And all of these books are coming out saying that the Democratic Party knew Biden was challenged mentally. His acuity was declining. They lied about it. So did the media that props them up. Everyone was lying. Now, the most powerful Democrat in the country right now is Senator Charles Schumer. Roll the tape. I'm interested to know whether the man that you saw sitting there on that couch on that day, you were in there, you saw him up close and personal. I mean, that's really, that's one of the worst sound bites I've ever seen. Okay, so enter the media, which propped up Joe Biden. There's a question they did because they hated Donald Trump. Now does a book coming out by CNN's Jake Tapper, who was one of the proper uppers. hey, it's Trump, okay?

And I used his position at CNN to put Biden in a favorable light. Now he's got a book, said, oh, no, oh, no, no, Biden was compromised. Okay, Jake, I mean, who would buy this book? So let me give you two examples of what Tapper did in the past. First one is September 8th, 2003. right he's he's sharp physically i mean uh mentally yeah i think the question is physically right right well and so and then how do we ask that question so everybody slows down as they age and the and he maybe doesn't have the stamina to do the type of public appearances he would have

done when he was 70 or 60 but does that mean that he doesn't have the stamina to do the job i mean i don't think there's like a simple answer to these questions i assume you think he's sympathetic and well meaning he's 81 and his memory you know it doesn't seem great it's not horrible but i don't understand the outrage he doesn't understand the outrage um okay and so then biden gets exposed and and the democrats lose and then tapper writes a book and uh yeah it was it was a cover up but not tapper although he did to be fair say something today about well maybe i could have had done a better job. Yeah, maybe. Boy, boy. Talking point's memo is about the growing Biden scandal, mental acuity, and now his cancer diagnosis. So we put aside the fact that every decent person

does not want Joe Biden to suffer and die with cancer. I mean, if you do, then you're not a decent person. Okay, that's pretty simple. But we have to put that aside. And the reason we do is that this is a monumental scandal and growing, and it needs to be fully investigated. So let's begin with Dr. Kevin O'Connor. He was Joe Biden's physician in the White House. He's a retired Army colonel served with distinction.

Okay. Now, the last time he gave Biden a physical was February, 2004. He did not pick up any trace of cancer. In fact, he gave Biden a very, very high. Hey, he's great. Not only he's great mentally, but he's great physically. That's what Kevin O'Connor put out to we the people, the public. Now, to diagnose prostate cancer is not difficult.

There is a PSA blood test. It is routinely given to men over the age of 55. Did Biden get that test? We don't know. We're asking, but we're not getting any answers. So now Congress has to ask in a formal under oath basis, because we're going to stop the nonsense here. Did you give Dr. O'Connor, the President of the United States, a PSA test?

If so, what did it say? Let's see it. If not, why not? Right? This is a simple. Fifth grade. So, I was on News Nation last night with Leland Vitterd, and we were kicking this around, bullet tape. Congress calls the doctor in under oath. The questions are simple. We got it. And if there was a massive cover-up, then people are prosecuted and go to prison.

This is what the American people deserve. Okay. I'm going to disagree with you. We'll agree to disagree on whether or not the good doctor should go to prison, even based on what his report was if we assumed that there was... Oh, man. Come on. You can't have anarchy like that at that level. Puts us all in danger. Are you kidding?

It puts us all at huge danger, but this wasn't his idea, the good doctor's idea, to cover it. So he did it. No. Okay. So he should go. So, wait, hold on, the doctor should go to jail, but those include, but those. If it happened. Okay. If there was a cover up, if there was any indication Joe Biden had cancer before three days ago, which it seems. almost certain that there was, you're saying the doctor should go to jail, not the people who ordered the doctor to go to jail, come on. Wait a minute, Leland. I just said he can implicate anybody he wants. What if Joe Biden or he can turn to?

A federal witness. What if what? So he, let's say he said, the president said, we're not going to tell anybody. Should we put Joe Biden in jail because of that? You can't do that, but you can certainly implicate other people in the White House. Okay? You can do that. Look, this is like Watergate. okay you've got to uncover all of the people who misled the public all of them but you start with o'connor who did the exam okay does everybody have this and the reason i said you can't put biden in jail in prison is as lawyers it say it was mentally uh incapable of doing anything and

it would be a waste of time and it would be not necessary what we're We need to do, we being the people, is demand a full accountability of this story. The cancer story and a mental acuity story, full accountability. And the people who covered it up just like Nixon, Ehrlichman and Alderman, all those people, Dean, then they're prosecuted. I think that if you take a look, it's the same doctor that said that Joe was cognitively fine.

There are things going on that the public wasn't informed, and I think somebody's going to have to speak to his doctor, if it's the same, or even if it's two separate doctors, why wasn't the cognitive ability? Why wasn't that discussed? So it's going to happen, but it's going to be slow because Congress is now tied up with the tax and spending bill, the great big, beautiful bill, whatever they're calling it, and then that Congress wants to be off of the summer. that's what they do. But this has got to be fast-tracked. I mean, and you've got to get O'Connor in there because he's the guy. I could do this. You know, let me do it. I'll do it for you.

Now, the Democrats are panicking. Because even if O'Connor has a rational explanation for not giving the cancer test to Biden, and I can't imagine what that would be, but let's at least, due process play out. Even if he's got a rationalization, Democratic Party is sinking deeper and deeper and deeper into this morass. So the Speaker of the, you know, second in command in the House, Hakeem Jeffries, this is an unbelievable soundbite. Go. It's my expectation that President Biden is going to meet this moment with the courage and resilience that he's consistently shown seems to me entirely inappropriate that at this moment in time when President Biden is dealing

with a serious and aggressive form of cancer, there are Republicans who are peddling conspiracy theories and want us to look backward at a time when they actually are taking health care away from the American people. You don't get any more propagandizing than that, okay? I mean, Mr. Jeffrey should be embarrassed, of course he isn't, because his whole life is devoted to evading the truth. I mean, his whole life is devoted to evading the truth if it hurts his party. That's what he does. Oh, you can't do it now because, yeah, we can do it. And we all hope that Joe Biden can overcome this and survives, and it isn't in much pain.

But we can do both. Okay, Hakeem. nation's capable of it. All right, that's the memo. The Talking Points memo, however, is on the growing Biden scandal. And it is that. It is a scandal.

Now, the House Oversight Committee is investigating whether President Biden actually knew what he was signing when he didn't sign the executive orders but an auto pen did. Are you a little confused? So the president issues executive orders. Legally, he can use a machine to sign the orders.

But that shouldn't happen unless the president is indisposed. In Biden's case, it happened a shocking amount, and I'll give you the stats in a moment. So the House Oversight Committee wants to know why, what was going on, did Biden even know what was in these executive orders? It's very tough to prove. Very, very tough. And Biden deserves due processes that all Americans are on. And, you know, the right-wing anti-Biden people are going crazy. You know, he didn't know, we don't do that here. What we do is report methodically, and here's what we know. There isn't no question that all mental acuity questions surround Jill Biden, the first lady.

beyond any reasonable doubt. She knew day-to-day the condition of her husband. Okay. She has not been called in front of the Oversight Committee yet. She will be. The following, well, let me give you a little bit of a primer before we get to the people who have been called. So on May 21st, I went on News Nation Cuomo.

And I told Mr. Cuomo and avow a Democrat that this Biden thing was going to be as big as Watergate, roll of tape. Look, if you want to try to justify this unbelievable cover-up that's going to rise as high as Watergate. What is the cover-up? Watergate? How is Biden's prostate exam worse than Watergate? I'll give you the last word. Yeah, give it to me because. Boy, you're killing yourself tonight.

Oh, yeah. I'm killing myself. Go ahead. You have a right as an American citizen Cuomo to know if your president is infirmed mentally or physically. I agree. The Constitution gave the privilege to the press to keep an eye on these people so that we would know their status and condition. In Watergate, they covered up a crime. Yes.

If Colonel O'Connor gave a PSA test that showed Biden had cancer and kept it from the public, that is a crime. Okay, so now everybody is saying it's like Watergate. So, you know, I like Cuomo, you know that, I'll go on his program all the time, but he was just being an arrogant ass. Oh, Watergate, oh, you bet you wait and see what happens here. because you cannot cover up, right, a mental acuity or a physical situation in the White House. You can't. And it is Watergate. It's worse than Watergate, probably.

The Nixon's people covered up crimes. All right, they covered up break-ins, they covered up bribery, they covered all that stuff. Okay. So the following people are going to have to test. testify in front of the House Oversight Committee. Here they are. Former senior advisor, Michael Donnellan, senior advisor Anita Dunn,

former Biden Chief of Staff Ron Claim, former Deputy Chief of Staff of Policy Bruce Reed, former Counselor of the President Steve Ritchetti. Now, they've all retained counsel. They know they're in trouble, and they're all going to say the same thing. Oh, we didn't say anything. When we were there, it was fine.

Oh, no, he knew everything. That's what they're all going to say. They're not going to say, yeah, I lied about it. They're not. In my opinion, this is a mammoth cover-up. And the guy who's in most trouble is the doctor that I just mentioned, O'Connor. He's a colonel, retired colonel in the Army. And he was examining Biden. Roll of tape. How's the president's health? It is? And how is his mental cognition?

It's excellent. It's excellent. Is there a reason you didn't perform a cognitive test on him? He's here every day. Okay. Now, that's a tough one. And if O'Connor did not give the prostate test or did give it and then held it back, because as you know, President Biden has cancer, prostate cancer, he's going to have to be prosecuted.

Now, it might not reach that because this is a committee that's looking at. at this. It's not the FBI. It's not the Justice Department, although Donald Trump is called for an investigation, which means that the Justice Department is going to have to get involved. Because that's where it has to go. I mean, these pinheaded house people, Congress, people, senators, yeah, they can ask the questions, they can embarrass people, but you need hard evidence. And it's a tough one. It is a tough one. Now, let's get to the executive orders at play. So from January 1st of this year to inauguration day on the 21st, there were 14 executive

orders signed in the White House, all of them by executive order, by Autopin, I should say. All of them, all 14, pretty troubling. In 2024, 74, 74% of all EOs, 70% of all EOs. signed by auto pen. No excuse. It's an astronomical number. I don't think it's ever, ever been anywhere close to another president doing that. Why? Biden couldn't take the pen and sign the order? Does that take three seconds? Why? Okay, and now the names, all right, remember that the pardons issued the last few days of Biden's tenure, they were pretty big. All right, here's who got pardoned by Autopent.

His brother James' wife, Sarah Jones Biden, sister Valerie Biden Owens, husband John, his brother, Francis Biden, General Mark Millie, and Dr. Anthony Fauci. I mean, they're huge names. And he couldn't sign their pardons, and Autopen had to do it. Doesn't stack.

Doesn't stack. so we're in a position here where this scandal and it is come on i mean if you don't know by now that the president of the united states was virtually incapacitated on certain days and we the people were lied to about it if you don't know that by now you don't want to know just don't want to know uh and this helps president trump because it will override the controversy du jour, this becomes the bigger story than Trump, you know, banning countries and we'll get to that in a moment or whatever it may be that day. And it negates the hate Trump media because they had no interesting reporting this story at all, as we know now. And that's

a memo. All right. So Congress is in and out this summer. They need vacation time. No problem with that. But tomorrow they're coming back in the House, the Oversight Committee, hear testimony from Dr. Kevin O'Connor, and this is about the Biden mental and physical capacity. There's O'Connor and Biden. You'll remember that Dr. O'Connor said Biden was absolutely a perfect health, both mentally and physically. Well, now the Oversight Committee wants to put them under oath. Private session, closed door, deposition, no, under oath. And O'Connor does not want to do it. So he asked for a delay.

We understand he is not going to get the delay, that he'll have to go in. It doesn't show up. That's contempt. He'll be subpoenaed. But a lot of things happening on this oversight committee. So joining us now from Arlington, Virginia, is James Lynch. He's a reporter for the National Review.

You're following this closer than I am. The oversight committee obviously wants to prove the Republicans want to prove that Biden was mentally deficient. Am I right there? Yeah, the Oversight Committee is trying to get to the bottom of the cover-up related to Biden's mental decline, and they're looking into the possibility that Biden officials use the presidential auto-penn to sign documents without his authorization. Do you believe there was a cover-up, and if so, what is the evidence you point to? Yeah, I think it's pretty apparent at this point.

that there was a cover-up, the investigation is more looking into the extent to which it was covered up. I think there's plenty of public evidence that there is a cover-up. You know, people like you, people like myself, saw for years that Biden was struggling. He was slowing down. He was making mistakes all the time. He was forgetting things. We saw that in his public appearances and in his speeches. And then we had the Her report, Special Counsel Robert her investigated Biden's handling of classified documents. And as part of that investigation, Her interviewed Biden for several hours over the course of two days. And what her concluded was that Biden's memory was failing and that he was forgetting, you know, even basic and important

things. Why hasn't that report been made public? Why haven't we seen that report? The report is public. You can get it on the Justice Department's website. And the Trump administration also released audio from hers interview with Biden. I didn't know that. So all you got to do is go to the Justice Department website and the full Her report is there to be read. Yeah, you can find the Her report. And also now you can listen to the audio.

The Trump administration released it after the Biden administration did everything he could not do. So you can listen to the audio of Biden stuttering and forgetting things. Where is that? How do you get it? Yeah, it should be, you can check Axios on YouTube.

they have the audio. Axios on YouTube. Okay. All right. So at this point, I think you're right that every Republican on the oversight committee believes there was a cover up. And every Democrat wants to cover up to cover up. Would that be accurate?

it implicates their entire party. We had every Democrat coming to Biden's defense after Robert Hur's report came out saying that, you know, look, he's the most fit he's ever been. He's fit to be president. We don't seem to wrong with him. These are just cheap fakes. So they just want to pretend like this never happened and move on. I think that's a good assessment. I think that's a good assessment. Now let's go inside the oversight committee. What do they, they're spending taxpayer money. most Americans that agree with you and me that Biden was diminished. I think every poll shows that.

So why are we even going through this exercise? What is the point? Is it just further embarrassment for the Democrats and Biden? Yeah, I think the point is to find out who is actually making decisions during Biden's presidency, especially towards the end. We know that there's a book called Original Sin that came out,

and we know that people inside the White House, thought that Biden was at best a senior member of the board of people who were running the country. There's a Politburo of senior officials who had unprecedented amounts of power for people who were not elected, who are not president. And so the investigation is really about just how much they covered up Biden's mental incapacity, how they worked with the media to cover it up, and then what decisions were made that Biden might not have known about. Now, the only guy that I see in legal jeopardy is the doctor.

O'Connor. Because if he lied to the American people about the state of Joe Biden's health, that's a crime. That's fraud. Yeah, I think O'Connor's perhaps the most important witness for the whole investigation, and he's supposed to be interviewed tomorrow that is still expected to happen. But what O'Connor knows more than anybody else is, you know, just how Biden's health was behind the scenes. He released a physical in 2024 saying that, you know, Biden's completely healthy. and totally up for the job. And then we find out a couple months ago

that Biden has an aggressive form of prostate cancer. And so O'Connor, really better than anybody else, would know what Biden's health was looking like and what the White House was doing to give people the impression that Biden was actually okay and that he was fit to serve. But O'Connor's got jeopardy here.

He himself is in trouble if he falsified his medical reports about the president of the United States. So I expect a lot of evasion, maybe a Fifth Amendment, you know, O'Connor's going to have lawyers sit with him, but he's not going to throw anybody under the bus. He's just going to try to evade to what I expect to happen. Yeah, and he's already been trying to evade. I think, Bill, you alluded to the fact that he was trying to get the interview delayed.

Right. His lawyer has been making claims about patient privilege and being able to, you know, not discuss certain things because of that. And, you know, the O'Brien has rejected what O'Connor has been trying to do. Well, I mean, tomorrow we'll cover it full borne. Final question. The auto pen. So, I don't know.

I don't know what Biden, if he was sitting at a desk, I don't know why he couldn't sign the documents himself. I don't know. But if he didn't sign the doc, obviously he didn't because he used the auto pen. But if he didn't know what the document said and somebody else signed him with an auto pen, that opens up another criminal investigation, does it not? Yeah, that's a whole other can of worms if they have evidence that Biden didn't know what was going on

and wasn't playing any role in signing those documents, especially towards the end of his presidency when he was even more diminished. Yeah, yeah. It's a mess. So Hunter Biden comes on. This is unbelievable. I write about it in the message of the day. Listen to this. He's talking about his father and how poorly President Biden did at the debate. Go. I'll tell you what. I know exactly what happened in that debate.

He flew around the world basically the mileage that he could have flown around the world three times. He's 81 years old. He's tired of his... Give him Ambien to be able to sleep. He gets up on the same. stage, and he looks like he's a deer in the headlights. And it feeds into every story that anybody wants to tell. Why would you give somebody Ambien when they're going into big public debate?

Emmett makes you sleepy. And Trump called him Sleepy Joe. That's insane. Now, I don't know if it's true, because Biden's physician had a report what drugs he was taking, Ambien's not on a list. And, you know, a hundred. knows a lot about drugs. Sorry, but it's true. But he's also an exaggerator. And then Hunter goes after George Clooney, our pal, George Clooney, as you know, he and I very close.

And here's what he says about that, go. Why do I have to fucking listen to you? What right do you have to step on a man who's given 52 years of his fucking life to the service of this country and decide that you, George Clooney, are going to take out basically a full page ad in the fucking New York Times

to undermine the president at a time in which, by the way, what do people care about the most? Why do you think that the Republicans have an advantage over us? Because they're unified. Oh, yeah. Okay, so anyway, I thought that would amuse you. Hunter is loose. I, come on on here.
