Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey, Bill O'Reilly here. Welcome to the No Spin News for Thursday, November 21st, 2014, stand up for your country. More breaking news, man, what a week. You thought things might calm down after the election? No, he's John Belichie once said. So Matt Gates is out. You know, I predicted that. It was never going to happen.
Starting point is 00:00:35 If you waste your time watching the cable news channels, then you were misled. If you read my message of the day before Matt Gates resigned, you can see that all of the Washington establishment is in chaos, turbulence. And that is not going to get anybody confirmed. Okay. So I knew, and I said to you yesterday when I interviewed Eric Bowling, who, by the way, is making a substantial, in his words, donation to the ASPCA to help animals because he said Gates was going to be the new attorney general. No, bowling, not happening. Okay. So if you're a premium or concierge member on bill O'Reilly.com, you can see that interview and get a transcript of it. And Bowling's a stand-up guy, so we're very happy that we were right. and very happy that he's helping the animals. And we're very happy that you're watching us. And I come back to this time and time again.
Starting point is 00:01:38 I'm not going to waste your time. All right, I'm not going to give you stupid conspiracy theories or ridiculous analysis that I know is false for political reasons. I mean, if you watch and listen to us, we're going to tell you the truth, and 90% of the time I'm right. All right, let's get down on the nuts and bolts of this. So Gates got pushed. got pushed. Now, I don't know if it was from inside the new Trump administration. I don't
Starting point is 00:02:04 know. I can't tell you with any certainty. Could have been, but probably it was Republican senators. So Gates went up to Capitol Hill. He talked a bunch of senators. They said, look, this is not going to happen. I think that is what made him make that decision. So he said, here's a Gates statement. While the momentum is strong, it is clear my confirmation was unfairly becoming a distraction to the critical work of the Trump vans transition. Okay, all that's true. I don't think Gates was treated fairly. I wouldn't have voted for him if I were in the Senate because he wasn't qualified to do the job.
Starting point is 00:02:43 Dumbled that. But, you know, to accuse him of something is ridiculous at this point. Now, Justice Department investigated a man didn't. bring charges. That's a fact. You have to respect that. Things could change, but that's not what I was talking about. I want people heading up the very important cabinet positions like the Justice Department to have experience, to know what they're doing. All right? Donald Trump said in a social media post, quote, I greatly appreciate the recent efforts of Matt Gates in seeking approval returning generally is doing very well, but at the same time they did not want to be a distraction.
Starting point is 00:03:22 Okay. All right, so he's out. Now, going ahead, Pete Hegseth, not going to make it as defense secretary for a variety of reasons, many of which are unfair. But he's not going to make it. And neither is Robert Kennedy Jr. So I was on with Buck Sexton today on the radio. We posted that on Bill O'Reilly.com. I told him, look, if I'm a senator, I'm not voting for RFK Jr. And he's got a brilliant point, by the way. Bobby Kennedy Jr. Nails it on the food and the horrible stuff that's being put in Americans' diets by the big food company. He's right on. Right on. But the conspiracy stuff and, you know, he's just too far out there for me. Okay. And apparently they got a lot of reaction on the Internet. It's fine. But he's not going to be the head of, health and human service? It's not going to happen. So, there you go. Two more predictions, and we'll see how it all plays out. Again, system in Washington is not fair. But there is a standard for me, as an American citizen, as a journalist, as a historian,
Starting point is 00:04:43 and as somebody you trust, that has to be fulfilled. And I don't care about political parties at all. I want the best and the brightest and the most honest. Now, the Talking Points memo is about mass deportation. That's one of the reasons that Donald Trump was elected. There were two reasons. High prices that are punishing Americans under stupid Biden policies and the open border, confusion, chaos, and just disrespect for the law.
Starting point is 00:05:17 Trump was, those were the two to put them over the top. So let's really analyze this in a responsible way so you understand what is likely to happen on the immigration front. We'll start with President Trump himself. Go. We are going to start the largest mass deportation in the history of our country because we have no choice. It's not sustainable. And we are going to start with violent criminals. And we're going to start then with criminals. And our local police is going to work with us because they know everything about the people.
Starting point is 00:05:50 people? All right. So he's very clear. He said it over and over and over again, but he can't do it by executive order. Already, the ACLU has sued already. He's not even president yet. Okay? They have filed the lawsuit against ICE, Homeland Security, seeking information as to how the agency plans to carry out mass deportation. Already. So 30 minutes after Donald Trump signs an executive order after his inauguration, boom, there'd be federal losses. It'll block what he wants to do. Unless, and this is the key to the talking points memo and your frame of reference, okay, unless that Trump works with Congress to pass five simple separate laws. Five, and we will put them up on the screen for those listening on the radio, I will go over them.
Starting point is 00:06:50 Any city or county in the United States that does not obey federal immigration law is denied federal funding. That's it. You want to be a sanctuary town, state, city? You don't get any tax dollars from Washington. Number two, Kate's law mandates harsh, mandatory prison time for any migrant convicted of a felony who returns after deportation. You don't have to commit another crime. they catch you in the country and you have a felony and you come back after deportation 10 years. That'll cut it down. Third law, remain in Mexico. If you apply for asylum,
Starting point is 00:07:32 you have to stay in another country, Mexico or your home country, until your case is adjudicated. You cannot stay here. Four, reorganization of asylum claims themselves. What are the standards? Congress needs to spell them out. And five, all undocumented migrants, perhaps as many as 14, 15 million, have to register with Homeland Security. Where you do that is you go to the post office, they have forms, you fill it out, you mail it to Homeland Security, they put it in a database. We have to know, we, the people of the United States, have to know who is here and what they are doing. That's it. You pass those five laws. And believe me, the Republican Congress will pass them fast, but they've got to be
Starting point is 00:08:25 written very, very methodically. So then when the ACLU and the other open border people start to sue, it's thrown out immediately. This is the law, passed by Congress, signed by a president. You object to the law? Fine. Get Democrats elected. They can over to get a new law. But you can't sue against a law legitimately enforced. Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress. National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets. And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold. That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver, through the only dealer I trust, American Hartford Gold. And you can do this. Get precious metals, to your door or place in a tax advantage, gold IRA. They'll even help you roll over your
Starting point is 00:09:21 existing IRA or 401K, tax and penalty free. With billions in precious metals delivered thousands of five-star reviews and an A-plus from the Better Business Bureau, you can trust American Hartford Gold as I do. Please call 866-3-2-6, 55-76, or text bill to 99-8-8. 8-899. Again, that's 866-326-5576 or text bill to 998899. Hey, it's Sean Spicer from the Sean Spicer Show podcast, reminding you to tune into my show every day to get your daily dose inside the world of politics. President Trump and his team are shaking up Washington like never before, and we're here to cover it from all sides, especially on the topics the mainstream media won't. So if you're a political junkie on a late lunch or getting ready for the drive home, new episodes of the Sean Spicer Show podcast drop at 2 p.m. East Coast every day.
Starting point is 00:10:23 Make sure you tune in. You can find us at Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. That's what it has to be. Now, how many news agencies have reported that? None. It's all about rhetoric. It's so stupid. Now, I hope the Trump administration knows this, which is why we'll,
Starting point is 00:10:44 go back to Gates. That Attorney General, the new one, which I think is going to be Pam Bondi, the former Attorney General of Florida, that person is right in the middle of all of this, as is the Director of Homeland Security, which would be Governor Christy Knoll. Okay? So they've got to carry it out, but they also have to advise the wording and, you know, under the law. And Ms. Bondi is an expert at doing that. She's been doing that in Florida. She's a good attorney general down there. So anyway, that is the memo.
Starting point is 00:11:25 That's what has to be done. I hope it is done. So I made some arrests in Maryland very troubling, okay? Arrested five people. And I'm not going to go down all of the ridiculousness of it. But they were arrested for serious crimes, and they had all been in the system and let go to wander around the country. And it's just ridiculous. It really is ridiculous.
Starting point is 00:12:01 Sexual assault, drug trafficking, fentanyl distribution, on and on and on and on. And the system knows who they are, had them in. and Biden just let them wander around. And it's Biden's fault. He just let them wander around. And of course, they committed more and more and more crimes, and they got five of them in Maryland. In Massachusetts, they got two charged with child rape.
Starting point is 00:12:27 And again, they knew him. They knew. And the authorities in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, in the Berkshires. Great Barrington, Massachusetts. Let them go. And I said, hold them. Okay.
Starting point is 00:12:41 They're child rape. Rapists. Barrington, let them go. And we're going to do something on Great Barrington on Monday here. That town, oh boy, if I were Donald Trump, Berkshire County. Anyway, so they got them, and now the federal government is hold them. But this is just two of what, 50,000 cases, at least. All right, Biden today greets the Boston Celtics on the subject of Massachusetts, who won the championship of the NBA. It's another heavy lift day for Joe. Two more months, Joe. Sianara.
Starting point is 00:13:26 Okay. Trump's got nothing reported because he got plenty of trouble on his plate with Gates and Hague Seth and Bobby Kennedy Jr. and on and on and on and on. And I don't think Tulsi Gabbard is going to be easy either, but I think she'll get through. All right. A lot of mail on this. The current House of Representatives, here it is, according to real clear politics, 220 Republicans, 213 Democrats. Not too many renegade Republicans in that. You've got two renegade senators. You've got Collins of Maine and Murkowski of Alaska, two Republican renegades. They can do anything they want. In the House, I don't see a lot of renegades. They're pretty much going to do what they're told to do. again 220 to 213 districts still on call two in california they don't even want to count the votes there and one in iowa which is a razor thin it looks to me like there'll be two more republicans and bring it up to 222 to 214 that's what it looks to me all right now we went over the pennsylvania thing was so outrageous i mean this is just symptomatic of where we are as a country
Starting point is 00:14:38 So, Bucks County is a county north of Philadelphia, all right? And the woman there is a Democrat, she wanted to count ballots that were illegal in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Ballots that weren't dated, weren't signed, she wanted to count them. And she said, I don't care about the law. We went over all this. Well, she got slapped down big time. And here's what she says, now, go. I apologize profusely to the employees of this county and to the people who were
Starting point is 00:15:08 called in my name because all of that rage was directed in me. But I remind you all that we all say things that are out of turn. We all make mistakes. That's true. All right. And if she's genuinely sorry, okay. But to me, this is not unusual in Pennsylvania. I have said, I never bought into the mass fraud at 2020,
Starting point is 00:15:33 but I knew and know that there was fraud, But it just wasn't large enough to affect the transition of power. Now, this is from my reporting. But Philadelphia, Bucks County, Milwaukee, Detroit, and I don't think those places have cleaned it up. So we're watching you guys very, very carefully. I've got to give kudos to that Lara Trump, the RNC, the, sister-in-law, right, of Donald Trump. She's really a good job.
Starting point is 00:16:16 She really did. And I know she's a partisan and all that. But she reorganized and had a lot of people watching. And that's what it's going to take. Okay, a new poll from Eschelon Insights, no idea. I'm going to cite my own polling company, O'Reilly Polls. And I'm going to go out to the four pizza places in my town. I got four pizza places in my town and just sit there and poll people who come in.
Starting point is 00:16:45 Echelon Insights. So they asked who should be the nominees in 2008 for the presidency. Well, Kamala Harris wins big among Democrats, 41%, Newsom 8%, governor of Pennsylvania, Josh Barrow, 7, P. Buttigieg, 6, Tim Wal, 6. Okay. There are the five players there. the Republicans, of course you do. It's going to be number one by a big margin, J.D. Vance, then Vivak, Ramoswamy, then Nikki Haley, then Ronda Santis, then Ted Cruz. All that's going to change, big time. But Vance, if he does a good job as vice president, he'll get it.
Starting point is 00:17:30 Kamaharis, not going to get it again. And that brings us to the vice president. Whereas, Kamala. So she's in Hawaii, vacationing. And pinheads on the internet are criticizing. I once said, what a loser? What are you talking about? She lost. Okay. She doesn't have a right to go on vacation after grueling campaign. I mean, there comes a point. You've got to go, I'm on. So I'm happy that the vice president is in Hawaii. I hope she relaxes and have a good Thanksgiving over there. I mean, you know, that's the American way. Hawaii, by the way, if you have not been, put that state on your list. That is a fantastic place to go. I love Kauai, my favorite. All right? Up in Honolay Bay, that area,
Starting point is 00:18:24 the Pauly Coast. But I like them all. I haven't been in a little. I haven't been in a little. Lanai. It's a lat, Molokai, you know, it's not touristy. You can go there. So, Lanai and Molokai, I've been in all the rest. And just a great place. Very fascinating part of the United States. All right, here's a disturbing story for me. So President Biden is a man of no seasons. If you remember the movie, A Man of All Seasons about Sir Thomas Moore as a saint, he's the exact opposite. He's no belief system at all.
Starting point is 00:19:03 But he does parade around his Catholic faith. All right? Goes to church and this, that the other thing. And that's fine. But he doesn't really practice his Catholic faith. I'm sorry, I probably shouldn't say that, but he doesn't. He goes to Mass, but he is one of the biggest proponents
Starting point is 00:19:23 of abortion with no limits in the world. Not just in the United States, in the world. This is Joe Biden. So, what does he do? He gives the Medal of Freedom to former Planned Parenthood President, Cecil Richards. This is just an outrage.
Starting point is 00:19:41 So Richards is an abortion zealot and has enabled, all right, the destruction of millions of fetuses, millions and she gets a medal for that now even if you are pro abortion or whatever okay and on the issue of abortion rational people can discuss it in a rational way all right life of the mother incest and rape all of those things are legitimate but to go out and make abortion noble this is something you want to do and that's what miss richards did or does he's retired but
Starting point is 00:20:30 she's still active she's a medal from the president of the united states okay power politics and the people behind the headlines i'm miranda divine new york post columnist and the host of the brand new podcast podforce one every week i'll sit down for candid conversations with Washington's most powerful disruptors, lawmakers, newsmakers, and even the president of the United States. These are the leaders shaping the future of America and the world. Listen to Podforce One with me, Miranda Devine, every week on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast.

Every morning, I'll bring you the stories that matter, plus the news people actually talk about, the juicy details in the worlds of politics, business, pop culture, and everything in between. It's what you want from the New York Post
Starting point is 00:21:35 wrapped up in one snappy show. Ask your smart speaker to play the NY Postcast podcast. Listen and subscribe on Amazon Music, Apple Podcast, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts. Now, one of the reasons, perhaps the big reason, and Kamala Harris lost was because Christians in America voted against her big time. And I purport that it was because she was the abortion queen.
Starting point is 00:22:01 All right, here are the numbers. Protestant Americans voted for Trump 72 to 26. Protestant, of course, are Christians. Catholic Americans voted for Trump 61.35. They repudiated Kamala Harris. because Harris says, hey, abortion, any time, for any reason, up until birth. Three countries on earth, non-communist countries have that. There's a reason it's barbaric.
Starting point is 00:22:32 Ms. Richards, that's what she wants. She's a medal from the president. One final thing, and I know I'm wrong, I have to go to confession, if there is a judgment day, and I hope there is, because justice, I really, really like to see justice, if there is a judgment day, would you want to be Joe Biden? Would you? I don't know how you answer for that. Probably wrong of me to say it.
Starting point is 00:23:03 All right, MSNBC follow-up, wrote a message of the day on Bill O'Reilly.com. You don't have to be a member. You don't have to do anything. We'd say, Bill O'Reilly.com, bop, boom. There's a message on MSNBC. We reported on it yesterday. It's all down there. What's happening? Why it's happening. The end game is it's over. The zealots, the haters, will be out of work within a year, most of them. So there's a whole bunch of follow-up stuff here. I don't like to see anybody lose their job, even if I don't like those people, but some of them, they're so destructive that it's a good thing.
Starting point is 00:23:43 The big headline here is this is passive retribution for Donald Trump. The people that hate him the most have all destroyed themselves. Trump did anything to do with it? I don't know how he sees it, but that's how I see it. So you know the story about Joe Scarborough's wife, Mika Brzynski, they go to the Mar-a-Lago and all that. I told you about that yesterday. I told you what happened, why it happened.
Starting point is 00:24:18 All that, I'm not going to go over it again. But there's been ferocious backlash by both the right and the left on Morning Joe and the White. I mean, ferocious. Rosie O'Donald was an interesting study. Go. So Mika and Joe went down to Mar-Lago to kiss the ring. So last time I ever watched Morning Joe, period. End of statement.
Starting point is 00:24:44 Unreal. Unreal. For months, you were telling us, he's the worst thing that could happen to this country and democracy. Then you go kiss his ring. Despicable. Despicable you, both of you. Are you surprised?
Starting point is 00:25:05 Mr. O'Donnell, are you surprised? Come on. It's all about money. Yeah? Smart life. Let's get back to good news. Smart life. So by this time, with a week to go, you should have your Thanksgiving dinner plan.
Starting point is 00:25:28 I got the turkey last night. I carried the turkey. And the terrodog is confused. Holly, the terrodot? This is this big turkey, and I carried it down to the basement where the big freezer is and plopped it down. plopped it down, butterball, all right? And we always get the best turkey we can get. So there is a study by Campbell, the food company.
Starting point is 00:25:51 What sides on Thanksgiving do Americans like best? And here they are, stuffing. All right, I like that sausage stuffing. That's number one. You're going to have turkey. You've got to have stuffing. Mashed potatoes, of course. And then sweet potatoes.
Starting point is 00:26:08 I have them both. That's a lot of potatoes. A little butter on them. Oh, sweet potatoes are good for you, mashed potatoes. You've got to be careful. All right. Green bean casserole. I just like the green beans.
Starting point is 00:26:21 I don't need the casserole. I like the beans. Mac and cheese. No. We're not doing mac and cheese in the O'Reilly House on Thanksgiving. Not doing that. Okay? Here's what we're doing instead.
Starting point is 00:26:35 Turnips. I never thought I'd say that word on television. For some reason, I love these turbs with butter on them, little salt and pepper on them. And it's actually healthy, not too much butter. So we got turnips coming on. And a lot of people don't like turnips. I know that. And I don't know how I got, you know, I'm not a big broccoli guy and then, you know, I do get
Starting point is 00:27:01 the veggies. I mean, I eat the asparagus and the beans and all that because you have to if you want to live long. But anyway, mac and cheese, no. A couple of other things out of the survey, 56% like the sides better than the turkey. Okay? And 38% just eat the sides. They don't want the turkey at all.
Starting point is 00:27:27 It's the size. And it's healthy. You know, it's kind of a vegetarian thing going on there. Anyway, we want you to have a very nice Thanksgiving. It's an important day. And I'm going to get into this a little bit more in the final thought, okay? This week in history, November 22nd, tomorrow, 1963, JFK assassinated. A couple of things I want to say about this.
Starting point is 00:27:49 I was a high school freshman at Chamonade in Mineola, Long Island, and I was sitting there in theology class with Brother Dio Dottie, who years later wrote me a really nice note. Anyway, over the loudspeaker, comes the principal, and he announces and puts Walter Cronkite on the PA. It took about a minute for the idiot urchins, me and the other kids in a class, to figure out what this was all about, but then we locked into this, okay? And they had the broadcast on the radio, about 20 minutes.
Starting point is 00:28:36 And it was startling. Everybody was in shock. And then they let school out early. That's how big this was. So that was in 1963. Now, subsequently, I investigated the Kennedy assassination as much as any reporter in this country had. And I put together a book called Killing Kennedy. Now, this book was written about 13 years ago, all right, and it's still the authoritative book
Starting point is 00:29:07 if you want to know what really happened to Kennedy. We don't have all the answers, but we have most of them. Now, people believe what they want to believe. And a lot of people, no matter I have the best, most compelling, evidence in killing Kennedy you could possibly have about ballistics, about what happened, Oswald, we traced everything, a couple of unanswered questions that I have in the book that we couldn't have, that we didn't answer yet. Okay. So today, this is amazing. There are 4,700 documents about the Kennedy assassination that remain classified to this day.
Starting point is 00:29:56 That shouldn't be. I talked to Donald Trump about that when he was president first time around. I said, you got to get this stuff out. Biden put a few of them out, but none of them had anything to do with. They were redacted and didn't, but they're 4,700. Now, the government, federal government says through the national archives, that's where these documents are, okay, that the CIA and FBI doesn't want them out because there are names in those documents of people who are still alive. So the assassination was 61 years ago, you know, you'd have to be in your late 80s, early 90s, to participate in that as far as an investigator is concerned.
Starting point is 00:30:40 But they're hiding it. They're hiding it, and they shouldn't. I want all those documents out. Now, if you want to take a name out, take it out. Take it out. But the American people have a right to know every single sentence. of evidence associated with that assassination. That's how profound it was.
Starting point is 00:30:59 And when you read Confiriting the Presidents, you'll see that Kennedy and the key is the key, all right? Before he was killed in Dallas, Kennedy had signed what they would call now an executive order to withdraw troops, U.S. troops, from Vietnam. And it was there. He had not put it out yet. Well, as soon as Johnson, the Vice President,
Starting point is 00:31:24 became president, he tore that up, Johnson. He said, no, it doesn't apply anymore. We're going to keep it and then we'll escalate it. Linda Johnson, one of the worst presidents, and maybe the most corrupt president this country's ever had. I mean, guys, when you read, confirm that president, it's staggering how corrupt the man was. And this was new to DeGuard and I.
Starting point is 00:31:46 I mean, we found it. What? What? And it's all absolutely true. It's every word in fronting is true. But anyway, that arc from Get Out of Vietnam to know we're going to escalate and have more than 100,000 people, military people, either killed or wounded them. It was more than that.
Starting point is 00:32:06 I guess it's 150,000. That was staggering to this day. We need to know all of this stuff. That is this day in history. Back with a final thought in a moment. All right, here is the final thought of the day. there are 40 days left in this year. That's it. 24, which will be a remarkable year in American history because of the election. But it's gone. Next week is a total right off. It used to be
Starting point is 00:32:40 that people would work two and a half days and now everybody's off. Nobody's dead. It's turkey, football, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. So the next week's the cipher. And yeah, if you want to go get crushed, you can go to the mall and have all of that, you know. But, but, you know, but, But then, starting on, let's see, the first is September, the 3rd of December, Monday, I think it is, three weeks, Christmas. And that's a week less than people usually have to prepare. So you've got to get in that mindset. Now, I'm not watching Adopi Christmas movies on the Hallmark Channel. I can't.
Starting point is 00:33:18 I can't. There's only so much fake snow that any human beings should absorb. I can't watch it. I can't listen yet to the radio playing holly jolly Christmas or holly golly Christmas. Burroughs, I'm sorry, Burrow. If I never hear that song again, I'm fine with it. Can't do that now. But you got a plan because those three weeks after next week, a blur.
Starting point is 00:33:47 Plan it. Down, take an hour, sit down, pen and pad. it will make your life so much better if you do. And the key is to write down the names of the people that you want to give gifts to. And then execute the gift giving, which is why we got this bundle of books for you, because that's 14 books. You can knock out pretty much the whole list. And they don't have to like me.
