Hey, Bill O'Reilly here.
Welcome to the Nostman News, Tuesday, January 7, 2025, stand up for your country.
Donald Trump press conference today more than an hour.
And interestingly enough, Joe Biden's not going to have a departing press conference.
So he says, I guess I could change.
But Biden doesn't want to talk to the press or anything like that.
But Trump looked pretty strong if you saw it.
The headlines, of course, are misleading as they always are.
But I'm going to go over the press conference today a little bit later in the program.
I want to get some breaking new stuff out of the way.
But I want to tell you a few things before we get to the talking points memo.
So the highlights of the press conference were overseas stuff.
Canada, because Donald Trump is baiting Canada, saying, well, we really want you to be the
51st state.
And the crux of that matter is the United States gives Canada in a form of trade deficits
and aid about $200 billion a year.
And that's going to stop, because we can't afford to do this anymore.
Trump knows it.
And Trump's saying, look, we're not going to subsidize your economy or your government any
longer. So you probably should become a state because then we have to subsidize you. But Canada is not
going to become a state. This is all theater. Trump loves political theater. There's Panama.
Now, it's another big problem, and President Trump is correct. Panamanians are charging us way too
much to get our shipping back and forth from the Caribbean to the Pacific and vice versa. And there are
two Chinese companies that are doing security down there, which is absurd. And Panama's got to change
the agreement. Has to. But instead of negotiating quietly, Donald Trump goes, hey, you know,
we may send some people down there, but there's not going to be an invasion of Panama. That'll
work it out. Greenland. Now, Greenland is 56,000 people, many of whom are indigenous people.
The kingdom of Denmark, it is a kingdom, owns Greenland and has since the 18th century, and it's not
given it up. Trump wants Greenland because there's a lot of fossil fuels and a lot of very
valuable minerals under the Perma ice frost there.
And if President Trump can make a deal, that would allow us to send U.S. military forces to protect the deal.
And that flanks Putin.
That's what Denmark's all about.
So I guess Don Jr. is going up there.
He better bring a heavy coat.
And he says, well, I'm not mean with anybody.
I'm just going to go up.
Maybe you want to do that in July, Don?
Okay.
Anyway, what's likely to happen is that the people in Copenhagen will make a deal with Trump
and we'll lease parts of Greenland, which would be the fifth largest country in the world,
if it were a country, it's not.
It's a territory administrated by Denmark, by Copenhagen, okay?
But that deal is easily made because the Danes can get a lot of money out of it.
Danes aren't going to harvest the fuels in Greenland.
They already would have it.
They don't have the ability to do it.
All of this is cloaked under bomb ass, and that's how Donald Trump rolls and deals.
Okay?
He throws the grenades, shakes everybody up, and then his negotiations are easier because they're afraid.
It's always done that.
now Mexico is a whole different story
and I'm going to get into Mexico tonight
and the final thing in the press conference
and this actually made me laugh
so Donald Trump says
he's going to change the name of the Gulf of Mexico
go
we have a massive deficit with Mexico
and we help Mexico a lot
they're essentially run by the cartels
and
I can't let that happen.
Mexico is really in trouble, a lot of trouble.
Very dangerous place.
We're going to be changing the name of the Gulf of Mexico
to the Gulf of America,
which has a beautiful ring that covers a lot of territory.
The Gulf of America, what a beautiful name.
Well, he can, the President of the United States
can change the name of anything he wants.
it doesn't mean the map people are going to do it because they're not.
Okay?
He could change it to the Gulf of Trump.
He could change it to the Gulf of Melania.
And the federal government would have to refer to it as whatever he wants to do.
But the map people all over the world aren't going to do it.
United Nations isn't going to do it.
Does it matter?
No.
Does it amuse me?
Yes.
Okay?
This is Donald Trump.
All right, I'm going to get into the press conference a little bit more, as I mentioned.
First, the talking points memo, more media madness that continues to divide the country.
It's a serious issue.
So yesterday was January 6, everybody knows that it's paying attention.
All right, the view is in, you think Mexico's in trouble, the view's in more trouble.
So Sonny Hosten is one of the regulars, 56 years old.
She's a lawyer.
She started her TV career on the O'Reilly Factor.
And she was a very bright young woman.
I put her on, and she was a left winger, and we had robust debates, and I liked her.
All right, and then she went to ABC and became a radical leftist.
Anyway, she's addressing what she feels is a historical, the historical aspect of the January 6th riots.
Go.
You had Condoleezza Rice, I believe, on this very show saying, you know, we need to move on
January 6th. I say no. You don't move on because January 6 was an atrocity. It was one of the worst
moments in American history. And when you think about the worst moments in American history,
you know, like World War II, things that happened, you know, like the Holocaust, chattel slavery,
we need to never forget. All right, so imprecise language.
that Sonny Hassan and the rest of the view of people use leads to division in the country.
So the United States history does not include the Holocaust.
We had nothing to do with the Holocaust, okay?
We could have stopped it earlier, as I write in confronting the presidents.
Franklin Roosevelt, the president could have stopped it earlier,
or at least really prevented the Nazis from doing a lot of damage.
And we go over that, but it's not an integral part of American history.
Slavery certainly is, but she's not comparing January 6th to those things.
She's just saying, these are things we shouldn't forget, which is true.
And in her opinion, we shouldn't forget January 6th, which I concur.
But she's not making a comparison.
Well, forget it.
the conservative media just rips her up because it's the easy target, all right,
and makes it a big deal, so much so, the guy named Rich Greenfield,
who is a podcaster, and he says Sunny Austin needs to be terminated immediately by Disney.
She's one of the worst anti-Semites on broadcast TV.
Well, I don't think she's an anti-Semite.
Let's face it, the U.S. economy is.
is under stress.
National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets.
And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar
and stockpiling gold.
That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver
through the only dealer I trust, American Hartford Gold.
And you can do this.

or place in a tax advantage, gold IRA.
They'll even help you roll over your

And that's 866-326-5-7576 or text bill to 998899.
This episode is brought to you by San Pellegrino Chau.
A new kind of flavor of sparkling water.
The kind made with real fruit juice, a pinch of Sicilian salt, and the sparkle of the Italian sun.
With no added sugar and just 10 or less calories per can, enjoy.
With love.
From Italy, by San Pellegrino Chow now.
Particularly not from that statement, and she didn't compare, but she didn't talk in a precise way.
And that is the crux of the media problem on television.
They all, it's gibberish.
80% of it is gibberish because they don't formulate their thoughts in a mature manner,
articulate them let me give you two examples how many times have you been
watching an interview program where an anchor says what do you make of that
ten thousand times that means that the anchor was too lazy to formulate a
question that's what it means I've never said that now somebody's gonna pull a
clip from 18 years ago.
But just to show you, it's lazy, stupid stuff.
And how many times have you heard an anchor paid hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars
say, we'll see?
We're not paying you to say banalities like, we'll see.
A five-year-old can say that.
You know, so that the level of discourse on television and a view leads the league in
that is awful. There are big changes coming at the view because Disney cannot absorb that show
much longer. All right, Joe Biden's in California, waste the taxpayer money. He goes to thermal
and he's announcing two national monuments for Native Americans. Why? Why do you have to fly
all the way across the country? Make the announcement in Washington. If you want to congratulate
the tribe, bring them on it. This is a colossal,
waste of your time and money. You are the second worst president in history, and you're
getting worse every day. Thank God you only have 13 days left. Awful. Now, the Mark Rich
pardon, which we went over yesterday, not the Mark Rich pardon. The George Soros, get rich
off the aisle. There he is. He gets the Medal of Freedom. That's an outrage. It's an
insult. He's spitting in the face of all fair-minded Americans. Joe Biden is. It's not Soros's
fault. Soros hates America. He's always hated America. He's tried to tear down traditional America.
He's behind the lenient punishment for criminals. He wants an open border. He pours hundreds of
millions of dollars into radical district attorneys to destroy entire cities. This is a villain.
Biden doesn't know that because Biden doesn't know anything.
But Soros pumps hundreds of millions of dollars into the Democratic Party.
That's why you got the middle.
Now, honest people like me pointed that out and talk radio went with it too.
Not the corporate media, they ignored it.
Okay.
So there's been no react from the White House because they don't care.
Now, Mark Rich, this is almost identical to what
happened on January 20th, 2001 last day of Bill Clinton's second term. This is a bad
onbrae. He's convicted of 51 counts of tax fraud. He's the worst tax sheet in U.S. history,
fled the country before he could go to jail, lived in Switzerland, and Clinton pardoned him
for no reason at all. No reason to pardon him at. I went wild back then on it.
Why did he pardon him? Because Rich pumped hundreds of millions of dollars into the Democratic
party and Israel. And there was pressure from both of those on Clinton and he folded. This is how
the system works. Okay. Also, while I was away, may have seen this. New photos were released of
Joe Biden and Hunter, meeting with Chinese officials in 2013. Biden was VP then. And they
were gotten by the America first legal organization.
Okay?
Here are the photos.
Now, Biden said, oh, no, I had nothing to do with my son's business in China.
A bunch of bull.
Hunter Biden was a partner for Chinese-based equity fund perm named B-HR partners.
So he was in on it.
He was making millions of dollars.
And why was he in on it?
Because of his father.
That's why.
And the father goes, Biden goes, no, no, no, no, no.
I had nothing to do with it. Well, what do I explain those pictures? He's never going to explain
him. So that I raises a question, what's going to happen at Joe Biden once he leaves office?
Is there going to be an investigation into all of this? Are we ever going to know the full story?
Joining us now, Tallahassee, Florida, Peter Schweitzer, author of Blood Money, Why the Powerful Turn a Blind Eye,
while China kills Americans. He's a president of government accountability initiative, and he does
has a podcast called Drill Down, which is about dentistry, I believe, right, Peter?
You get into drilling down?
Yeah, that's right.
That's right.
I have a very provocative question for you, and then we'll get into what we know and what we don't know.
You watch this stuff as much as anybody does on the planet.
Do you believe that Joe Biden took money while Vice President, possible,
president from his son and brother that he took cash do you believe it yes and i think there's some
evidence for that um so yeah that we we do know that there were checks that his brother james
biden wrote to joe biden this is shortly after he was vice president uh and we also know that
within the family these LLCs they set up these structures of lCs that shifted a lot of money around
and it's very hard to know where it ends up.
So I believe there's evidence for it.
I believe he did it.
I would also add, Bill, let's remember, the federal laws on bribery involving public
officials say that if I pay Senator Bill O'Reilly from New York for a favor, or I pay Bill O'Reilly's kids,
it doesn't matter in the eyes of the law.
So ultimately, whether Joe Biden got paid in the end or not, as far as the law's concern,
is irrelevant. The family got paid, and I would argue that is directly connected to decisions
that Joe Biden made. All right, but it's relevant to me. I want to know if the Vice President and
President of the United States took cash. Simple as that. And if he did take the cash, he didn't put it on
his tax returns. So that's another federal felony. All right. So you believe... We know if
we know if $240,000 in two checks that James Biden sent to Joe Biden.
Biden. We do know that for a fact. But we don't know where that money. We don't have a bank
account where that money landed or anything like that, right? Right. Correct. All right. So we
don't know what happened to the money. The checks were written. And I think James Biden at one point
said he was repaying a loan. Isn't what been right? Is that what he said? Yeah. He said he
repaid a loan, although the House oversight committee who had the banking records of both the vice president
and his brother, say there's no evidence that the first loan ever took place, that in other
words, that Joe Biden actually sent $200,000 to his brother. Now, James Comer, one of the Republican
Congresspeople leading committee investigation, has a book coming out in a couple of weeks.
I guess he's going to say what you're saying now. Maybe he'll advance the story a little bit.
But when Joe Biden leaves office in 13 days, he then becomes a civilian. Do you,
anticipate the Trump administration is going to open up an investigation into bribery, tax evasion,
these kinds of things. Probably not. I think it's doubtful. We do know that Hunter Biden, in addition to
the gun charges and the tax charges that people already know about, we do know the Department of
Justice has said in filings in those cases that they continue to investigate Hunter Biden for
violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act, Farah, which means that he was doing the bidding,
allegedly, of a foreign government or a foreign business without registering for the Justice Department.
That's small ball. To me, it's small ball. You say you don't think that the Trump administration's
going to open a Justice Department investigation into Biden and Biden's money, the vice president
president. Why not? No, I think it's for political reasons. I think that, that, uh,
Trump has decided that they want to move forward.
They don't want to dwell on these issues in the past.
You know, Trump, for all of his bombast, has always been a kind of forgiven and forget kind of guy.
So I just simply think it's not going to happen.
They're going to move forward.
I hope I'm wrong.
Well, when the easiest way to be for Pam Bonding and he would have to be under the orders of Donald Trump to appoint a special prosecutor on, you know, come on, to look into what happened.
So the American people will get a little closure.
I mean, that does, I know what you're saying, the New York Times
and all these people, NBC News, oh, look at Trump, he's going to get the people.
They've already set that up, the Trump vengeance scenario.
It's already been set up.
I know.
But I think most Americans want to know if their vice president and president was bribed.
And I think that a special counsel, and you can even get a Democrat to do it.
You know, just somebody with a good legal reputation.
That's what I would do if I were president.
Last word.
Yeah, I think you're exactly right.
And look, the evidence is clear.
Joe Biden and his family have lied repeatedly about this from the beginning.
And if there was nothing that was done that was unethical or illegal,
why would they lie so consistently and so blatantly about these commercial deals about Joe Biden's
involvements or their claim of lack of involvement, the fact that no money,
money was transferred, et cetera, et cetera.
So I agree with you.
I think it's something that should be done for the purpose of clarity.
Whether Joe Biden ends up pardoning himself before he leaves office, we need clarity and we need
transparency.
If the federal government is going to have any credibility going forward.
All right, Peter, we appreciate it.
If you get anything new, please let us know and have a happy new year.
All right, let's get back to Donald Trump's press conference.
So I'm going to explain this one more time.
I know I'm being repetitive.

The way President Trump negotiates is this. He takes a hand grenade, okay, figuratively.
He pulls the pin, he throws it, at whatever target he's interested in.
Boom. The headline on many of the internet sites today is Trump does not rule out military action against Panama.
Okay? That's not true because he said clearly to the reporter, I'm not going to talk about military options ever.
not going to do it so they extrapolate that into oh he's not going to tell us you know the game we all
know the game but what many don't understand is that this is all a negotiating ploy so canada is
not going to be the 51st state Canadians are proud people they have their own national anthem
Some people think it's better than our national anthem, and they don't want to be Americans,
and they're not going to be.
But the $200 billion a year is going to stop, and it should.
And Canada is going to have to cooperate with the United States so we are not draining our treasury any longer.
That's it.
And Trump should get that.
Panama will do pretty much what Donald Trump wants.
wants it to do. It has to. But he doesn't have to say, I'm sending the Marines down,
which he hasn't said. But the implication. And Greenland just make a deal. I mean, the leadership
in Denmark, they're going to prosper from that deal. You don't have to send Don Jr.
up with some special forces to scare the polar bears. One of the other things,
about Greenland, that's important, is that it flanks Putin, as I mentioned. And that if we, the United
States, have a 99-year lease to harvest fuel, we're going to have to put in military
protections for that. That's not going to make Vlad happy, but it is a strategic play.
All right. So all of it makes sense if you see the big picture, which I'll
course I do which is why I'm here telling you now on the other parts of the of the press
conference you look Donald Trump looked very confident okay I didn't see anything that
deviated from what he said during the campaign the key thing and the first thing that
Trump is going to deal with is Mexico now there is a report that Mexico there's
another giant caravan coming up from the south part of that country to the border.
If those poor people reach the border of the United States and Claudia Scheimbaum, the new Mexican
president, doesn't stop them, I would slap on onerous tariffs day one and break Ms. Schaumbom.
We can backhoe the cartels. The United States armed force is going to have to take care of the Mexican
cartels. Trump said it today. The cartels pretty much run Mexico. That is true. And it's a very
simple reason why. If you don't do what the cartels want, they will kill not only you,
but all your children and your wife and your girlfriend or whoever it is. And so all public
servants, including military people, are afraid their families are going to be assassinated
and wiped out because who's going to protect them? With that threat that the cartels absolutely
do all the time comes a collapse of the entire Mexican system. The only way that stops
is if Claudia Schleinbaum cooperates with the U.S. military to wipe out these cartels. Now, I don't
know whether this is going to happen or not. I do know that Trump's going to say, you continue
to allow caravans to come through your country, you're going to pay 25% on every product you
ship to the United States. That will collapse the Mexican economy. Boom, a month. Shinebom
knows it. So we're setting all of that up. It's, I do believe that Donald Trump will be
successful in closing that border, significantly closing it. The deportations I'm going to do on
another day. I got to see exactly how that's going to shake down. Who's going, how they're
going to be rounded up, the transportation, the cost of it, the pushback from California,
Massachusetts, those states. So it'll take a little time. But stopping the immigration flow,
look, Ms. Scheinbaum, if you're watching me now and you can on YouTube, I'm telling you,
you got to stop this, you and your armed forces.
And if you don't, your whole country is going under.
That's going to happen.
Don't know it.
All right, Pope Francis, and this is another thing.
Now, Trump throws the grenades all the time,
but Pope Francis throws grenades too, figuratively, not literally.
So there is a guy, Cardinal Robert McElroy, he is in San Diego.
He does not like Donald Trump at all, okay?
He's a very liberal cleric.
And he's a friend of Pope Francis, who is a liberal pope.
Pope Francis practices liberation theology.
And if you know his background in Argentina, the fascists almost killed him down there.
and he is very, very anti-authority.
So, Pope Francis appoints Cardinal McElroy to be the liaison between the Vatican and the Trump administration.
Now, let me give you just an example of McElroy.
Quote, we must disrupt those who would seek to send troops into our streets to deport the undocumented,
to rip mothers and fathers from their families.
We must disrupt those who portray refugees as enemies
rather than our brothers and sisters in terrible need.
We must disrupt those who train us to see Muslim men,
women, and children as forces of fear
rather than children of God, unquote.
All right, now in theory, that's not unchristian,
but in practice, they're not refugees, Cardinal.
they're undocumented migrants.
They've broken the law.
Civil law, yes, but they've broken it.
And that's something Catholicism promotes.
Render to Caesar.
Remember, cardinal?
That was Jesus.
And that's what he said and was recorded accurately.
So why the Pope is doing this is because he's not really
on board with stopping illegal migration, not just in the United States, but in Europe, too,
all over the world.
He thinks that people, poor people should travel where they want to travel.
That's what he thinks.
Again, in the Christian doctrine, that makes sense.
But the barrier of law also is in play.
Now, as a Catholic, this doesn't bother me one bit because what Cardinal McElroy says and even what Pope Francis says, okay, that's their entitled to their opinions.
Doesn't influence the theology.
Doesn't.
We're supposed to help the poor.
I help the poor, but I'm not going to call for an open border because that hurts poor people in the United States.
Right?
All right, so I hate to use a cliche bottom line, but here it is.
Donald Trump's just going to ignore Cardo McElroy.
He might go over for a photo op at the Pope if he's over there, but this matters not.
One of the other things that caught my eye today was that Trump wasn't as mean to the press.
As he usually is. Did you notice that?

He was kind of respectful to the press today in that press conference.
I think, and I did last week talk to him about the media.
He asked me, in my opinion, which media was on the ascent and which media was on the descent.
And generally speaking, I said, well, Joe Rogan showed you the power of social media.
That's certainly on the rise, but not all of it.
only responsible social media the corporate media is through not coming back
Washington Post is laying off a whole bunch of people will report out tomorrow night
now there's a big trial going on my pal Jake Tapper one of the worst
oh god was on the air and this happened in 2021 he's with somebody named Alex
Mark Whart. Don't know who that is. They reported that an American named Zachary Young did some
bad things in Afghanistan. So Mr. Young denies doing bad things in Afghanistan and is suing CNN for
$1 billion, $1 billion with a bee. That trial is underway, all right? Get no coverage.
But I'm watching it, and I'll tell you what happens.
So there's already testimony in it.
Very interesting.
Smart life.
So Trump said in his press conference today that gas prices are going to go down.
That's probably true.
A lot of people there, you know, when I was out in California, it was $5.50.
Here in Long Island's $3.3.10.
$5.50 in California.
So here are the 10 best cars for fuel mileage.
Number one, Toyota Prius, Hyundai Allentra, 2, Toyota Prius, PHEV, whatever that is, three.
Camry, four, Toyota Corolla, all Toyota's top five.
Six, Honda Accord, seven, Hyundai Sonata, eight, Mitsubishi Mirage, nine, Honda,
civic and the hybrid. And the last one, number 10, Nissan Versa. Those are the top 10 best cars
for gas mileage. Traffic. So you know that a congestion pricing in New York, this is a money
gouge. You know, I live in a state where every time New Yorkers turn around, the government is
trying to take their wallet so they can waste money and give it away and nobody watches the
money, and this is the highest taxed state in the union, and it's the highest tax state in
history, ever. $9 to go into Manhattan. Okay? Money grab. It's not going to alleviate congestion.
It's not going to do anything. There's more money going to Albany and New York City.
Here are the top 10 traffic delays cities in the United States.
New York, number one, takes me close to two hours to go 22 miles from my home to the city.
Chicago, L.A., Boston, Philadelphia, Miami, horror show in Miami when I was there last week.
Houston, Atlanta, Seattle, Nashville, Tennessee.
Those are the worst.
Abroad, around the world.
Istanbul is the worst city.
I've driven in Istanbul.
There's a lot of debris on the road.
Carts, people sitting up tents.
I mean, it's not a lot of traffic safety there.
New York City's second worst in the world.
Chicago, third, London.
They got congestion pricing there.
Mexico City.
Paris, Cape Town, South Africa, I didn't know that, Jakarta, Indonesia, Los Angeles, Brisbane, Australia.
Wow, Australia doesn't even have many people, but Brisbane's hard to run, right?
Those are the worst places in the world for traffic.
The stay in history, 66 years ago, January 7, 1959, Castro overthrows the dictator Batista, corrupt.
back by the USA, Dwight Eisenhower. Not good. Batista was a tyrant. Castro walked in. Castro was
worse. It's estimated he murdered, up to 20,000 people, Castro did. 1.4 million Cubans fled.
Have flight. They're suflame. There's 11 million Cubans. So more than 10% of bolted.
Ready? The average monthly wage for Cubans? $167. Think you got it tough? Communism doesn't work.
Castro was a tyrant. Back with a final thought about a special documentary that I'm doing on Donald Trump.
All right, here is the final thought of the day. So I just signed a deal with News Nation to do a documentary,
before the inauguration on President Trump.
As you know, I appear on News Nation twice a week,
three times a week, three times a week.
Mondays, Leland Vitterd, seven, Cuomo, Wednesday, eight,
and Marky Martin in the morning on Wednesday as well.
All right, so I got three appearances.
So now I'm gonna do a documentary off
the United States of Trump, my book.
All right, now if you haven't read this
and you care about Donald Trump,
You need to read it.
So we're offering a book in the bill o'Reilly.com store with a mug,
standing up for your country mug, the two of them together.
But the documentary, and I'm going to start shooting it this week,
is about the book and explaining who Donald Trump really is
and how he was able to pull off the biggest political comeback in American history.
So that will run, and this could change, Friday before the inauguration, I think that's the 17th of January, and again Sunday night, both in prime time, on News Nation.
So I'm looking forward to that.
And if you saw the confronting the president's documentary on News Nation, it's going to be in that style.
Believe me, it's not going to be boring.
And I say to people, look, if you care about the man, if you have a motion invested in him,
you need to know about him.
And there's no buck that even comes close to telling you about the life of Donald Trump
than the United States of Trump.
So there you go.
Another headline.
We're busy.
That's for sure, but it's a good busy.
Thank you for watching and listening to the No Spin News.
We'll see you tomorrow.
