So the interview is the subject of this evening's talking points memo.
Starting point is 00:01:11 I picked out, I'm going to five or six short sound bites, short 30 seconds or so, because I just, the repetition was numbing. It was numbing. And again, I'm not trying to blame anybody here. I'm going to explain what was happening that Donald Trump goes into an interview. And you've got to pin him now with specifics. You've got to hit him with stuff he's not expecting. Not because you want to gotcha him, all right. It's because you're not going to get anything if you ask predictable questions,
Starting point is 00:01:45 and he gives predictable answers that he's given a hundred times before. He's got all that in. And he anticipated there wasn't going to be anything out of the usual. Okay. It was obvious from the very beginning. So the government shut down, and there's some news today, that the feds will start to fund the food stamps shortly. Specifics have not been released, but that money is going to start to flow. And it should, and I'll tell you why in a little while. Not to everybody, a lot of
Starting point is 00:02:20 fraud in that, but there's a lot of need in that, too. Okay, so we've got to be very careful here. But anyway, the shutdown was obviously in play. It's breaking news. Here's what happened. Here's what I can't do. I can't give them a trillion and a half dollars so that they can give welfare to people that came into our country illegally so that prisoners and that people from mental institutions and people that are drug dealers get vast amounts of money for health care. That I can't do. What I can do is I can continue. to run a great country. We have the best economy we've ever had. All right. So there is some truth to what the president is saying, and I don't care
Starting point is 00:03:04 if Chuck Schumer lies all day long. There is money rooted in Democratic states through Medicaid to illegal aliens. All you got to do is look at the budget for the state of Oregon. It's there, right? Black and white. One point five million dollars earmarked for undocumented people through Medicaid. That's tax money, that's federal tax money given Oregon by the feds. The Trump is right about that. But overall, it's a complicated situation. But the Republican Party is never going to give the Democratic Party a carte blanche to keep rising the cost of Obamacare. And, you know, I wrote a column on bill o'Reilly.com.
Starting point is 00:04:01 It's got all the stats. How when Obamacare was passed, here was the number that the congressional budget office said was going to happen. It's way more than that with no end in sight. No, it's going to bankrupt the nation, continue to do this. Publicists are never going to do it. And the Democrats knew that. but tried to ram it through anyway, knowing the government was going to shut down.
Starting point is 00:04:26 So Trump is holding firm. There's going to have to be some kind of accommodation made. I don't know what it is, but I'm still confident that will happen. But I'm going to tell you at the end of the program, I've got to fly this week. I'm not confident that plane's going to get off the ground. All right, the second one was about high prices. Now, this is the most important thing for the Trump administration right now, because they have to hold next year in the midterms Congress rule of the table.
Starting point is 00:05:00 I inherited the worst inflation in history of our country. We don't have inflation. We're down to 2% even less than 2%. A couple of items like beef, I'm getting down. But our groceries are down. Health care premiums? I can fix health care. give them better health care for less money.
Starting point is 00:05:20 Obamacare is hurting people. Obamacare was a disaster from day one. I can fix it and make it good. I'd really rather start with a fresh plate, but if it's required to keep it, we can make it much better. That's a good answer, okay, because fiscally, Obama care is out of control. Not that the Democrats care about that.
Starting point is 00:05:44 they don't care because they want the government to run health care. That's the goal. Yes, bankrupt Obamacare. Bankrupt it. And then the feds will have to take over the whole system. You know what that will lead to? And I'll get into this tomorrow. That will lead to a two-tier health care system in America.
Starting point is 00:06:06 Because doctors will just get out and go into concierge treatments. So the wealthy people, the affluent people, will have their private doctor. They'll pay more for it. And everybody else will be left with physician's assistants and RNs and all of this. Because most of the doctors, they're gone. They're not going to do this. Government-run stuff. It happened in England.
Starting point is 00:06:33 If you're wealthy, you're not in a public health system in Great Britain. You're not. You hired your own doctor. That's exactly what will happen here. That the poor working and the working people get much less in the medical area if the government runs everything. All right. All right. The third one was the most controversial story right now about undocumented migrants and how ICE is tracking them down.
Starting point is 00:07:03 Go. Is it your intent to deport people who do not have a criminal record? We have to start off with a policy, and the policy has to be you came into the country illegally, you're going to go out. However, you've also seen you're going to go out, we're going to work with you, and you're going to come back into our country legally, because we have a lot of good people. And we've accepted all of these people because of Biden's open border policy where people would walk in totally unchecked and unvetted, murderers and everybody else. When will you declare mission accomplished on immigration? Well, it takes a long time because, you know, probably I say 25 million people were led into our country. I'd say 15, but as the president said later on, it doesn't really matter 1525.
Starting point is 00:07:54 The worst public policy ever in this country was the open border, totally engineered by one man that was President Biden. Can I be any more clear than that? What a dereliction of duty. What, oh, all right, some advice for the Trump administration here from your humble correspondent. A heavy hand when you're not sure of criminality, so there's an ice rate, you're not sure who you got. A heavy hand is not what you want. You got to protect yourself. Criminal alien, you know a warrant, you know it's a person, then you go. But if it's some woman or a child or something like that who just happens to be in the vicinity, lighter touch.
Starting point is 00:08:59 Okay. Okay. Supreme Court in tariffs. Huge story for all of us because it will affect the American economy. What happens to your economic plan if the Supreme Court invalidates your tariffs? I think our country would be immeasurably hurt. I think our economy will go to hell. Look, because of tariffs, we have the highest stock market we've ever had. because of tariffs, 401ks at the highest level, and this is millions and millions of people that we've ever had, 401Ks. I think it's the most important subject
Starting point is 00:09:38 discussed by the Supreme Court in a hundred years. Have you heard about gold, Billy? It's an amazing site that celebrates the best of America by shipping our country's most iconic foods from legendary restaurants straight to your door anywhere in the USA. I just had the main lobster roll and the deep dish pizza. It felt like a celebration.
Starting point is 00:10:05 It was good. Now, this Thanksgiving, I am going to do a little pecan pie, I think, and a holiday roast. Everybody's going to be able to enjoy both of those things. Go-belly's reliable shipping makes sharing these memorable moments easy and joyful. Starting point is 00:10:47 Great deal. Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress. National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets. And meanwhile, China has done. the dollar and stockpiling gold. That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver through the only dealer I trust, American Hartford Gold. And you can do this.
Starting point is 00:11:12 Get precious metals delivered to your door or place in a tax advantage, gold IRA. They'll even help you roll over your existing IRA or 401K, tax and penalty free. With billions in precious metals delivered, It's medals delivered thousands of five-star reviews and an A-plus from the Better Business Bureau. You can trust American Hartford Gold as I do. Please call 866-326-55-7576 or text bill to 998899.
Starting point is 00:11:46 Again, that's 866-326-5576 or text bill to 998899. Maybe because if the Supreme Court were to rule that the President of the United States has not of the power to impose tariffs without congressional approval, stock market get down 5,000 points in one day. That will happen. So, and the Supreme Court are deliberating on this right now. I'll make a prediction right here on November 3rd that the Supreme Court will uphold the president's right to unilaterally, that means by himself, slap tariffs on foreign nations. It almost has to, because just what Donald Trump said, you'll blow up the whole system.
Starting point is 00:12:52 That's how reliant we are now on this new trade situation. Okay. Finally, China, which you know I am deeply involved with this. Here, Nora O'Donnell, this was good. So most of her questions were predictable, not backed up by facts. She didn't seem to have command of both sides of the story. She's taking a liberal line. And Ms. O'Donnell is a liberal, as I wrote in a message,
Starting point is 00:13:22 of the day on bill o'reaurely.com but it's okay she's not a bad person she's not corrupt i know her she's not there's some of them that're horrible but she's liberal and she takes that line but here she has a very good question about china go our own intelligence agencies say the chinese have infiltrated parts of the american power grid and their water systems they steal American intellectual property and Americans personal information, they bought American farmland. How big of a threat is China? It's like everybody else. We're a threat to them too. Many of the things that you say we do to them. Look, this is a very competitive world, especially when it comes to China and the U.S.
Starting point is 00:14:07 And we're always watching them and they're always watching us. In the meantime, I think we get along very well. And I think we can be bigger, better, and stronger by working with them as opposed to just, knocking them out good that's exactly the way I feel and you got to get along with these people all right summing up number one was that a fair assessment of the 60 minute interview if I'm unfair I want you to tell me bill at bill o'reilly.com all right to me I didn't learn anything so I'm sitting there going, come on. And I'm hoping that I can secure an interview with President Trump before the end of the year. That's my goal. He knows that we would like it. We were supposed to do it,
Starting point is 00:15:03 but then he got the Hamas stuff going on and had to go over with the hostages. Now, if I get it, I'm going to really be under pressure, right? So, But boy, it'll be interesting. And that's a memo. You're listening to a special edition of the No Spin News. The tariffs is a national security situation. It has not been portrayed that way by the corrupt media, but it is. If you have a country that is declining economically, that is a threat to your security.
Starting point is 00:15:42 So Germany, for example, is in bad, bad shape. economically because of its woke posture and quasi-socialism. The United States is fairly strong. Stronger than Russia and China are adversaries. But if we were to have a recession here, and that, remember, led to the election of Barack Obama, then we would be weakened. So President Trump is determined not to let that happen,
Starting point is 00:16:16 And he has instituted these tariffs to stop the federal trade deficit. Now, when I say those words, federal trade deficit, I know you're either going to change a channel or your eyes are glazing over, and if you're older, you may have passed out already. I know how boring this is. I am going to make it. I can't promise it'll be exciting, but it won't be boring. So a trade deficit is when the United States sends more money, corporate money, out than it takes in.
Starting point is 00:16:59 And the deficits for us over the past 10 years have been astronomical. So here are the numbers, beginning in 2017. This is Trump. deficit. 621 next year, 617, 679. Okay. So Trump and his first term ran big trade deficits, but nothing like Biden. Biden comes in. First year, 861. Second year, almost a trillion dollars, $9.45. Then 773, then 918 in his last year. Why? He didn't pay attention. Biden could not care less. He wasn't even able to assess those kinds of numbers. But massive amounts of money were going out of the country to our enemies, to our enemies. Biden sent billions to Iran by unfreezing their money, and China was rolling in dollars.
Starting point is 00:18:05 So Trump gets back in and goes, I'm going to stop this. The only way he can stop it. is to charge other countries a fee, a tariff, to do business here. Because the United States consumer buys more stuff than anyone on earth by far. Because we got more assets. We have more money, you socialists and communists. We're a consumer-based economy. That means we buy.
Starting point is 00:18:35 Companies prosper. China's not consumer-based. Nobody has any money there. They're export-based. So their money comes from shipping stuff here. We buy it, and the money goes back to China, and then they hire another million soldiers. Do we all understand? I don't think that was boring.
Starting point is 00:18:55 I hope it wasn't. All right. So that's Trump's philosophy. In addition, this year, the U.S. Treasury will receive about a half trillion dollars in tariff money. That'll go right into the Trump's philosophy. Treasury. Now, I wish, and if I get to interview Donald Trump, that'll be one of my first questions. Where is that money going to go, Mr. President? What are you going to do with that money? We still have a big trade deficit. Where's it going? Rainy Day Fund, you're going to invest
Starting point is 00:19:32 or what is going on with the half trillion that you've raised with the tariffs? We the people have a right to know that. I don't know it. Nobody's told me. Nobody will say it. anything, that's not right. Okay. Now, examples of how we get screwed in the trade deficit. So, as you know, in May, I was in Japan, China, and Korea. I saw maybe, and I was around, I was moving around. Maybe I saw 10 American cars in the three countries. Ten. No American cars on a road or trucks or vehicles or anything. None. That's how we're getting screwed. Take a ride on any U.S. highway. Toyota, hello, Mercedes, all over the place. All right. In fact, the United States sells only 5% of the cars that the Chinese people 1.5 billion drive.
Starting point is 00:20:35 And those are probably Chinese American people over there. there. Five percent. Okay. Japan last year bought 17,000 U.S. vehicles. That was it. 17,000. They're not cooperating by taking our stuff. So therefore, Trump slaps him with tariffs. Do we all get in this, please? I don't have to do this again. I really don't. Now, Trump, is being sued, okay, by the people who hate Trump, the Democratic Party and all their apparatchitics. And it's in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has to rule. Now, they've got a rule in Trump's favor. I'm going to prove it to you right now. And nobody knows this, because again, it's too boring for the media to even contemplate this. You know what the
Starting point is 00:21:32 Trade Act of 1974 is? I know you don't, because I didn't until my crack research statement. handed it to me. The Trade Act of 1974, signed by President Gerald Ford, says there are three sections. 301 allows tariffs in response to unfair trade practices. Okay? Section 201 permits tariffs if a U.S. industry is seriously injured by surging imports. 122 authorizes temporary tariffs to address significant balance of trade deficits. And it gives power to the the president to do all that. Rinse takes your laundry and hand delivers it to your door, expertly cleaned and folded.
Starting point is 00:22:15 So you could take the time once spent folding and sorting and waiting to finally pursue a whole new version of you. Like tea time you. Or this tea time you. Or even this tea time you. Said you hear about Dave? Or even tea time, tea time, tea time you. So update on Dave.
Starting point is 00:22:36 It's up to you. We'll take the laundry. Rince, it's time to be great. Boarding for flight 246 to Toronto is delayed 50 minutes. Ugh, what? Sounds like Ojo time. Play Ojo? Please play responsibly concerned by your gambling or that if someone close to you, Call 1-866-5-3-1-2-60 or visitcomex-Ontario.C.A. Do we, hello, okay, Trade Act of 1974? Now, the Supreme Court cannot rule that unconstitutional, all right? But it can limit certain parts of it, which it will. But it's going to allow Trump to have a lot of rain in slapping tariffs
Starting point is 00:23:30 because the law is already there. If Congress doesn't want the law, pass a new law. pass a new tariff law. That's what the Supreme Court's going to say. Because the judges, the nine of them, they're not lawmakers. They uphold what's already been put into the system. So it's almost impossible for me to believe that the Supreme Court will say to Trump, no, you can't have your tariffs.
Starting point is 00:23:58 Thank God, because if that ever happened, there would be a severe recession in this country. Now, I'm just going to play you one stupid soundbite from Congressman Jason Crow, Colorado. Okay, Mr. Crow should not be sitting on Capitol Hill. He's not smart enough to be there. Roll the tape. Well, part of the problem with the tariffs is that Donald Trump is largely using tariffs. I'm glad you raised that because he's actually largely using tariffs to enrich himself and his family. Right?
Starting point is 00:24:32 They are using the threat of tariffs to strike golf course. around the world. That's not true. There's not a shred of evidence of that. So the man goes on CNN or MSNBC, they're both the same, and lies. And the people in Colorado don't care. But there's no evidence that the tariffs are benefiting your Trump family at all. None.
Starting point is 00:24:59 We researched it very thoroughly. Now, Nora O'Donnell on Sunday at 60 Minutes, She knows kind of what the tariff thing is. She doesn't know, I can guarantee you, about the Trade Act of 1974. But here's the exchange with President Trump. Go. What happens to your economic plan if the Supreme Court invalidates your tariffs? I think our country would be immeasurably hurt.
Starting point is 00:25:27 I think our economy will go to hell. Look, because of tariffs, we have the highest stock market we've ever had. because of tariffs, 401Ks at the highest level, and this is millions and millions of people that we've ever had, 401Ks. I think it's the most important subject discussed by the Supreme Court in 100 years. But I can tell you the president's pretty confident
Starting point is 00:25:51 he's going to prevail here. All right, and I believe he will as well. So, summing up, this is an extremely important story for you and your family, Because should the Supreme Court say rule, no tariffs are illegal, president doesn't have power to do that, you'll see the stock market down 5 to 10,000 points and it'll be just Armageddon chaos. And that's a memo.
Starting point is 00:26:17 You're listening to a special edition of the No Spin News. So what happened? Americans are angry. That's the headline. We're angry for two reasons. High prices. It's an enormous issue. And President Trump has got to understand his legacy is tied in directly with lowering prices for working Americans and retirees.
Starting point is 00:26:48 That's it. How simple is that? Secondly, the government shut down. People don't like chaos. They don't understand why the government shut down. They just know that every day they hear scary stuff. They don't know why. They don't know who's right, who's wrong.
Starting point is 00:27:05 You guys do, because you're the PhDs of American consumers by watching what I'm putting out there and listening on the radio. You have a PhD. You're engaged. You're getting information every day. Most of your peers are on Netflix or in some bubble world. They don't know anything, but they do know how they feel. And Americans are angry.
Starting point is 00:27:40 Now, the government shut down were to the Democratic Party's advantage, even though they caused it. Life is not fair. All right. So, yesterday, Donald Trump, the president of the United States, and by far the most charismatic leader in the country, and the head of the Republican Party was not engaged in the vote. Yes, he made a few calls, he made a few endorsements, but he was not involved. That suppressed Republican turnout. Democrats were way more motivated to go to the polls, many of whom hate Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:28:29 and whatever he likes, they're going to vote against it. That's a motivating force. Now, this is the worst. Almost every single pundit said, oh, this is a harbinger word of the day. They didn't use that word because they don't know what it means. This is a forecast for the midterms in November 26th. it's not. And that's what I said on News Nation. I scolded them all. I said, no, because 12 months from now, there are going to be tremendous changes in this country. It's not going to be the
Starting point is 00:29:15 same place in 12 months. Why? Because there are so many unresolved situations that are in the courts, the tariffs, immigration raids, National Guard, on and on and on and on. Drug interdiction by blowing the hell out of these people. It's all in litigation. By this time next year, it will be settled. And the economy could go either way. Tariffs might lead to a lot of benefit. Or they might not. We don't know. So to say that a minor vote, and that's what this year was, is going to lead to an outcome, is just dumb. All right? And I don't care with these people, if I'm insulting them, I'm insulting them. Okay. So don't worry about that. Both parties have to worry about how this is going to evolve.
Starting point is 00:30:27 Look, if Man Dani is a disaster in New York, and I don't know even if he'll try to do anything, he might just sit there. I don't know. But if he's a disaster, that is going to hurt the Democratic Party and the progressive left big time and lead to the defeat of New York Governor Hokel. That's what that will do.
Starting point is 00:30:50 but we don't know how bad this man is going to be. We will know in, I don't know, six months. So there are a lot of things that are undefined. Now, Virginia, let's get specific. Bad Republican candidate. I listened to her once. I said, no way she wins. They're going to put up anybody against her.
Starting point is 00:31:19 There's no way that she's going to win. She got waxed. At Desjardin, we speak business. We speak startup funding and comprehensive game plans. We've mastered made-to-measure growth and expansion advice, and we can talk your ear-off about transferring your business when the time comes. Because at Desjardin business, we speak the same language you do. Business.
Starting point is 00:31:42 So join the more than 400,000 Canadian entrepreneurs who already count on us, and contact Desjardin today. we'd love to talk business with amex platinum four hundred dollars in annual credits for travel and dining means you not only satisfy your travel bug but your taste buds too that's the powerful backing of amex conditions apply jersey still can't figure out jersey i don't know what the uh people who voted for miss sherell as governor And she's not a nut to moderate Democrat, military vet. But what do you hope to get out of that vote?
Starting point is 00:32:27 Democratic Party is going to raise your taxes, and Jersey's up to here with taxes. You think you're going to get tax relief from the Democrats? You're not. So what did you vote for? The only thing I figure out is they voted against Trump. That's it. And Jersey is the same as where I am. in Nassau County, Long Island is saying, folks, my mother was raised in Teaneck, New Jersey.
Starting point is 00:32:55 And this is really the ultimate irony. My county, here, went all red. They revolted against Mamdani in New York City. I live just on the outskirts of Queens, okay, just over the city line. And NASA County, huge, okay, on the Republican side, because they know here, because there's a different demographic, and we'll get into that. They know what a disaster the potential is in New York City. They don't want it. And a guy here, Blakeman, who runs the county, did a good job. Very low crime, didn't raise taxes.
Starting point is 00:33:42 And why would you vote against them? Okay. The Jersey thing, I was going to run a soundbite, but most of the people don't live in New Jersey. You don't care what happens in New Jersey, and I understand. But I don't know why the Democrats won so big in New Jersey, and they won big. Okay. Now, Zoran, he was such a better candidate than Cuomo. It was like the L.A. Dodgers playing the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Starting point is 00:34:21 Sorry, Pittsburgh Pirates. It was just no. Man Dani was a very good campaigner. Smiling guy. Hi, who are you? I'm going to give you everything. Don threatening. And Cuomo, okay.
Starting point is 00:34:40 So that meant a lot. That meant a lot. Just people who are uninformed and the younger people. I'm going to give you the numbers in a moment. But the big thing was that up to 50% and we don't have the stat. We should have it, but we don't. You're 5 million registered voters in New York City. Five million.
Starting point is 00:35:06 Most states don't have 5 million people. Well, I shouldn't say that. A lot of states don't. Half didn't show up. Half of the voters in New York City didn't show up because they don't care. Who's running the show? Right? And there was a big turnout for the mayor of oil race, more than two million.
Starting point is 00:35:27 But when half don't show up, anybody can win. And many of those who voted in New York City are born overseas. Now, this is going to sound like a slight. I'm sure the internet smear merchants, gutters, snipes, will pick it up. Traditional American values are still embraced by most indigenous Americans who were born here and whose family passed down the values of self-reliance, competition, freedom. You're born overseas. You have a totally different value system.
Starting point is 00:36:06 You may want our values, but you were raised in a different culture, where things happen differently. When you have an enormous amount of foreign voters, as you do in Los Angeles and New York City, you're not going to have the same kind of vote you had 20 years ago. That flooding the zone with immigrants has worked for the Democratic Party. I didn't know whether it would, but it has. It's altered everything. And it's not that these are bad people. They're here legally.
Starting point is 00:36:38 They can vote legally. They work much harder, in my experience, than people born here. I'm generalizing, of course. But their culture is different. And that means a lot. So, to sum up, this has got nothing to do with the midterms. But President Trump should see this as a warning. Got to bring those prices down.
Starting point is 00:37:08 Campy hammering working people with high insurance, high utilities, sky high food, you're going to lose. Even if the Democrats aren't going to do anything about it because it's essentially their fault, Biden was so bad, that's not what Americans do. The incumbent party always takes it between the eyes, which is what's happened on the shutdown. And that's the memo. Thank you for listening.
