Bill O'Reilly here.
Welcome to the latest edition of Looking Out for You.
Let's get started.
So Kamala Harris goes on Colbert on Friday night.
And the stats are unbelievable for Colbert.
I mean, this is incredible.
Colbert, according to Newsbusters, which is conservative, but pretty accurate,
It has hosted 177 left-wing guests, and one was not a liberal.
That was the congressman from Wyoming, ex-Congressman Cheney, who hates Trump.
Okay, Liz Cheney.
And that's it.
So if you are not a fervent liberal, you can't get on Colbert.
And he openly rooted for Kamala Harris to be president.
And he was the only one of the late night shows, Kimmel, Myers, Fallon, Colbert, Daily Show,
99% of all the guests so far this year have been liberal.
Is that unbelievable?
Really, think about it.
So it's like censorship.
It's a blackout of any opposing points of view.
Okay.
So Kamala shows up, and she's not going to run for Governor California.
I was wrong.
I thought she would.
It's a relatively young woman.
I don't know why she's hanging it up, but she's not.
And she goes on there, and she says some pretty interesting things.
Roll the tape.
I know you're not here to say, I told you so.
But would you like to?
But let me just say this.
You are correct that I did predict a lot of it.
But Stephen, what I did not predict was the capitulation.
I didn't predict that.
People would roll over for this president.
I didn't see that.
I didn't see that coming.
And perhaps it's naive of me, someone who has seen a lot that most people haven't seen.
But I believed that on some level, you know, there are many, there should be many who consider themselves to be guardians of our system and our democracy who just capitulated.
And I didn't see that coming.
So I'm going, what is she talking about?
I don't know.
My rights in the last six months haven't been violated, have yours?
And if they have, I want to know about it.
Bill at Bill O'Reilly.com, name in town,
bill at bill o'Reilly.com.
So what is she talking about?
The guardians of freedom or the constitutional?
I don't know.
Now, a decent interviewer would have said,
well, can you give me an example of something you're very surprised at?
Madam Vice President.
You have journalism 101, Colbert.
And then the seals in the audio.
Okay, yeah, I'm being a little mean to Colbert
and the seals in the audience, but they deserve it.
Because when you have somebody like that, Harris,
who's basically saying, hey, Trump is violating all of our rights
and he's dismantling the Constitution.
Okay, give me some examples of that.
can you
I don't think she could
Kamala Harris
and then she went on to say what a great
job Joe Biden did
so
if you read my book
confronting the president you know that I
believe that Biden's a second worst
president in the history of the republic
and not
everybody agrees with me
some people think he's the first worst
but he's not James Buchanan
has got that and he'll never
never give it up. So if you're interested, you read the book, you'll see he was the president
before Lincoln and civil war in all life. But anyway, so you have a woman there sitting
in a couch with Colbert, who's an ardent liberal, and he uses his so-called comedy show
or variety show, whatever you want to call it, to promote the Democratic Party in liberal
cause. That's what Colbert does, and that's why he's not successful. That's why his show
loses a lot of money, and that's why CBS canceled.
CBS didn't cancel it because Donald Trump didn't like it.
They canceled on and say, is it worth it?
Okay, is it worth it?
Keep the guy on.
He's blacking out all opposing points of view, and he's losing.
He didn't lose 40.
That was the press number.
About 20, 25 million they're losing over there,
but that's a lot of Jack at CBS late night.
And they can make it up by expanding newscasts,
or using reruns or what?
They can make money.
Okay, but let's get back to Harris
because Harris, she got 75, 76 million votes
to be president in this country.
But I've always said,
I had never, all the time that I followed her
and analyzed her,
it was all generalities and never,
hey, that Trump,
that SOB is doing this.
all right and this is going to lead to that and this is not what our founding fathers had intended
you know a little surgery she's got writers she's got people to do it never does it
and to think that Biden with all of the massive problems that he created not didn't solve
created the border problem that was an executive order that opened that border okay
He surrendered in Afghanistan.
He didn't consult with Congress about that.
Billions of dollars worth of weaponry went to the Taliban.
Are you kidding me?
He did that.
And I could go on and on.
In fact, I wrote a column called A Cup of Joe on Bill O'Reilly.com
that runs down all the constitutional violations that the Biden-Harris administration participated in.
Now, I'm an open-minded guy.
Some people don't believe that, but it's true.
If you see something that Donald Trump has done to threaten our freedoms and our Constitution,
please let me know.
Again, bill at bill o'Reilly.com, and I'll lose it.
I'll read it.
And if you don't want your name out there, I won't put it out there.
But I'm very interested in that.
So Trump is basically a guy who is trying to run the country from a transactional point of view.
That's what he's trying to do.
He doesn't care about ideology.
He's not Rush Limbaugh.
He's not.
He's not even a Republican.
My God.
He was a Democrat until he switched because he knew that was the pathway in because his
appeal was going to be
to people who were traditional.
He doesn't like the woke stuff.
He doesn't want the DEI. He doesn't want
all this indoctrination. And now he
hates the left. He didn't hate the left
in 16. Remember, I had the first
interview with Trump when
he announced being president. He was going to run.
I had the first one.
He was more
concentrating on his opponents.
Jeff Bush
and Marco Rubio.
and Ted Cruz than he was on the left wing.
It wasn't even his mind,
but they attacked him so savagely the left wing.
Now he hates him.
Now it's personal.
Even Hillary Clinton, after he defeated Hillary Clinton,
he had a very nice phone call with her
and very complimentary.
And it wasn't what it turned out to be.
Now that Hillary Clinton, the evidence is mouth,
that she was behind that whole phony Russian collusion thing.
But, you know, people think that she's going to get charged,
and Obama's going to get charged at all this, long way away from that.
Possible, and I'll get into that more down the road
when more evidence surfaces.
But you can't do hearsay, and you can't do opinion
when you present indictments in front of a grand jury.
jury. The federal grand jury wants proof. They want to see the evidence, not you think or, you know,
because Hillary Clinton could say, I don't know anything about it. My staff did it. I don't know.
So, I mean, I'm just giving you the devil's advocate here that a lot of conservatives get really,
oh, we're going to get Hillary, we're going to get Barack Obama. Oh, wait a minute.
Whistleblower comes out, a whole different ballgame. But you need somebody like that.
But anyway, getting back to Kamala Harris, you know, I have nothing against a woman.
I thank God she's not president of the United States' bed.
Some people think Donald Trump is.
Trump is really trying to change the economy in his country.
And he's handled Iran well.
I think he's going to get a deal with China.
All right.
Kamala Harris, I had zero confidence.
because she could never, ever get specific about anything.
So this is interesting.
I talked on Katzen Cosby this afternoon about a mandanian.
You know, I'm a little tired of Mandani.
You probably are too.
And I don't think he's going to be the next mayor, but I could be wrong.
I think things are going to happen.
But Elizabeth Warren rolls into town from Boston to help Mandoni.
And I'm going, how does that help?
Elizabeth Warren, the senator, is sympathico, socialist.
I think they're communists myself, but, you know, that sounds like Barry Goldwater,
if you remember him, or McCarthy or one of those.
I think they're communist because I don't think there's any limits on a part of
man Donnie and Elizabeth Warren on what they would take away from me, because I am affluent.
And they would come in and try to take everything that I have after I die.
and while I'm alive,
you just brutalize me through taxation.
Wealth tax, on and on and on.
That's a seizure of private property,
and that's what communism is.
Communists seize private property.
Socialists, they don't seize private property,
but they want to run the economy.
So there's no private marketplace.
They tell the corporations and companies,
this is what you will do
and they would tell the American people
this is how much money you can have
and we're taking the rest of it
that's socialism
the only line is that the
socialist won't force
okay
people to give up property
so when Castro took over in
1959 and the anniversary
is this week
his goons just came in
and said, you can't own a house, I'm taking your house, taking your business, taking your car,
taking everything you have. That's communism. That's what Stalin did. That's what they did in all
the communist countries. No private property. McGovern, Mamdani, these people, McGovern,
Sanders, no, we're not going to do that, but we'll try to get you any way we can get you.
Okay, that's the difference.
So Warren rolls into town, and I guess Mamdani thinks she's going to help him.
With whom the far, far left socialists already support him.
Is Elizabeth Warren going to make anybody who's not a crazy loon on the left?
look at Mandani as a legitimate mayoral candidate?
No, she's not.
She's not the type of person that persuades anybody.
She's in stone, far left.
And he already has the far left.
The people who say, hey, you know, New York's too expensive.
So rather than moving someplace else or working my way up,
Taking a studio apart, I'm making some money, and then I get a one-bedroom or a three-bedroom, whatever it may be.
I want a government give it to you.
I want a free subway tail.
I want a free bus ride.
I want, I want, I want, I want, I want.
All right, there's a bunch of people like that, millions of people like that.
That's the basis for to be socialist.
Give me, give me, give me, give me, give me, give me, give me, because I don't want to work for it.
I don't want to compete.
and I can't because my father was mad at me
or I had a terrible upbringing
which is true but how many people have overcome that
my god look at Billy Joel
did he get a good upbringing no
Barack Obama
happy birthday Mr. President
terrible upbringing
raised by his grandparents
no father
come on it's no excuse
you got to tough it out overcome it
But a lot of people don't want to, because it's hard.
Believe me, coming out of Levittown with absolutely no money whatsoever,
it was hard to work myself up.
But I paid the price.
But millions are not willing to do that.
And they want Mamad Donnie and Elizabeth Warren to give them stuff.
That's what this is all about.
But I don't think Warren does him any good at all.
some good news for mayor adams and for the people living in new york city so shootings are down
police commissioner tish says that in the first seven months of this year n yc recorded the
lowest number of shooting incidents and shooting victims in history she also announced that major
crime continues to decline citywide. That means burglaries are down, felony assaults, robbery,
grand larceny. So Adams is struggling in the mayoral polls in advance of the election next
November, and this is good news for him. So you've got to be fair about it. I don't think Mayor
Adams has solved many problems in his three and a half years in office, but this is a good
report. The gross
incidents of shootings are still high, but this is
the largest city in the country. So the first
seven months, 2025, he had
412 shooting incidents, okay, and 489
shooting victims. You know, it's a lot. People getting
gunned down not
at the rate that it used to be when the crack wars, and I
covered those in the 1990.
were going down, but still a dangerous city. You've got to be careful. So why? Well, I did some
investigating for you, my audience at WABC and around the country. What has happened is
Commissioner Tissue is very good, by the way. And whoever's elected mayor ought to keep her
because she knows what she's doing. The police are very quietly because of the far-left
pressure movement have flooded the zones where most of the gangs operate and the gangs are
armed. These are drug gangs. Okay. So Tish has put NYPD detectives and plain clothes and officers
in uniform in public housing areas, in certain subways, in violent crime areas like the Bronx.
like Bed-Stuy
places like that
and that is a key to it
if you have a
police presence
on the streets the gangbangers can
see the cops
they're less likely to shooting
you or anybody else
so far this year
347 gang members
and associates
have been arrested
on gun charges, and 236 illegal guns seized.
Now, most of those people will not be prosecuted
because that's the flaw in New York City
and New York State's justices.
The DAs are largely liberal.
They don't care about violence on the street.
They don't want minority criminals in particular
to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
I'm sorry, but it's true.
I mean, if you're offended by me saying that, then it's your problem, not mine.
That's absolutely true in what's going on.
So I did, as I said, some research into this.
What the NYPD has done is it has divided the city into 72 deployment zones, and 59 communities are a part of this.
and they have put an extra 2,000 cops in those deployment zones.
Those are the numbers.
So that's the way you drive down violent crime.
Now, the way you really eliminate it is stopping frisk,
but that's not happening in New York State because the legislature
and city council says, well, the cops are stopping mostly minorities to frisk them,
And that's true.
But the reason they're doing it is most of the crime victims, including the shooting victims, are minorities.
Do you see the correlation?
Hello?
Anyway, I'm going to congratulate Commissioner Tish and Mayor Adams on this report.
And I don't know whether the mayor will get any traction on it.
You know, there's a lot of emotion in this mayoral election coming up.
It's a real fight on a lot of different fronts, but that now is a fact.
I was on Hannity today, on the radio program, and he's going, why don't you move out of New York?
Why don't you move out of New York?
Why don't you move out of New York?
Because Hannity moved from Long Island, where he was born and raised, to Palm Beach.
Probably he's a nice place, but for five months out of the year, it's an inferno.
And I'm Irish, he's Irish too, but he kind of likes the heat, he tells me, I just can't take it.
I mean, it's like, oh, oh, oh, if it goes over 85, I get hives, you know.
So climate-wise, Texas, because I lived in Texas for two years, I lived in Florida for two years, I know what it is, and I'm very uncomfortable in that climate.
But I understand the financial climate in both of those states a lot better than it is in New York.
But New York has other things that Texas and Florida does not have.
Big vibrant culture, sports all over the place, old-time friends, family, all that.
And that's why I don't move.
Because I got urchins here and I got three corporations.
And it's not really worth me to pick up now.
Now, if Albany passes a wealth tax, if they try to confiscate my property, I will move.
All right, and so will millions of other New Yorkers.
I mean, that's the end.
So we're at a crossroads now in New York State.
We've got an ultra-progressive legislature in Albany.
We've got a hapless governor, H-A-P-L-E-S, hapless.
Okay?
We have an out-of-control city in a sense of social disorder, even though the crime is coming down,
and we did a commentary last night on that.
We applaud the police commissioner and Mayor Adams, good job, but it's still social disorder everywhere.
The city's filthy.
Taxes are the highest in a nation, so this is a challenging place to live.
We are at a crossroads.
So if, ma'am, Donnie, and I'm sure you're sick about hearing him, I am, if he wins,
then you're going to have hundreds of thousands of affluent New Yorkers leave the state.
And I would say hundreds of thousands of jobs will leave two.
And that'll cause a collapse of the New York state economy, because we're already in big
debt.
And the tax base will flee people who will come in or not affluent people, generally speaking,
and everything will go to hell.
That's what's going to happen.
And it doesn't take a Swami or a Nostradamus to predict it.
It will.
And the people who vote for Mandani, as I have pointed out time and time again, want the destruction
of the system.
They hate the country and the state and the city they want to destroy.
So what will happen in November?
I don't know if Cuomo or Adams drop out one of them, then the Democrats will win with the
guy who stays in.
But to split the vote, maybe that's enough for M. Donnie to squeak in.
And Curtis, looks like he's got 30, 35%.
That's a pretty good number.
But I don't know if it's going to be enough.
And I don't even know if that number is legit.
But Curtis is working its butt off.
I think he's going to raise some money.
So he's a factor you can't discount.
But if Mandami does get elected, look out below, as they say.
And again, I'm not hysterical, you know me.
I'm not, I'm just Paul Revere here.
I am warning everyone what will happen.
Because the degeneration of New York City,
think about if you're a certain age,
what was going on in Giuliani to now, my God.
And it's all progressive governance.
And Cuomo, Andrew Cuomo sold us all out.
You sold every New Yorker out.
Now, did he learn his lesson?
I don't know.
I don't know.
You know, they all have tremendous deficits,
but none of them have deficits close to Mandani,
who's a communist.
So there is my analysis.
You can spread it around.
I hope you do.
Might get down to the crazy people
who think Mandami is going to improve things,
which he will not.
So, as everybody knows, the media has basically destroyed itself trying to destroy Donald
Trump.
So listen to that sentence again.
The media has pretty much destroyed itself by trying to destroy Donald Trump.
They over did it, over did it, and lost credibility.
Not only with MAGA people, but with regular folks who aren't really ideologically
inclined. They know the fix is in. And now there's a pullback. It started with Stephen Colbert
getting the axe. And then there's rumbling. It's about Disney and the View. CBS morning program,
Gail King. There's a lot of change coming on. But the one company, corporation, that is really dug
in to the progressive agenda is NBC, the Peacock Network. Very interesting. When Brocault was there,
I never worked for NBC. I worked for ABC and CBS, as you may know, but I never worked for NBC.
But when I would go over there to do Leno or the Today Show or, you know, those kinds,
there was never a problem.
There was never a problem.
I knew that the culture was left, but it didn't.
They weren't crazy people.
And then MSNBC started, and they were kind of crazy.
Not in the beginning.
The first few years of MSNBC, they were just basically a news agency.
We didn't left, but it wasn't insane.
But then they became, you know, this far left outfit.
Now, most of the corporations, you know,
fear Donald Trump. Because he can, you know, this whole CBS sale to SkyDance that hinges on,
Trump's okay. And it's going to happen in October. CBS is gone and SkyDance is going to take
it over. It'll still be CBS, but all of those people are going to get fired or resign or whatever.
A totally new network. Okay. NBC, they're going to stay the same. Now let me give you some back.
up for that okay so the white house correspondent for nbc news is monica alba okay and she is reporting
on august 4th about the phony russian collusion investigation roll the tape but it really does bear
repeating this is looking into something for which there is no evidence to back it up and it's
really, it seems a politically motivated move to keep the focus on one of the president's clear
political foes and talk about basically anything else.
According to Monica, there is no evidence whatsoever, not a scintilla, a shred, that there was anything
untoward or illegal
in pushing
a phony story
that said that Donald
Trump's campaign
was working with Putin
to get him
elected.
No evidence at all.
Monique Albin.
Okay,
maybe she has superpowers.
But wouldn't you
like at least Ms. Alba to see what the Justice Department is going to put forth, what the House
Oversight Committee is going to throw out there? We'd like to just see it. No evidence at all.
Just a deflection. I mean, if I had ever said anything like that 30 years ago, and I was
reporting as a correspondent for ABC, I mean, I would have said, hey, Bill, there's the door.
You've got to back up what you say.
Secondly, we all know Rachel Maddow.
I kind of admire Ms. Maddow for just working her way up,
building her, you know, progressive cred into a very lucrative contract.
I mean, come on.
That's what capitalism is all about.
But she's a little bit hysterical, wouldn't you think?
NBC loves her, bullet tape.
This is America.
No kidding.
Queens. Yes, Queens. This is just us. It's who we are, and this is how we feel about you.
I mean, this is Joplin, Missouri. This is Louisville, Kentucky, where thousands of people turned out.
This is McHenry, Illinois. This is High Point, North Carolina. It is literally everywhere in this country, Americans in surprising numbers, in surprising places, turning out again and again and again and again to say, no, nope, we are not doing this.
You are not taking over our country and turning us into a dictatorship.
You are not going to be a king.
Well, number one, the numbers weren't surprising.
They were low.
Number two, many of the protesters against Donald Trump in June were paid.
We know that.
Their organizations got these people out.
They bust them there.
They made the signs.
Rachel just kind of missed all that.
Oh, this is an organic.
American people rising up to say no Fourth Reich.
All right.
Now, she's entitled to her opinion.
Okay?
I made a, make a nice living, throwing my opinion out there.
I can't be an hypocrite.
She's entitled to it.
But this is what NBC does.
There is no counter on MSNBC to Rachel Morrow.
No counter to Monica Alba, an entire NBC news organization.
No one.
Does that seem fair to you?
Well, NBC's not going to make any adjustments.
I don't think that, well, nothing's on the board.
I think there's going to be big trouble at Disney, ABC.
And why is there going to be big trouble?
well, because of people like George Stepanopoulos.
Go.
You've endorsed Donald Trump for president.
Donald Trump has been found liable for rape by a jury.
Donald Trump has been found liable for defaming the victim of that rape by a jury.
It's been affirmed by a judge.
No.
So Stepanopoulos and Disney had to pay $16 million to Trump for falsifying what really
happened in that E. Jean Carroll case, which was a fiasco from the very beginning. Now, again,
I don't mind Stepanopoulos if he wants to pay and out of his pocket, I understand, it was more
than a million dollars. Georgia had a right to check. If you want to be that inflammatory and
get sued and have to settle, it's up to you. But Disney, this is Zepenoppoenas their main guy.
There's the counter, and there is no counter.
And finally, CBS, I mean, it's over at CBS, as I just explained, but I think it's worth
reviewing how it got to critical mass, and it got the critical mass on 60 minutes once,
the crown jewel of American television journalism.
So the main guy on 60 minutes is now Scott Pelly.
is a reporter, a correspondent, not an analyst.
Roll him.
But in this moment, this moment, this morning,
our sacred rule of law is under attack.
Journalism is under attack.
Universities are under attack.
Freedom of speech is under attack.
And insidious fear.
is reaching through our schools, our businesses, our homes, and into our private thoughts,
the fear to speak in America.
If our government is, in Lincoln's phrase, of the people, by the people, by,
the people for the people then why are we afraid to speak I'm not afraid to speak
Scott's not afraid to speak is he no he wails on how bad the Trump
administration is at Wake Forest University on May 19th he didn't look scared to
me I'm not afraid to speak is how I make my living
Do I look afraid?
So this is all what they call hyperbola.
So they hate Trump so much.
But, oh, the Fourth Reich is coming.
He's Hitler.
Oh, no, we can't speak.
Oh, no.
Gestapo coming for us.
It's just a joke.
Overstatement.
And for the reporters to be doing.
that. Come on. That's a violation of every journalistic tenant. Everyone, every single one.
Now, ABC fired a guy for saying that Trump and Stephen Miller, the top White House advisor,
were haters. They fired him. Okay, so it's coming around now. But not NBC. They are entrenched.
