Hey, Bill O'Reilly here. Welcome to the No Spin News for Wednesday, July 24, 2024. Stand up for your country. See this pen? See this paper? This is what you need when you watch No Spin News. I have so much information for you tonight. and we really took our time assembling it, and it's rock solid.

So if you're going to debate with your friends of the upcoming presidential race, Trump and Harris, you need to be armed, right? And I'm going to do that for the next four months, but we're going to begin with Kamala Harris. Now, it's just been three days since Joe Biden said he's not going to go for re-election. he will give a speech tonight, 8 p.m. Eastern. I will be on News Nation after that speech, giving you my analysis. We will also drop that on Bill O'Reilly.com, so you'll be able to see it. We're on that case. And I hope you read today's message on Bill O'Reilly.com, St. Joan of Kamala, all right, because it's already started. It's not hard to predict this stuff,

but you'll get a kick out of the message. But the most important question tonight, is a very simple one because I, as you know, am a simple man. Is Vice President Harris a socialist? This is a question. That is the subject of this evening's talking points memo. So what is socialism? Well, simply put, the governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods, that means salaries too, in a country. The government pretty much controls everything. It's a freedom play. So right now, we, we have a lot of freedom in the U.S. Act. We have freedom to succeed or to fail.

Socialism would take much of that away. So if you fail, the government would give you stuff. And if you succeed, the government will take stuff away from you. That's socialism. Never worked anywhere in the world, by the way. But Kamala Harris seems to be on that track. So let me back it up. Bernie Sanders is the only outward socialist in Congress.

And he's proud of it. Santa's really a communist. He honeymooned in Russia. Who honeymoons in Russia? Putin doesn't even honeymoon in Russia. All right? And there have been very, very few socialists that have been successful in the U.S. government.

Perhaps the most successful is a man named Eugene Debs, D-E-B-S, in 1920. There's Eugene. Okay, now he was a communist, Eugene. He's an interesting guy, if you want to look him up. Kamala Harris isn't Eugene Debs. Kamala Harris, I debated this with Hannity today on his radio program, and he says she's a Marxist, that, that, listen, trust me, Vice President Harris has never read Marx and Engels. He doesn't know, she doesn't know anything about the history of totalitarianism surrounded by communism, doesn't know about the Russian Revolution. He's not interested in that.

But she's interested in is amassing power, and she feels the easiest way to do that. that is to be a socialist, give people stuff, and then take from the wealthy. That's what she's going to do. So in 2019, and this proves my point, Kamala Harris was voted the most liberal member of the Senate by GovTrac U.S. GovTrac U.S. catalogs all the votes, the individual votes. So Harris beat out Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren, and they were furious. Well, what do we do wrong?

and we should have been the most liberal. But Harris is the most liberal. Okay? And then she became vice president. So Biden picks the most liberal senator to be his VP. Because the progressives ran a party. Okay. So while in the Senate, Kamala Harris didn't really do much.

Okay? We went over this a little bit yesterday. She was involved with 164 pieces of legislation in four years, but she wasn't driving it. She was just signed her name to it and stuff like this. All right, none of them became law. Shut out completely across the board. So she really didn't do anything.

Same thing with Barack Obama. Barack Obama didn't have a distinguish record in the Senate, but he got elected president. So I don't know if that's going to mean anything. While in the Senate, however, Kamala Harris went on the record with a lot of things that she wants, that she supports. Let's run them down. guaranteed income paid by the federal government, free money, all right, 6,000 for married couples,

that was back then, probably about 12 now with all the inflation, right? So the government, if you earn below a certain amount, they give you free money, here is a check. Okay, that's beyond welfare. That's different. This is guaranteed income money on top of welfare and food stamps and all that. She supports the federal government paying for college education. Not just public educate, private colleges, tuition. If your family earn below a certain amount of money,

and it's a lot of money, it's like $125,000. She wants a government pick up the tab. Child care, okay? Government picks up the tab. Health care, government runs it, picks up the tab, all right? When a baby is born, caregivers, because we don't believe in marriage or parents anymore, caregivers get up to six months of paid time off.

Okay? So that would bankrupt most companies right there, right? But she doesn't want companies. She wants the government to run all the private enterprises. And then there is the Bernie Sanders, Medicare for All Act of 2019. I love this. So Bernie, he wants the government to control health care. He doesn't want any private insurance companies, health care companies.

So wipe them off the face of the earth. Kamala co-sponsors that bill. Here's what the bill says. Quote, every individual as a resident of the United States will be entitled to benefits for comprehensive health care services will get a Medicare for all card they can use to receive health care they need. And that includes abortion service, that includes birth control, everything. And not only every resident, but Kamala has opted to every one in the United States, not just resident. Now, it's every foreign national that snuck in here gets it too.

Everybody gets to card. Now, that puts private health insurance companies out of business. If you're very wealthy, you could hire a private doctor, of course. But done. Now, if you want to compare, you go to Canada, and if you need a knee replacement in Canada, it. Maybe a year, year and a half you wait, maybe longer. So the Canadians come here and they pay for it out of their pocket. Because they're in pain, they got a bad knee, and they can't get it up there. England, the same thing. Every kind of government with socialistic medicine, you have

no rights at all, none. You wait there, you do what you're told. Toml wants it. Okay. Now, Now, that act, by the way, the Medicare Act 2019, that failed. Nobody's going to do that. That's so crazy. But now it's not so crazy. Things have changed. Kamala Harris wants to control rent. So if you own a building or a house you're in it out, she's going to tell you how much you can get.

All right. She has not called for a wealth tax. That's the only socialistic thing she hasn't done. but she wants 70, 80% top tax rate. So anyway, look, I told Hannity on a radio show today.

He's running down a litany of stuff that Kamala Harris did in San Francisco and California and all. Okay, but you want to do that. But most people are going to pay attention to that, unless they're zealots. But they will pay attention to it. is personal freedom.

So the left says, well, if Trump gets elected, he's going to be a dictator, he's going to take away the Constitution, but you heard it all. Some people buy it. But if Kamala Harris gets elected president, by executive order alone,

she'll try to impose. a socialistic system on America. And that means that your personal freedom from how much money you earn to whether you can have a gun to what kind of car you drive, to what kind of food you eat, Kamala Harris wants the government to control it.

That's what she wants. So if the Trump campaign figures this out, They run on that. She's a socialist. Again, she'll deny being a socialist, but everything I just told you for the last nine minutes and 29 seconds is fact. You can't deny it. So the question then becomes, why does the media,

the corporations, which are going to get a hammered, why do they support a socialist like Kamala Harris? because they hate Donald Trump. They think he's worse. And a lot of these CEOs, these corporations, aren't the smartest people in the war. They don't know. You think George Clooney is a genius?

Trust me, I know the man. He's not. Okay. All right. Now, on abortion, this is another thing. Kamala Harris is one of probably the most extreme politician ever elected to public office in America on abortion. Just this year, she was out in Arizona, and here's what she said.

Go. Let us all agree. Let us all agree. One does not have to abandon their faith or deeply held beliefs to agree. The government should not be telling them. telling her what to do with her body. So you don't have to abandon your faith or your religious beliefs if you support Kamala Harris' vision of abortion up to birth.

Is that what you believe? So five minutes before a baby is to be brought into the world. Under Kamala Harris' vision, a doctor could go in with a scalpel or an instrument, drill a hole into the baby's head and kill it. And it would be legal in the United States. It is legal right now in California, her home state,

in New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, and a number of other states, five minutes before. But this is what Kamala Harris, and she's telling Americans, no, you're not going to affect your fit. Yeah, it is. Okay, that's wrong. That's morally wrong. That's murder.

Late-term abortion. Unless the mother is going to die or be severely impacted, all right, or the baby is on the cusp of death inside a womb. If you're just doing an elective procedure, killing that unborn child in a short time before its birth, murder. It's only three countries in a world that allow that. Okay? So there are 195 countries in the world. The communist countries, you can kill any baby anytime, any place.

They don't care. All right? Doesn't matter that. But there are only three non-communist countries that allow late-term abortion for any reason at any time. They are. Canada. Singapore. And the no one's.

So a hundred and ninety-five countries, right, and three allowed us. It's so barbaric, I can't even describe it with words. Okay. Now, if you criticize Kamala Harris, for any of the, the things I've just told you. You're racist. CNN, and I knew they were going to do it. It's just been three days. And here they come with the R word. Roll the tape. But let me just say this. That is what we're talking about. There is a way to attack her record on policy without calling her a name. Incompetent is an unflattering name. And when people

do that to black women, that is what Vian is talking about. You might not agree, but as a black woman, let me tell you how we hear it. Okay, so if you say that Kamala Harris has been incompetent on border policy, you're racist. You're attacking a black woman, according to Ashley Allison, CNN. Okay. CNN again, this is Congressman Maxwell Frost from Florida on the DEI allegation. go.

This is a right-win campaign that's going to be racist, misogynistic against the vice president, but we're going to stand on the issues and what really matters. It's the fact that she is qualified. She's qualified for what? What she qualified for? Prove it. Give me a fact that says she's qualified to be president of the United States. Border, forget it, right?

All the things that she has promoted in the past are socialist. Abortion? Are you kidding? Kamala Harris even opposed the assassination of Soleimani, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard leader that I write about in killing the killers. She opposed that. After he was waxed by the Trump administration, okay? He said, oh no, we can't do that. She criticized Israel, okay?

Netanyahu talked today. You know, a lot of the right-wing commentators are criticizing Harris for not meeting with Yetting Yahoo today, we're not attending a speech. She had a commitment in Indianapolis, and she's going to meet with Netanyahu tomorrow, I understand. So that's bogus. Keep your eye on a ball. Don't deviate out. Okay, so you can see how this is all developing now.

They're going to build an iron dome around St. Joan of Kamala, an iron dome, an only of the criticism missiles coming in, be deflected by the media, so I know you can't do that, you're racist. I hope somebody tries that with me. I really, I hope they do. Okay, because I do a lot of other radio and television shows and things like that. I hope they try that with me. I'm ready to rumble, as I say. So Ms. Harris is addressing the black Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Conference in Indianapolis.

was fine. I got no problem with that. Tomorrow she's going to be in Houston, another rally, but she says she's going to meet with Netanyahu after Biden does tomorrow. Netanyahu gives a speech today. In her rallies, though, Kamala Harris is simply not telling the truth. Is that a shock? No, it's not. Roll the tape. You will see Donald Trump intends to cut Social Security and Medicare. He intends to give tax breaks to billionaires and big corporations and make working families foot the bill. They intend to end the Affordable Care Act. And take us back then to a time when insurance companies have the power to deny people with pre-existing conditions.

I mean, the whole thing is a lie. That's 29 seconds of lies. Number one, Trump has never said, in fact, he's said exactly the opposite, that he's going to cut Social Security and Medicare. Never once ever denied it, won't do it, all right? Didn't try to do it in his first term, okay? Working families will foot the bill for tax breaks to billionaires. No, they won't. The first Trump tax cut was across the board.

And finally, they intend to end the affordable care. No, they didn't. Why didn't they try to end it in the four years Trump was in office? No legislation was backed by Trump to end affordable care. Look, but it doesn't matter. Commer's can tell you, you know, hey, we really don't live in the United States. We live in Albania. Because the media is never, ever going to call her out. And all that speech is going to be is. Kamala's the greatest. I had to leave because of whatever he's going to say, health or whatever, but it's going to be, yay, Kamala. That's what it's going to be. The deal was this, okay, just so you know. And it's all deals. It's all about deals. So when I said that Biden was going to have to leave the race after the debate, it was a fait of complete, but Jill Biden stepped up. And I wrote about this. It said, no, we're not leaving. And I took two, about 17 days to shut Jill Biden down. By the way, where is Jill? I found out. She's at the Olympics. So she got out of town. But the deal was, look, Joe, you can't run against Trump because he's going to beat you. But we want Kamala, you endorse them, you get out, and Hunter will be pardoned. You'll see that comment. And then, you know, we'll take care of you. We're going to take care of you.

You're going to be lionized by the party. Where do you hear, the Democratic convention? The greatest president ever, this, that, the other thing. And so Biden, after a period of time, just gave up. The polls are so bad. He had to give up. All right, let's go to the GOP grand old party, Republicans. Now, there is a congressman in Tennessee.

Andy Ogles, 53 years old, has introduced articles of impeachment against vice president. Harris for high crimes and misdemeanors on the border and covering up Biden's health condition. Who thought this was smart? Why do you want to do that? Because this just takes people's attention away from the danger of the Democratic Party and then opens you Republicans up for scrutiny that's your bunch of loons, wasting the government's time, the taxpayers' time. It's not going anywhere. Why bother with it? I mean, maybe the guy, district, I don't know, but I see that. Now, here's something very strange. So Kamala Harris, about 90% of the Democrats are on board now with her. It wasn't even hard to do it. But there's

one exception. Black Lives Matter objects to the coronation of of Kamala Harris. Black Lives Matter. Here's a statement they issued, quote, we do not live in a dictatorship. Delegates are not oligarchs. Stalling Kamala Harris as a Democratic nominee and an unknown vice president without any public voting process would make the modern Democratic Party

a party of hypocrites, unquote. Whoa. So the seven people who run Black Lives Matter are getting very wealthy by doing that. They don't like Kamala. I wonder why. There's got to be something there, you know. I try to find out that that wasn't that weird?

I figured they'd be jumping up and down. All right, Democratic Senator Robert Menendez, New Jersey, who was convicted of like 85,000 crimes, bribery, obstruction of justice, extortion, on and on and on and on. I mean, this is Al Capone's distant cousin here. Well, he's going to be sentenced October 29th, right? before Halloween, but he's quitting.

August 20th, he said, I'm leaving now. He's 70 years old. I think he's going to get, I don't know, seven years in federal penitentiary. It's an old guy, maybe they'll make it down a five, but what a gangster, huh? Woo! Jeez.

All right, so I'm sure you're following this story about the computer meltdown across the world and a company called Crowd Strikedown. stock was recommended to me. I'm not going to tell you who recommended it. I didn't buy it. They're kind of in charge around the world of security on the computer system. Well, it collapsed. And Crowdstrike says, well, there was an error in the software. And the computers all over the world failed. And then after it was fixed, every computer had to be looked at. And that's why it's taken so long. long. Okay. Delta Airlines still hasn't gotten back. And now the federal transportation

department, that's Buttigieg, is going to investigate Delta because they can't get the planes off the ground. Because it is computer chaos by cyber security vendor crowd strike. I'm looking at, you know, I look every day at the delays, and usually Delta's decent. And my experiences with Delta have been good, but they can't get the planes off the ground. And they admit it. So if you're booking near-term flights, I can't recommend JetBlue. You may have to hitchhike where you want to go,

but this is not good. Smart life. My mail volume is really picked up and so of concierge and premier members because of our coverage of the election. As everybody knows, I predicted exactly what was going to happen. And thank God I was right. And then we did the John Stewart thing.

If you missed that, we have it on below. Like, Doc High, anyway, it was like a blowing up all over the world. Our audience has now reached parity with most of the television news agencies because of YouTube. And we have a much younger audience now because of YouTube. So where I wanted us to be, it took seven years to get us there, but we're there. And so I'm generating a lot of mail from all over the world because we're everywhere. YouTube is everywhere. So my fan base is rapidly expanding or, you know, unfan base.

And not everybody likes me, that's for sure. But Smart Life today is do not emotionally react to politics. Because that's going to hurt you. And I don't want you to get hurt. Follow it. Watch us. We'll tell you the truth. No matter what happens, we'll tell you the truth.

but don't get emotionally involved. If you're getting angry or frustrated watching that television news, turn it off. Watch reruns the blue bloods or something. Don't do that because that turns into neurosis. And then you start to fight with people. Don't fight with people. All right.

State your case. That's why I'm giving you all of these facts. People believe what they want to believe. You can present every fact in the world. And they're going to believe what they want, most of them. And it's your choice if you want to hang out with unreasonable people. Totally up to you. I don't.

I don't. I got tons of acquaintances, and I have dozens of friends. It's far more than most people have. But if I think you're irrational, no. Because I don't have time. I don't have time to convince people of anything who don't want to be convinced. Oh, these people are going, Kamala, the greatest way, let's do the wave for Kamala. Okay, people don't know anything.

Even if you hate Trump so much that you'd vote for anybody else, and I understand that, by the way, I understand that emotion, okay? This is not the most qualified Democrat to run. This is a person who doesn't know very much and is a poor leader. That's who she is. And if she gets elected, all of our freedoms will erode. a road quickly. That's the truth. That's what will happen. So when you tell that to somebody and then they don't believe it, what else can you do? Okay, okay. You're an American, you're entitled to whatever you want about. Well, you control the information that comes into

your brain. If you find yourself like this or hating people on television who are saying loopy things, turn it off. That's destructive. to you. Smart life. All right, Sunday, last Sunday, July 21st, the hottest day in human history. Do you know that? Whoa. So the new record was put out by the European Union's Copernicus Climate Change Service. Copernicus, interesting guy. Look them up. C-O-P-E-R-N-I-C-U-S. and they say, the hottest day ever, Sunday, July 24th, driven by heat waves in the USA, Europe, and Russia. And remember, south of the equator, it's winter.

Okay? So the average temperature on Sunday was 63 degrees, the highest average temperature of any day ever. Obviously, they weren't recording temperatures. At 1910, they started doing that. all right and I believe it it's hot okay it's hot stay in history July 24th 1974 I was in the middle of my master's program at Boston University in broadcast journalism I remember this so vividly so it was

Watergate and Nixon the president said I don't have anything to do with it I had nothing to do with Watergate I didn't know about it and after it happened it was shocked to me and I was all my guys did it but I didn't do it okay what again was the plumbers broke into the DNC headquarters in DC illegally and they were trying to steal files whatever they were trying to all right so some of the people that uh working for Nixon turned states evidence against him said hey there's recordings white house records everything which they do to this day and uh Nixon wouldn't turn the tapes over to the Justice Department.

The investigating. And the Supreme Court had to get involved. They ruled unanimously 9-0. Nixon had to give up the tapes. Okay? And on a tapes, there he was talking about covering it up and paying

people involved to shut up. Then it was the tape gap. Remember the gap? Okay, well, all this happened 50 years ago today. The Supreme Court said, hey, got to give up tape. That was the end of Nixon. And then he resigned on September 8th. Didn't take long.

I'm sorry, that was the pardoned him on September 8th. Nixon got out of there. Let me read my notes here. August 9th. So let's see. That was seven, 15 days later. Nixon was toast. I remember that so vividly, that's why I got into journalism because of Woodward and Bernstein. And I have a book, All the President's Men, which is about that, signed by both of them. You know, I have this book collection that's just staggering. I'm so lucky because I have access to these people. But that is why I got into journalism, that whole Watergate mess. I said, you know, I want to be uncovering wrongdoing.

That's what I want to do. Back with the final thought in a moment. Okay, final thought of the day. As I mentioned, I think twice. I'm not going to bore you and be redundant, but News Nation, right after Biden's speech, your humble correspondent will be there. We will post that on bill o'Reilly.com, some of it.

Okay, so we were on Sunday, and then August, we're going to take a few days. but I'm not going to take a block, you know, until after the convention. Take probably a week after the convention. I'm not going to do them all. But I'm going to open this up, and you're going to find this interesting. I'm going to tell you how the television

people responded to us because there's a blackball in place. You never see conservative traditional authors on the network shows. So I'm going to find out why, and look, I'm the best-selling nonfiction author in the world. I bring ratings. I mean, John Stewart last week with me, millions and millions and millions of people watch that. And that helps John. So if these people turn me down, I'm going to tell you who's, they are, what they say, we're going to make a big campaign out of this. I got to break that

blackball. I'm going to break it. Okay, so we're doing that all out the summer. We're setting up our lineup. That should be really fascinating.
