So American culture is divided into two areas. Okay. You've got politicians that
shape laws and carry out policies, and they have a tremendous impact on how we all live.
Now, we the people, have control over that. We can vote for whom we want to. But if we choose the wrong
candidates, then we get host. Okay, it's as simple as that. But that's on us.
No outside forces.
The second culture shaper is the corporate media,
powerful corporations that control the communications industry.
Nobody controls them.
They do what they want.
Now, we the people do have input.
And we'll get to this a little bit later on.
You don't have to watch or listen or read.
read any of this stuff. And if you don't, that helps the independence of the country and
hurts corporate profits. So again, two culture shapers. Political, corporate media. Because the
media gets out the information you depend on. You can't be running around all 50 states
and 185 countries all over the world and know what happened. You have to depend on people like
me, okay, to tell you what's happening. There are very few people like me, which is probably
a good thing. I will never lie to you. Many in a corporate media will. How would I lie to you
for money? Okay, so let's get specific. Since 2016, when Donald Trump entered politics,
the national media has overwhelmingly supported the Democratic Party. Under Eisenhower in a 50s,
Nixon, landslide victory against McGovern, Reagan.
The media didn't like those people,
but they didn't outright support the Democratic Party.
Now they justify their support of the Democratic Party
by saying Trump's the devil, Trump's this, Trump's that.
That's number one.
Number two, all the surveys say the same.
thing that if you want to work for a media corporation, you've got to be left or at least
fake it. You're not going to get promoted or even hired if they think you're MAGA or you're
conservative. Just not. Not going to happen. So therefore, it is controlled, right? And the message is
all left. Democrats good, Republicans bad, Trump, the devil. Now, you will remember on your
June 10, just about two months ago, an ABC news correspondent named Terry Moran, I believe
he worked for ABC for 28 years, all right, was fired because he called President Trump
and his top aide, Miller, Stephen Miller, haters.
Now, this is it a correspondent, not a pundit like me, not an act.
analyst. He's a reporter.
They're haters.
ABC had to fire him. Disney had
to fire the guy.
He segues into the media,
social media.
He's never going to work in corporation again.
And he put this up,
and I want to read it to you. It's a quote.
It is no secret.
There are hardly any people who supported
Donald Trump at ABC News
or the other corporate legacy
mainstream media networks.
And this is bound to impact
coverage not so much out of malevolent bias as a cartoon version peddled by
Trump brand a car and online maga but more out of what kind of deafness so
yes from my perspective the old news networks are biased but Brendan Carr the
head of the FCC can go to hell oh that's nice that's very nice
federal government has no business dictating the editorial content of news
coverage. This isn't Victor Orban, Hungary, or law and justice party, Poland, Putin's Russia,
where free voice is critical to the Kremlin could still be heard before he crushed them.
Terry Moran, July 29th. This guy is a troubled guy. I mean, we're trying to track them down,
and I'd love to talk to him. And maybe I'm wrong about it. But to say, hey, it's okay
that the American corporate media, the most powerful media entity on Earth, it's okay. It's
that all of them don't like Trump in favor the Democratic Party, but FCC shouldn't get involved
with this, or Trump shouldn't object to it. No, now, let them do what they want. Does that make
any sense to anybody? All right, talk about the fix is in, my God, and there are rules. Okay, there
are rules. So the, and I'm going to get to those rules.
in a moment. The FCC has a responsibility. If it allows the networks to take up airspace,
then it has to enforce some kind of standards. You can't lie. You can't defame. You can't be in bed
with a political party promoting that party. And Brandon Carr is saying, we're cracking down on it
because Trump is telling them to say that. Yes, that's true. But we're not going to let you
you guys run wild anymore.
Not going to happen.
And that's why you're seeing changes.
CBS News is about the change big time.
Disney will have to follow.
NBC, they'll stay
where they are, I believe. I don't think we're
going to see a lot of change there.
Okay? And then Colbert's gone.
You're going to see others gone. The viewer's going to be
shaken up on and on and on.
Because the federal government does
have say. Now, not with cable.
The federal government has no sway over cable.
Okay, we'll do whatever it wants, but the networks given airspace by the federal government, licensing.
They are licensed.

at President's Daily Brief. And Trump is saying, hey, you've got to stop this. You can't have
all the corporations in the media supporting the Democratic Party. And so that's where it is.
So the culture has shifted. People go to me, oh, it's not the way it used to be.
You know, and that's true.
It's not the way it used to be.
I worked for CBS and ABC News.
I'm going to write about that.
My experience is there in my last book after confronting evil.
But it wasn't crazy.
Rather, it was very liberal, but he wasn't a nut.
Jennings was liberal, but he was fair.
Rather wasn't fair.
Okay.
But I'll just give a little taste of that.
So, summing up, we are responsible for who we elect.
Those people in Washington and in your state capitals shape the culture, okay?
And the media also shapes the culture, and it's all liberal, with the exception of Fox News and Newsmax.
And it's overwhelming.
As you probably have heard, Attorney General Pam Bond, he says she will present evidence.
on the Russian collusion fraud conspiracy to a federal grand jury.
This coming off, a report by National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbert,
saying that CIA director John Brennan, FBI director James Comey, Hillary Clinton, and others
conjured up a conspiracy to derail Donald Trump's presidential campaign
and then after he was elected to harm him in office. That is the case.
Okay? So Bondi and Gabbard, and apparently President Trump, who calls all the shots,
believe they have enough evidence to prove it. Okay. So now it goes in a federal grand jury.
Now, grand jury is just like you and me, regular folks, is more of them than in a sitting trial,
and they have to select the venue, and that's going to be a problem for the Trump administration.
because all of this alleged conspiracy fraud took place in and around Washington, D.C. and New York City.
Remember Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign headquarters was in Brooklyn.
It'll be tough to get it out of there.
I mean, you might be able to get into Virginia because that's where the CIA is, Langley.
But, boy, you're not going to be able to get it to Florida, Texas, or a red state.
So Bond is going to have to go into very, very liberal precincts and present her case in front of a federal grand jury.
Now, they are more disciplined than local juries, state juries, no question, but that is a hurdle.
Okay, now in the spotlight is, as I mentioned, former CIA Director Brennan.
It looks like there is strong evidence against him.
Former FBI director James Comey, that hinges on whether Comey knew or was told that the information gleaned about Putin and Russia trying to interfere in the election was phony because Comey presented the evidence to federal judges to get a Pfizer wire tap on the Trump campaign.
Now, Comey, of course, going to say, no, I didn't know. Brennan's going to say I didn't know. But in Brennan's going to say, I didn't know.
case, there is a lying to the FBI charge coming. And they have, from what I understand,
proof of that. But everybody's entitled to due process. Clapper is the Director of National
Intelligence. That's murky on Clapper. I don't know yet. And then there's the big cahuna
to use a surfing expression, Hillary Clinton, whose campaign started all this by hiring people to gin up,
a phony scenario that Putin and Russia were trying to help Donald Trump become president.
Now Hillary Clinton, that's a interesting study there.
Because that obviously has the biggest name.
And she's going to say, I don't know anything about it.
These were all done by campaign workers, and I had nothing to do with it.
So the Justice Department, the Trump Justice Department,
has to produce evidence to override the defense.
denial. We all understand. This is no slam-dung case here. There's a complicated case.
Okay. Now, Donald Trump wants to punish all of those people. There's no question that he does.
All of them. He punishes by an indictment. So even if they are acquitted, you know,
Brennan and Comey and Hillary and Clapper, whoever else gets indicted, has to pay millions of dollars
to attorneys to do offend them.
And there's
maybe Hillary's got money
left over from her
presidential campaign because you can use
that. She could use it legally,
but the others don't.
They're going to have to pony up millions of dollars
in legal fees.
And that's her revenge play.
Now, President Obama is out of the equation.
We explain this many times. Just go over it real
quickly. There was a
movement to indict President Trump
for inciting the January 6th riot in D.C. at the Capitol building.
Supreme Court threw that out, said, look, Donald Trump was president at the time.
He did the right to do anything he wanted to do as far as policy is concerned.
And that was it.
And Obama can fall back absolutely or not.
So if it's proven that Obama saw evidence that there was fraud in this Russian collusion thing
and then ordered another assessment, which is what is going around now,
Obama said, look, part of my job, I wanted to triple check it.
And nobody believes, nobody serious person believes that President Obama is going to be indicted here,
unless whistleblowers emerge.
And that's what Bondi is counting on.
The Attorney General is counting on people coming out to testify against Hillary Brennan,
Comey, Clapper, and perhaps Obama.
That changes the equation.
Okay?
If these people rise up and say, oh, I told this person, oh, this person did this, and can prove it, the case change.
Okay?
So do you have it?
Does everybody have it?
That's where we are on payback for Russian collusion.
All right. Now, just today. Just today. No, let me run a soundbite. Let me run a soundbite. And then I'll get to Epstein and today. So last night, I was on News Nation. I'm on there every Monday at 9 and then on Wednesday, 815. So Leland Vitterd and I talked about this Russian collusion. Go.
Is this grand jury, is trying to go back and relitigate this?
Is potentially putting Obama-era people in jail a good thing for the country?
Yeah.
Yeah.
These people tried to derail an election, tried to hurt a sitting president by bogus, phony, false conspiracies,
because that's what it was.
Isn't that called politics?
Using them to get,
okay, Leland,
is it called politics,
get a phony FISA warrant
to spy on you and your family?
Did you call that politics?
I don't think so.
That's a crime.
Okay.
I'm right.
You know, you just don't let this go,
but there is a personal vendetta
on the part of Donald Trump.
believe me, okay? Not just about them, but in New York City and a whole bunch of other places.
All right, now let's get to Epstein. So this is really interesting.
The left, the Democratic Party, I've been torturing Donald Trump about his alleged association
with Epstein, the most heinous man probably we've seen in years. All right, he's dead, he committed suicide.
side. I'm sure he's having a fun time now down below. So Jeffrey Epstein knew Donald Trump.
Okay. All of those people knew each other in New York City. And that's that. But it's not a
crime to know Jeffrey Epstein. But the Democratic Party and that Trump haters are insinuating
heavily that Trump was involved in some kind of criminality with Epstein. You all know that.
That's what this is all about. So enter Congressman James Comer, the chairman of the House
Oversight Committee, who is very loyal to Donald Trump. Okay? And he says, you know what?
we're going to subpoena
the following people to talk about
Epstein in front of our committee.
Ready?
Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton,
Robert Mueller, the special counsel.
James Coney.
Bill Barr, Attorney General under Trump,
first term.
Okay?
Loretta Lynch, former Attorney General
under Obama.
Eric Holder, Obama's former Attorney General,
Merrick Garland.
Biden's former attorney general, on and on and on and on.
So Comer's saying, you want to play, we'll play.
You guys got to come in under oath and do a deposition with my investigators about Epstein.
What you knew, what happened, and all that.
This is brilliant.
It's brilliant.
They turns it right around.
You want to torture Trump for a month?
Okay.
Now we're going to torture you.
And believe me, anybody lies?
Whoa.
That goes right to the Justice Department.
Remember, Congress can't indict anybody.
Let's go through the circles.
And if anybody takes the fifth, can you imagine?
Do you imagine?
on an Epstein deposition.
When I saw this one, whoa,
and I don't usually do that much, I usually can predict.
I didn't predict this.
I did not.
Not all problems can be solved.
And I hate to say that,
because we specialize in problem solving
here. I consider myself pretty good at it, but I realize that sometimes, no matter what you do,
how logical you are, how fair, how rational, not going to happen. One name, Putin. And that is
the subject of this evening's talking points memo. So today, the Trump negotiator, Steve Woodcoff,
in Moscow talking of Vladimir Putin, who was a picture on the AP. Putin smiling, and they're talking
about stopping the Ukrainian war, which is one of the biggest disasters in modern history,
three and a half years. About a million Russian soldiers killed or wounded. About 400,000
Ukrainians, same. But it's the civilians, because Putin is targeting them with drones and bombings
and all that. And so he has been named a war criminal by the International Criminal Court
in the Hague that's in the Netherlands. So this is only the third time in history that the
leader of a nation has been designated a war criminal. So Putin can't go anywhere because his arrest
warrant out for him. He's got to stay in Russia. He's the richest man in the world, as you will
see if you read my upcoming book confronting evil out September 9th. We go into Putin in great
detail. The new BMO ViPorter MasterCard is your ticket to more. More perks, more points,

you in your first 13 months. Terms and conditions apply, visit bemo.com slash
the iPorter to learn more. But anyway, Donald Trump, President of the United States,
trying to get this Ukraine thing under control and Putin won't cooperate. So what do you do?
What do you do? It's almost like Japan at the end of World War II. So this is the anniversary
of the atom bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The Japanese,
knew they lost the war, they couldn't possibly win the war.
Tokyo had been fire bombed, millions of Japanese were killed, but they wouldn't surrender.
And they kept fighting.
And the United States didn't want to invade the island because I would say hundreds to thousands
of U.S. soldiers and sailors who have been killed, including my father, who was on the way
to Japan.
We write about that in killing the rising sun.
So, Harry Truman, the president, had to drop the atom bombs, and then finally, finally,
facing absolute destruction of the entire country, the Japanese surrendered.
Well, Putin is not going to surrender.
So I don't expect that these peace talks today are going to move the ball.
I hope they do.
I hope I'm wrong.
And then Donald Trump's going to have to slap onerous.
tariffs and economic sanctions against Russia, which he should have done a while back, in my opinion.
I don't want a second guess, but it was clear because remember that Donald Trump thought he had Putin
in a place where he could be rational with him, because the first four years of Trump administration,
Putin kind of laid back. But no, not now. So we do expect that these
sanctions, which will cripple the Russian economy. But here's the kicker. Putin doesn't care.
He's in care of his people dies. He's got lost a million people, killed their wounded in Ukraine
for what? Is Russian need Ukraine? No. Doesn't need it. I can give them anything. In fact,
if they take it over by force, there'll be ongoing guerrilla war there. Ukrainians don't want
to be Russians. Okay, so Putin doesn't care. Starves people.
okay. And the only thing that could really turn it fast is China. And when I was over in Beijing
and May, we talked about Putin and how China is helping Putin and Russia wages war. North
Korea doesn't matter. North Korea's got a few troops in there, but they don't matter. China
matters. China's buying lots of oil from Russia. So is India. And it's propping up Putin.
still got cash coming in. You've got to strangle all the cash. So I would expect that Donald
Trump, if he goes to Beijing, and I think he will, early fall, late summer, will tie in
some kind of deal with China to pull back from Putin. That happens. Then we're in Vlad's in real
deep, you know what. Okay? And that's so at least there's some kind of hope here.
here. But again, in my original statement that, you know, we can't solve all problems. Sometimes
you've got to kill these people. And, you know, if Putin was assassinated, that'd be good for the
world. I hate to say it, but it's true. That's the best thing here could happen. Somebody take
him out. In fact, Putin can't even go anywhere. When Putin goes home, he lives about seven miles
outside of Moscow in his huge palace. All traffic stops around Moscow. Nobody can move.
Well, his little motorcade comes out. And his DACA on the Black Sea, he's got submarines.
And he's got a bunker underneath the DACA where radioactivity couldn't penetrate.
So if there's a nuclear war, Putin wills have fought.
Nobody else will.
Okay, so that's where we are.
We're watching it, an amazingly important story.
