Starting point is 00:00:00 Welcome to the No Spin News, Thursday, May 9th, 2019, Take Your Country Back. This whole thing about the Mueller report and the contempt and now Donald Jr. being called in a testifying front of the Senate. All this is is politics. So everybody understands understand that. I'm going to read you a very dumb editorial from my local newspaper, Newsday. that was published today. But first, I just want to set this up. The Mueller report is clear. It's clear. Now, I'm not saying this as a partisan. I'm saying it as an American citizen. You spend $34 million in two years. This is what you get. All right, that's it. Democrats don't like it because they convicted President Trump of colluding with a foreign nation and get elected. They did it. So did the press.
Starting point is 00:01:00 They don't like it. So now they're trying to overturn the Mueller report. If it were in a court of law, this would be called double jeopardy, which is illegal. But there's no criminal case so they can do what they want, just so you know. All right, so here's Newsday this morning. The battle lines are drawn and the Constitution quakes. That's bull. The Constitution isn't quaking, it isn't shaking, it isn't baking, it isn't baking.
Starting point is 00:01:30 there are mechanisms to accomplish whatever it is the Democrats want to accomplish. However, the President of the United States, by constitutional authority, can do things like evoke executive privilege. Say, no, we're not handing over unredacted grand jury testimony. That is against the law. We're not going to do it. and I'm going to put executive privilege in place to protect us. He can do it. Now, the Democrats and Nadler or Pelosi, they can jump up to the Constitution.
Starting point is 00:02:10 Okay, it's bold. Newsday, quote, Congress has a clear right to the full Mueller report. That's unredacted. The redacted version campaigns ample evidence of potential obstruction by Trump. Congress must see the full report to decide whether impeachment is warranted. Ample evidence is nothing. You can make ample evidence out of a rumor, out of graffiti. Okay, so here's the evidence Newsday, you unbelievable dunderheads. You had a special counsel appointed, investigated for two years, spent $34 million, and he doesn't
Starting point is 00:02:50 have enough evidence to say it was obstruction. That's the evidence. Newsday wants impeachment, as do the Democratic Party. So that's why they're doing this. Even though they know the Senate would never convict President Trump, they want them to undergo the impeachment, to disrupt him, and to make the election harder for him to win. That's the end game. Heather Nowert, in her first interview since she left the Department of State as the chief spokeswoman. They remember Heather as a Fox News anchor. Here it doesn't
Starting point is 00:03:26 a factor many times. First is break. If you are over the age of 50, I have an important message for you. Starting point is 00:04:17 All right, let's do Iran first. Okay. Okay. Sabre-rattling, B-52s, carriers, why? Yeah. First, Bill, when we look at sort of the panoply of issues that you laid out there, from China to dealing with Russia to Iran, Iran is the chief state sponsor of terrorism in the world, and one of the gravest threat that we spent time on while I was at the State Department over the past two years.
Starting point is 00:04:47 When we think of Iran and we think of terror activity, we often talk about what they're doing in Syria, what they're doing to destabilize Iraq, the 600 service members, U.S. service members that they had been responsible for killing in Iraq. We talk about their army of the Houthi rebels in Yemen, and why does that affect America? Well, because they're sending ballistic missiles into our partner, Saudi Arabia, and into their space, airspace. If it happens to hit the airport there, it could affect Americans who are flying through Riyadh, for example. We talk about that stuff all the time. I think one area where we don't pay close enough attention to is the threat that Iran brings not only to the United States, but to our European allies and partners as well. And that is something that we are increasingly taking a closer look at.
Starting point is 00:05:39 All right. Three Europe's built in European countries over the past. year. Okay, but you and me and most educated Americans know this has been going on for quite some time. Now you got carriers and bomber. What was the lighted fuse that made that happen? Well, I think we've just continued to see an escalation of threats on the part of Iran. We know that they have increasingly done more to bolster Bashar al-Assad. We know that they have sent their Mahan air down to Venezuela. Some of these things are sensitive, classified pieces of information that we really can't get into discussing. But they are significantly ramping up their
Starting point is 00:06:26 efforts and they are threatening the United States when they threaten to turn back on their nuclear program. Finally, that that has started to get the attention of our European allies. We've been far more concerned about this as Americans, as the U.S. government, than many of our partners and allies have been over recent years, but finally, they're starting to take notice. All right, Heather now and everyone, really appreciate it, Heather. Thank you for your expertise and coming on, and I hope to see you soon. In Los Angeles, they have an amazingly depressing. I think that's the right word.
Starting point is 00:07:00 Homeless problem. Versus break. Recently, I had a great conversation with the CEO of the Hartford Gold Group, Sanford Man. He's a true entrepreneur. I like those kind of guys. to provide customers with the best possible experience when they invest in physical gold and silver. So right now, the Hartford Gold Group is giving you a free silver coin.
Starting point is 00:07:25 To viewers of the No Spin News exclusively, you just go to www. Hartfordgoldgroup.com forward slash no spin. Or you can give them a call at 866-484-0517. 866-484-0517. Tom O'Reilly sent you to get the free gift. The Mayor Eric Garcetti has no clue on how to handle the 55,000 homeless in LA. He doesn't know how, it doesn't know what to do.
Starting point is 00:08:01 But he is doing something. He's created the Dear Neighbor LA program, and they have created two murals. One in Koreatown and one in Arlington Heights, all right? In Arlington Heights, the mural is named the People Concern Wall, and it shows depictions of homeless people. Korea Town, a little bit different, I don't know really what it shows, but they're trying to get sympathy for the homeless by putting murals up about the homeless.
Starting point is 00:08:40 I could see the homeless. I don't need a mural, but it's the Dear Neighbor LA. Now, the problem with the Dear Neighbor LA is that compassion for the homeless is a necessity, but they can't live on your front lawn or in your garage, Mayor Garcetti, who has no idea. These are drug-addicted people, most of them. If you want to help them, put them in mandatory rehabilitation. I know the ACLU is not going to like it, but that is the only solution. Okay, I'll be checking in all weekend long.
Starting point is 00:09:25 Anything happens, you know I'll be there for you. We have the radio. We have great interviews. I was on Hannity yesterday, Bernie and Sid today, back tomorrow. Check all that out. So we will see you soon.
