You're listening to the No Spin News, Talking Points Edition. I got to tell you, I was impressed with the rallies across the country, and that is the subject of this evening's Talking Points memo. I'm not impressed politically because I'm not on the side of the people who hate Trump and think he's the devil and he's Hitler, and the country's going down and drain. I don't see it that way at all. I think Trump is divisive. He's not a uniter.

He has a vision. He's carrying out the vision. He's succeeded in neutralizing Iranian nukes, big. Succeeded in getting 20 hostages, big. I think he's going to get a deal in Ukraine. Just my opinion right now, but I think it's trending in that direction. Oil prices here are coming down. You may know that.

They're coming down pretty hard. And food prices, I don't know what's going to happen. So I don't see him as a disaster at all as far as being a technician in the White House. The people who I saw were very emotional about hating Trump. And it's fine. They have a perfect right to hate him. Just don't act out. And they didn't.

And that's what impressed me. So here are the numbers. We can't get an accurate assessment. of how many people protested on Saturday. The organizers say seven million. It seems a little high to me. Chicago is a big one, a quarter of a million, DC, $200,000.

New York was kind of a bomb, $100,000. That's not a big protest for New York, very liberal town. L.A. they can't count them because there's not enough police to do it. L.A. is such a disaster. But arrests very, very few. few. Twelve in LA, 13 in Denver. Portland, you had some people trying to destroy the ICE headquarters

so that was serious, but there weren't a lot of them. Chicago had 15 arrests. So, you know, when you have millions of people out there and you don't have any violence looting an arrest, that should be applauded. Because again, dissent is a vital part of a democracy. You've got to be able to dissent. Even if you don't agree with the ifsend, and I don't agree with the progressive left at all. I think they have done more harm to this country in, I don't know, 20 years than the Democratic Party did in 100 years. It's a progressive far left that really is damaging this country, in my humble opinion. However, if they want to go out and demonstrate, all right, And it's not hard to get people out.

75 million people voted for Kamala Harris. That's a big pool, okay, to choose from. It's not hard to mobilize people. And then there were the organizers, the ACLU, a group called Indivisible. That's a Soros-funded group. 50-501 movement, move on, American atheists, tax fairness, blue future, LBQ stuff, black struggle organization, Planned Parenthood, Pride at Work, you know, I mean, all of these are far left groups, every one of them. And Soros pumped an enormous amount of money

into those groups, probably more than a billion dollars. So this isn't anything that's unusual. You got huge money behind them. You got 75 million. It didn't like Trump. You got that's a big crew to choose from so they got them out there um anyway uh the criticism of the president i watched that i had my staff watch it too was general roll the tape but primarily my um my biggest focus today is ice what they're doing is unconstitutional it's not fair um it's terrorism okay so it's like a fascist country now, and it's going down a drain, and no, no, no, no, no, I'm not. You're listening to a special edition of the No Spin News. The Talking Points memo is about Mr. Trump and the Constitution.

I'm going to go over this very methodically. If you have a pen and paper, you might write some of this stuff down, because I am sick and tired of the nonsense that's going on in this country. the absolute fraud in presenting the facts of the Constitution as it pertains to the we, the people. All right, here we go. So the President of the United States has the power to combat insurrection and to protect Americans from harm. In fact, that's his primary duty. The President's primary duty is not to bring down food prices or to have global warming funds.

it's to protect Americans from immediate danger. Okay, number one. The definition of insurrection is an act of revolting against civil authority or established government. That's an insurrection. If you're revolting, if you're burning down federal buildings, if you're trying to kill ICE agents, that's an insurrection. Okay, there is an act, the Insurrection Act passed by Congress.

signed by the president, 10 U.S.C. 251.255. Quote, whatever the president considers the unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States make it impractable to enforce the laws of the United States in any state by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings. He may call in federal service such of the militia of any mistake, and use such of the armed forces as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or suppress the rebellion.

To enforce those laws is the key here. Okay? So these judges who are blocking Donald Trump from sending guard to Portland, Oregon, to L.A., to Chicago, they are operating outside the Constitution, these federal judges. They don't care about the Constitution. They're ruling in a political way. There's the proof. If you don't want to see it, people believe what they want to believe. Okay, my job is to tell you what the truth is. So, let's go to Oregon.

Oregon, for the past five months, has been under siege by anarchists in Portland, the law. largest city. They're trying to destroy ICE headquarters. There are threatening ICE agents. And this has been going on almost every day. And you're telling me that the president doesn't have the power to protect federal property and his agents? Come on. That's ridiculous. Right. And that is why the appeals court in San Francisco ruled yesterday that President Ken said in the guard. Now, the radicals who don't want any of that are saying, well, we want another hearing and they'll get it and that's fine. That's fine. Right up to the Supreme Court, that's where I wanted to go. Write it down. Okay. So Portland is a slam bump. How about

Chicago? Well, it is obvious that the local authorities, the police in Chicago, aren't going to protect ICE agents or federal property. That is obvious. I can prove it. And I have gone over this before, but it's worth mentioning again. So you will remember that on October 4th of this, you know, in October now, there was a big confrontation in Chicago between radicals and ICE agents. It was a woman with a gun in her car who tried to ram ICE agents that could kill them, of course. The ICE agent shot the woman, all right? She went to the hospital, she's all right, and then was released by a judge despite the federal government asking that this woman be detained until her trial hearing. No, let her out, okay?

Her name is Merrimar Martinez. She's pledged, not guilty, but she's guilty as hell. Okay, everybody knows she's guilty, including Merrimar. She goes, now, even though the federal government, even though I try to kill ICE agents with your car, I'm letting you out. No. No, that's supporting an insurrection. All right.

So just that alone. But then we have a recording, because when all this happened, the Chicago police were informed. Somebody called 911, and units were on their way to see what was happening regarding the ICE agents and the demonstrators. And this is what the police units were told when they were driving toward the scene of the crime. Go. All right again, per the chief of patrol, we have all the units that, per 999, Chief of Patrol said all units clear out from there. We're not sending anybody over to that location. 62, we're going to clear out as soon as we can, spot.

We're like locked in over here, so we're going to do the best we can to get out of here as soon as we can. So the local Chicago authorities will not protect federal ICE agents. Period. There's no other side to the story. And that order was given by the Chief of Patrol of Chicago, John Hyde. If you're a president, you have to say,

in those authorities. You have to do it. You can't allow this kind of anarchy in danger. So this will happen in Chicago, the Guard. Guard will happen in Portland. Now the Guard is a unit that cannot arrest you, because that's the Posse Comitatis Act, but it can detain, hold you until the local authorities come. Now if the local authorities authorities who will arrest you, the U.S. Marshals will, because the marshals are going to accompany the guard into Chicago and Portland. Because you can't trust the local authorities in Portland or in Chicago. Can't trust them. They're not going to enforce federal law. That goes back to the Constitution. That's why the Founding Fathers put it in there, because they knew there may be

rogue states, and there are now. There's no question about it. that. So President Trump is going to win all of these cases. And the Supreme Court has never, I mean, the three leftist Supreme Court justices, they don't care. But the other six were going to support the president. And I'll just give you one more. In 2013, the New Orleans Police Department, the entire police department was taken over by the federal government. The entire police department. Okay. And that was under Barack Obama. Obama ordered that. that. Why? Because the citizens living in New Orleans were not being protected by the police from violent crime. The cops weren't protecting the people. They just weren't doing it.

That order is still in play for you people living down in New Orleans. 12 years later, it's still there. And there are federal overseers of the New Orleans Police Department. Barack Obama. And that's the memo. You're listening to a special edition of the No Spin News. Now, most Americans at this point in history are emotional. They're making emotional decisions. We hate Trump. We love Trump.

It's all Trump-centric right now. We hate the far-left progressives. We love the far-left progressives. Entire networks devoted to all of that. And they don't care about giving you information. They're just looking for yourself to prop up their point of view so they can make money. We do not do that here. Okay.

And we see that the dishonest corporate media in it solely for money is misleading a lot of people, and that's causing social problems. However, the good news, in my opinion, is that the corporate media is evaporating and quickly, right before our eyes. Most Americans don't understand it. So that leads us to the talking points memo. So this media change is happening very rapidly. And the reason that most Americans aren't aware of it is because the media will not report on itself.

Right? So to them, everybody's doing great because they want to make money. They want your money. They want the sponsors to go in. They want all that. Let me give you some facts. CBS News is in complete uproar. So you'll know that Skydance, a corporation, that is fairly conservative, bought Paramount, which owned CBS, and that includes CBS News.

CBS News was almost 100% liberal just two months ago. 100% down the line, liberal, from CBS News. They never admitted, but they were. I know them all. Now, the executives at Skydance, run by Larry Ellison's son, all, a changing. And that will continue. Now, I don't know if they're ever going to be fair or they're ever going to, I don't know any of that. But they stopped banishing non-liberal voices, which a good thing, except for Jane Pauli on a Sunday morning program, which is an absolute scandal, that program.

Sixty minutes is being revamped. I don't know how long, much longer Scott Pelly can survive, but they're going after it. All right, NBC fired MSNBC. Do you realize that? So Comcast, which owns NBC, fired MSNBC. We don't want you anymore. And now a company named Verset, I don't even know what this company is, V-E-R-S-A-N-T, they run MS now.

Okay, it's not MSNBC any longer, it's MS now, because NBC fired the network, because it was embarrassing, and they weren't making very much money from it. All right, I don't expect any changes there. They're going to go down with the ship, the progressive ship. So no changes, they'll be there, they have no influence. CNN announced yesterday, this is fascinating, just yesterday, Warner Brothers Discovery, that's a huge corporation, entertainment corporation. They own CNN, and they own Turner Classic movies.

I was just watching a horror movie on there last night. Discovery Channel, HBO, and others. Okay? So Warner Bros. Discovery owns all that. They want to sell. They want out. And they'll get, they'll sell. Maybe not all of their properties, but CNN is goner.

Because again, going down, down, down, down. Somebody will buy it. And believe me, those people over there, they're over. on. I don't know if there's one that they'll keep. Because there's nobody over there that's making any money for them. No big stars. Nobody has any traction at all. In the morning, CNN's ratings are lower than a lot of local stations. It's hard to believe. It's a national network. So CNN big changes. ABC Disney, they're under a lot of fire, as you know. We went over it and over and over it. The View, George Stepanopoulos, Jimmy Kimmel, on and on and on.

But I don't expect too many changes at Disney. They make all their money at the theme parks, and their prices are outrageous. And the kids want to go, so the parents take. I understand it all. So I don't think that the Disney Corporation is going to change their point of view, and their point of view is very, very progressive left. I could be wrong. I hope I am. I hope they get a little more fair over there. But I'm not optimistic. Fox News is now 93% conservative. That means almost everyone who watches FNC leans right or is a conservative or is MAGA. It's also very Trump dependent. And the president knows that. He sticks it to Fox News all the time. Like, you know, when they criticize him, because what do you criticize me? I'm a major network. Now, when I was

at Fox, more than 20 years, it was 60% conservative. Now, 93%. But Fox makes a lot of money. And when Trump leaves in three years, I don't know what they're going to do over there. Depends who the new president is, all they're not. But they're profitable. So if the profits start to drop, then they would change, I guess. But right now, they're going to stay where they are, I believe. So, summing up the so-called establishment media is all in a state of flux except for Fox that will stay where it is until Trump leaves. The flux is big. was sampled by 23 million people worldwide that is staggering staggering 23 million people accessed and these are from News Nation stats okay part of all that program but most of them did it on social media on YouTube because News Nation has its own YouTube channel some did it on CW some did it on NewsNation itself Some did it on Sirius because we were across the board, but 23 million. That, I mean, I'm a pretty cocky guy, and I put together the three Americans concept. I knew it was going to work, but I never thought it would work like that. And it was a good show.

It was funny watching a view, ladies, goes, who conservatives are too scared to come on. Yeah, okay, sure. You know, you don't invite them. Okay, you won't invite them. He won't put them on. That's the truth. So we have a situation where this vast change is taking place

underway right now, and Americans don't know about it. They don't know what's happening. Now, the downside of social media is there's no standards. You can say whatever you want. And to pile on, artificial intelligence is about to get into the news information business. That's going to be scary because you'll have no idea what is true or what isn't true. They'll be able to resurrect video. They'll even have phony newscasters on there that look real.

You're not going to know. That's really dangerous. So that'll help me and Bill O'Reilly.com because people will go, yeah, and they'll come here. And I'll let you know if I'm an AI person. I don't think they could possibly even invent somebody as obnoxious as I am, but maybe. All right, some of it up 330 million Americans, right? I'd say more than half of us don't know what the deuce is going on. I have no idea.

Now, a lot of those people don't care. But boy, it's getting dangerous out there. If you don't know, you can be manipulated. And that's the memo. You're listening to a special edition of the No Spin News. So the divide is going to stay and be exploited. People are like a lot of money. Dividing people in the press leaves the league in that.

And one of the big examples is ice. And that is a subject of this evening's talking points memo. Tuesday, New York City, Chinatown. In the late afternoon, a flood of ICE agents, immigration agents, start to question people on the street because everybody in New York knows that many of the street vendors are here illegally. That's how they make a living. They sell stuff on a street, knockoffs, food, whatever it may be.

And ICE, their job is to find and detain people who should not be here. This is a simple job. I mean, you find them and you detain them. And then if there is a due process situation, then it goes to a judge. But there are a number of, let's say, rules for the law. the road here. And people don't know them, but I'm going to tell you that. So this is from the New York Unified Court system. All right. An arrest of an illegal alien can trigger deportation immediately. Doesn't have to be a conviction. Okay. If you are arrested, you can be deported

by the federal government, all right? Under this code, you can look it up yourself. USA.gov. So the U.S. may detain and deport non-citizens who participate in criminal acts. That means you're arrested, not convicted. You're in the system, okay, are a threat to public safety. Any kind of threat, all right? Violate your visa. Obviously, they don't have visas. They snuck across the border and are here under false pretext. tenses. So that's pretty much every illegal alien can be taken in and deported. Now, the ones that don't have arrests or convictions, they're not considered criminal aliens. That's how they divide it up. However, if you get somebody who's associating with criminal aliens, then that person has to go before

an immigration judge. Explain it. Doesn't that make sense to you? All right. So in the Chinatown raid. There were nine people arrested. Nine. Six of the nine have arrests on her sheet. Dope dealing, counterfeiting, serious stuff. Six of the nine. The other three were associating that are all taken in. Just nine. Could have taken in a lot more, trust me. But they took nine in. That caused all kinds of horror as the groups descended on the ICE agents, screaming at them, spitting at them, doing all kinds of illegal things. And that should never have happened. Now, the far left doesn't want any kind of immigration enforcement.

Let me back that up. Rasmussen report just out this week. 70% of Democrats want amnesty for illegal migrants. 70% of the party. They don't care how they got here, what they're doing here. Now, they didn't break it down on criminal, non-criminal, but 70%. So you know the Democratic Party, the liberal wing of America. It does not want ICE tracking down anybody.

That's where we have to start. Okay. I'm not going to go over the poll because that's the big number. On the Republican side, it's 65% want immigration law enforcement. Talk about a divide. There you go. The far left had made it a cause to attack President Trump. And the protesters easily get out of control.

Roll it. We know that you serve and not be the President-President agenda. You are kidnapping at New Yorkers. Run the streets of New York. How do you live with yourself? Ethnic cleansing. Nazi ethnic cleansing, quoting that woman.

You know, she's a loon. Total loon. Emotion driven. Now, the far left and the media says, ICE is provoking all this. No. ICE is doing its job. It's ordered by the Justice Department to find the 15 million foreign nationals that Joe Biden led into the country without any responsibility whatsoever.

Fifteen million. I mean, the worst policy I've ever seen of any president ever, Joe Biden. So, ISIS isn't, in my opinion, inflaming anything the far left is. Let me back it up again. There's a congressman in New York. His name is Dan Goldman. Everybody knows Mr. Goldman is as liberal as it comes. You don't get more left wing than Goldman.

Here's what he says. Go. We cannot tolerate masked agents. This is not a country that condones the KKK. That is what we associate masked individuals abducting people, violently assaulting people. That is not who we are in this country. We are a country of immigrants. If you have committed a crime, you should be deported. But over 70% of the people who are arrested in here have no criminal record. This is outrageous lawlessness that is

a drag net sweeping up U.S. citizens, including children. Mr. Goldman is misleading everybody, all right? Now, I'm not going to call him a liar because I don't think he wants to know the truth. All right, he doesn't wake up in a morning and go, I'm going to lie. He just takes a propaganda and he's fed to him. Now, the 70% stat that he uses comes from an organization called Track, T-R-A-C. It's in Syracuse University, Upstate, New York. Okay, what track is saying is that 70%

of migrants who are being detained by Homeland Security don't have criminal convictions. How could they possibly have criminal convictions? Biden let them in. Okay? They haven't been all caught and adjudicated, but they don't need to be convicted in order to be deported. All you have to do is be arrested.

Now, I don't even think Goldman's smart enough to know that. Now, he's not a smart guy, all right? He's just taking a propaganda fed to him. And it's impossible standard. Convictions? You don't take long it takes to get convicted. And where are you going to put these people? You know, hold them until their trial comes up?

No, they let them go. They don't show up for their hearings. And I'm generalizing, but that's pretty much what it is. This is totally out of control. Goldman doesn't want to deport anybody. He doesn't want to protect anybody. He just wants to attack the opposition. Okay, we did a search, and we tried to find some Democrat during the Biden administration

who spoke out against the open border. Now, we could find one who did it in public. His name is Dean Phillips, you might know him. He ran for president, Minnesota. Here's what he said. Go. The other area I differ with him immensely is our southern border. I've been there twice, Dan.

It is an unmitigated, embarrassing, unforgivable disaster. Okay, so the entire Democratic Party backed Biden's open border, and now this country is paying a halacious price, and that leads to the ICE raids, which again, the Democrats are blaming not on Biden, but on Trump. because most Americans want this to stop. They, why, that's why Trump was elected. The immigration thing was the biggest issue.

And I think bigger than the economy. All right. Now all of this protest amounts to nothing. Nothing. Because Donald Trump's going to do what he wants. You seal the border very successfully. And now ICE is going to continue for the next three years to round up migrants and define their status.

That's what they're going to do. And if you've been arrested, you're going to get deported. And if you have an order of deportation, even if you don't have an arrest, you're going to get deported because the judge signed that order. If our left is going to scream and scream and scream and scream and scream, it will not matter unless a Democrat is elected president next time around, then it will all change. and in the midterms

if the Democrats take control of Congress they could solve the problem by passing immigration law but they won't you know that and that's oh there was a report I got to correct this the AP reported that a hundred ICE agents going to San Francisco
