Starting point is 00:00:00 So tonight we're going to lead off with the talking points on reaction to President Trump's historic success by getting the Israelis and the Hamas people to stop killing each other for at least a little while. Hamas is killing their own now, of course. It's never going to end. I told you that yesterday. It's no magic wand, but 20 human beings are free. And I believe the bodies of the other hostages, four have already been released. I think the rest are coming. But President Trump did a good job here.
Starting point is 00:00:50 And anybody who denies that is not being truthful. However, the progressives are not going to change their view of Mr. Trump. They are going to continue to hate him. So how do they handle it? That's what we're going to report on tonight. And I'm going to run it down for you in a very methodical way. But you need to know there's vengeance in the air. Why?
Starting point is 00:01:18 Why would there be vengeance in the air against President Trump? because he's making the Trump haters look bad. He's tearing apart the progressive movement. You heard nothing for Bernie Sanders, nothing from Elizabeth Warren. I don't think you heard from AOC either. They don't know what to do. They don't know what to do.
Starting point is 00:01:41 But I know what they will do. And that is move on from this story as fast as they possibly can. and get in, back, right back into the Gestapo, ICE agents, Comey is a victim, you know, right back in. And that's going to happen with lightning speed. It's already happening in some of the more hysterical, progressive precincts. So I'm going to pick on this guy, John Legend, and I don't really want to because he's not
Starting point is 00:02:20 anyone of, I don't know. He doesn't have any sway over any of us. He's no power. He's an entertainer. He's a singer. John Legend. He's in the news a lot. He's a very, very ardent, progressive.
Starting point is 00:02:35 But his mindset accurately reflects the progressive movement in the United States. So I'm going to use him the night as a demonstrator. All right. So you know about the Nobel Peace Prize, the Norwegians didn't want to give it to Trump. That's all it was. Did Trump deserve it? Yes, of course, she deserved it. But the Norwegians are very, very liberal, and they didn't want to give it to them.
Starting point is 00:03:07 Maybe if Ukraine, if there's some deal made, they'll have to give it to him next year. But they avoided it this year. And they shouldn't have. That's not honest. But here's what John Legend said about that. Go. If Trump is able to actually earn the Peace Prize, it probably won't be enough that he's helped bring peace to the Middle East.
Starting point is 00:03:31 Let's look at what else he would have to do. He'd have to stop sending Black Hawk helicopters to terrorize people while they sleep in their apartment buildings in Chicago. Yes, the so-called peace president whose ending wars around the world would also have to stop declaring war on the American people. Okay. So, no.
Starting point is 00:04:05 So what are you going to do? Mr. Legend's entitled to his opinion. I don't know why he does what he does. Certainly going to help his record sales. He's an extremist. I don't feel anybody's declared war on me or anybody I know, all right? I know a lot of liberal people. I don't see any war. I don't see black hawk helicopters swooping down, terrorizing people as they sleep in Chicago.
Starting point is 00:04:31 I don't see any of that. Maybe I'm missing it. Maybe I'm just not skilled enough to absorb the information that John Lennon and his cohorts in the progressive movement have absorbed. Okay, I'm just not smart enough to get it. But that, what he just said is what they believe. Because people believe what they want to believe.
Starting point is 00:04:59 And you're never going to convince them ever in a million years. Okay, now, part of this subterfuge here, excuse me, is that legend doesn't like Israel. You know, I always like to know who I'm featuring. on the No Spin News. So he doesn't like Israel at all. Roll the tape. No matter what political disagreements and political animus and anger we have at Hamas and the
Starting point is 00:05:32 leadership in Gaza, those kids are innocent. Yes. And I don't believe in collective punishment. And I believe that their lives are just as valuable, just as valuable as Israeli lives or any other lives. And so I want foreign policy to be conducted with that in mind. Okay, so according to Mr. Legend, if Hamas attacks our country, United States, and kills 1,200 Americans, and I hope Mr. Legend would be spared, okay, we can't go after Hamas in Gaza. we couldn't use U.S. military power to avenge or punish the terrorists who killed the
Starting point is 00:06:23 1,200, just as they did in Israel, because innocent children might be killed. And that's true. They might be killed. But you don't do anything? What do you do? John Legend doesn't know. the brutal truth is that Israel defeated Hamas and downgraded its leadership
Starting point is 00:06:48 and created a lot of problems for that terror organization. But in the process, 50,000 civilians, that's my estimation, were killed in that war. And whose fault is that? Well, legend would blame Israel. and the United States because we support Israel.
Starting point is 00:07:13 Now, he might blame Hamas too, but he said, clearly, I don't believe in collective punishment. Well, what are you going to do? Then you just let them get away with it, and they run back and hide behind their children, and you don't take any action, because you don't believe in collective punishment.
Starting point is 00:07:36 It's just dumb. And that is my big problem with the progressive movement. It's stupid. It has no solution to any problems. These are pie in the sky. People think that they're noble and that they have a higher moral ground than anybody else. Boy, oh boy. You imagine of Kamala Harris, because she is a progressive.
Starting point is 00:08:07 President, you think those guys are hostages would have been released? Come on. Even Kamala's husband doesn't think so. All right, President Biden finally weighed in. I was waiting and waiting and waiting. And George W. Bush hasn't said anything. Bill Clinton did. Bill Clinton issued a very strong statement in favor of Donald Trump's actions.
Starting point is 00:08:35 But Biden was late to the table because his crew had to get around. They had to write it. They had to debate it. He had nothing to do with it. And here's what he says. Quote, my administration worked relentlessly to bring hostages home to get released to Palestinian civilians and end the war. I commend President Trump and his team for their work to get his renewed ceasefire deal
Starting point is 00:08:59 over the finish line. Now with the backing in the United States and the world, the Middle East is on a path. to peace, maybe. I don't believe it's on a path to peace, but I believe the situation is a lot better now than it was. Now, what about Biden's administration? They did try, somewhat, but failed, to get the hostage release. I was involved in that, and at the end, the very end, of Biden's presidency in December of last year, 24. There was movement, and there were hostages released in January of 25. The Biden administration was part of that, but the big part of it was Trump coming in.
Starting point is 00:09:53 And I'm not going to go through what my role was now, but I will down the road. so I know what's going on here. I didn't object to Biden's statement, by the way. I object to Biden's presidency. It's a disaster for the world and for this country. But this statement was okay. Finally, let's wrap this thing up. It's not going to change.
Starting point is 00:10:19 The progressives hate Donald Trump. The liberal media, which is about 80% of it, is not going to change. posture unless something like CBS happens where company is sold. CBS was sold. New ownership. Disney, NBC, CNN, they're going to stay the same essentially. No kings. I don't think we have a king. If we did, the king would have beheaded a lot of people over the weekend. Right? It was a quick weekend. for me, I was upstate New York trying to get a little foliage thing going on. A foliage is ah, so so this year.
Starting point is 00:11:07 But I was tracking the No Kings protest. There was one up in Kingston, New York, right close to the Hudson River. And it was, you know, a decent grass. It's a small town. They were out there. And I didn't engage, but I was very curious to what kind of people with the people. there and what the tone of it was. I got to tell you, I was impressed with the rallies across the country, and that is the subject of the savings talking points memo. I'm not impressed politically
Starting point is 00:11:44 because I'm not on those side, the side of the people who hate Trump and think he's the devil and he's Hitler, and the country's going down and drain. I don't see it that way at all. I think Trump is divisive. He's not a uniter. He has a vision. He's carrying out the vision. He's succeeded in neutralizing Iranian nukes, big. Succeeded in getting 20 hostages, big. I think he's going to get a deal in Ukraine. Just my opinion right now, but I think it's trending in that direction. Oil prices here are coming down. You may know that. They're coming down pretty hard. And food prices, I don't know what's going to happen. So I don't see him as a disaster at all as far as being a technician in the White House. The people who I saw were very emotional
Starting point is 00:12:41 about hating Trump. And it's fine. They have a perfect right to hate him. Just don't act out. And they didn't. And that's what impressed me. So here are the numbers. We can't get an accurate assessment of how many people protested on Saturday. day. The organizers say 7 million. It seems a little high to me. Chicago was a big one, a quarter of a million, D.C. 200,000. New York
Starting point is 00:13:06 was kind of a bomb. A hundred thousand. That's not a big protest for New York. Very liberal town. L.A. they can't count them because there's not enough police to do it. L.A. is such a disaster. But arrests very, very few.
Starting point is 00:13:22 12 in L.A. 13 in Denver. Certainly, you had some people trying to destroy the ICE headquarters, so that was serious, but there weren't a lot of them. Chicago had 15 arrests. So, you know, when you have millions of people out there and you don't have any violence looting an arrest, that should be applauded. Because, again, dissent is a vital part of a democracy.
Starting point is 00:13:49 You've got to be able to dissent. Even if you don't agree with the dissent, and I don't agree with the progressive left at all. I think they have done more harm to this country in, I don't know, 20 years than the Democratic Party did in 100 years. It's a progressive far left that really is damaging this country, in my humble opinion. However, if they want to go out and demonstrate, all right, and it's not hard to get people out, 75 million people voted for Kamala Harris. That's a big pool. okay, to choose from. Not hard to mobilize people.
Starting point is 00:14:31 And then there were the organizers. The ACLU, a group called Indivisible, that's a Soros-funded group. 5501 movement, move on, American Atheists, Tax Fairness, Blue Future, LBQ stuff, Black Struggle Organization, Planned Parenthood, Pride at Work. You know, I mean, all of these are far left groups, every one of them. And Soros pumped an enormous amount of money into those groups. Probably more than a billion dollars. So this isn't anything that's unusual.
Starting point is 00:15:09 You got huge money behind them. You got $75 million. They didn't like Trump. That's a big crew to choose from. So they got them out there. Anyway, the criticism of the president, I watched that, my staff watch it too, was General. Roll the tape. But primarily my biggest focus today is ICE.
Starting point is 00:15:36 What they're doing is unconstitutional, it's not fair. It's terrorism. Okay. So it's like, you know, the country's a fascist country now. And it's going down a drain, and no, no, no, no, no. Everybody should be rooting that we, the United States, get a good deal with China. But everybody isn't. And I don't respect those people.
Starting point is 00:16:06 You got a problem with me if you're in that category. Rooting against your own country because you hate Trump. Guy named Richard Haas, the liberal guy, was on all the liberal stations. Here's what he said about Trump's trip. Go. This could not have gone better. Let's just take a step back. Japan is arguably the single most important ally of the United States.
Starting point is 00:16:27 The world's third largest economy, one of the most powerful militaries. If you want to deal successfully with China, you need Japan on your side. Now, he said that to all the lefties watch in MS. They're very, I don't think they break a million now on any of their shows. But, you know, it's notable that he said that, of course. the MS people. Oh, good. What about the White House renovations?
Starting point is 00:16:55 I'm agnostic on this. I'm going to write a message of the day for tomorrow, Bill O'Reilly.com, about the history of changing the White House. It's not going to be boring. Our pal George Will, who despises Trump, is coming down on Trump for the renovations. You know, he's like,
Starting point is 00:17:16 raised. I don't care one way or the other because it doesn't cost a taxpayer any money. Trump raised all of the money himself and his friends. All right. So 37 donors, Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Comcast, T-Mobile, gave him the money, and he's building a new ballroom. Is this a big deal? I don't think it's a big deal. He, Donald Trump wants the United States to be the grandest nation in the world. And he didn't like the confined space where you had to run events in tents out in the White House Rose Garden.
Starting point is 00:18:00 So he revamped the Rose Garden, and now he's doing the big ballroom. Okay, would I have done it? Probably not, but, you know, but anyway, I'm going to put it in the proper perspective, so you might want to read that. There is a Paul Yahoo poll. Okay, do you approve a disprove of the plan to add 90,000 square feet for a ballroom to the White House?
Starting point is 00:18:23 Approved 25% disapproved 61, not sure, 14th. Now, I'll submit to you that most people don't even know what this is about. Second question from Yahoo, do you approve or disprove of funding the ballroom with 300 million of private donations from corporations? Approved 32, disapprove 53. Why would you disapprove of that? If they're going to pay and it comes out well, why would you disapprove it at? Crazy.
Starting point is 00:18:58 Not a big deal. Since President Trump was inaugurated in January, Democratic Party has tried to smear him with Epstein, try to tie Mr. Trump to crimes that Jeffrey Epstein committed. They do it every day, all day. That's what they want to do. There is no evidence that that happened. None.
Starting point is 00:19:24 Okay. So Democrats on the House Committee on Oversight leak some emails out to the press, and the press goes nuts. I looked at the emails, nothing there. There's just nothing there. And even worse, there is innuendo that could get people hurt. That was always from the very beginning
Starting point is 00:19:52 that President Trump asked me on St. Patrick's Day at the Oval Office, would you release the files? And I said, yeah, if they're verified. But if they're not verified, if it's rumor or you haven't, Justice Department hasn't nailed that. Remember, two Justice Department, Merrick Garland and Trump won William Barr. Those things have been investigated like crazy.
Starting point is 00:20:16 So I said, if there's evidence that somebody was hanging with Epstein, he got put up. But if there's just a rumor, no, people get hurt. Okay, so they throw this stuff out. And again, on News Nation, here's what I said. If you are asking for unverified information about a heinous crime and criminal to be given to the public, unverified now. Remember, the Justice Department under two administrations had this information, not verified it. If that's what you want, then you need to read my book, Killing the Witches, because that's the kind of country that's
Starting point is 00:21:00 not what they will have. No, that is what they want. They want, they being the Trump haters, all of everything the Justice Department has on Jeffrey Epstein. And Cuomo, who was credited at the end of the segment, said, I want everything. Well, I said, well, what do people get hurt? Innocent people, oh, no, we ought to know. How do you know? You can't know. You can't investigate it. I'm right on this, but the bigger picture is the due process is really under fire in this country. Okay. Now, whether you care or not, there is exculpatory evidence in Donald Trump's favor, and it's very powerful evidence. The three principles involved with Epstein, who committed suicide, as you know,
Starting point is 00:22:01 were Ghislaine Maxwell, Virginia Joufrey, who was molested, and Alan Dershowitz, who was Epstein's lawyer. There are the three principal witnesses to what Epstein did. Okay. All three said Trump wasn't involved with anything untoward. All three. Now, that's enough reasonable doubt. That will never get to court. in any way, shape, or form.
Starting point is 00:22:34 They get thrown out in 10 seconds when you have three people on the record who had access to Epstein, all saying, probably didn't do anything. All right. Now, Dershowitz is the most powerful witness because once Epstein was dead,
Starting point is 00:22:53 then attorney-client privilege disappears. Here's what Dershowitz said yesterday. I was Epstein's lawyer. I was trying to make him the best possible deal I could make. That's my job. That's what I'm supposed to do. And among the questions I asked them, as any lawyer would, is can you name people who may have had improper sexual relationships with anybody?
Starting point is 00:23:18 And if we can turn those people over to the government, we can maybe get you a better deal. And then I went through a variety of names, including Donald Trump. And Jeffrey Epstein said no, Trump didn't do anything wrong. Go ahead. So what more do you need? Doesn't matter. The press ran a while last night.
Starting point is 00:23:42 Okay, ABC World News Tonight, spent four minutes, 23 seconds on the story. NBC Nightly News, four minutes, 34 seconds. CBS TV News, two minutes, seven seconds. Cable, these are estimates on cable, because you have, three hour prime window, prime time. CNN, one hour and 10 minutes out of the three. MSNBC a whopping two hours, nine minutes. Fox News spent five minutes on it. Okay. So, this is just crazy. But it gets worse. So there's a congresswoman from New Mexico named Melanie Stansberry.
Starting point is 00:24:29 Roll it. Secondly, whether or not Virginia Joufrey has accused the president of wrongdoing, what I'd like to say to the American people is believe your eyes. We have all seen the photographs of Donald Trump with underage girls sitting on his lap. There are no photographs of Donald Trump with girls on his lap. So either Congressman Stansberry is lying. or she got faked out by some AI thing or whatever. There are no photographs.
Starting point is 00:25:03 Now, the House Ethics Committee should absolutely drag her in and say, what to do you're doing. Second, a guy named Rick Stangle, Trump Hater. Okay, we used to be a journalist, then he was a Democrat, whatever. Roll him. I mean, the idea that he calls it a hoax, and all day long people can watch on television and them leering at girls at parties and things. It's like, well, gee, it's not a hoax.
Starting point is 00:25:30 So I think it has legs and it should, and it is the sort of thing that could undermine the basis of his presidency. Again, it's not true. There's no evidence of the president leering in anybody. Now, you would think that the news agencies that put these people on, CNN and MSNBC would challenge now. because I don't care what happened. They don't want to get Trump.
Starting point is 00:26:01 Finally, there was a very disturbing X file from Eric Swalwell. You remember that name? Probably the worst Trump hater in the country represents California. He says, quote, the government was shut down for 40-plus days to protect Donald Trump. People weren't paid. Credit was destroyed. Tenets were evicted. all because pedo protector.
Starting point is 00:26:27 Mike Johnson sought to shield Donald Trump. But it's coming out now, pray for these women. Trump Epstein terrorized. Now, if I'm Donald Trump, and that goes out on X, I sue Swalwell. But do I win? So herein is the complication of living in the United States of America.
