Hey, Bill O'Reilly.com premium members, welcome to the No Spin News Monday, May 18th, 2020,
fight for your freedom and for your health. I think we have a very interesting program for you,
and it's unlike anything else you'll see on television news.
I again tried to watch it this morning and again I had to turn it off.
Repetitive, I knew everything they were saying.
They didn't know what to say, they being the anchors, and I flip around.
They don't know what to say.
They don't know what to do.
But I do, and so here we go.
What is likely to happen now to you, the American citizen?
So we are seeing a trend to open most states to accept.
New York, California. Now, Massachusetts and Connecticut are lagging with New York, but that's another story, and I expect them to open fairly quickly. But California and New York, they're going to be the outliers. Everybody else is going to start to open commerce, and tomorrow we're going to take a hard look at Georgia, fascinating place, about what's happening there. So you are going to see between now and the middle of
June, increased access to business. And you'll see increased access to sports. I think Major League
Baseball is going to get up and running by the 4th of July. Already we have the Germans. We'll tell
you about what happened there in the soccer games over the weekend. NASCAR is driving, golf is
putting. So you'll have a little bit more diversion on television. However, with all the restrictions,
anger and there's no doubt about that. The polls don't really reflect that anger. There's a poll
percolating around, but I have to find out the methodology before I report it to you from Harris,
Harvard shows most people don't want to reopen. I don't believe that poll, but you know,
when I get the methodology, I'll give it to you and then you can decide for yourselves.
The key statistic in the reopening is not how many people test.
positive for COVID because you're going to have more tests positive in any opening
because more people will get tested they don't feel good or nervous whatever
it may be so you're going to have more tests and with more tests you'll have
more positives but the key stat is not that it's hospitalizations so in Georgia
for example they've opened up if they see a 30% rise in people being admitted
to the hospital they got to take a look
all right because that is an indicator now china today closed down another province they're hysterical
over in china by the way uh because they don't know what's happening because the government doesn't
level with them government it's not like here where you can turn on the tv you're going to get
false information but you'll get some true information there's no bill o'rereilly dot com no spin news
in china they block us we're in hong kong but we're not in china um so the people there
are really panicked, because they don't know what's going on, and then they moved the army in,
which they did, to a province in the northeastern part of the country where there's been a spike
up in COVID. So you have to be sane about this. I said everybody, look, I'm not a crazy guy.
When I walk into a store, I do wear a little mask, and people applaud. They don't want to see me.
But when I'm at the beach or walking Holly the Terra dog or I don't wear a mask.
If I can separate myself from the people, I'm not going to wear a mask because that's dopey.
Why would I?
I love these people driving in a car with the masks on.
You're not going to get it from satellite radio, okay?
Serious is not going to give that to you.
Maybe they do it for convenient.
I don't know, but I look over and there's the mask looking at me, that kind of thing.
You when you're in a car, you don't have to wear it.
But I don't want to make light of this because if you choose to wear a mask 24-7,
okay, that's your choice.
You should go ahead.
I don't want to give the virus to anyone.
I haven't been tested.
I feel fine.
I'm not in proximity to a lot of people.
So I don't feel that there's any risk to me at all because I haven't been, you know,
I don't take the subway, I don't take the train, I'm not on a bus.
I don't do any of that.
You are listening to a free excerpt from Bill O'Reilly.com's no-spin news broadcast, where you can actually see me.
We'll be right back after this message.
Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress.

FBI.
I'm trying to rehab the FBI.
So, they did a nice job in this Pensacola shooting.
Let me remind you what happened.
Last December 6th, all right, a guy from Saudi Arabia named Mohamed al-Sherini, or something like that,
killed three sailors and injured eight other people in Pensacola, Florida.
He himself was killed by Eskambia County.
sheriff's deputies. He had a cell phone. Apple would not help the FBI open the cell phone,
but the Bureau did find a way to get into the killer's cell phone. Thank you Apple, right?
Okay, so today they announced what they found. Go. Today I am pleased to announce that thanks
to the relentless efforts and ingenuity of FBI technicians.
The FBI succeeded in unlocking al-Shamrani's phones.
The phones contained information previously unknown to us that definitively establishes Al-Sumranes significant ties to al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula.
The Attorney General went on to say that there have been raids and al-Qaeda is held to account, which means they're dead, because of what was found on the assassin's phone.
Again, Apple would not cooperate.
This is an attempt, of course, to rehabilitate the FBI.
We need the FBI.
They obviously did a terrible thing to General Flynn and booted the Russian collusion thing,
but we need them going forward.

All right, here is the final thought of the day.
This is a study out of Great Britain, 2,000 British adults.
average between 18 and 81, 13 hours a day on a machine, 13 hours a day,
average. I don't know how you go more than that. You got to sleep eight, right? Seven. So you
only got four hours left over. You got to eat. Everybody's on it all the time. In fact,
if you live to be 62 in Great Britain, you will spend 34 years out of the 62 staring at a screen.
All right. Now, the implications of this is staggering. I've gone over that in the past. I will tell you this. If these weren't around, the urchins in a lockdown would be going berserk. These are pacifiers.
now in the age of the pandemic and that's not a bad thing except a lot of the stuff that
they're looking at is garbage which you can learn i research on these and i write on these now
not all bad but come on come on 13 hours a day and that's that's hurting you so keep it maybe
four five some days nothing if you can find something else to do
We'll see more.
