Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey, Bill O'Reilly.com, our premium members, welcome to the NoSpin News, Tuesday, April 14th, 2020. Fight for your freedom and for your health. We got a lot to tell you about, including some personal information for you about your money, your finances, that is very important. and it's a service that I bring to premium members and concierge members because I want you to protect yourself financially. It is vitally important to do that. Now, in order to do that, you need to do two things, what the financial markets are doing and what the political markets are doing, all right? So we're going to start the political stuff. And I'm going to give you a headline. I'm going to get to it in a minute. But there's a lot of propaganda floating around and a lot of things
Starting point is 00:00:58 that just aren't true. You may remember that back on March 24th, Andrew Cuomo made a very big deal about ventilators. And he said, look, the state of New York may need 30,000 to 40,000 ventilators. And of course, the federal government doesn't have that. They don't have that to give. And the press one, wild. Well, why doesn't a federal government stockpile ventilators? Where are they? All of that. You remember that? Okay, it was very big story. Well, now, about three weeks later, right? You know how many ventilators, New York State is used? 5,000.
Starting point is 00:01:40 And that ship that the Fed sent to dock in the Hudson River to be a hospital ship, you know how many people are there? None. So when you hear these things, and when the press attacks President Trump and President Trump attacks back, and a lot of this is based on nothing. Now, I didn't say a word about the ventilators, one way or the other. Why didn't I say a word about it? Because I don't know. And when I don't know, I keep my big mouth shut. I don't say anything. I reported this story, but I couldn't put it into any kind of
Starting point is 00:02:21 context for you because I don't know how many ventilators are needed to save people from the virus. But now the facts are in. So a big story, Trump is incompetent, federal government's incompetent because they can't get 30,000, 40,000 ventilators to New York State, and they need 5,000 ventilators. They're sending ventilators back now. The city of New York is sending them back upstate. Again, you'll never hear this reported that press will never say, oh, gee, you know, we overplayed that. That was an overreaction. You'll never hear it. It's never going to happen. You are listening to a free excerpt from Bill O'Reilly.com's no-spin news broadcast, where you can actually see me. We'll be right back after this message. Let's face it, the U.S.
Starting point is 00:03:13 economy is under stress. National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets. And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold. That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver through the only dealer I trust, American Hartford Gold. And you can do this. Starting point is 00:04:08 Again, that's 866-326-5576 or text bill to 998899. Okay, so the president then takes last night's press conference on the virus to basically fight back against the press. There's a two-pronged war. There's the war against the virus itself, and then there's a war against the press that's trying to destroy President Trump over the virus. So they run a montage, they being the Trump administration. Roll it.
Starting point is 00:04:45 People should be more concerned right now with the fluidness. country. A lot of people are concerned about the coronavirus because they're hearing a lot of news about it right now. But the reality is comparing it to the flu, for example, it's not even close to being at that stage. What if it is worse? Is this a moment where maybe countries put politics aside, a little bit of pride aside, and do we have U.S. officials? Should U.S. professionals such as yourself get involved? How worried should Americans be about coronavirus? Coronavirus is not going to cause a major issue in the United States. Okay. And it went on and on and a million different things. So the press was outraged that Donald Trump used the virus presser, press conference, for this. They called it propaganda. Not really propaganda. Those were things that were said. And there's a ton more. And we had them last night before all of this happened, as we take before.
Starting point is 00:05:46 So then the press got furious about it, and here's what happened. Go. You know, it's very sad when people write false stores like, in that case, I guess it was gotten mostly from the New York Times, which is a highly, I mean, if you had libel laws, they would have been out of business even before they'll end up going out of business. Or this rant supposed to make people confident in an unprecedented crisis. Nobody thought we should do it. And when I did it...
Starting point is 00:06:16 But what did you do with the time that you bought? The month of February. You know what we did? What do you do when you have no case in the whole United States? You had cases in February. Excuse me. You reported it. You know you're a fake.
Starting point is 00:06:31 You know that. Your whole network, the way you covered, is fake. And most of you. And not all of you, but the people are wise to you. That's why you have a lower approval rating than you've ever had before times probably three. Please, go ahead. Has any governor agreed that you? you have the authority to decide when they're state.
Starting point is 00:06:47 I haven't asked anybody because you know why? Because I don't have to. Go ahead, please. But who told you the president has the total authority? Enough. Okay, so the question is, is this a good use of the pandemic press conference for the country?
Starting point is 00:07:05 And the answer is no. Fighting with reporters is not a good use of the time. But what else? And my question, and I said this on a race with Mark Simone today. What else is the president supposed to do? If he doesn't fight back against the narrative that he's incompetent, they didn't do anything, and he knew, but he didn't do anything. If he doesn't fight back against that, then he's going to get destroyed, because that'll take root, you see? So he has to. And the press conference is
Starting point is 00:07:43 where everybody is. They're all locked in. We're all locked in. So I would do the same thing. And that's how I cover the news. What would I do in each situation? I would do the same thing. I'd be rougher on the press people sitting there because they are dishonest. They know damn well that no world leader flagged this, not one. They know damn well that in three debates, no Democratic candidate for president nor moderator raised it the coronavirus between january 1st and february 27th not one question they know that so what is trump supposed to be this mystical guy another quick break and i'll be right back power politics and the people behind the headlines i'm miranda divine New York Post columnist and the host of the brand new podcast, Podforce One.
Starting point is 00:08:45 Every week I'll sit down for candid conversations with Washington's most powerful disruptors, lawmakers, newsmakers and even the president of the United States. These are the leaders shaping the future of America and the world. Listen to Podforce One with me, Miranda Devine, every week on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. You don't want to miss an episode. All right, let's do some mail, Gary Borders, Spokane, Washington. Bill Howe has the Corona Academic affected President Trump's personal holdings?
Starting point is 00:09:25 They're taking a hit. Trump organization's taking a hit. No doubt about it. No hotel. People, no golfing, all of that. Mitch on a message voyage. What should take on Bill, Gates and all? was talking about vaccines and contract tracing. I don't know enough. I just don't know enough.
Starting point is 00:09:43 You know, I'm not jumping into waters as I told you that I'm just not conversant in. I'm watching it. But if you hear me analyze something and make a definitive statement, I know what I'm talking about. I don't know that world. Larry, I'll be interested in hearing the result of Governor Huckabee's Florida backyard Sam lawsuit. He lost the first round. Federal judge, said that the local county can keep the governor off his backyard, which abuts the ocean because there's nobody allowed on the beaches. And we'll see how that goes. Kenny, still want to know how China is going to pay for this mess.
Starting point is 00:10:23 They're not going to pay. They're not. They lost world opinion. Everybody hates China. Court of public opinion, they lost. But nobody can make China do anything. Bill. Last night was the most condensed, amazing fact-based news I have ever seen.
Starting point is 00:10:40 That's the highest level I've ever seen you do, Bill. That's the kind of news everyone should be getting. Everyone can get it. Everyone can get Bill O'Reilly.com. But some people, you know, I don't know. Why wouldn't you watch this? You're not getting served on the others. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:11:01 Paul Purpura, Roseland, Virginia, tonight's podcast, probably the most important ever. I watched it twice. First time, I listened. Second time, I took notes. It's a way to go. The information we gave you tonight and last night, vital to protect yourself and your family. See you again tomorrow.
