremely well-spoken criminal defense bar have had so little to say,
save perhaps Alan Dershowitz.
Don't be surprised at all.
this is negotiable virtue that they have and pretty much not much else.
But I don't care because Trump got hammered.
But Sabinopoul has paid a price for what he did.
However, there's silence across the country about this story.
I guess it's well, it's gone away.
Trump isn't going to suffer for it.
But the case is going to come before the Supreme Court, correct?
It is distinctly possible.
And it's a real shame.
Because it should have been dealt with.
It's bad enough that this went through the New York District Court,
but that the Second Circuit was so...

Ready to rubber stamp the decisions of the district court is really disturbing.
So many problems with, so many legal problems, so many procedural problems, so many constitutional problems.
Now, these kind of things happen in lots of cases.
and circuit courts ignore them lots of times.
The only reason anyone is even hearing about this is because it involves the president of the United States.
Now, the Justice Department is keeping very quiet about this.
In fact, there's contradictory statements being made.
The case is now in Illinois, the U.S. Attorney's Office.
But we can't get any definition on what they're doing, if anything.
Do you know?
Well, I certainly don't know.
Even if I were a member of the Trump legal team, I wouldn't know.
I haven't been for a couple of years.
But it is not particularly surprising that those who do know aren't going to say,
whether they're on the Trump side or the Carroll side or the government side,
because it's still an investigation.
And as you point out, Bill, the government has denied that there is an investigation with respect to Carol herself.
They are looking at the Reed Hoffman business and to the extent that his activities involve her,
then she and this case would be part of the investigation.
All right.
So Hoffman and his crew are the focus on whether they broke certain laws in their pursuit of trying to convict Don.
Donald Trump in civil court. Do I have that correct?
Well, not convicted, but to find him liable.
I mean, they're not all that interested in either the $5 million or the $83 million.
They're interested. They were what the entire purpose of that lawsuit was, was to destroy Donald Trump's political reputation to make him unelectable.
So why isn't there more exposition on this? Because it seems to me that's a very high.
crime to take out a legitimate contender for the presidency with a false accusation.
And I'm not even going to get into what he said, she said about it.
But if the person, E. Jean Carroll, says under, oh, nobody helped me, and then $7 million
rolled into her attorneys, that's pretty serious.
It looks to me.
Is it not?
It is pretty serious.
And, you know, Bill, from a technical point of view, from what I understand, the Carroll team is taking the position that, well, she was always, and apparently the Second Circuit passed on this as well, she was always walled off from the mechanics of it.
But that means when asked the question, you don't answer, no, you answer, I've been walled off from the mechanics of it.
Moreover, when the lawyer says six months later, you know, I've been thinking about this case.
I kind of just going through the files and I just remembered about that $7 million check.
$7 million is a lot of money for most lawyers.
Just remember.
And I don't buy the Eugene Carroll thing at all because she had to walk into a lawyer's office or be guided in.
all right, she had to make a deal, whether it's a contingency deal or an hourly deal.
She had to be involved in it.
Had to be.
Of course.
So it looks to me.
Yeah.
That's how they're going to portray her as this dottering person.
But if she's so dottering, how can you believe anything she says about the actual case?
Well, if it involves Donald Trump, the rule always is you believe it.
Especially, you know, if you actually actually.
go so far as to name the source for the claim against Donald Trump, that's a home run.
I mean, you can say anything about Donald Trump, and it's repeated breathlessly and immediately
by the corporate media.
Yeah, none of the media has challenged this E. Jean Carroll, as far as we can tell.
I'm bringing it up because I just think it's not only dangerous for Mr. Trump,
but it's dangerous for every single American.
Every single American.
Every single American.
And one of the things that Bill is the most concerning about this is, again, the point that you brought up at the beginning, where's the legal profession? Where's the judiciary on this? The judiciary is supposed to be the neutral arbiter, supposed to be the last best opportunity an aggrieved citizen has or an accused citizen has to get justice. And they have so failed. I mean, every court in New York, whether federal or state,
failed so miserably with respect to the lawfare brought against Donald Trump.
It's a gigantic problem, and it really presents a political and institutional problem for the Supreme Court as well.
And a jury participated in this whole charade as well. They found him guilty.
Well, jury's in...
What happened a reasonable doubt? Lady, if you don't know when it happened, that's reasonable doubt to me.
You would think that, and you would think that even if even if even if, even if you're
If the jury didn't find that there was reasonable doubt, you know, there are many opportunities
for judges and reviewing courts to say there is insufficient evidence, it is very hard, Bill,
to appeal from a jury verdict.
And you sue people in certain jurisdictions because you know what kind of juries you're going
to get in these political cases, and they guessed right just about every time.
All right, counsel.
Thanks very much for your expertise.
Let us know if anything breaks, and you hear about it.
By all means.
We appreciate it.
Okay, Medicaid.
So one of the Democratic talking points, not just progressives, but Democratic Party, is that Donald Trump is throwing five million people off health insurance, government-funded health insurance, and that's Medicaid for the states and Medicare.
So the final touches are being put on a new Medicaid litmus test that you have to have.
to work or volunteer or go to school or do something, 80 hours a week, a month, 80 hours a month,
that's 20 hours a week, in order to qualify for Medicaid.
So you just can't sit in your living room taking heroin.
You have to do something to actively try to earn as much money to get off the entitlement.
Well, Democratic Party doesn't want that.
And that's why you hear, oh, Trump's strong people off the run.
Well, he's all along.
Okay.
So basically, this would go into effect in January, 2007.
You're going to hear about it all day long until that.
You're throwing people off, throwing a people off, throwing a people off.
Okay, five million people are going to lose health benefits because of Donald Trump, on and on and on and on.
Now, to me, if you're ill or you can't do it, there are medical exceptions.
written into this requirement and if you can't volunteer in your neighborhood and help people out,
you don't even have to look for a job. I saw my friend on the other side of the street. I was
heading to school with the kids. I let go of mom's hand to wave. I had already forgotten their
lunches. I ran over to hug her. She came out of nowhere. And then it stopped. Sometimes the moments
never happen matter most.

But no.
Aggresses don't want it.
Any state.
Here's what Trump said about it.
Go.
People that need it have to get it.
I'm all for it. But people that are able-bodied
can do a job. They leave their job
because they figure they can pick this up. It's easier.
That's not the purpose of it.
All right. So now let's go to
Nantucket Island in Massachusetts,
a progressive bastion.
So there is a church there, Unitarian Church.
I always got a kick out of the Unitarians because you can pretty much do anything you want.
Right?
It's Unitarian.
All right.
There is a Reverend who runs the church named Aaron Splane.
She's a lesbian.
She's married to a woman.
The past 25 years, the church, Unitarian Universalists, have read the Declaration of Independence,
on a 4th July. But now the Reverend,
now the Reverend Splain said,
we're not gonna do it anymore because of whiteness.
Because of whiteness.
What she is objecting to is voter ID.
She says that because the government's demanding voter ID,
that this is gonna throw people off the voting rolls
and it's gonna help white people.
Okay?
White, the experience, the rights and privileges conferred,
but other people don't.
So this woman's a loon.
All right, and I use Loon in an affectionate way.
Another church, thank God, St. Paul's Episcopal
on Nantucket is picking it up.
They are gonna read The Declaration of Independence.
I got a couple of friends of mine who live on Nantucket.
And it's a beautiful place.
My mother used to work there in a hotel
when she was at Boston University.
It's a beautiful place.
But crazy?
Oh boy.
Let's get out of Mexico.
Claudia Scheimbaum's president.
She is a socialist, hardcore socialist.
She's one of the few world leaders
who thinks that the Cuban government is really good.
So the United States is arresting
and indicting a number of Mexican
officials for narcotics trafficking. Now, this has been going on for 50 years.
50 years ever since the Woodstock generation. Mexico's been pouring narcotics into the United
States. Everybody knows that. Shinebom knows that. But he doesn't like the fact that the USA for the
first time is now starting to hold these public officials accountable for their corruption.
An office of the U.S. Department of Justice has urgently requested the arrest of 10 Mexican citizens,
including a governor, a mayor, and a sitting senator for the purpose of extradition,
without publicly presenting evidence to support that request.
An event of this magnitude is unprecedented in the history of our bilateral relationship.
A legitimate question arises,
is this truly a genuine, legitimate interest in helping Mexico?
Is it truly a legitimate interest in combating or?
organized crime? Or are we perhaps witnessing how sectors of the American far right are using
our country to position themselves ahead of their 2026 elections?
Yeah, it's a far right doing it. Sure, Claudia, you're right. So all of the thousands of people
who are dead, you know, the far right wanted them to be dead. You know, look, this is what we're
dealing with now. She is a progressive. She runs a country. That's Mexico. We'll do it
live are long form.
I'm going into the city tomorrow

Vice President Pence and I had a pretty good relationship over the years.
He's got a new book out.
I'm not going to tell you the name of the book.
because Pence and his people over in Hachey book group have been disrespectful to us.
We wanted to have them on a program for an extensive interview.
And not only did they turn us down, they ignored us.
They would even give us the courtesy of a turned down.
Okay, that's disrespectful.
We sell a lot of books here.
So in addition to be disrespectful, it's stupid.
Who's ever running hashay is dumb.
Now, I understand why Mr. Pence would not want to come up against me.
Even though we've had a great relationship, I did stick up for him on January 6th.
He did the right thing.
Shouldn't be any reason, but he doesn't like to answer hard questions.
Didn't like to do it as governor.
Doesn't like to do it now.
But not to even reply.
No.
