Now, on Friday, the Supreme Court ruled against judge shopping.
What is this?
So when Donald Trump got into office, and this is the message of the day on bill o'Reilly.com,
which is different from the column, okay?
Donald Trump got into office, he wrote a bunch of executive orders trying to overturn the Biden executive orders of four years ago.
When Biden opened the border and did all that, Republicans did not challenge a lot of that in federal court.
They groused about it and complained about it, but they didn't go around and try to undermine executive orders and mass.
That's not what they did.
Democrats did.
So the Democrats would go to Washington, state, or Massachusetts or California, one of those.
Find a judge they knew would rule in a liberal way against.
Trump. And then they slap on a national injunction. So some pinhead judge in Sacramento could stop
an entire executive order for the entire country. Now, I knew this was insane. And so did you. I'm
sure you did. Here's what I said on June 4th. Go. So the founding fire said, we're going to
give the president the power to issue executive orders to protect the people. And
people's treasury not to abuse the people that's what executive orders are supposed to be
now they are subject to review from the judiciary but now that's being abused to the highest
level in our history and supreme court has to rule on it and they i assume they will this
month because after the end of june they take three months off i assume that they're
they're going to rule and knock this crazy stuff out to some extent.
Hello, Nostradamus, that's me, but it wasn't a hard prediction.
Okay, but everything I said came true on Friday, 6-3 ruling, okay, the justice had limited
the use of nationwide injunctions.
Okay, they said that if you're a judge and somebody comes and files a petition,
you can hear that case, the single,
case, if the person's in your jurisdiction, but you can't issue a national pause or anything
else.
Okay.
Trump, on a social media thing, is celebrating the demise of Stephen Colbert.
You guys know what I think of him.
I wrote a column on it.
It's on Bill O'Reilly.com.
By the way, you don't do any premium members to read the message of the column.
Just go there and read it for everybody.
You know, I was on late night
75 times in my career.
I think it's a record.
I mean, maybe Jackie Mason or Shecky Green
beat me or Robin Williams
was on a lot.
And I know these guys.
And Colbert,
he's, of all of them,
he's my least favorite.
Because he was in it
to harm people with whom he disagrees.
That's what he was in for.
Stewart's in it for comedy, satire.
He's left.
But I never saw him, you know, really want to hurt anybody.
Same thing, I mean, Letterman was rough.
If you Google O'Reilly Letterman, you'll see some shootouts.
Leno and Kimmel didn't use to be political, but he ate Trump.
And so he's crossed over.
But anyway, Colbert is canceled, and there's two reasons why.
Number one, CBS is being sold to a conservative, more conservative corporation called Skydance.
And number two, the Colbert show lost $40 million last year.
Why?
Because Colbert is not funny anymore.
Roll the tape.
At this point, Trump isn't even trying to hide his awfulness.
In the first Trump term, it took a disease to destroy the economy.
This time, he is the disease.
To be clear, Trump is pre-announcing that he's going to break any law he wants to get whatever he wants.
Now, I'm no revolutionary.
I can't grow the beard.
But that is a tyrannical declaration of power.
Okay.
So why do we need that every night?
Nobody wants to watch that.
He's got 2 million and a few hundred thousand viewers, but that's nothing.
He's losing 40 million a year, and he makes 15 million, so he's out.
Joining us now for North Carolina, he's a guy who knows the networks, particularly CBS, very well.
His name is Bernard Goldberg.
We call him Bernie, but, you know, it's Bernard, and that's what you punch up when you want to go to his website for wisdom and perspective.
That good?
Did I say it the way you wrote it?
Okay, excellent.
I'm a pro.
I mean, I can do that.
All right. Now, I think this is a bigger story than Stephen Colbert. And I predicted, as you know,
that Colbert would go. And there are going to be some people on the view that are going to go.
And Kimball, possible. Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress. National debt rising,
trade war, shaking the markets. And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold.
That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver through the only dealer I trust, American Hartford Gold.
And you can do this.
Get precious metals delivered to your door or place in a tax advantage gold IRA.
They'll even help you roll over your existing IRA or 401K, tax and penalty free.
With billions in precious metals delivered thousands of five-star reviews and an A-plus from the B.
Better Business Bureau. You can trust American Hartford Gold as I do. Please call 866-3-2-6-55-75-76 or text bill to 99-88-99.
Again, that's 866-3-26-5-7576 or text bill to 998899. But it's a bigger story in a sense
that network television is finished.
New York City, Mayor Adams drops out of the race.
We predicted this.
Why should you care if you don't live in New York?
Because if these opponent, Mandani, gets elected,
New York City could collapse.
If New York City collapses,
that will ripple through the entire country
because this is the financial center of the country.
And Man Dani is a communist, and Trump has already said, not going to give him any federal money if he's mayor at all.
And Mandami is just way out there.
Anyway, I predict as this would happen on our flagship radio station, WABC, roll it.
New Pole, Sienna College, routes out of Albany, New York Times.
No surprise.
Mandami up 46%, Slewa 15, Cuomo 24, Eric Adams 9.
is no chance. None. He's done, finished, and he'll drop out. I still believe that will happen.
That'll help Cuomo a little bit. And it wasn't a hard prediction. I mean, it is,
Adams didn't have any money. He's not going to pay the bills. Disney. All right, I haven't been
a Disney park. Last time I was in there, I was in Disney World in Orlando. I got to be,
10 years ago, it was an urchin's trip.
Stay at the Four Seasons.
Boy, what a nice hotel that is.
I think it's probably, it was an expensive day.
You can imagine what it is now.
Hotel rates are crazy, crazy expensive now.
I got a tent.
Anyway, you want to go to Disney land in Anaheim.
The highest ticket is the Inspire,
Key, 1900 bucks. They just raised it $150.00. So $1,900. This entitles you, it's an annual
pass. And you can go, but not all days, most days of the year. And you can take the park hopper
and you can, I guess, cut the line, you get discounts, whatever it may be. $1,900. The Believe key is the next level.
$1,500, that's up $100.
Go to Florida, while Disney World,
they have raised their peak one-day ticket price to $209.
And in Disneyland, in Anaheim, it's $225.
And all the prices are up.
So if you got three kids in Orlando, that's $600.
bucks without anything, without food or drinks or this or that, or transportation, or hotels.
Anyway, I predict that Disney Parks are going to have a rough year.
People are just going to go, you know.
But then the urchins are going, oh, I want to go, I want to go.
What do you do?
Got to have a rich uncle.
New York City.
All right.
So, ma'am, Donnie is going to be the new mayor.
This is no way that the early voting numbers are in.
His people are coming out.
You know, and they're giving updates.
And he's ahead in Manhattan, in Queens, and in Brooklyn.
Cuomo's winning in the Bronx and in Staten Island, five boroughs in New York City.
There's no way.
There's just no way.
So I hate to say it because Mandami is going to, man, if you guys in Florida want company,
you're going to get at the same thing in the Carolinas and Tennessee.
It's going to be an exodus out of here.
You know the case of the two NYPDs who were attacked on a subway platform in the Bronx on videotape?
Both of them had to go to the hospital with three attackers, two were around,
arrested in charge. That case has been adjourned 20 times. Two zero. That's in the, they don't want
to prosecute Darcel Clark and the Bronx doesn't want to prosecute these thugs. They're out.
They've been out. They haven't spent, I don't think they spent even an overnight in jail.
Well, I'll tell you something else, Bill. Okay, first of all, think about what happened.
You're smoking a cigarette. Police officer asks you to distinguish the cigarette or leave,
and their response is to a full frontal attack.
Yeah.
You get arrested for assault, two, and a police officer.
You go in front of a judge, and the judge lets them out.
Now, five months later, Mr. McCleary gets locked up for an illegal gun.
That's one of the guys charged.
Yes, yep, he's one of the two that's charge of assault, too.
He gets locked up for a gun, and he's still out.
He's a two-time walking indictment walking around our streets.
This is broken.
Sure, but that's Albany and that's the legislature.
It's not Mandami, but Mandami sympathizes with that.
But what annoyed me on this case, other than the obvious travesty of a German 20 times,
is that the police unions didn't stand up.
All right?
They should be out there with signs in front of Clark's office.
They should be screaming and yelling.
Nobody knows about the case.
And these poor officers, and everybody and the cops know,
they know they're not going to get a lot of support
if they even get shot.
And that's the final word.
You got a guy who's soft on crime and don't.
There's no question he's soft on crime.
You got a budget cutter who's going to take money away from the police.
You got 911 with the innocent people in New York
who are set upon by dangerous criminals.
That's their last line of defense, and that's going to collapse, I predict right now.
Supreme Court in tariffs, huge story for all of us because it will affect the American economy.
What happens to your economic plan if the Supreme Court invalidates your tariffs?
I think our country would be immeasurably hurt.
I think our economy will go to hell.
Look, because of tariffs, we have the highest.
stock market we've ever had. Because of tariffs, 401k's at the highest level, and this is
millions and millions of people that we've ever had, 401Ks. I think it's the most important
subject discussed by the Supreme Court in a hundred years. Maybe because if the Supreme Court
were to rule that the President of the United States has not of the power to impose tariffs
without congressional approval,
stock market get down 5,000 points in one day.
That will happen.
So any spring court are deliberating on this right now.
I'll make a prediction right here on November 3rd
that the spring court will uphold the president's right
to unilaterally, that means by himself, slap tariffs on foreign nations.
It almost has to, because just what Donald Trump said, you will blow up the whole system.
That's how reliant we are now on this new trade situation.
First question.
As the Trump administration clearly explained the U.S. position on military action in Venezuela,
yes, 24%, no, 76%.
I think that's accurate.
More explanation would be bad, I think.
Second question, is Venezuela a threat to U.S. security, major threat 13, minor threat 48?
That brings us up to 61, not a threat 39.
Again, that's a pretty good sampling.
Just the drugs alone coming from Venezuela, this country, and the gangs, is a threat.
Third, do you favor oppose U.S. taking military action in Venezuela?
Favor 30, oppose 70.
That's what the action is.
You know, that's a bogus question, because we don't know what they're talking about.
Final question, do you approve or disapprover using military force attack?
Boats suspected of bringing narcotics into the USA.
approve 53, disapproved 47. Interesting. That's very interesting. Now, my prediction is,
and I could be very, very wrong on this. It's what I'm hearing. Can't report it is fact.
That the dictator Maduro, who is a drug merchant, enriching himself, he's going to get out of there.
They're going to make a deal. Move him out someplace, maybe Spain, and he'll let him take his money.
but he'll be gone.
I think a good chance that'll happen.
I don't know the time frame.
Got it on tape.
On the horizon on mortgage rates, this is an interesting story.
So under the Bush administration, under the Bush administration, under the Trump administration, okay, November 26th, 30-year-fixed, 6.23.
Okay, 15-year fixed, 5.5.5.5.5.
Now, last year at this time under Biden, it was 6.69 and 5.96. So the mortgage rates are falling.
You hear that story anywhere? No, you did not. And with the upcoming rate cut that I'm predicting
right here on the no-spin news, quarter point, then it will go down even further.
Two about six percent, maybe that won't go less than that.
But that makes it a lot easier for people to buy homes.
You get the, you know, now food prices are stubborn.
There's no doubt about that.
But if they come down substantially, Republicans will win next year.
That's the big story.
So, just recapping, anything good from the Trump administration
can be ignored by 80% of the newsmen.
medium. In Tennessee, the Republicans won, as I predicted yesterday. Matt Van
Epps defeated Afton Bain by about 10 points. Now, the liberal media goes, oh, it's
not close. It wasn't close. Okay? It wasn't close. And that means that the House
representative as 220 Republicans, 213 Democrats. Two more at large districts have to be voted
upon. But right now, public is a pretty good shape there. That can change in the midterms next
