I've got some bad news to report.
Again, the Bronx DA cannot prosecute, and I mean cannot prosecute.
Three men who beat up two cops on a Bronx subway platform.
One of them never got caught.
This happened in November of 2024.
I'm sorry, this happened.
November 14th, 2003.
They're now a year and a half into this.
Okay?
They cannot prosecute it because they will not prosecute it.
Oh, it makes me angry.
So we got Kareem E. McClary, 23 years old.
Isaiah, Jessamy, 20 years old.
They are charged, okay, with assault in the second degree.
On tape, you see them beating up two cops.
Again, November 14th,
2003. But the DA in the Bronx does not want to prosecute these men. That's it. She doesn't want
to do it. And it's adjourned to July. A adjournment after adjournment after a job. I have the list
right here. Let's count it up. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 adjournments. 14. So they don't even have a trial date
or anything. Now, I can predict that this thing, all thing's going to be dropped because Darcell
Clark, who's a DA in the Bronx, doesn't want to prosecute it. And the Bronx is out of
control crime-wise, as we all know, because she doesn't want to prosecute minority for criminals,
for criminal acts. She doesn't want to do it. She's the first black woman to hold the DA position
in New York State history in Bronx County, okay? It's been there since 2016, almost 10 years.
And everybody knows that Darcel Clark does not want to prosecute criminals, but she's still
elected time after time after time so who is at fault the good people of the
Bronx and here's my message to you move out leave you are not going to be
protected where you live now if that's okay if that's all right with you then
stay but don't be surprised if you're
children or your spouse or yourself gets a bullet in the head drug a juice you know it's just
you know there's some nice sections of the bronx that don't have to go through this i understand
that i'm talking to the main body of people living in the bronx okay you have no protection
nobody's going to help you so it's like living uh in a place like brazil or mexico
You go to Mexico, you get in trouble, nobody's going to help you.
But this is the United States.
So even the police officers, even though it was captured on tape, Darcel Clark will not
prosecute the guys who beat them up.
This is an easy conviction.
Simple.
There's a jury.
There's the tape.
They're the thugs.
They beat them up.
They go to the penitentiary.
No.
No.
14 adjournments.
This is beyond.
a scandal, this is basically saying to people who live in the Bronx, we don't care about you,
we're not going to protect you, even the police are not, are subject to beatings and being
killed, and we don't care about them either. You got to move out. Get out. Go anywhere else.
That's it. Because the good people in the Bronx, they're horrified. But we're
But there are more bad people on the voting ranks
than good people.
There have to be, or this woman would never
have been elected for 10 years.
Got to get out, got to leave.
Sorry, I'm sorry.
But I'm looking out for you.
It's not going to change in the Bronx.
As long as you have a district attorney like that,
criminals will run wild.
They know it.
Dope dealers know it.
They know they can do whatever they want.
And that's the truth.
