You're listening to the NoSpin News, Talking Points Edition.
The subject of the Talking Points memo this evening is this ongoing government shutdown, which, you know, is heavily misreported.
This drives me nuts, but there's nothing I can do about it other than to tell you the truth, which is why you're here watching and listening to me.
All right. So the shutdowns in day six. And there are people getting hurt for them. People work for the federal governments and, you know, the tour in the parks, things like that. I suspect it's not going to last all that much longer, but I could be wrong on that. Now, it's all about the Democrats being very angry about the big, beautiful bill. Remember the big beautiful bill, signed into law on July 4th? Furious. Because that bill, mid-
mitigated government spending in a bunch of areas, but one in particular, health care.
It said no Medicaid payments unless you're looking for a job.
The Progressive Left Democratic Party went wild, wild with that.
They hate that.
I don't know what the big deal is.
I mean, that bill was leading with you can volunteer.
If you can't look for a job physically, if you're infirmed, you can get a doctor's, no.
I mean, my God, but the progressive left doesn't want any restraints at all.
So they're trying to, what they call, claw back some of the restrictions from the big,
beautiful bill on health care spending.
And the Democrats are saying, if you don't give us these give backs, we're going to keep
the government shutdown.
That's what's going on.
and there's an ancillary thing about illegal immigration also.
Now, the press doesn't understand what this is all about.
It doesn't particularly care, just wants to blame Trump.
We know the game.
And so they're sympathetic to the Democratic Party
and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, roll of tape.
If Republicans continue to refuse to extend the Affordable Care Act tax credits,
Tens of millions of American taxpayers are going to experience dramatically increased premiums, co-pays, and deductibles.
And that information from their insurance companies is going out right now.
Now, federal law clearly prohibits the expenditure of taxpayer dollars to provide health care to undocumented immigrants, period, full stop.
And no Democrat on Capitol Hill is trying to change that law.
All right. Well, I'm simply gibberish. Number one, the Republican Party has clearly stated, we will negotiate an extension of the Affordable Care Act, but when it's not going to do a mandate for you to throw everything you want back in the hopper when we passed a tax and spend law on July 4th.
That makes sense to me.
The Republicans say we will negotiate a new, not a new law, but a new spending parameter.
Okay.
Remember, we're $37 trillion in debt here.
And by Jeffrey saying that full stop, which is a terrible cliche, that's not true.
So the following states do give health, taxpayer health care.
to migrants, to illegal aliens.
Oregon, California, Minnesota, Washington, D.C., not a state.
And then other states give subsidies, Washington, Colorado, New York, Illinois.
This all comes to National Immigration Law Center.
Okay, so don't tell me that taxpayer money isn't going for the health care of illegal immigrants
it is
not across the board
but in those big places
now those are big states
and California has
the biggest nut
I mean California, New York, Illinois
is a big states
this is trillions of dollars
of health care going to
undocumented people
well no no it's not
it's not it is
and it goes through
the Medicaid process
it's not direct
payments, it goes through it. So, but you would think that the woman interviewing Jeffries would say,
well, you know, O'Reilly has this information. What about this? So Jeffries, what would he say?
Would he deny it? Couldn't. Okay. So we are in a situation where what's likely to happen is there
will be set negotiations on the affordable health care, which I support to some extent,
not for undocumented migrants, of course, but if you are a destitute person in America,
you need some kind of coverage. So if you're 85-year-old widow and you are underseas,
you can't let these people die. You can't. Okay. If you hard-right people who are
are, you know, sorry, and there are millions of people in that circumstance.
I know it's abused, but come on.
So let's negotiate, all right, a fair system, but don't shut down the government.
And that's the memo.
Hey, Bill O'Reilly here.
I'd like to tell you about an important new book, Leland Vitters, born lucky, a dedicated father,
a grateful son, and my journey with autism.

So there's a constitutional showdown coming up between President Trump and the blue states, Oregon.

And they aren't.
They're basically saying,
we're not obeying and take us to court to do what you done.
The president says, all right, I'm sending in troops and federal agents to enforce immigration law.
It's a very easy conflict to understand, but there is no resolution to it yet the Supreme
Court will have to do that. That's the setup. Okay. Now, the current immigration law that we have
now, was put into effect in 1952.
They have not upgraded immigration law in 74 years.
Are you kidding me?
Harry Truman was president when Congress passed the Immigration Law, Immigration and
Nationality Act of 1952.
Truman vetoed it, never signed it, but Congress overrode his veto.
And essentially, it said that illegal entry into the United States, this is under the U.S. Code 8, 1325, is a crime.
So if you come here without a valid passport, if you sneak across the border, it is a crime subject to a fine or six months in prison or both.
okay now Truman didn't like the law because he felt that it was putting quotas on certain countries
which it was all right didn't like that but Congress said too bad Harry we're passing a law
and they did now President Biden refused to obey the 1952 law this whole mess that we're in now is
Biden's fault. So he and his minions in the White House said, not going to enforce it. The
clearest example is if you want asylum in the United States, you have to apply for it at
a port of entry. No, Biden did not enforce that. So anyone who was caught sneaking into the
United States, I want asylum because that's what the drug cartels. Smokers.
cartels told them to say. And the Border Patrol then immediately put them into a confined
area, and then Biden released them, catch and released. And we paid the bus and plane tickets,
and then they went wherever they went, and they had to show up in five years for a hearing,
which, of course, most of them never do. That was all on Joe Biden. It is absolutely an outrage,
what the man did. He wasn't held to account by Congress, not impeached, very, the press didn't care,
and Biden just skated along for four years. The result, 15 million undocumented people came in
under the Biden administration. And to President Trump, who campaigns that I am going to get
the undocumented people out of the country. It's a lot of people, 15 million.
Okay. Now, in the past, you had to have a judge sign an order of deportation.
That's impossible now. Not enough judges, not enough courts, not enough anything.
The judge cannot sign a deportation order for 15 million people.
So the Trump administration on January 21st of this year, when Trump took over, said,
we're going to have a new policy called expedited removal.
Now, it wasn't passed by Congress.
We just executive order expedited removal.
Homeland Security, if they catch you, they're booting you.
There is a way around that.
If a migrant hires an attorney, an immigration attorney,
and they say no, the person it fears for his or her life,
you've got to go into the process,
this, then there is that.
They can't boot them if an attorney gets involved.
But these migrants can't speak English.
They don't have any money.
So expedited removal is, we catch you, you're gone.
You don't need a judge signing a deportation order.
That has got to be adjudicated by the Supreme Court.
Because that's brand new.
And it's underway.
Enter the progressive left, which says, oh, no, we don't want.
anybody removed. You know, due process, this, any other. We don't want anybody renewed. And we're
not going to cooperate with Homeland Security and ICE agents to find anybody. In fact, we're going
to stop them if we can. All right. So the blue states are interfering with the federal law
because they don't like it. Now, that is the problem.
right there. However, it is a crime to interfere with federal law. It's a crime. And that is what has
happened in Chicago and Oregon to some extent. So if you, the word is hinder, if you hinder a federal
investigation to be charged with a federal crime. Certainly, the government, the government
governors of Illinois, Oregon, Massachusetts, all are hindering federal investigations.
And so with the mayors, Johnson, and this and that.
They're hindering.
And I will now prove it.
Okay.
So the U.S. Code 181505 says, quote,
whoever with intent to avoid, evade, prevent, this is in writing, or obstruct compliance
with any civil investigated demand commits a crime.
So if you are preventing federal agents from rounding up undocumented people to crime,
you're hindering a federal investigation.
It's right there.
18 U.S. Code 1505.
All right.
Now, President Trump has not ordered in his Justice Department to put Pritzker and Johnson
and all these people in handcuffs.
could, but that would escalate this to a very, very high level. However, now there is irrefutable
proof that this is happening. You remember on Saturday, three ICE agents in Chicago,
10 cars driven by protesters approached and one woman tried to run them down. They had to
shoot the woman. She didn't die. She's an FBI custody now. But the ICE
and shot her.
The Chicago
Police Department
immediately knew
that there was trouble.
Here's what the dispatcher said.
Roll it.
Again, per the chief of patrol,
we have
all the units that
per 99,
Chief of Patrol
said all units clear out
from there. We're not sending anybody over
to that location.
62, we're going to clear out
as soon as we can.
We're like blacked in over here, so we're going to do the best we can to get out of here as soon as we can.
The chief of patrol for the Chicago Police Department is a man named John Hine, H-E-I-N.
He ordered his police officers not to help the ICE agents or prevent the shooting of that woman.
He hindered a federal investigation, which led to violence.
Hines should be in jail now, in prison now, or bailed out.
You can't do that.
I don't know whether the Justice Department is going to take any action at all, but they could.
I would.
If I were an attorney general, you can't have that.
That's anarchy.
Now, the Chicago chief of police, a man named Larry Snelling, he knows that his chief of patrol,
second in command, committed a federal crime.
He knows it, Snelling.
Here's what he said.
Our officers were not told to stand down.
Our officers were out there throughout the entire event.
I would never tell our officers to stand down
because if our officers were in trouble
and we needed help from other officers,
I would expect those officers to step in and help us.
And it's the same thing that we do on our side.
Snelling's not telling the truth.
obviously the tape contradicts him.
He goes, our officers were not told to stand down?
Yeah, they were.

experts. Check us out on Spotify, Apple, or wherever you get your podcasts, also on our YouTube
channel at President's Daily Brief. And it's, there's no two sides of the story, chief. You're looking
like you're not an honest man. Okay. Let's get to the Supreme Court. They're going to have to
sort all this out because it is one big mess. And Congress is at fault because you don't keep
an antiquated law from 1952 on the books without updating it in the face of Armageddon,
in the face of unbelievable intrusion on the part of foreign nationals to this country.
Congress then do a thing because both party uses this for their own political benefit.
The conservatives want everybody out. The liberals want everybody in. So the Democrats want
everybody in and the Republicans won't, you know, they don't want to compromise on it. So this is
Congress. So the Supreme Court's got to step in. Now, in my possession is a document. I don't know
if this document is in anyone else's possession. I have the original document. It is signed by
then Attorney General Robert Kennedy in 1963.
This is when the president, John F. Kennedy, sent 17,000 National Guard troops to Alabama to force Governor Wallace and the state to admit nine students into Alabama public schools.
Because Alabama was not obeying the civil rights law.
They were flaunting. We're not going to obey it.
17,000 were ordered down.
So, RFK writes a memo to a senator from Louisiana,
who was, of course, on the side of Alabama,
saying, no, no, no, you don't have the right to send a guard here.
Here's what RFK said, quote,
when it appeared that the commands of that order had not been obeyed
and the obstruction of justice was continuing the president on the same day,
issued executive order 1111,
authorizing and directing the Secretary of Defense take all appropriate steps to remove
obstruction of justice in the state of Alabama.
For this purpose, he was authorized and directed inter alia, inter alia means among other things,
to call into active military service of the United States and use any or all units of the
Army National Guard or Air National Guard of the state Alabama, both the proclamation,
executive order were issued under and expressly invoked the authority of the U.S. Code Title
10. Now, that is justification for what Donald Trump is doing right now. Okay? Robert Kennedy
called it obstruction of justice. I'm calling it hindering a federal investigation, but it's
the same thing. When a state, city, county, whatever it is,
says to the federal government, we're not obeying the federal law.
The president has the authority to move in and force them to do it.
Okay?
Now, the president does not have the authority to run the Chicago Police Department.
But if somebody in that department hinders the FES, which obviously happened in Chicago,
they can be charged.
All right.
So I think that's the best analysis you're ever going to get.
of what is happening now.
It'll go to the Supreme Court,
and I expect the Supreme Court will rule five to four,
maybe six to three,
in President Trump's favor.
The liberal judges don't care about the law
or the Constitution, they just vote on,
and some conservative judges, too, to be fair, do.
But on this case, with that Kennedy memo,
okay, and I actually sent that memo that I have,
because I don't think anybody else has it,
to the White House.
I sent it there.
Now, whether they look at it, I don't even know.
That's my job as an American citizen and a journalist.
You're listening to a special edition of the No Spin News.
Talking Points Memo is about the brawl in the Senate yesterday.
So before former FBI director, James Comey, was indicted.
We'll tell you about that in a couple of minutes.
the Senate Judiciary Committee, that's the big oversight committee, invited Attorney General
Bondi to testify about Epstein and now there's accusations against Tom Holman that he may have
taken a bribe, you know, stuff that the Attorney General deals with. Now, Ms. Bondi is a
smart woman. Not a long conversation with her in September.
and she knows the game
that the Democrats on the Judiciary Committee
are going to try to use her to embarrass Trump.
They don't care about information.
They know that any accusation against anybody
can't be discussed by the Attorney General
because we have due process here.
You're innocent until proven guilty.
Hohen them in charge with anything?
Is there an investigation?
Maybe, maybe the FBI is looking into it.
I don't know, but they're not going to tell you in case Holman is innocent.
Why would you besmirch him?
So the Democratic senators know that, and Pam Bondi knows it, so there's no answer to any question.
The Epstein thing is ridiculous.
It's just absurd.
There are rumors and innuendo, and the Attorney General is not going to answer those things,
mired in that swamp? Who would do that? All right. So Ms. Bondi went in to the hearing
with written put-downs. That's the best word. Of the senator, she knew we're going to use
these tactics. Roll the tape. Senator, I would be more concerned if I were you when you talk
about corruption and money that when you pushed for legislation that would subsidize your wife's
company. You know, Senator White House, you sit here and make salacious remarks once again
trying to slander President Trump left and right. When you're the one who was taking money
from one of Epstein's closest confidence, I believe, I could be wrong, correct me, Reid Hoffman,
who was with Jeffrey Epstein on multiple occasions. And the senator sitting,
right next to you tried to block the flight logs
from being released.
I wish you love Chicago as much as you hate President Trump.
And currently, the National Guard are on the way to Chicago.
If you're not going to protect your citizens,
President Trump will.
First, Senator Padilla, you have gone on for over five minutes,
and I wish that you loved your state of California
as much as you hate President Trump.
Would be in really good shape then,
because violent crime in California
is currently 35% higher than the state.
national average. All right, so it was amusing to watch the put-downs and then the replies and
all, but did it do anybody any good? Did you learn anything? No. Right. Now, it was just like an
insult derby, and that's what politics has descended into. Now, the last time that the
Justice Department was actually given a referral, a criminal referral from the Senate, was six
years ago. So these hearings are just a total waste of time. And they play to the cameras,
knowing that the Internet and the cables will pick up the stuff to be outrageous as possible.
It's just really, it's wrong. It's just wrong. They're not representing.
they being on both sides, but mostly the Democrats because they hate Trump so much.
And, you know, look, I want some problem solving here.
Stop with this nonsense.
The attack on Epstein, Epstein is in, whenever you hear that name, you know.
Power, politics, and the people behind the headlines.
back, we're really back.
Candid conversations with the people making the rules

to try to smear and demean Donald Trump.
That being said, another cliche,
the Justice Department should define what the Epstein thing is.
They should tell the American people,
this is what we have, this is a conclusion that we've reached now.
This could change, but that is so simple to do.
Take away that club from the radical left.
I don't know why the Justice Department,
doesn't do that. On the other stuff, you know, again, I don't know what Holman did or didn't do,
but you don't besmirch him and try to ruin him on innuendo. And Bondi was right to avoid those
questions, and that's the memo. You're listening to a special edition of the no-spin news.
Talking points memo, Senate votes down a resolution to stop Trump's
attack on drug vessels in the Caribbean. Okay. Why? Why would you do that? Now, the resolution
failed. But not by much. Not by much. The vote was 51 for failure. We're not going to do it.
to 48, yeah, let's stop them.
A number of politicians,
I mean, this is pretty standard,
Rand Paul. What are you going to do?
Senator from Kentucky, he voted for the resolution
to stop the attacks.
Lisa Murkowski and Alaska, she's not a Republican.
You guys up there, I'm not telling you to vote for,
but Senator Murkowski is not a Republican.
I don't think she's a Democrat either.
I don't know what she is, but she's certainly not a Republican.
And then Federman, the Democrat from Pennsylvania, he voted to allow the president continue to attack the drug crafts.
Now, President has the authority because he declared the drug cartels in Venezuela,
which are doing all this, as terrorists, terror groups.
You remember after 9-11, Bush the Youngers said, look, I got to have the authority to attack
these Al-Qaeda's and ISIS and everybody else.
I can't go to Congress every two minutes to get permission to attack these people.
So if we designate them terrorists, we can attack them.
That's exactly the law.
So this is just another demonstration of hate Trump.
That's what this is.
So you will not be surprised that the two people heading this are Senator Adam Schiff and Senator Tim Cain of Virginia.
They hate Trump. They're doing everything they can to stop everything Trump wants to do.
Okay. If you think that's in benefit of the United States, then you're entitled to your opinion, but you're a moron.
I'm sorry to be blunt.
So if I'm trying to stop
more than 100,000 deaths
a year in this country, and it's
three times that, with all the
health stuff that comes from taking
narcotics, but trying to stop
that, and I have the authority
to use the military
against the drug smugglers, I do.
Right?
I do.
Now, the
hey Trump people, the Democrats, go, oh,
don't have any proof. Well, yeah, you do. Number one, the Dominican Republic found some of the
debris from one of these blown up boats. It was all this cocaine floating around. And number two,
why would anybody bother to attack some guy out fishing? You know, come on. So we have very good
intel inside Venezuela. And they know when these boats are going out. And that's what's happening.
All right, so I'm going to play you, Adam Schiff.
He probably Trump's biggest enemy.
Roll a take.
It is hard to describe just how extraordinary and dangerous this action is
and the kind of precedent that it sets.
Because there are lots of ships carrying narcotics,
tragically, a lot of them headed for the United States,
many headed for Caribbean countries,
and our practice has always been to introduce.
those ships.
And how did that work out there, Senator, the interdiction thing?
How did it work out under Biden?
Let's get specific.
How do it work out there?
Interdicting the ships.
That worked out pretty well?
Well, according to Border Patrol, Biden's last year, 23, 24,
record amount of fentanyl seas,
which means a record amount was coming over.
20,000 pounds.
Kill 20 million people, easy.
Okay, so I work out that introduction.
Go on, let's go all the way back, okay, to Vietnam.
Never been a shortage of narcotics in America.
Never, you want heroin, you want cocaine, methamphetamine.
Hey, you go out, you find out where the dealer is, you buy it a deal, never a shortage.
But that interdiction, that was working pretty well, wasn't it?
Now, the fact that the United States is now blowing drug bulls,
out of the water, that is an inhibitor.
Okay?
So if you're on that boat, you go, whoa, that's why Maduro, the leader of Venezuela, was up
to here in the narcotics, okay?
He's getting paid tens of millions of dollars, in my opinion.
I can't prove it, but it's a narco state Venezuela.
That's why he doesn't want this.
This is his money.
So Schiff is, look, I got no respect for the man.
I'm sorry.
And there are Republican senators I don't respect either.
Murkowski.
Okay, so it's not a partisan play.
But he's like, if Trump wants it, I don't want it.
And that's a memo.
Thank you for listening.
