Hello, O'Reilly here. Welcome to the no spin news from Monday, July 1st, 2024 stand up for your country. Significant victory for Donald Trump in the Supreme Court this morning. You would not know that by reading and listening to the initial report. on the corrupt media. But it is. And we'll tell you exactly what the ruling was and how it benefits Mr. Trump in a little while. But first, I got to go with this Biden thing. I've been working nonstop now for about 10 days. And I'm out whining because I like what I do. But this Biden's situation is historical. You know, I have a book coming up confronting the presidents.

And Biden is a piece of that at the end. But this meltdown that he had at the debate in Georgia could never have been anticipated. And now the repercussions, the unintended consequences, were rippling through the country and the world. And I'm way ahead of this story. In fact, the no-spin news, and now remember, this is an independent news agency. We have distribution on radio and television worldwide. But we had not a record amount of viewing, okay, but almost for Fridays, no spin news. And they're still looking at it.

These are people who don't newsily, they don't know what we are. But now they do. Okay, now they do. We have the best coverage, I think, in the world. If you saw anything better than what we put forth on Friday. And then I got a Sunday column and the message of the day this morning and on and on.

So anyway, it's been, I couldn't even watch the Met game because I'm just, I got calls coming in from very good sources, tell them what's going on. So let me run it down for you where we stand right this moment in American history. That is the subject of the Talking Points memo. Okay. So this morning, I was up at six. and the media was already pounding, pounding the drum that Biden's staying in the race. That's not true.

Okay, that's what the media has been told to say. And they're saying it. The two most powerful Democrats now in the country who are basically going to make this call, our former President Barack Obama and former Biden chief of staff Ron Kling. They are the two most powerful people. inside the Democratic Party by far. All right, both those men know Biden cannot defeat Trump in November. Can't.

They know that, so they want to have him with dignity. The argument is, Joe, if you say you're not gonna run again, you'll go out on a high note with dignity, you'll put the country first. If you stay in, you'll enable the devil Donald Trump. Trump to win. That's your choice. And everyone inside the Democratic power structure felt that Biden would take the noble way out. But he didn't because of Jill Biden. Fascinating story. Fascinating story. She is the third most powerful Democrat in the country because Joe Biden

does everything his wife tells him to do. Everything. And so, now, now, Now, excuse me, they're in an impasse. The party elders want and know Biden's got to go because the Biden stays. Not only is he going to lose a Trump, but the Democrats will lose the Senate. They're already assured of losing the House. They'll lose the Senate. And then Trump would have a full feel to do whatever he wanted to do. Because the Supreme Court is favorable, as we're going to show you tonight, to the traditional point of

in this country, which is what Trump brings. Now, the three people running the government right now are Jeff Zions, White House Chief of Staff, Michael Donnellin, White House Chief Strategist, and Viney, the White House Director of Speech Writing. Those are the three men that are running the show. Now, Biden's not even on campus. He won't even come back to the White House till tonight. All right. And he very rarely, and we'll get to this, he's very rarely now in the Oval Office at all. All right?

Jill Biden decides when he'll work and when he does it. She decides what he'll eat, what he'll wear, what he'll say. That's how powerful this woman is. Shades of Nancy Reagan. Okay. So over the weekend, you know this is widely reported. know this is widely reported. All the Biden family went to Camp David, and it came out of there that they're staying. Biden family stayed. Now, the Democratic hierarchy knows that Joe Biden doesn't

have strong support even among Democrats. Most of Biden's support is we hate Trump, so we'll support Joe. There's very, very few Americans have any emotion invested in Biden at all. Okay, it's not like Trump, where the MAGA people, crazy emotion invested in Trump. Biden didn't have that. So Biden goes, there's not going to be a groundswell of anything. It's going to be relief. Okay. Then it's how to do it. How do it? Because they don't have have anybody to go to. They don't want Kamala Harris. Her poll numbers are worse than Bidens. Newsom wants it out in California, but he's run that state into the ground. Okay, Whitmer and Michigan wants it. You know, it's possible. But what the Democrats would

really want would be Michelle Obama. But she's a mystery. I can't get one shred of evidence about Michelle Obama. And for me, that is as frustrating as a situation I've ever had in 50 years. It's unbelievable the wall around that woman. I can't get anything. I can't get rumor, innuendo, guess, speculation. Zero. She could beat Trump. Not to say she would, but she could. The others can't. So just keep that in mind. And Barack Obama cannot force his wife to run. She runs that show. She's not just. Bill Biden. It's not like that. But she's, Barack can't walk in and say, honey, you're going to be president. Go, hey, I'm going to do what I want. And she does. Okay. So discussions are taking place now on K

them. They don't, there's a problem. But they will. Pretty much any Democrat, because they hate Trump so much. Okay. Now, Jill Biden gave an interview to Vogue magazine. interested and here's a part of the interview quote reached by phone on june 30th of camp david

where the biden family had gathered for the weekend mrs biden told vogue that they will not let those 90 minutes the debate define the four years he's been president we will continue to fight and she added that president biden will always do what's best for the country now notice the last line will always do what's best for the country. That's the line you will hear when Joe Biden resigns from running again. He's not going to resign the office. Remember that. He's going to stay there in November. Now, I was surprised Jill Biden put that line in her quote because she is the one that's in no way we're getting out of here. But gave yourself a little wiggle room. okay now as a poll CBS News 1130 registered voters we don't know the party breakdown but here's the

question regardless of whether or not you would vote for him do you think Joe Biden should or should not be running for re-election Biden should be running 28 percent Biden should not be running 72 percent that's a catastrophe and he's not coming back because he's going to get worse so the diehards that want biden to remain what are you thinking you think he's not going to get worse than he is now than he was the debate last thursday he's going to get worse you think he's going to get stronger 72 percent she should not be running so some enough democratic parties in disarray right now intense discussions taking place I don't know who, I don't know when.

I do know Joe must go, and he will. And that's the memo. Schedule today, as I mentioned, he shows up to the White House. Jill and Joe show up at 8.20 p.m. They come out of Maryland, Camp David, they go to the White House. We don't have anything for Donald Trump the whole week. And Donald Trump is smart not to do a thing. Just let this unfold.

Don't do anything. got the republicans have the democrats on the ropes okay axios the website political website you know i don't i don't bother reading it um it tilts left but it's got a headline uh two joe biden's the night america saw the other one all anonymous sources and uh eight current former Biden officials. Here's the main quote from the article. Between the lines, Biden's miscues and limitations are more familiar inside the White House. Time of day is important as to which the two Bidens will appear. From 10 to 4 p.m., Biden is deeply engaged, and many of his public events in front of the camera are held within those hours. Outside of the time range, while traveling

abroad, Biden is more likely to have verbal miscues and become fatigued, AIDS told Axios. say he works from 10 a.m. to four, I say he doesn't work nearly that much. And we give you his schedule every day here on the NOSPIN News. And almost every day he's got nothing but fundraising. Okay. Now, some Americans were shocked by the debate, by Biden's demeanor at debate. Why were they shocked? Because they have been misled. So a website called the Daily Wire conservative. They put together a list of people who have misled the citizens of the United States. Here is the list. Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, Senator Alex Padilla, California, Senator John Tester, Montana, Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker, Senator Chris Coons, Delaware,

Senator Raphael Warnock, Georgia, all have misled by saying, oh, no, Joe's fine. Nothing wrong with Joe. Here's Miss Pelosi. While he may be saying we're enablers, we see Joe Biden up close. We know how attuned he ought to the issues, how informed he is. And I debate with him about legislation and the, not debate, but discuss it with him. He's right there. Oh, yeah, sure he is. So I don't know about you, but if somebody lies to me, that's pretty much it for them.

Can't come back from that with me. Biden himself. How did Joe Biden think he did? Roll the table. Folks, I don't know what you did last night, but I spent 90 minutes on the stage and debating a guy who has the morals of an alicat. Do you see Trump last night?

My guess he said, I mean sincerely, a new record for the record. the most lies told in the single debate yeah we'll get that at a moment that's a big headline on the left trump lies trump lies but biden never does this what donald trump said go but as you saw on television last night we had a big victory against a man that really is looking to destroy our country he's the worst he's the most corrupt the most incompetent president in the history of our country And we have to take it back from that party.

That's an evil party. All right. So there they are. Now, what about the lie business? So every liberal outlet had the same headline. Trump lie, lie, lie, lie, lie, lie. Okay. During the debate, Donald Trump exaggerated.

Did he lie? It's up to you. Roll the tape. 51 years ago, you had Roe v. Wade, and everybody wanted to get it back to the state. everybody without exception we have polling we have other things that they rate him the worst because what he's done is so bad and they rape me i'll show you i will show you and they rate me one of the best okay okay so the first one is everybody didn't want to get rovey way back to the

states that's pretty evident there were the left wing of the democratic party particular i don't know many Democrats wanted to, Rovey Way to kick back to the states. Oh, lie, exaggeration, you make the call. Second one, they rate him the worst. Some do, but not everybody. So Donald Trump has a tendency to exaggerate, and when he does, the left-wing media says he lied. That's the game. What about Biden? Go. The truth is, I'm the only president this century that doesn't have any this decade. than any troops dying anywhere in the world like he did we significantly increased the number of asylum officers significantly by the way the border patrol endorsed me endorsed my position

all right under joe by and at least 16 u.s military people were killed in action probably more because there's a lot of stuff going on in africa somalia where um they're uh very very shut down Okay, it's classified information. But 16 that we know of. So Biden either doesn't know or doesn't care. But that was an untrue statement. And the second statement about the Border Patrol endorsed me was knocked out about 10 minutes after he said it

by the Border Patrol Union itself and we never endorse them and we never will. Those are two lies, okay? But they might not be lies because Biden doesn't know what he's talking about. If somebody's delusional or if has dehumanal, or if has dementia or whatever, and they say something. So my mother had dementia.

And if she said something crazy, I wouldn't go, hey, you're lying, mom. I'm not making an excuse. I'm just saying that Biden, whatever he says, is never reported that way, ever, by the left-wing media. All right, let's shift gears here and go into the Supreme Court today. So as I told you when I woke up, and I was doing all my research on Biden, then it rolled in a 6-3 vote, says that Donald Trump did have immunity on the job while he was president, but if he did stuff off the job, even though he was in the White House, if it was off the job not connected to his presidential booties, he doesn't have immunity with that, six to three. That's it. That's it. But then the crusher for the left. Chief Justice John

Robert said that further proceedings are needed in lower federal courts to determine what conduct can be prosecuted as far as off the job. What that means to me is that there's no way that special counsel, Jack Smith, can bring any charges on January 6th until the lower courts define what is in presidential duty and what is not. And that'll take years. Jordan is not a very smart guy. He's a former federal prosecutor. He runs his own law firm, Barrick Law. Steve Barrack comes to us from Rancho, Santa Margarita, California. a nice area of the country in Orange County. All right, why would this be helpful to Donald Trump today?

Well, I think first and foremost, Bill, is if the plan was to get him in front of another jury in the middle of an election, that's no way it's going to happen. Like you pointed out in your opening statements, this is going to take years. In looking at the opinion, the only areas really where I think he could suffer liability or exposure is in conversations regarding these state electors.

Now, that not only involves his conversations, but involves other members of Congress who, by the way, have their own immunity. So these hearings are going to take years before I think it gets back to the Supreme Court and more appeals because it shows that the other argument. Smith is out of the box now on January 6th, right? I think that's true. That's the way I read it. And I said that from the very beginning

is the court did not want to interfere in the November vote. Now, in the monologue of documents, does this ruling extend into the document case as well in Florida? A little bit. I think there could be some use that the former president's team could utilize in some of the conversation regarding immunity. but the court took out and really applied the Nixon case that these documents a lot of times are not as protected as the official actions of the president themselves okay so he still has to go

ahead with that in florida but the uh january sixth stuff in dc you believe and i believe it too is not going to be heard and here's the irony of it if donald trump's elected president in November, he can order the new Attorney General to drop the whole case, right? Yeah, I think he could, he could potentially even grant himself, you know, a pardon. There's a lot that could change. I don't think this case is ever going to be tried, quite frankly. Right. Okay.

Now, there's also another action today. It's political action by the House Judiciary Committee. That's Jim Jordan. They are suing Merrick Garland, the Attorney General of the United States. suing in federal court saying that Garland has to turn over to the audio tape of Robert Hur's interview with Joe Biden over his document case. But I'm seeing this as a loser for Jim Jordan's committee because, number one, I don't really know what they're, they're suing because this is a frivolous use of an executive order. Do you know what they're suing over?

Yeah, I think there's that. But I think there's that. But I think there's also saying that this information is subject to subpoena. But also, too, I think their strongest argument is that because they disclose the transcripts, if those transcripts are accurate, then the president has in effect waived his right to immunity because he didn't object to the disclosure of the transcript. So I think that's their strongest argument, quite frankly. But look, I mean, I think the American people, especially after last week, have a right to know. what's in those tapes. All right, but I don't know if this is going to play out.

It's really not going to play out before the election. All right, Counselor, thanks very much. We appreciate your expertise. So there you go. Now, here's an interesting story that nobody covered. Remember Mark Millie, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, appointed by President Trump? Well, Millie and Trump had a falling out.

And Millie retired, September 30th, 2,000. 2023 hates Trump. None of that worked out well for him. Well, there's a political ad out, and Millie is involved with that ad. Will it take? Dictator, tyrant. Dangerous. Threats democracy.

I cannot in good conscience endorse Donald Trump. We don't take an oath to a king or queen or a tyrant or a dictator. We don't take an oath to a wannabe dictator. Well, you are not allowed to practice politics while you're wearing a uniform of any military branch of the USA. Okay, that is Article 88 under Section 888 of the U.S. Uniform Code of Military Justice. So Millie could be court-martialed even though he's retired for talking politics while wearing a uniform. Will he be court-martialed? I don't think so.

because he didn't say Donald Trump. You're talking in general terms. If he had said Donald Trump, then he would lose his pension. That's big. That's a substantial pension. But it's an interesting story because I don't think many people know. If you are in the military and you're in uniform, you cannot talk politics. You know, specific politics.

So nobody has filed against Millie. But I picked that up right away. All right, U.S. bases, Army bases, other bases, military bases in Europe on a terror alert. And this happened yesterday. Several U.S. military bases in Europe detected terror threats, and they're at the second highest state of alert. So I'm thinking to myself, what is that all about? Does that have anything to do with our internal political situation here? It doesn't make any sense that it would.

I think that in the Olympics, starts the end of this month, July, they better watch it there. This is jihadists. That's an easy shot for them in Paris. The attack in the U.S., I mean, they're obviously mad about Israel and Gaza and all that, but I wanted to report that there is a terror alert. but I'm not linking it to anything right now. Smart life.

So my energy bill rolls in on Friday. About a thousand bucks. I go, whoa, $1,000. And it hasn't been out hot here. We had a four-day heatway, but in June, it wasn't that bad. So I'm going, what the deuce is going on here? You know, I'm running the air conditioning, this studio that you see. see me in is in one of my homes. And we use a lot of electricity for lights and things like that,

but a thousand bucks in June. And so I wanted to alert you to something that every energy bill in this country from Fairbanks, Alaska to Key West, is up 20, 30 percent under Biden. Now, there's a website that we like called nerdwollet.com, N-E-R-D-W-A-L-L-E-T, NerdWallet.com. They have ways to get that energy built down. I said, if you live in Arizona or Texas or Florida, any of the south, you didn't get killed, because you've got to air or you'll die. Can you imagine the Apache Indians? I wrote about this in the Killing Crazy Horse. They have air conditioning.

I live in Arizona. How did they do it? They had very clever ways, the Native Americans, to overcome both heat and cold. Very, very smart ways. But Americans today, you need your air, and then in the winter you need your heat, and we're getting killed, killed on it.

So that's a smart life. Stay in history, July 1st, 1863. the Battle of Gettysburg begins. Now, we go over this in great detail and killing Lincoln. Three-day battle, all right. General Lee is kicking the Union's butt because of McClellan, the Union General, was awful. So Lee's got momentum and he comes up with his army from Virginia into Pennsylvania. It's where Gettysburg is, southern Pennsylvania.

And Lincoln orders the Union forces. to stop the advance because it's getting close to Washington, D.C. where Abe's in the White House. That's the setup. So for three days, the South and the North well on each other, which really no decisive win or loss. The last day, Lee orders a charge under General George Pickett, Pickett's charge, where Lee thinks that the Union Army is so well. worn down from the two and a half days of fighting that he can punch through and win the battle of Gettysburg. Well, it's a disaster. The Union forces are there. They're well fortified. They just cut down the rebels. And they win the Battle of Gettysburg. Lee's got to retreat back

to Virginia. The most important battle ever fought on U.S. soil. By far, because if Lee had won, He would have marched the Southern Army, the Confederates, right into the nation's capital. Now, Union, 3,155 killed, about 15,000 wounded, many of those amputees. 15,000, three days, okay, another 5,000 missing or captured. Confederates, 4,000 killed, 19,000 wounded, many of those in pictures. its charge. And about 5,500 missing and or captioned. A lot of the missing are deserters. They just split because they, this was hellacious. Anyway, the battles of Gettysburg happened 161 years ago today. And four months after that on November 19th, Abraham Lincoln

delivered the Gettysburg address. If you ever get a chance to go to Gettysburg, it's a national site now, do it. They're really good history. Everything's there for you. Easy. Nice area. But the numbers now, and I don't think if Biden stays in, Democrats will lose the Senate. Now, there is a debate also about whether it's better or not for Trump, if Biden stays in or goes.
