Bill O'Reilly here.
Welcome to the latest edition of Looking Out for You.
Let's get started.
What do you owe your country?
Well, specifically, you owe your country honesty.
Do you're a criminal?
You're doing bad things.
Then you are anti-American.
You owe your country service.
So if you can help in some way, you got to help.
And that means volunteering.
That means trying to improve the environment where you live, whatever.
But you owe some kind of service.
Fidelity, faithful.
If you don't think you can be, then go someplace else where you think you could be faithful, right?
And then finally, you owe your country respect.
You do.
Your country has provided the most opportunity of any country in the world.
Most Americans seize the opportunity, some don't, but you need to respect that.
Okay.
So let's examine two recent high-profile situations, Jimmy Kimmel and George Clooney.
So I know both men.
Kimmel, I like personally, but he's lost his mind, literally, with the Trump hate stuff.
So British television invites Kimmel on Christmas Day to do a little bit.
commentary, which the British TV knows is going to be anti-Trump because that's all Kimmel does now.
He hates Trump, every hour on the hour.
That's what he does.
And Kimmel does it.
This is British television.
Roll the tape.
I do know what's going on over here, though.
And I can tell you that from a fascism perspective, this has been a really great year.
Tyranny is booming over here.
You may have read in your colorful newspapers, my country's president would like to shut me up because I don't adore him in the way he likes to be adored.
The American government made a threat against me and the company I work for and all of a sudden we're off the air.
Well, that's not true.
Kimmel got booted off the air because he accused MAGA people of being involved with the assassination of Charlie Kirk and some major companies that carried a program said,
We don't want them anymore.
And then Disney put the arm on those companies, so Kimmel was suspended, and he came back.
So the government didn't do with it.
But Kimmel just didn't tell the truth.
And how did the British people know?
They don't know.
Right?
They don't know what happened.
And then fascism, tyranny.
So Kimmel knows the audience over there.
This is not his American audience.
There's a totally different audience.
So he is bad-mouthing his own country.
abroad. I think that's pretty treacherous myself. Now, does it mean anything? It doesn't.
You know, there's no weight. Nobody really cares what he says. Okay. But he's being disloyal.
Absolutely disloyal to his country. You can't justify what he did. Now, if he's here,
freedom of speech, dissent, all that. That's okay. It's okay. But you go abroad?
and you're running down your own country?
And you're not telling the truth?
No.
George Clooney.
So as you know, Clooney got Biden out of the race.
By writing an op-ed in New York Times, said Clinton, Clinton said Biden was senile, which he was.
And Clooney did that in conjunction with Barack Obama and other Democratic big shots.
Clooney's an ardent liberal, always has been.
nothing wrong with that. Okay? That's his belief system. Now, Clooney says, I'm a French citizen. I got a
French passport, my wife and children, too. Okay. Well, how'd you get it? You don't have French
ancestors as far as I know. Your wife doesn't. All right, she's Lebanese, British. So Clooney
bought it. Ten million bucks in real estate. So the French, happy to have them.
So Clooney goes, I want to live in France because of the paparazzi in L.A.
Okay.
I could understand that.
I don't think Clooney's a big enough store to have to worry about that,
but that's just my shallow opinion.
I could be wrong.
Okay.
There are many of them, way more famous people that raise children in the United States.
Okay.
I'm more famous than George Clooney.
Okay, I did it.
I'd have to go to Ireland, and I got Irish descendants.
So, Clinton is moving to France. Good. My, I don't even like you. But don't give me that you're doing it for some noble reason. Okay, you're doing it because your wife told you to do it. And you bought your way in over there.
Clooney didn't give up his American citizenship.
He's got dual.
But you can't have dual.
I can't have dual.
If I went over to France and, hey, I want a French passport.
Get out of here.
In French, I don't know how to say it.
Okay.
But Clooney, he's gone.
Good.
Good.
I hope he's happy over there.
And most of all, I hope his kids are protected.
Now, Clooney and I go way back.
And this is a little history lesson.
So right after 9-11, there was a big time.
telethon, and Clooney, to his credit, signed up to be the master of ceremonies.
And that thing raised $350 million.
You'll remember this, okay?
But the money was tied up in red tape bureaucracy.
I kicked that down.
I got the money sprung.
Okay?
Clooney called me a liar.
Attacked me for doing that.
And then I had to go media on it.
This is a interview that was done November 8th, 2021.
Go.
George Clooney gets on television, Charlie, and he looks you in the eye.
Yeah.
And 200 million other Americans and says,
every cent of this money in this telethon tonight,
and this is exactly what he says,
will go to help the grieving families.
Okay?
Right.
That's not true.
That's not true.
By the charity's own admission, not every cent's going to go.
and wait wait but where's it if what percentage of it is not going and where is that percentage going
77 percent now is supposed to go through the 9-11 fund which is what this telephone is right so
george cluny said something it wasn't true right off the bat but i don't blame that's one issue
put that over here i don't blame him for that he would he didn't know right but i blame him for
not following up on his pitch to the american people if it's you if it's me and we go out and ask people for
for money. And that money doesn't get to where we said it was going to get. I'm damn well going to
find out about it. How about you? If you're on the line, yes. Well, Clooney doesn't think he has a
responsibility to do that. Okay. So, George and I, not, what is it, Bon Ami or something, I don't know.
But I don't really have anything personally against him. I hope he's happy over there in France.
I don't think he's besmirching his country.
He did absolutely the wrong thing during the 9-11 telethon.
No doubt about it.
He got crushed by me.
Hates me.
I understand why.
But Kimmel, subversive.
Clooney, just not that bright.
We have to talk about Minneapolis and the terrible thing that unfolded this week.
Renee Nicole Good, 37 years old, three children, one six years old, is dead.
and shouldn't be dead.
And I did, if you watch my broadcast on Bill O'Reilly.com, on all our platforms across the country and the world,
you know, I did extensive analysis, and it's well worth watching, that this happened because of bad decision-making.
All the way down the line from Joe Biden's open border policy to the woman herself sitting in a car impeding a federal investigation.
bad decision after bad decision, if the bad decision,
and in your life, if you're going to make bad decisions,
you can pay it.
Now, it doesn't justify anything.
I'm not happy.
In fact, I'm offering mass on Sunday for Ms. Good
and for the officer involved.
I wish it never happened.
Now, one of the reasons that this story is broken out
is because there is now a rebellion
on the part of certain states
against the federal government.
And the rebellion is very, very, very,
similar to what happened in the 1850s.
When the South, sensing that slavery was going to be knocked out by the abolitionist movement
and Abraham Lincoln, who was newly elected, but the South knew that James Buchanan was a president
at the time was a weak and feckless man.
They knew that.
They could control Buchanan, but they also knew there was some of a new president coming.
So the South started to arm itself and started to defy the federal government.
Buchanan was so cowardly he didn't do anything about it.
So, for example, in some southern states,
federal postmasters were beaten,
facilities were a set of fire,
federal munitions were looted,
and Buchanan sat there in Washington, didn't know anything.
While there was a state of rebellion
building against the federal government in the South,
which led to the civil government.
Civil War, more than one million dead, the worst thing that's ever happened to the United States.
So if you know history, you know that's what happened. Now we have a rebellion again,
and over the sanctuary city situation. So it's really sanctuary states. So it's California,
it's Oregon, it's Washington State, it's Colorado, all right, it's Minnesota, it's Illinois,
it's Massachusetts, it's New York, and there are many others. And it's a difference. And it's a
degree, a varying degree, but Minnesota is an open rebellion against the federal government.
The governor, Wals, and the mayor of the largest city, Fry, Jacob Fry, are basically saying,
blank you, federal government, we are not going to obey immigration law in Minnesota.
even though the law is on the books,
1952 law,
very clear that you are not to come into the United States
without proper documentation.
We in Minnesota
are not going to obey the law
and we don't care whether you like it or not.
That is open rebellion.
Not only are they not going to be immigration law,
they're going to protect in Minnesota.
They protect
illegal migrants who commit crimes. They do not turn them over to ICE even when there is a court
order to do so. That is rebellion, not dissent. So let's run a couple of signabouts from
Walls who ran from Vice President with Kamala Harris. Go ahead. This is what happens when your
own federal government wages war against you. This is what happens when they target communities
for their own benefit. This is what happens when they scapegoat. And this is what say happens when
they no longer hide the idea of white supremacy when you hear the vice president of the United States
talk about, now white people won't have to apologize for being white. That's a racist statement
in addition to being a rebellion. It's ridiculous. It's ridiculous. And if you don't think that that
stirs up, incites people, then you're out of mind. Particularly weak-minded people, emotional people.
All right, here's Mayor Fry. Go. This happened because the way that ICE is conducting themselves is
not constitutional. This happened because you got people that are coming into our city,
tearing apart communities, really hurting a whole lot of small and local businesses, dragging
pregnant women through the street and then detaining people simply because they look Somali or look
Latino.
So these are agitators now, the governor and the mayor.
And again, they're entitled to their opinion under the First Amendment, but their authority
is being used to undermine federal law, which supersedes state law.
There's no doubt about it.
You can't disagree with me.
That's what's happening.
So what do we do about it?
Well, Congress isn't going to do anything about it
because the Democratic Party largely sympathizes
with the rebellion.
Listen to Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer.
We should not have ICE agents patrolling our streets.
They're not needed.
They create chaos and they even create deaths.
The mayor of Minneapolis didn't want them.
So many other cities didn't.
This is sort of Trump strutting around, but they don't belong in our cities, plain and simple.
Okay, so the Democratic Party is not going to support any action against the states that are rebelling against federal law.
Boy, talk about a conundrum.
So now all the authority in this case lies in the Oval Office, the commander-in-chief, with the president.
And he has to make decisions on what to do.
what to tamp this down? Now, I had a conversation with President Trump in his first term, and I said, listen, the Justice Department should be suing these states that will not obey federal law. It should be taking them in. Now, that did not happen. All right, I don't know why, but it has to happen now. You've got to be lawsuits against the states that will not obey federal law that are fomenting rebellion. All right. And finally, look,
There are good people who want open borders.
I mean, just because you're not agreeing with me about immigration law,
it doesn't mean you're a bad person.
But if you're not going to respect laws that you don't like,
then you're an anarchist.
That's what you are.
You're not loyal.
You're not patriotic.
You're an anarchist.
If I like the law obey it, if I don't, I won't.
No.
We can't run a country of 350 million people like that.
We are all Americans, but we all don't think alike.
But we have an obligation to obey the law.
If Congress wants to pass a new immigration law.
Good.
We need it.
That's how it's done.
But you do not foment rebellion.
