Now this is another barely significant story. The Heritage Foundation, we use them. I'm hopefully we're going to get somebody on Wednesday here. It's fairly conservative out of the think tank in Washington. They have analyzed President Biden's executive orders, and they have found that almost all of the orders were signed by auto pen. Now, you'll notice that when Trump signs an order, executive order, he signs it in front of the press, the pool, and he holds it up. Biden didn't do that.

In fact, he never signed it himself with his hand and a pen. He used an auto pen. Now, some believe, and I am one of them, that Biden had no idea what he was signing. He didn't know what it was. you're going to see from almost day one in 2021, the Biden had no idea what he was doing. You're going to see that. That's going to come out.

So for four years, we didn't have a president. That is staggering. But Heritage is now looking into this and trying to get as much documentation as possible to prove that Biden didn't do his job, that other people were doing it and then machines were signing the documents. The growing Biden scandal, and it is that, it is a scandal.

Now, the House Oversight Committee is investigating whether President Biden actually knew what he was signing when he didn't sign the executive orders, but an auto pen did. Are you a little confused? So the president issues executive orders. Legally, he can use a machine to sign the orders,

but that shouldn't happen unless the president is indisposed. In Biden's case, it happened a shocking amount, and I'll give you the stats in a moment. So the House Oversight Committee wants to know why, what was going on, did Biden even know? what was in these executive waters. It's very tough to prove. Very, very tough. And Biden deserves due processes that all Americans are on. And, you know, the right-wing anti-Biden people are going crazy. You know, he didn't know. We don't do that here. What we do is report methodically,

and here's what we know. There is no question that all mental acuity questions surround Jill Biden, the first lady. That is beyond any reasonable doubt. She knew day to day the condition of her husband. Okay. She has not been called in front of the oversight committee yet. She will be. The following, well, let me let me give you a little bit of a primer before we get to the people who have been called. So on May 24, First, I went on News Nation Cuomo, and I told Mr. Cuomo and avowed Democrat that this Biden thing was going to be as big as Watergate, roll of tape. Look, if you want to try to justify this unbelievable cover-up that's going to rise as high as Watergate. What is the cover-up? Watergate?

How is a man sat there for four years? exam worse than water date. I'll give you the last word. If, yeah, give it to me because boy, you're killing yourself. Oh, yeah. I'm killing myself. Yeah. You have a right as an American citizen Cuomo to know if your president is infirmed mentally or physically. I agree. The Constitution gave the privilege to the press to keep an eye on these people. Yes. So that we would know their status and condition. In Watergate, they covered up a crime. Yes. If Colonel O'Connor gave a PSA test that showed Biden had cancer and kept it from the public, that is a crime. Okay, so now everybody

is saying it's like Watergate. So, you know, I like Cuomo. Oh, you know that, I'll go on his program all the time, but he was just being an arrogant ass. Oh, Watergate. Oh, you bet you wait and see what happens here. Because you cannot cover up, right, a mental acuity or a physical situation in the White House. You can't. And it is Watergate. It's worse than Watergate, probably. The Nixon people covered up crimes.

All right? They covered up break-ins. They covered up bribery. They covered all that stuff. Okay. Okay. So the following people are going to have to testify in front of the House Oversight Committee. Here they are. Former Senior Advisor Michael Donnellan. Senior advisor, Anita Dunn. Former Biden Chief of Staff Ron Claim. Former Deputy Chief of Staff of Policy Bruce Reed,

former Counselor of President Steve Ritchetti. Now, they will all retain counsel. They know they're in trouble. And they're all going to say the same thing. we didn't say anything. When we were there, it was fine. Oh, no, he knew everything. That's what they're all going to say. Then I can say, yeah, I lied about it. They're not. And again, it's going to be hard for the oversight committee to prove anything. It will, because there were days when President Biden was lucid. However, in my opinion, this was a mammoth cover up. And the guy who's in most trouble is the doctor that I just mentioned, O'Connor. He's a colonel, retired colonel in the Army.

And he was examining Biden. Roll the tape. How's the president's health? It is. And how is this mental cognition? It's excellent. It's excellent. Is there a reason you didn't perform a cognitive test on him?

He's here every day. Okay. Now, that's a tough. one. And if O'Connor did not give the prostate test or did give it and then held it back, because as you know, President Biden has cancer, prostate cancer, he's going to have to be prosecuted. Now, it might not reach that because this is a committee that's looking at this. It's not the FBI. It's not the Justice Department. Although Donald Trump has called for an investigation, which means, that the Justice Department is going to have to get involved.

Because that's where it has to go. I mean, these pinheaded house people, Congress people, senators, yeah, they can ask the questions, they can embarrass people, but you need hard evidence. And it's a tough one. It is a tough one. Now, let's get to the executive orders at play. So from January 1st of this year to inauguration day,

on the 21st, there were 14 executive orders signed in the White House, all of them by executive order, by Autopin, I should say. All of them, all 14. Pretty troubling. In 2024, okay, 74% of all EOs signed by Autopin. No excuse. It's an astronomical number. I don't think it's ever, ever been anywhere close to another president doing that. Why? Biden couldn't take the pen and sign the order? Does that take three seconds? Why? Okay, and now the names, all right, you remember that the pardons issued the last few days of Biden's tenure. They were pretty big. All right, here's who got pardoned by auto pen. His brother James' wife, Sarah, Jones Biden, sister Valerie Biden Owens, husband John, his brother Francis Biden, General Mark

Millie, and Dr. Anthony Fauci. I mean, they're huge names and he couldn't sign their pardons and Oropin had to do it. Doesn't stack. Doesn't stack. So we're in a position here where this scandal, and it is, come on. I mean, if you don't know by now that the President of the United States was virtually incapacitated on certain days, and we the people were lied to about it, if you don't know that by now, you don't want to know. You just don't want to know. Another big criminal case, and he made it a criminal case, Dr. Kevin O'Connor, Joe Biden's personal physician. He took the fifth today. So he walks in to the House.

and the Oversight Committee, that's Comer, and they ask him two questions. Okay? Was he ever told a lie about the President's health? And he believed Mr. Biden was unfit to execute his duties, two questions. And then O'Connor says, I am taking the Fifth Amendment because whatever I say might incriminate me. Okay.

He's entitled to do that. But now the FBI's got to put him under active incriminate. investigation. You say, I'm not going to talk to a congressional committee because I might have committed a crime. There, that's it. You got to go then. The FBI's got to go, okay. Now we're going to issue subpoenas, we're going to search your home, we're going to get all your records, we're going to do everything. O'Connor's still going, well, you know, patient doctor a privilege. No. No. That will never hold up in federal court. They'll knock that out immediately. I mean, the responsible judges. So I'm not surprised. Are you surprised?

So, you know, Biden announced he has cancer, and his doctor didn't know that. And the cancer just didn't magically appear. That's something that takes time to develop. This is really bad. Really, really bad. Anyway, so Comer says it's clear there was a conspiracy to cover up, President Biden's cognitive decline and maybe physical decline. Okay, I believe that. I think Gomer's absolutely right. O'Connor's lawyer says that it does not intend to honor one of those well-known

privileges in our law, the patient physician privilege. Okay, counselor, take it into federal court. You can't have a sitting president unable to perform his duties and his doctor lying about it. I mean, that goes way beyond any kind of privilege. And the Trump administration, and I did not know this until we started researching it, it waived executive privilege. It can do that. So, no, no, you can't, you know, if Biden had invoked him before he left, maybe.

Not now. So it was all a doctor-patient. That is going to take years, but the FBI should be aggressively looking at this. All right, Biden competency investigation update. There are no more hearing schedule. I'm sure there will be more. And yesterday I asked you, the no-spin news audience, radio and television, if you know anything that Biden did in four years that has helped the country,

let me know because I'm having a hard time. finding. We came up with three. Could it be fair, right? First one is that Biden has spent more money than any other president in history. And because of some of the money spent, he got 400 projects to modernize airports. That's a good thing. So in New York, LaGuardia Airport is a lot better than it was. Second, he capped drug costs for people with Medicare at 2000 a year Medicare Part D. Good. You can just, you can't be bankrupting people who don't have a lot of money on Medicare. And the third is that he got passports renewed through the mail. That might seem like a small thing in it is, but I had to find something. So four years, that's what we found.

Biden's personal physician, he somehow missed the fact that the president had prostate cancer. answer. He told the nation in February, 2004, that Biden was at the top of his game, physically and mentally. Okay, the Congress wants to talk to him about that. No. Dr. O'Connor says, taking a fifth. As soon as he said that, Justice Department should launch a massive investigation into the man and should charge him. Even if they don't get a grand jury to indict him, and it's possible, they might not charge him.

This is an arrogance can't stand. So here's his defense. This is a guy named Jeffrey Coleman, who was Barack Obama's personal physician. For medical questions, he actually stated doctor-patient confidentiality, which for over 25 years since the time of Apocrates, whatever I see or hear in the lives of my patients, I will keep secret. considering all such things to be private. So for the medical questions, I think that is appropriate, and he should not have answered anything about the diagnosis, the workup, the test, the procedures,

and that's governed by Dr. Patient Confidentiality. Well, he's wrong. Number one, O'Connor's paid for by We the People. That's who pays the salary. Number two, he examines the president, Biden, on our behalf. Okay? So it's not personal. It's not somebody just walking into a medical office saying, I got a condition.

I don't want to tell anybody. This is public, okay? Because if the president is infirmed, then we are all affected. It has to do with us, not Biden. So this is a ruse, total distortion of the Hippocratic oath. 100% distortion. And again, the Supreme Court's got to come in. They're going to be real busy, those justices.

Because you can't hide behind Haitian confidentiality when you're the president of the United States and something might be wrong with you. That affects all of us. So preposterous. Hunter is back. Hunter Biden. Back.

He gets up on the stage, and he looks like he's a deer in the headlights. And it feeds into every story that anybody wants to tell. Why would you give somebody Ambien when they're going into big public debate? Amin makes you sleepy. And Trump called him Sleepy Joe. That's insane. Now, I don't know if it's true because Biden's physician had a report what drugs he was taking. Ambien's not on a list.

And, you know, Hunter knows a lot about drugs. Sorry, but it's true. But he's also an exaggerator. And then Hunter goes after George Clooney, our pal, George Clooney. As you know, he and I are very close. And here's what he says about that. Why do I have to fucking listen to you? What right do you have to start?

step on a man who's given 52 years of his life to the service of this country and decide that you, George Clooney, are going to take out basically a full page ad in the fucking New York Times to undermine the president at a time in which, by the way, what do people care about the most? Why do you think that the Republicans have an advantage over us?
