Hey, Bill O'Reilly.com, premium members, welcome to the no-spin news Wednesday, April 29th,
2020, fight for your freedom, and for your health. So the lead story tonight is lockdown versus anarchy.
Fascinating story, and you'll hear it nowhere else,
because that's not what the television news does.
They react, we are proactive.
And I know exactly what's happening in this country
because I pay attention.
So you've got two camps.
You've got the lockdown camp
where they believe that the pandemic is not under control.
They constitute many in the Democratic Party
and almost all the media.
Then you have the people who say enough.
That's more of a conservative Republican crew.
Now, the powers that be from Washington to your state capital basically saying,
got to really take it easy.
And here in New York, where I am right now, there's no lift on anything.
And I understand it.
I mean, there are just legions of people sick here.
But in North Dakota, as we reported, in Idaho, and in, um,
Wyoming. And it's not a problem. This is not a problem there. So obviously it's a rollout that can be
done in a disciplined manner, but we're not a country known for our discipline. So that's what we have.
And there's a poll out. And look, it's taken by somebody named Kelton Global. I don't know
what Kelton Global is. It's based out of L.A. It's a consumer insight. I mean, it could be.
six kids in a basement. But I'll give you the numbers. They say that they contacted
1,900 U.S. adults. All right. And 72% of the people they contacted say that they're going
to reach their breaking point. Americans are going to reach their breaking point if this
goes on into June. Okay? A hundred percent said if it's
last for six months, they'll go crazy. Literally, 100%.
35% of adults between 1824 say they're going crazy now. I don't know how that
manifests itself, but that's what they say. And 69% of Americans are extremely worried
about flying on an airplane ever again, which is good news for those of us who need more
leg room. Okay, so I don't think there's any doubt that most Americans have had it.
So what's going to happen? Two weeks. This is my prediction. I could be wrong.
Note those words. I could be wrong. I give it two more weeks, mid-May.
Almost every state is going to have to let the people go back to work, even New York.
The last holdouts are going to be New York in California.
But as we saw in California over the weekend, anarchy is broken out there.
already, not here in New York. So in Orange County, south of L.A. is a heat wave, and 40,000 people
plus, according to the press, went to the beach. And they didn't social distance. They socialized.
This is anarchy. All right, because the governor, Newsom, said, no, don't do that. People did it anyway.
When you defy the public authorities, that's anarchy. There you're looking at it. Right there.
As you know in Michigan, the governor there has locked down everything and says, hey, you can't
even buy mulch in your local trunk store. You can't buy seeds. And you can't go if you
had another house. You can't drive from one house to the next. That has nothing to do with spreading
the virus. Nothing. That's just oppression. So what happened? Thousands of people showed up in the state
capital of Michigan, Lansing, to demonstrate against Governor Whitmer, who lost her position
as a frontrunner in the Vice President's sweepstanks for Biden because of this.
Because she's way overstepping her bounds, and anarchy is breaking out in Michigan.
I mean, people drive into their second homes.
You've got an upper-peninsular house, or you've got a house on Lake Michigan, and you want to
go there, you're going.
you're going to go. You'd be an idiot not to go. And then in New York City last night,
and this was unfortunate, I have to say, there was a funeral for a rabbi, and hundreds of people
showed up in Brooklyn. And, you know, when you have that, you spread disease. Let's see that
picture, please. And, you know, the governor and a mayor were
angry. And they should be. They should be. This is New York City. We have a terrible, terrible
problem here. And there they are. Cops didn't do anything because the cops don't do anything
about it. And I love the NYPD, but they're going to stand down on this stuff. They're not
going to enforce anything. So there you have three examples of absolute anarchy.
and two weeks.
Mark my words, write it down.
Everybody's going to have to start.
Last holdouts will be California and New York.

We'll be right back after this message.
Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress.

Now, you may remember last week, actually it was eight days ago, so it was outside of a week.
Mr. Perspicacious, word of the day, that's me.
I am Mr. Perspicacious.
That's me.
Said this, go.
The lawyers are starving.
the ambulance chasers, and there are millions of them. They're starving. And there is lined up.
One kid goes back to school, gets the virus, bang, $10 million lawsuit against the school district
or the state or whatever. Schools know that. Okay, so eight days later, the Senate Majority
Leader Mitch McConnell is telling the country, he's not going to pass any more.
stimulus bills, any more help, unless Congress passes a law that stops the blood-sucking
lawyers, the extortionists, from suing over COVID. Here's McConnell yesterday.
My red line, and going forward on this bill, is we need to provide protection, litigation
protection for those who've been on the front line, hospitals, doctors,
nurses. And imagine you're a businessman thinking about reopening. And you've heard that the trial lawyers
all over the country are sharpening their pencils getting ready to sue you, claiming that you didn't
engage in proper distancing or other issues related to health and safety. Look, we can't pass
another bill unless we have liability protections. That's why you're premium members and concierge members
to Bill O'Reilly.com. Now, McCollin's absolutely right. You got to pass the bill to Congress,
and then we can see who's going to vote against the bill, who wants chaos in the federal government
and in our court systems. You've got to do it. Got to pass it, all right? Because we can't
reopen with all these sleazy lawyers lined up to sue everybody. All right, my final thought
is about why we are beating our competition and who our competition really is. Right back with
that. Hey, it's Sean Spicer from the Sean Spicer Show podcast, reminding you to tune into my show
every day to get your daily dose inside the world of politics. President Trump and his team are
shaking up Washington like never before, and we're here to cover it from all sides, especially
on the topics the mainstream media won't. So if you're a political junkie,
on a late lunch or getting ready for the drive home.
New episodes of the Sean Spicer Show podcast drop at 2 p.m. East Coast every day.
Make sure you tune in.
You can find us at Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast.
So here's the final thought of the day.
As I reported yesterday, our renewal fees for premium and concierge members are scraping up to 90%
unheard of in any industry.
You always lose 2025%.
And if you have a bad product, you use more than that.
90 percent, 9 out of 10.
Now the reason is that we are proactive in covering the news.
We look ahead, look at tonight.
Look what we gave you about anarchy versus the shelter.
Nobody's going to do that.
You're not going to hear that anywhere.
Look at what happened with Mitch McConnell saying, now we got to have liability law.
I said that eight days ago.
So our competition is cable news.
That's who we compete with.
You can watch this anytime you want, so it's not like an eight to nine.
or anything like that. But if you watch cable news, generally speaking, and there are some very good
people working in that area, but generally speaking, you hear the same thing five, six times
and a half an hour. They don't know what to do. They have guests that are speculating and nobody
keeps score. You can be the biggest idiot in the world and you're back the next day. We don't do that
here. If I make a mistake, I'm the idiot. And you remember, I'm not going to make any mistakes or very
few. So that's why the stuff is going on. And we're setting a national agenda here. We've had
millions of page views since the pandemic began. Millions. I never thought I'd see that.
But thanks to you, it's happening. We'll see you tomorrow.
