Lots of fog in the media, more than usual at saying something here. And it's all about President Biden's declining position on a number of fronts in this country. and the media doesn't really quite know what to do about it. The Democratic Party's desperate. They know their guy is declining. They don't have a replacement for him. So it's really a chaotic scene on the left these days. Now, tonight we're going to report honestly about what's happening, as we always do, and very precisely, which you're not going to get too many other places.

We begin with the impeachment inquiry, which we told you about yesterday, but we'll follow up on the story today, and that is a subject of this evening's talking points memo. So it's all about Joe Biden helping his son and brother amass a tremendous amount of wealth when Biden was vice president. We know he did it. There's no doubt he did it. And if people don't want to believe it, then they fall into the category of people believe what they want to believe. That's it. So we all know that he enabled his family to amass a fortune from foreign nations for doing nothing. That's been established. What we don't know is if Joe Biden himself benefited directly financially.

So in order to find that out, because there were aliases used on smartphones and on laptops, there were shell corporations, there was bank routing all over the. the place in order to find out if then Vice President Biden benefited financially, you have to investigate. Okay, it just doesn't appear magically. So the Justice Department refuses to do that. They're not going to investigate Joe Biden. And I was on News Nation last night with Chris Cuomo, and he's telling me, and it has been

telling me, oh, the FBI's investigating, the FBI's investigating. I'm going, no, they're not. And here's my proof. How can the FBI be investigating? Joe Biden and Hunter Biden if they would sign off on a deal that would allow Hunter Biden to plea lesser charges and no jail time

and not be prosecuted again forever. That's what the deal was and that's why the judge threw it out. How could the Federal Bureau of Investigation be investigating and allow that deal, sign off on that deal? It couldn't. It's impossible. And remember, five years. The FBI investigates something for five years.

and doesn't have anything concrete to bring to the U.S. attorney in Delaware? Does that make sense to you? So the FBI stood down, even when its own informer gave them information about Joe Biden and Hunter Biden that enact on it, as far as we know. Because no evidence has been presented by the FBI in any way. involving this Hunter Biden, Joe Biden case. But Chris Cuomo believes they are investigating. Okay. You make your call on who you think is right.

The IRS brought the charges against Hunter Biden. The IRS works for the Treasury Department, not the Justice Department. Okay? All right, that's very, very important to understand. enter the Republican Party, which controls the House of Representatives. They set up three committees to investigate what happened in the Biden family, ways and means, judiciary, and oversight.

They have accumulated evidence of bank transfers, wire this, computer that, whatever, not the FBI, the House committees. Again, red flag all over the place, because this is what the FBI, is expert at doing. Tracking down foreign transactions. House had to do it. So now there's an inquiry. Now, why is that important? It's important because it gives the House committee's more power to derive information, to get information. Okay. So they can have increased power to take depositions, and they can subpoena things in the National Archives, for example, stuff like that, bank records. The problem is that the Speaker of the House,

Kevin McCarthy, said on September 1st this, quote, I'll read it. To open an impeachment inquiry is a serious matter, and House Republicans would not take it lightly or use it for political purposes. The American people deserve to be heard on this matter through their elected representatives. That's why if we move forward with an impeachment inquiry, it would occur through a vote on the floor of the people's house and not through a declaration of any one person, okay, September 1st. But McCarthy opened the inquiry without a vote on the house, and that was a mistake. Okay, if you're going to say that, you've got to follow through. Even if some Republicans defective, which I don't believe they would. I believe it'll be a partisan party vote down the line, okay?

Even if a few defected and the inquiry resolution went down, that doesn't stop the three-house committees from investigating, continue their work. So McCarthy should hold that vote as soon as he can because that elevates the thing. Right now, he looks like he's a guy who say anything, right? Now, the Democratic Party does not want to know. I said this to Hannity, and we posted the interview with Hannity as we do every week. radio program on Bill O'Reilly.com. I think there's nobody in the Democratic Party

that cares a whit about what Joe Biden did as Vice President. Whether he rich himself, he rich his family, they don't care. They simply don't care. And here is the reason. I said this to Chris Cuomo last night on News Nation. Go. And the Senate will never convict him

because the Democrats don't care if he took money from Hunter and Jim. They don't. The Justice Department doesn't care. And that's the big track. for the nation. They don't care what Biden did because Trump is worse. And that's it. That's the justification. That's the rationalization. We let Biden go because Trump is worse. Okay. That's the country we live in right now. Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress. National debt rising,

So that is a week from today. Now, Garland's going to do what Garland always does. Why can't comments on investigation, blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah okay the Congress people have to be more clever than he is they have to phrase questions in a sense that he isn't talking about any specifics in the investigation like can you explain how the FBI has been investigating the Biden family just in general terms what have they done have you issued subpoenas

all right have you question people he can answer general questions he won't but it will make him look smaller than he is and that's pretty small so that'll be a big day for the country i don't think there's any doubt you know i know clear thinking people know the justice department's in the tank it's not going to investigate joe biden and that is a problem House issues contempt citations, which you will have to, and people don't show up to testify and things like that, Justice Department won't execute it. They won't arrest him. And the House can't arrest anybody. Okay. So this is one big mess. All right, the Biden people, though, are clearly worried about this. The word about Biden's incapacity, he can't do anything. We went over that

yesterday. And they have drafted a letter, according to CNN reporting. The letter is going to be sent out to all the big news agencies. And it's going to say, quote, that the Biden administration expects the news agencies to ramp up their scrutiny of House Republicans for opening an impeachment inquiry based on lies, unquote. Again, this is CNN. All right, anonymous sources on all right, you know, the usual. But there's a... question that within the liberal media, which is most of it, they are very worried about Joe Biden. Enter David Ignatius Washington Post columnist, Far Left Guy. Here's what he wrote. All right. I don't think Biden and Vice President Harris should run for re-election. It's painful

to say that, given my admiration for much of what they have accomplished. But if he and Harris campaign together in 24, I think Biden risks on doing his greatest achievement, which was stopping Trump. Ignatius. That's Biden's greatest achievement in his mind. Stopping Trump. Forget about the economy. Forget about foreign affairs, Putin, Afghanistan. Forget about the border. No, no, no, no, no. Because Biden be Trump, David Ignatius has it. And that's the mentality at the Washington Post, the New York Times, the L.A. Times, the Boston Globe, on and on, on, on, on. But they're worried. They are absolutely worried. And, you know, a lot of things are going to happen. It's not going to be a good autumn, as I said, too many times. I hate to be redundant and repetitive. It's not going to be a good item for Joe Biden. And, you know, Trump's smart to stay out of it. You haven't heard a lot from him this week. Trump should just keep quiet. Just let it unfold. Okay. He's got something new to say, the former president, okay, but make sure it's new. Not the same old stuff. Let this just evolve. And that's the memo.

So I'm going to methodically run through this because, of course, it's denied by the Democratic Party. None of this they will accept. Let's go very methodically. number one bad report poverty in america increased for the first time since 2010 that's pretty bad and that's 12 years ago because these are 2,022 stats 38 million people in this country living below the poverty line which is $30,000 for a family of four real wages that is money that you have to spend fell 2.3 percent from 21 to 10. 22, and overall is down more than 5% in two and a half years under Biden. Okay, so real wages are down.

It's costing an East American home about six grand. Trump, about 9% up. Okay, so if you're doing the math, that's a 14% swing. You have 14% less spending power and asset power. under Biden than you did under Trump. That's pretty startling. And, you know, no matter what, they pettifog and they throw at you, that's the most important stat. Finally, inflation, highest monthly increase in a year in August.

Okay? Consumer prices up almost 4%. Energy prices up 5.6%. gas up 10.6%. Okay. There you go. Is that good? That good for you? Good for your family? No. Bad. Democrats won't accept it because they believe what they want to believe. They don't believe those stats. They have an excuse for the stats. They'll try to some chart and, you know, all of this stuff. But Biden will run against the Republican, probably Trump, and the grocery store. gas station. That's who he's running against. Okay, Minnesota, like Colorado, wants to stop

Donald Trump from being on the presidential ballot. The free speech for people, a far-left advocacy group filed a lawsuit, keep Trump off the ballot. You know what this is all about. It will not succeed. So you can do whatever they want to do. You know, these are groups that have money. They can just waste the money on this and cause trouble. All right, overseas, Putin, and Kim Jong-un met in Siberia. Okay. I wish they would stay there, don't you? So according to Associated Press, the meeting is about Kim wanting Russian help in developing satellites, and Russia wanting ammunition and rockets from North Korea. So I don't know. I have no clue what these two are doing. Got to keep an eye on it. Iran, everybody's mad at the Biden administration. They unfroze $6 billion in Iranian oil funds that were frozen. In return, the Mullahs will release five.

American citizens being detained in Iran. None of this swap thing. The foolishness of it is that it was announced on 9-11, and Iran's the biggest terrorist state in the world. So, I mean, it just shows you that Biden administration is no clue. I don't feel one way or another about this. I know a lot of the right-wingers are really crazed about it, but, you know, if you can get five Americans out of there,

it sounds like a lot of money, six billion, but it's really not. not. And Iran, they got problems over there. So again, I don't think the $6 billion is going to help them out very much. I could be wrong. All right. The United Nations has a bunch of groups, all right? You know them. Unicep helps the kids and on and on and on. One of the groups called the Organization for migration, okay? They have published a report and it says that last year, 2002, there were 686 deaths and disappearances of migrants trying to get across the Mexican border, 686. And the agency concluded that it's the deadliest migrant land route in the world. And it is. So I don't believe, I believe the 686 number, I think it's way higher than that.

So, yeah, and you know this, but I just have to state it for the record. The migrants show up at the border under the control of the drug smuggling cartels, because not only they smugged drugs, they smuggle people. So the cartels control the migrants. It's not like you can just walk up to the southern border without being confronted by an armed criminal. And those criminals do whatever they want. If you're a good-looking woman, you're in trouble right away.

All right. I mean, if you're a child, it goes on and on and on and on. And the hardship of crossing the deserts and the heat and totally out of control. There's no Mexican authority at all. None. That's why I will never go to Mexico again in my entire life. There's no control over there about anything. You can go down to Cancun, you can, whatever you want.

But if you get in trouble, no one's going to help you. There's no law. Cartels run the country. Period. So anyway, the UN comes out with this report. Media buries it right away. You don't hear anything. Did you hear about it?

And now the migrants themselves are getting killed. It's not humane. smart life uh so one of the worst things is getting a cold and not being able to breathe right

well we all agree on that and uh i don't get a lot of colds i used to but now i take stuff to boost my immune system not pills or anything i just you know eat and i use this chowat tea from jpa uh boost the immune system to fight off the bacteria that causes the colds All right, but if you get a cold, you want relief. So you got Sudafed, you got Mucinex, you got Sinex, you got Dacquil, you got Benadryl, you got Tyl, you got Tylenol, you got Advil Sinus, and all of these things, all right, all over the place. Okay, they don't work, according to the Food and Drug Administration. I wish they had told this maybe 20 years earlier. They don't work.

all right so they compared those medications over the counter to nothing to a pill that was just nothing and the nothing pill did the same thing as these decongestants you know how much money that we've all wasted on this stuff you know couldn't you've been a little more aggressive on this food and drug administration federal government so smart life what do you what do you do you do You can't, you know, and the only thing, and I've told you and told you and told you, and you know, when I get these concierge letters, and some of them will break your heart about people in desperate trouble, and I try to help them, that's what the concierge program on Bill O'Reilly.com is all about. But at least you have something to try here. This is what smart life is all about. You've got to protect yourself and your family. You have to.

Because after the fact is too late. I can't tell you, I get thousands of letters. every week, thousands. I can tell you, I'm reading these letters that I feel so bad. But the people have not protected themselves one whit. And then they get killed.

I still try to help them, and I can help them in most cases by guiding them into certain places. But boy, it's discouraging for me. All right, San Francisco, smart life, don't go. Like Mexico. All right, I love San Francisco.

Francisco. I almost moved there one time. It's so beautiful. That whole area is so beautiful. And the climate is good, perfect for me, not too hot, not too cold. I like the sports teams. But if you're going there now, then you're subjecting yourself to danger. Simple as that. So American Eagle outfit is it closed people? They're suing the biggest mall in San Francisco All right. This is an interesting lawsuit. So they're suing the iconic San Francisco Mall. Eagle Outfitters located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. And they're suing it for, quote, failing, they want compensatory and monetary damage for breach of contract because the Mall, Westfield Mall and Brookfield Properties, have not provided security for the American Eagle store.

and they're getting ripped off like crazy. And they say that the mall is in disarray. That's an interesting lawsuit. So the American Eagle Corporation bought space, pay rent, in this Westfield Mall, and a mall just lets people run wild. So they're suing them. Pretty interesting. All right, let's go to the mail.

We got James Knowles in Limerick, Pennsylvania. Bill, the impeachment stuff is stupid. Same as it was with Trump. The people that hate Biden already think he's corrupt, and those who support Biden don't care. Absolutely right, but it's not stupid. If the federal government does not hold elected officials responsible for corruption, then we're going to be Honduras.

Though you're right, hearts and minds, but I'll tell you what, if the evidence surfaces that Joe Biden, Biden actually took money from his son and brother, most Americans turn against them like that, even the zealots. okay you there are organizations that might do that but presidential pardon is a presidential party so you walk away from criminal criminality uh Ruth Ann Myers Conroe Texas president is visibly feeble therefore there's the answer question about who is doing the actual work biggest question for me is are there protocols in place regarding who would be in charge if we were attacked Joe Biden be in charge he's the commander in chief That doesn't change. There are people in a White House telling them what to do. Okay?

There's a cadre of people there. His chief of staff, his advisors, his counsels, they're all there. They're telling them what to do. I got to get a minute. Tomorrow I'm going to give you a list of all the people working in the Oval Office with Biden. A note to my producers, just compile that list and try to get pictures to match so people know. My question, what if actual female athletes refuse to participate whenever a biological male is in a sporting event? Well, they'd lose their scholarships. So they can't. Or they have to pay. They get booted off the team if they didn't participate, and they'd lose their scholarships. That's why.

You're about the terrorist group, Boko Haram in Africa, and President Biden had pulled U.S. troops out of Africa that were helping to combat them. If you have any updates. Biden moved, the Pentagon moves troops around. Biden has no idea about what's going on

over there, by the way. None. It's the Pentagon making the call. There are U.S. Special Forces fighting Boko Haram in Africa. And in Somalia, it's a different terrorist group there in other places, and it's all top secret. There's not like I can call, pick up a phone, and get info on. I have the best contacts. Are he killing the killers? That's the best reporting on terrorism you're ever going to get. Because we were able to persuade. the people who know to talk to me. And they did. But now I can't just say, well, okay, where are the Navy SEALs and where's Delta Force in Africa? I mean, they're not going to tell me that. Put the guys and gals in danger if they did that. on disasters that can change a person's life. I had such a disaster. I feel I can recover from it, even though I've had five surgeries, and it's been a struggle. Thank you for your encouragement.
