You're listening to the No Spin News, Talking Points Edition.
So I'm back and I had to be on today because we are witnessing one of the most important stories in my entire lifetime of 50 years in journalism, the Minnesota Rebellion.
And I hope you will read the column not only from my situation, but because I'm able to spell out and you can reread it and file it and keep it.
But I'm going to go over everything tonight.
And I'm going to tell you the truth.
And I don't care if you don't like the truth or you don't want to hear the truth.
You don't want to hear it.
Blast me off right now because I'm coming right at you.
This is a disgrace what is happening there in Minnesota.
There is no excuse for this.
And there are remedies to this situation.
And here we go.
You got an open rebellion.
You got the governor of a state.
walls is basically saying we're not only not obeying immigration law, stated law passed by Congress.
But we're not going to protect the federal agents assigned to enforce the federal law.
So Minnesota state police and local police are not even going to protect you.
Has there ever been a more disgraceful governor?
maybe down south, George Wallace. That's Walls. He writes an article in a Wall Street Journal today.
He said, oh, no, no, you got it all wrong. You got it all wrong. No, no, no. We cooperate with ICE.
That is a lie. That governor has ordered his police to stand down and not protect federal agents.
if Minnesota authorities stood shoulder to shoulder with federal authorities, no one would be dead.
And the legitimate protests, and they are legitimate, you don't like ICE, okay.
But those protesters would be protected.
But no, Walls won't do it.
Now, I'm not even going to bother with Fry, the mayor of Minneapolis.
I'll get to him tomorrow.
He's a punk.
That's what he is.
And I'll prove it to you tomorrow.
But I don't even bother with that tonight.
But if I'm sitting in Washington, if I'm the president or if I'm the head of the Justice Department, I'm looking at walls.
Why?
Listen to this.
There is a law against rebellion and in the United States.
It is 18 U.S.C. Code 2383.
It is a federal crime to incite, assist, or engage in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or its laws.
Here is the actual wording, quote, whoever incites, sets on foot, assists or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or laws thereof or gives aid or comfort thereto should be fined or.
under this title or in prison, not more than 10 years, or both, and shall be incapable of
holding office under the United States. That is the law. So where are you Cash Patel?
Where are you? The FBI chief? Where? What's your plan? Nobody's going to believe ICE investigating
ICE or Border Patrol, investigating Border Patrol, they won't even believe the FBI.
I know that.
But this is a law on the books.
What are you doing about it?
You know what he's doing?
He's waiting to be told what to do.
That's what Patel's doing.
You got to get it in gear, man.
This has got to get under control now.
Now, today, President Trump and Wall
spoke excellent. Deitant has to be reached. Temperatures down, violence stopped. But the
investigation into what is happening in Minnesota has to be transparent. What Patel
should do is get his best investigators into a squad, bring them in, and look and examine the
political people in Minnesota and the law enforcement people. Okay, enough. You can't do the job.
Cash out. Get somebody who can't. Okay. So it began because of President Biden. He's the
source of the problem. Probably the most corrupt president as far as enforcing
federal law in our history.
Okay?
Biden let everybody in.
We are all paying the consequences.
Two people with their lives.
It starts with Biden.
But then the Democratic Party, the entire party,
embraced the Biden madness.
And that led to Walls and Frye and Minnesota.
Big FU federal government, big FU President Trump.
No.
We elected President Trump.
He won.
He's the president.
He's the leader.
You hate him?
Fine.
You don't defy federal law and get people killed.
Now, the Democratic Party has got to stop.
Okay?
You got to stop playing games here.
You got to unite with President Trump and the Republican Party.
Stamp it down.
Now, this is a crisis.
crisis, not only a crisis of violence, but a constitutional crisis.
We can't have an anarchy and insurrection.
Do we all understand that?
Okay.
Now, at this point, we have to start condemning people for their activities, not, well, I understand.
You've got a media that stokes the violence, wants the violence, in my opinion.
Roll the tape.
So this cycle of fear and lack of experience leading to this 37-year-old ICU nurse who was clearly trying to help someone else.
You can clearly see it in the video, getting, as many would argue, murdered by ICE.
And frankly, you know, I don't know what you're investigating if you're not investigating the straight-up murder.
The straight-up murder.
This is the second one.
Well, thanks for due process.
Right?
Disney.
I don't hold her responsible.
Well, you know what you got out there.
You know what you're putting on the air every day.
Disney.
Iger.
Burbank, California, theme parks.
You know what you're doing, and you do it anyway.
I don't blame her.
That's who she is.
Same thing with MS or whatever the hell it is.
But the worst is Senator Mark Kellery of Arizona.
I used to respect Kelly.
Listen to this.
Hey, everybody, it's Senator Mark Kelly.
Hey, I watched that video of Minneapolis today.
Probably watched it a dozen times.
Pretty obvious that this man was shot,
dead in the street for no reason. I want to encourage people to believe what they see.
Don't let anybody. Don't let this White House tell you it is something else.
Loathsome. Loose some. Denial of a due process, just like the other, okay? And this guy knows better.
So I don't know what you do. You people in Arizona, I mean, you're hearing this.
Is this do any good at all?
No.
He's inciting it.
Now, the man himself who was killed, a nurse 37 years old,
we traced him, far left guy.
He doesn't have any history of criminality.
Like the woman who was killed, the first one,
the man shows up in an area where ICE agents are conducting raids, arrests.
Okay?
He's armed.
Got a gun on him.
He gets in a physical confrontation with federal agents.
He's not some kind of innocent little Bo Peep, this guy.
And I hate to say this.
He's dead.
And he should be mourned.
Nobody should be happy about that.
And his family should be respected.
But this guy brought upon his own demise.
That's what he did.
Think about it.
Step back for a second.
You know there's violence.
One woman already dead.
You show up with a concealed weapon, even if you have a permit to carry, what the deuce difference does that make?
You know that you're injecting yourself into a situation that is volatile.
Now, the Border Patrol agent, Sue Shottam, may have
made a mistake, may have even committed a crime.
That's due process.
But the victim walked into his own death.
That's the truth.
And again, I hate to say that.
You're also hearing about ICE not having the authority to detain migrants.
That is a lie.
Here is the statute once again, and this comes from an article in a Wall Street Journal.
Quote, Illegal aliens, however, do not have the same rights as Americans.
Under federal immigration law, officers may issue administrative warrant,
which means that the probable cause filing is made by an executive branch officer rather than a judicial officer or judge.
This is consistent with broad judicial recognition that illegal aliens are not entitled to the same Fourth Amendment protection.
a U.S. citizen is. It is also consistent with the Supreme Court's admonition that the touchstone
of the Fourth Amendment is whether the search or seizure is reasonable, not whether it is
supported by a judicial warrant. In ABLE v. U.S. 1960, the justices of the Supreme Court recognize
that there is overwhelming historical legislation of recognition of the propriety of administrative
of arrest for deportable aliens.
All right.
That is the law.
ICE is not disobeying the law.
And how many times have you heard that?
That's in 1960 ruling.
It has not been updated, not been re-litigated.
So now you have elected officials who are saying, oh, what ICE is doing is illegal.
That's a lie.
Finally, here's the most important part of this story.
The anti-American cadres who want to overthrow
this government, and they're out there now,
are using Minnesota.
OK, this group is led by a man named Neville Roy Singham.
He is a communist living in Shanghai, China.
It's an organization called Breakthrough News,
registered in the USA.
Again, the man's name is Neville Roy
Singham. He's behind pushing all of these confrontations. He is using these organizations in the United
States to do it. The Party for Socialism and Liberation, Democratic Socialists of America,
Freedom Road Socialist Organization, Minnesota Immigrant Rights Action Committee, Black Lives
Matter chapters. They are all trying to
overthrow the government of the United States. Have you heard that anywhere? Anybody report that to you?
Absolute fact. They have millions of dollars. They are pumping all kinds of stuff into Minneapolis
to agitate it. This is not organic, these protests. Nobody understands what's really going on.
Media will not report it. I will. And that's the memo.
I got to tell you how angry I am.
I'm going to ask President Trump to watch that memo himself today.
I think he will.
He watches us pretty much every day.
But we've got to stop.
Now, you're listening to a special edition of the No Spin News.
Now, earlier this morning, I heard from the FBI,
and we launched some pretty tough questions at the Bureau.
They should be having press conferences in Washington.
saying, look, this is our investigation.
This is what we're looking at in Minnesota.
On both sides.
On both sides.
We don't need silence anymore.
American people need to know what is being investigated and why.
Irresponsible jerks in the media are convicting Trump people all over the place,
but what else is new?
And then right-wing people, Trump supporters, many of them,
just ignore any kind of situation that's going south.
Neither of that serves your interest.
We do.
Okay.
So the Talking Points Memo continues our ICE Minnesota coverage.
Donald Trump, L. Day 2-hour meeting with Homeland Security Chief Christy Noam.
Snowm is under fire.
The reason she is is because she puts out statements too early after disasters like the shootings,
take place. Okay? She knee jerks it. And then when videotape shows X or Y or Z,
then she's looked upon as not credible. Ms. Noam should just slow it down. Okay. I am very
adamant that any wrongdoing in this situation has to be investigated. But that's the key
were investigated, not by some guy sitting in his living room watching CNN. That's insane.
Okay. Now, I don't know what came out of that two-hour meeting, but I don't think Ms. Noam is
going to get fired, which is what the left wants. I don't think that President Trump is going to go
in with a hatchet. What he will do is try to calm things down, as he should.
And that's what I said.
Now, the Department of Justice is investigating.
We know that.
And that's, of course, the FBI.
But it's not transparent, as they say.
I hate the word, but we don't know what they're investigating.
Supinas have been issued for Governor Walls of Minnesota,
but we don't know what the details of the subpoena are.
And we should.
And a subpoena has been issued to Mayor Fry.
Now, we knew, though, that he is now required to appear in U.S. District Court,
Minneapolis, February 3rd at 9 a.m. in a morning.
That's when he is to show up.
Okay.
So they're both under investigation, and we assume for insurrection stuff or impeding federal agency.
But again, we should know.
It is very important.
Now, part of the investigation is whether the authorities in Minnesota actively blocked federal law from being laid out.
You can't do that.
On the other side, we don't know.
ICE can't investigate ICE.
The FBI's got to go in with an elite unit, as I said yesterday, to see what happened, to see if.
some of those agents, Border Patrol one with the woman did something they should not have done.
That's fair. Now, Cash Ritell is the director of the FBI.
You know, we invite on this program, no, come on. Press conferences, no, no, no, no. He did appear with Maria Bordoromo on Fox on Sunday. Rollout.
But how was he threatening Border Patrol? You've covered.
elected the evidence, you said, right? You have the handgun in your possession?
That's right. And how was he using that handgun in terms of threatening border patrol?
What was the threat? He had his camera, right? He was filming it.
That's something that I let the DHS and the prosecutors because they are the ones investigating that case.
I don't want to stylize that evidence. But I trust the men and women on the ground who are trained
professionals to only use it when it's absolutely necessary. And I trust Secretary Nome's leadership
and DHS and HSI to do the right thing as they've always done in these scenarios.
Okay, and then that was a responsible statement.
You've got to back your guys, but you're on a partisan network Sunday morning.
What good does that do?
What good does that do, Mr. Patel?
Have a press conference or come on this program,
because this program goes all over the world.
And whatever you say is going to be, everybody will hear it.
All right.
Now, there are three kinds of people in America,
vis-a-vis accumulating knowledge about stories.
There are three kinds.
There are you who wouldn't be sitting here listening to me
unless you wanted facts, because that's what we do.
Facts.
Then there are millions of Americans,
but it's a dwindling crew that want to hear
their own opinions reinforced.
They go to cable.
and network news because that's what those people specialize in, telling you what you want to hear.
And then there are perhaps the majority of Americans who don't consume any news.
They don't know anything.
And they hear stuff.
You know, their friends say things, but they have no frame of reference at all.
But they vote.
They vote.
And they form opinions on educated opinions, but they form them.
Now, we have been fabulously successful here for nine years.
And we have a very good staff, hardworking people, and we're smart and honest.
But I have to reach a different audience, what they call a linear audience on television.
Okay, this is, we are on television too on the first and all of that.
But schedule television, I've got to reach those people.
So I go on News Nation, which is not a network that is pandering to anybody.
Not.
Last night, I had a very interesting discussion with Leland Vitter.
Go.
Trump has clearly changed his worldview over the weekend.
How would you characterize it?
Backing down, strategic pause, pivot, what's happening?
Well, he wants to stop the madness.
Donald Trump knows this is no good for anybody, and he will.
He's going to make a deal with walls.
I don't know what the deal will be.
But the most important part of this for News Nation viewers
isn't about the individual politicians.
It's about the misreporting of this story in the totality.
There are two different stories here.
The first story is the violence against the two people who are dead.
There should be an FBI task force in Minneapolis right now, right this moment.
I don't know if there is one because Cash Patel has not held a press conference.
Where is the FBI director? Where?
You can't have Homeland Security, investigate Homeland Security.
You can't. Why do we have the FBI?
You have so many potential crimes in the city of Minneapolis and the state of Minnesota.
The only bureau who could do it would be the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Where are they?
Where is Cash Patel?
All right?
You can debate videotape all day long.
You can say whatever you want to say,
but there has to be an overriding authority in this state.
And there is it.
Did you see, Leland, because you've been studying it like I have,
I have one Minneapolis police officer protecting ice against the demonstrators.
Did you see one?
No, but that's not the FBI's job to investigate the meeting?
The answer is no.
The answer is no.
You didn't see one because there wasn't one there.
And this is a public safety issue with dead people.
No local or state cops.
None.
By order of the governor and the mayor.
That is insane.
That may be insane, Bill, but you want Cash Patel to investigate the governor because he didn't order the police to protect ICE?
You bet I do.
That's the solution.
You bet I'm not protecting ICE.
If the FBI comes in and finds that the agents, the federal agents, one ICE, one border patrol, all right, were derelict in their duties or use malice, I want those people indicted.
Clear? Are we clear? But on the same token, you have got two elected officials that could be charged with rebellion and insurrection under the U.S. Code 2383.
This is a rebellion.
That is why the people are dead.
Nobody brings a gun, a loaded gun.
Nobody, CNN, to a confrontation with federal agents who are under siege.
No one does that.
That man did.
Because, in my opinion, he was so crazed by the situation, so agitated, as I
right now, that he had lost all judgment. Now, listen to me. The authorities, governor,
mayor, feds have to control that. The controlling bureau is the FBI, not Homeland Security.
They're doing what they're ordered to do, find and detained people who should not be here.
I'm good. You write, who is the modern John C. Calhoun about Walls, a despicable South Carolina senator who actually wanted the Civil War to happen. Do you think Walls wants the Civil War to happen and therefore should be arrested as though he was a Southern governor or something in the early or late 1850s?
I think there is evidence that should be examined and you might be able to charge walls with insurrection under the, one of the, one of the, one of the, one of the, you.
I'm going to read it to you, I got it right here.
Would that be good for America?
I don't care. Look,
anarchy is the worst thing that could happen.
The worst.
Right now, in this present moment,
de-escalation is the best thing that can happen.
So Holman meeting with Frye has my 100% endorsement.
Wall's calling Trump, vice versa, 100%.
But that doesn't excuse what has happened
and is happening, which is a rebellion against the United States law passed by Congress,
by a state under the governance of walls and a city where Fry runs.
Look, if you continue, and I say you in a general sense, to allow states and cities
to not enforce federal law, you don't have a country.
It goes. Okay?
Everybody should understand it.
So then why is Trump backing down?
Now here's the second part of the story.
He's not backing down.
He's trying to defuse.
Why would you say he was backing down?
Do you want a CNN contract?
You're not backing down.
He's diffusing the way he should.
Now, here's the most important part of this whole thing.
Unreported.
Okay?
There is a man in Shanghai, China, an American citizen.
His name is Neville Roy Singham.
He works with the Beijing government.
He is funneling millions of dollars into the United States of America through 501s like Party for Socialism and Liberation, Democratic Socialists of America, Minnesota Immigration Rights Action Committee.
There he is, okay? Connecticut-born, 71-year-old billionaire tech guy.
He is funneling money here to these radical organizations who are then agitating professional people,
communists mostly, because Singham's a communist, all right, to go in and foster rebellion.
You heard that story reported?
That is absolutely true.
The man has been investigated by the FBI in the past, this Singham character.
Okay.
This isn't so organic thing.
This is a foreign power, Beijing, using this American citizen who lives openly in Shanghai in luxury,
knowing that this man is funneling tens of millions, probably more, into this country to try to destroy the government.
What the deuce is that?
Where are you, New York Times?
All right?
That's the second part of the story.
There's a local federal story and there's a international story.
And I've had it.
You don't like what I'm saying?
Blank you.
Because I'm telling you the truth.
And this has got to stop and be exposed across the board.
No more sanctuary states and cities.
No more of this insurrection.
It stops.
And federal agents keep the guns in the holster unless you can't.
Not I might.
Got it, everybody?
Okay.
We actually had somebody on.
We've been following the Neville Roy Singham story.
January 6th, this is the free press reporter who's been working on it.
Take a listen.
Neville Roycingham, he's a tech millionaire.
He's also a Marxist.
And he has very close ties to part of the propaganda machine of the Chinese Communist Party.
And from 2017 to 2022, we were able to trace at least $20 million dollars that we were,
was funneled into the people's forum.
So, why don't you think the FBI, right, why don't you think the FBI has indicted him
or any of the people who are being paid who are actually in the United States in these protests
or in this resistance movement?
I don't know.
I don't know where Cash Patel is.
He should have a press conference tomorrow.
I don't know.
All I know is I'm a journalist and I'm telling you the truth.
I am sick and tired of false reporting based on ideology,
of pionist guy garbage, of people like Whoopi Goldberg accusing agents of murder.
How dare you?
How dare you?
What about due process, Ms. Goldberg?
And Disney knows that's going to happen.
Knows it and puts it on.
I'm fed up with it.
Okay.
Where does this go from here?
Betty nods right now, who will be the first to leave Trump's cabinet?
Christy Noem 40%, Pam Bondi, 19%.
Cash Patel isn't in the cabinet, so he's not there.
Where does this story go, Bill?
It's up to President Trump to reorganize this whole immigration crackdown.
That the executive branch has to reorganize it.
And the president knows that, okay?
And I know he'll reorganize it.
But at this point,
It would be cheap shot for me who isn't in the meetings, doesn't know the dynamic, okay,
to say, well, noam should go or this one should go.
Americans can hold an opinion on it, but I'm a fact-based guy.
I don't have enough information there, and I don't have enough information to convict
walls of fry either.
But there's certainly grounds for them to be investigated on the Insurrection Act.
Both of them.
And there are grounds to investigate the ICE and Border Patrol agents who pull the trigger.
Those investigations should be transparent.
Patel should be holding weekly press conferences, and it should begin this week.
All right.
So I think we covered it all.
And we're deeply involved now and invested in this case.
Not going to go away.
And that's a memo.
You're listening to a special edition of the No Spin News.
Talking points memo is, I don't think the media cares about Alex Pretty.
The man shot the death on Saturday, 37-year-old nurse.
You think the media cares about him at all?
I think they're using a dead man to try to damage the Trump.
administration. That's what I think they're doing. I don't care about him. I'm going to make my case
right now. So Border Patrol agents were attempting to detain a woman on Saturday in Minneapolis
when Preddy came upon the scene and tried to interfere. He was carrying a loaded weapon,
as you know. That alone is insane. Wasn't a first time.
Now, we have not been able to confirm this ourselves, but CNN is reporting that Preddy did it another time and had his ribs broken, okay, in a fracas with federal Asians.
This is CNN reporting it, not me. I haven't been able to confirm that yet.
Anyway, Priddy, despite being a nurse and all that, was a very militant activist.
That's who he was. That doesn't mean he should be dead.
But let's be honest about the situation.
Okay?
Now, during the struggle, federal agent said a number of times he's got a gun.
Those are the words uttered.
Pready had a cell phone in his hand, a gun under his cloak.
And he wound up being shot 10 times.
And he's dead.
Okay. Harlow. Everybody, any same person acknowledges that. But as I said yesterday, Mr. Prady brought the tragedy, the end of his life, on himself. You do not bring a loaded weapon to a law enforcement operation confronting agents, local, state, federal,
doesn't matter. You do not do that. That's known as cop, suicide by cop to do that.
He did it. And you wouldn't know it by listening to much of the American media.
Roll the tape. It meant that you saw testimonials from people who knew Alex Prattie,
who could confirm that he was a literal choir boy and an ICU nurse.
It meant that you saw videos of Alex Prattie in a VA,
giving them moving speech, the last right, to one of his patients.
Well, that may be true, but that's not the story.
The story is you do not bring loaded weapons to confront peace officers.
That's the story.
And every media should be telling it so that this won't happen again.
You don't bring a car and try to block police.
operations. You don't do these things. But that's not what you hear from the media. No. You hear
insane stuff like, oh, oh, Priddy had a right to be carrying that gun. What? Are you insane?
It's, it makes me so angry. Here are two really terrible statements. Roll it.
carrying a weapon into places when you are legally carrying that becomes like anywhere you go.
And the birth of the Second Amendment was about the people being able to protect themselves in case the government was to turn on that.
FBI director Cash Patel said on Sunday that he kind of had to walk back yesterday because that he had a permit.
He was allowed to carry that weapon. It was perfectly legal for him to have it according to the police chief there in Minneapolis.
Are you insane?
These are just stupid people.
All right, it's legal for him to carry it,
and he carries it into a police confrontation,
and you're somehow trying to justify that?
And the other one on the view says that,
oh, the Second Amendment is to protect us from the government
when you sought out a confrontation,
you injected yourself into a dangerous situation?
These people are so irresponsible.
So I'm the editor at ABC News.
She's gone.
Gone.
All right.
I have to have people with some kind of level of intelligence.
CNN's hopeless.
You can't rehab it.
You can't do anything with it.
It's a hopeless thing.
All they do is we want to get Trump.
Every day, every way.
All right.
So sum it up, the responsible American citizen
and understands that things have to be brought under control in Minneapolis.
I know as a journalist that the hate Trump movement, destroy Trump,
is far more concerned with doing that than protecting Alex Pretti or Ms. Good or anybody else.
I know that.
They would rather people die if they can get Trump, it's fine.
And that's a memo.
You're listening to a special edition of the No Spin News.
So let's go to the Talking Points memo and advance the Minnesota chaos story.
And the way to do that is to understand what's happening in the big political picture.
So when Barack Obama was president, two terms, as you know.
All right.
And the last one was 2012 to 16.
or in 2013 to 17, all right, he lost in 16.
The Democrats lost to Trump.
Now, in the second term, there was some very interesting statistics about illegal immigration.
So, in one term, Barack Obama deported more than two million foreign nationals.
Two million.
Now, compare that to Biden's four years in office, 500.
45,000. Look at that. In Trump's first term, he deported 935,000. So Obama leads the league far in deportations.
Yet you didn't hear his own party crucify him at all. You didn't hear the American media go after Barack Obama, did you? No. They didn't do it. That just shows you how hollow this whole thing.
thing is. Now, just give you another stat that you find interesting asylum. Applications filed under
Barack Obama's last term, four years, 239,000. And the Obama administration only granted 35,000
asylum. Look at that. And then the moment that another Democrat, Biden, came in, everybody got asylum.
Everybody came across. And the party applauded that. But the party. But the party.
didn't, as I said, criticize Obama.
All right?
So, Barack Obama, if you read confronting the president,
I gave him pretty good marks.
I don't like the way Obamacare was put together,
but he worked hard, and I thought he had a pretty good vision
of what was right and what was wrong.
And he was very clear about illegal immigration, roll of tape.
There are those in the immigrants' rights community
who have argued,
passionately, that we should simply provide those who are illegally with legal status,
or at least ignore the laws on the books and put an end to deportation until we have better laws.
Ultimately, our nation, like all nations, has the right and obligation to control its borders
and set laws for residency and citizenship. And no matter how decent they are,
No matter their reasons, the 11 million who broke these laws should be held accountable.
And now, every single Democratic elected to the House and Senate disagrees with Barack Obama.
That's a stunning piece of history, a total reversal of a party philosophy.
And Mr. Obama is still very popular among Democrats.
And I'll tell you why this is happening in a moment.
So there was a little bit of dissent, to be fair.
Some House Democrats sent letters.
They didn't like the detention and breakup of the families.
Nobody likes that.
On and on.
But it was very muted.
And the press just totally, you didn't see every night.
Oh, poor immigrants.
He's poor.
None of it.
None of it.
Okay.
Now, why the change?
Why the change in the party?
This is a key question.
Republicans have remained consistent.
No amnesty, close the border, enforce the law.
But the Democrats have changed 180 degrees.
So there's a group that Sinclair broadcasting,
they have a show every week, the National News Desk.
And they tackled this question just recently,
maybe a week ago, roll tape.
So a former DHS senior advisor tells us he believes this Democratic shift started with the Biden administration and is now intensifying during Trump's second term,
noting how previous Democratic administrations handled illegal immigration and the changes from 2021 to 2025.
The first administration in history to completely abandon their federal responsibilities to secure the border and enforce the immigration loss of this country.
Pointing to the numbers, national security expert and former DHS senior advisor,
Charles Marino telling the National News Desk, he believes this democratic reversal in part started five years ago.
We have seen now an abandonment by the party at large where they do not want to see these laws enforced.
Five years ago, hmm, why did they do it? Oh, I think it's hate Trump.
that's what it is.
The Democratic Party understood
that Donald Trump,
one of his main reasons for running
was to get the immigration situation under control.
And it worked for him.
He won the election, I think, because of it.
So they opposed everything he did.
That's what.
It's not about the foreign nationals,
the poor migrants.
Not about that.
It's about Trump.
If he supports something, we're against it.
And that's why this debacle blew up.
That's why it did.
Because anybody could see under Biden the disaster.
15 million people, maybe a million and a half hardened violent criminals,
Americans getting brutalized, you've heard all the cases.
Okay?
Anybody could see it.
And it's wrong.
And that's what we're dealing with today.
So the reason that the Democratic Party and to this very moment will not cooperate on
immigration law at all, it's because they hate Trump. And that's the memo.
