You're listening to the No Spin News, Talking Points Edition.
San Francisco itself is a disaster, and that is a subject of this evening's Talking Points memo.
So this was the apex of capitalism.
The wealthiest people in the world were in San Francisco for the parties and socializing and all of that.
And that took place Friday and Saturday, a little on Thursday.
those two days. And the amount of opulence on display, my hotel, cheeseburger, $36. Okay. I mean,
it was just two scrambled eggs, $22. And it was a good hotel. I mean, they were very nice.
I'm not buying that. I'm going across the street to jerry's and two scrambled eggs are going
to cost me $750. Okay. It's not that I can't afford it. I don't care. I wasn't even paying for it.
All right, News Nation hired me to do a mammoth special on the collapse of San Francisco.
So they pay for it, but I'm not going to do it.
But that's capitalism.
So everybody knew the wealthy were pouring into town.
At the same moment, the wealthy are walking around, going to the parties, the suarez,
less than a mile away, the lowest, most operational.
appalling public situation in America, the tenderloin district of San Francisco.
Looks like India.
And the Indians are there because they're poor.
These are drug addicts and mentally ill all over the place.
Okay.
And it is just awful.
And the whole city is dingy except for where Nancy Pelosi lives.
And I'll get to that in a moment.
Now, the homeless population in San Francisco,
go is estimated anywhere between 8 and 30,000.
Not going to get an accurate number from the city and state of California.
Then I'll tell you the truth.
And it's very hard to pin it down because it goes in and it goes out and there are homes,
if you want to call them that, that are available to these people if they want them and most of them don't
because they're so dangerous.
These government homes are so dangerous because they don't drug test you.
So if you want a spot, you can go in there and sell and do whatever you want, and it's horrible.
So the drug addicts on the street are telling me, I'd rather be here on a sidewalk than over there, even though I have a roof over my head.
It's believable.
So the bottom on this is that the city of San Francisco and the state of California, which oversees the city, will not arrest people.
charge people for narcotics violations.
That means you can sell, you can use in public,
you can trade, you can barter, you can prostitute yourself,
you can shoplift, and you are not going to be taken into custody.
I mean, the cops in San Francisco are good.
These guys are good.
A long conversation with them.
And they're as frustrated as anybody.
but city's not going to do anything about it.
It's called harm reduction in addition to that.
They give the drug addicts needles and pipes and they give it to them.
And it's just you sit there and you're going and the result is horrific.
Any child seeing that is right in the middle of San Francisco.
It's not like someplace out of town.
And the numbers.
Why?
Because San Francisco gives them $1,000 a month if you're a drug addict,
hands it to you through a debit card.
Are you kidding me?
All right.
So all of this will be in a documentary,
and then you'll see me right in the middle of it to tell you about in a moment.
Now, the city fathers who are running around,
all these parties,
they'll go, oh, San Francisco's go great a city,
in the country, we're making
comebacks and we're doing this, we're
doing that. So we asked
to speak to the mayor, Daniel Lurie.
He ran
away from me,
but here's what he said
previously.
We kind of had a
live and let live attitude
for a while in this city
and that has changed.
We have changed that attitude over the last
year. We want to get people off the street and
into help. But of course,
course, it is an affordability issue statewide, and we need to build more housing statewide.
This is already spent more than a billion dollars trying to build these houses that nobody will go
into because they're too dangerous. I mean, it's, and you're sitting there going, and Lori is always
big part of it. Great a city, and I'm going, is you walk outside? And not only is it there, but the whole
city. I've been going there for more than 50, I don't know, 45 years, but not a Nancy Pelosi house.
Beautiful mansion. Pacific Heights. I stood right outside her door because I didn't stand up there.
I saw her twice. She ran. And I mean, there was no reason for me to bother her. Lorry, yeah,
but not her, although she's partly responsible for this. Anyway, back to the wealthy people.
They are walled off from all lists.
So when they were asking me, okay, what do you do in here beside the Super Bowl?
I go, you know, we shoot a documentary on a collapse of social order in San Francisco.
It's like, you know, most of them aren't from San Francisco, and they don't care, but it's like, oh, okay.
And this is capitalism.
The highest of the high, you couldn't have more money than these people have.
Tim Cook was there, had an apple.
I mean, richest guys were there.
they have more money. And then the lowest of the low, right within walking distance. Now, people
think that's evil, but it's really not evil. Because the only way out of the low is to use
capitalism to lift yourself out. Now, these four drug addicts, they're going to die, most of them.
You're going to die from fentanyl. And I don't care. I don't really care if they die. They
told me, I just want to get high. If I die, die, die. One guy went to sleep in a lot. One guy went to sleep
in a doorway and there were three other guys, maybe a woman, he didn't delineated by gender,
with him when he woke up in a morning, two of them were dead. That's what it is. So the displays
of capitalism, lowest in the low, highest of the high, but it's not capitalism's fault.
The people in the tenderloin, they drug addicted, not to mentally ill so much, I mean, but there's
a lot of crossover on that. Okay. They don't want to have a house.
for a career or family.
A lot of them have left their families.
He's wanting to get high.
Now, the solution is therapeutic centers.
I'm not going to get into that now,
but there is a solution to the problem.
Anyway, let's sum this up.
It was, I learned an enormous amount.
And, you know, when I hear the Californians say,
it says, oh, we're going to do this,
not going to do anything.
Number one, I don't really care.
And number two, there are solutions, the progressive solutions are nonsense.
And that's a memo.
You're listening to a special edition of the No Spin News.
So this morning, the House Ways and Means Committee held hearings on Singham and a few radical groups that are under investigation.
One caveat here. Congress is now being pretty aggressive investigating this. Where is the FBI?
Where are the departments of the U.S. government? Silence. Don't like that. I don't, I understand you can't give specifics. You can't convict people or even give names, but you can give an overview as we
are giving, okay?

So the investigation this morning was led by
Congressman Jason Smith, Missouri,
Ways and Means, as I mentioned.
And he focused in on two groups,
breakthrough media and tri-continental
the Institute for Social Research.
Okay, so the House is subpoenaing records
from those two groups.
Now,
They are shadowy.
These are really, we're getting down to it now.
Remember, all coming out of China, which is not America's friend.
Okay.
Breakthrough media.
Headquarters 320 West 37th Street in New York City.
Same address as the People's Forum.
Same address.
What's the People's Forum as we reported?
communist organization.
Okay?
And they are getting money from Mr. Singham.
Whoa, what a coincidence.
Okay?
So they say,
Breakthrough News says that they regularly produce content
that's aligned with the Chinese government party,
which is allowed under the Constitution.
You can be a communist, you can promote communism.
It's allowed.
the head of this group is a woman named Carlo Reyes.
All right, it was apparently a communist.
She'd have to be.
And the whole crew is the Jerusalem Post has done a big expose on these people and how radical left they are.
Remember, the central part of this is funneling money to these groups, Shanghai to New York,
to Minnesota, to Portland, Oregon, to L.A., wherever.
To pay agitators to go out and destroy things, attack federal agents, on and on.
That is the allegation.
That is why we are doing the story.
Okay.
The other one is Tri-Continental Institute for Social Research.
This is in North Hampton, Massachusetts.
Okay?
It has offices in four countries, Argentina, South Africa, India, and Brazil.
It is a, quote, Marxist think tank.
All right.
So it remains to be seen whether the federal government can prove that these organizations are funding agitators who are committing violence.
That would be conspiracy.
Now, we already know that Neville Roy Singham's a traitor.
And if you don't like it, Mr. Singham, come on to sue me.
Okay, come on back here.
And I'll be happy to go up against you.
You're a traitor.
And you're getting people killed to boot.
Now, this guy, Syngham, New York Times exposed them a few years ago.
Congress has been on them since October.
But again, FBI, we have not.
no blank an idea. The other thing that's a little bit disturbing is that I asked Secretary Bessent
where the defunding of these organizations are because the organizations that Singham gives
money to are all non-profit 501Cs. And Besson gave me the middle finger. That wasn't nice.
He didn't really, but I'm doing, you know, when you ignore a legitimate query question,
from me, who has millions of viewers all over the world,
that's not smart, Mr. Secretary.
So now I'm watching you.
It's not a threat.
It's like, this is your job.
You can go on CNBC and Fox News and business news all day long
and tell everybody how great the economy is,
but you need to address serious things like this.
All right. And I talked about it with President Trump. He's on it.
And I told you to know the last report that I did give him the information that we had because he requested it.
And that's my job as an American.
But Besson, we are open to hearing what you have to say, but you should say something.
I think that's fair.
All right, let's sum this up.
So China's not a friend of the USA.
We got an American trader over there in Shanghai.
He's pumping money into all of these nonprofits.
The nonprofits are then sending the money to agitators, we believe,
who are then getting people killed and disrupting all kinds of investigations on the federal level
and causing rebellion.
That's where we are.
And I'm not going to lead this story.
I'm not going to let it go.
And you're not going to hear it on ABC or NBC or CBS.
You're not going to hear it.
They won't report it.
know why. It's insane. I mean, this Savannah Guthrie mother tragedy is horrible. But this story
is covered 10,000 times more than this story about fostering rebellion in your own country.
And it just, I know it's easy to cover the Guthrie story. I'm going to write about tomorrow
in the message of the day.
But we know it's important here, and that's the memo.
You're listening to a special edition of the No Spin News.
And tonight we're going to expose a huge lie,
and that is a subject of this evening's talking points memo.
So the Democratic Party is holding up the spending bill,
which is expiring.
Friday at midnight. And the government will have to partially shut down. We do this every two months, right?
But here's why they're holding it up. Because Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries
really want to gut the Homeland Security apparatus and ICE in a specific way. They want to neutralize it.
so that Homeland Security will have a far more difficult time controlling undocumented migrants already in this country.
That is what the Democratic Party wants.
Okay, let me prove it to you.
So Schumer and Jeffrey say, we're not going to fund Homeland Security.
ISIS has already funded.
Unless you do the following.
The Hyundai-A-Lontra hybrid inspires a special type of love, the type that makes you slow down and enjoy the ride.
With best-in-class fuel efficiency and a best-in-class new car warranty, it's made for the long run, wherever the road takes you next.
Because some relationships are built to go the distance.
It's that Hyundai-A-Lantra type of love.
No masks for ice agents.
agents. Now that's already been adjudicated in California. Federal judge says ice agents can wear masks.
Two, judicial warrants when a migrant is taken into custody. That is impossible. There are 15 million
illegal aliens in this country. You couldn't possibly get a judge to sign off on every one of them.
No immigration enforcement near hospital, schools, churches. That means in a city, you could
could not have any enforcement.
And finally, agents must wear body cameras.
Okay?
All right.
And there's another one.
It's a little murky that any kind of action against migrants must be shared
with local authorities, which, of course, gives the authorities the opportunity to tip
off the migrants or the groups involved, which, of course, they would in the radical left
States. All right, so that's what's in play. It's not going to happen. So the Republicans
are going to say, I can't do this, and I don't know if the compromise will be reached. I assume it will be.
Okay. So the rational conclusion about all these demands is the Democratic Party doesn't want any
enforcement. They just don't. They want amnesty. But that has been the position of the Democratic Party
for decades. Amnesty. Anybody here who's not a criminal should be allowed to stay. But now it's
violent criminal. This is the big lie. You ready for the big lie? Here it comes. So the Democrats
are saying just 14% of migrants that have been detained by ICE are violent criminals. Roll it.
It's not getting rid of the worst of the worst, which, by the way, less than 14% have been accused or have been convicted of violent crimes that are in holding right now with DHS with ICE.
That is misleading in the extreme, and I don't know whether Leslie Marshall knows that or not, but she certainly hasn't done her research.
Now, that 14% figure comes from a CBS news report that is totally erroneous.
Why?
Well, here are the non-violent crimes that don't fall under the 14%.
Drug trafficking and use, DWI, all crimes of theft, all crimes of fraud.
In addition, child pornography, endangerment, and child trafficking are not considered violent crimes.
So we told you yesterday that Honduran migrants control the entire drug traffic in San Francisco and parts of Oakland, California.
They wouldn't be subject to ICE detention because selling heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl, not violent crimes, according to Democrats.
Not violent.
Nope.
So the fentanyl guy dies,
nah, it's not violent.
See what the fraud is?
You see what the big lie is?
When people hear this and go,
oh, oh, ice is rounding up just poor farmers,
poor hotel workers.
Only 14% are violent criminals?
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
What a lie.
Okay, so the federal government, their stat is a little bit different.
It says that 60% of all the undocumented people have been detained by Homeland Security
have committed some kind of criminal offense.
That is probably true.
Okay?
Now, a criminal offense could be not showing up for a hearing.
Could be a lot of things.
But if you are here illegally, you have snuck in.
or overstayed your visa, and you commit any crime, any crime.
Out of here.
Right?
Okay.
So that's what we're dealing with here, a massive deception, and the press picks it up and runs.
I don't know how many times I've heard the 14%.
Why does CBS report that?
I have no idea, but they're so lazy these people.
See, we researched all this.
When we heard the 14, we went, no, that can't be possible.
And then we come in and it wasn't hard to find the classifications of different kinds of crimes.
So this is a huge fraud.
So summing up, Democratic Party doesn't want enforcement against undocumented migrants unless they're killers, rapists, or people like that.
So if you're a fentanyl heroin cocaine dealer,
ah, come on, they're going to bother you.
And that's a memo.
You're listening to a special edition of the No Spin News.
And let's take the Save Act, and that is the subject of this evening's talking points memo.
All right, so this is an act that says you have to be an American citizen of vote,
which is already on the books.
If you vote in our election, you're not a citizen, that's a crime.
Okay.
And in order to prove that you're American citizen, you've got to show an ID.
When you register to vote, when you go to the polling place, when you mail in your ballot, whatever it may be.
And it's called the Save Act.
Safeguard American voter eligibility passed yesterday in the House 218 to 213.
Only one Democrat voted for it.
Henry Quayor of Texas, only one.
So you go and wait,
everybody knows that an ID
in a situation where there are limits, okay, there are limits,
and the limit here is if you're not an American citizen,
you can't vote, the situation buying tobacco and alcohol
has got to be 21.
They say, you know, it's on and on and on.
When there are limits, you have to prove who you are.
No.
Democrats don't want that.
Roll the tape.
The Save America Act is not an isolated piece of policy.
It is part of a concerted effort by the Republican Party's leadership and this administration, this
president, to centralize partisan power over American elections, to diminish the authority
of American states, to once again, stoke for.
fear and mistrust of immigrants and in our electoral system, all for the partisan gain of
Speaker Johnson and the White House this November.
Oh, bull, that's so much garbage. It can't even, you know, it's about we, the guy hates
Trump and the Republican Party. Okay, we got it. Diminish the power of the states.
only 11 states have mandatory voter ID laws, only 11, and 14 states have nothing.
You're going to walk in and vote. You don't have to show anything.
These are the ones that are most permissive. California, of course, Oregon, Nevada, New Mexico,
Minnesota, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Hawaii.
Almost all democratic states there.
couple of, you know, in the middle, but I mean, that's just crazy.
You can just walk in the street, walk into the polling place, vote, and nobody's going to know.
Come on.
You know, anarchy.
Okay, so a Pew survey last August, 25, so the 83% of Americans aboard voter ID,
a lot of Democrats on that 83.
And then another one in October,
Center Square voters voice poll,
I don't know what that is, says 71%.
All right.
So it's overwhelming that Americans' common sense.
Yeah, you've got to show an ID to vote.
But no, Democratic Party, no, no, no, no, no, no, we're not going to have it.
Chaos, chaos, chaos, chaos.
Okay.
So what happens now after the,
Department of Homeland Security doesn't get any money.
Well, it shuts down on Friday midnight.
Not ICE. ICE is funded.
But the Department of Homeland Security shuts down.
So if there are bad guys lurking,
that gives the bad guys an advantage.
And that works something out.
This is all about the Democrats' grandstanding.
Oh, we're for the migrants, we don't want.
But you have to understand something.
And I've been doing this analysis now for the last week.
There are about a third of American voters that don't want any immigration enforcement at all.
That's way up.
Now, they bought into the propaganda, the friends and neighbors and the poor people and little children.
They bought into all that.
But about 30 percent.
A lot of people.
Yeah, come on in.
Come on in.
Everybody in the world.
Everybody, and we went over this yesterday, and if you aren't a premium or concierge member of Bill O'Reilly.com, we can't give you transcripts, but we do have the shows you can watch.
We went over how many nonviolent offenses there are, because the propaganda is only 14% of foreign nationals that ISIS have run up are violent criminals.
Drug dealers who sell fentanyl, not violent.
Child pornographers, not violent, on and on and on.
You can steal as much as you want, no violence.
You can run somebody over with your car.
Run somebody over with your car, not violent.
And they know that.
The Democratic Party knows that it's a very narrow sliver of violent crime
that they're talking about, 14%.
Murderers, rapists, you know, very serious assault.
false, that kind of thing.
And I'm sitting there going, this is the biggest lie.
I wrote a message of the day on
Bill O'Reilly.com.
This is the biggest lie in the world.
And they know it.
But they justify it as we hate Trump.
So we're going to say anything.
And no matter what we say is okay, because we hate Trump.
Thank you for listening.
