You're listening to the NoSpin News, Talking Points Edition.
Listen to this schedule. This is today.
Mr. Trump arrives at Tokyo at 4 a.m.
But he doesn't go to the hotel or the embassy wherever he was staying.
He goes to a conference on the phone at 5.30 with the emperor of Japan.
I guess it's up early.
All right, then at 8.30 a.m., he meets with the Prime Minister of Japan.
So Mr. Trump doesn't sleep.
I can tell you that because I do on occasion speak with him late night.
He just doesn't sleep.
All right.
Tomorrow, the president will be in Japan and will speak to U.S. troops aboard the George Washington and Yokosuka.
And then he will go to a dinner with Japanese business leaders.
Then he'll meet with the first prime minister of Japan.
Takechi, I think I'm saying the name correct, but I might not be.
Then on Wednesday, it goes to South Korea.
And then his meetings all over the place there.
On Thursdays, the big deal, he meets with President Xi.
Now, already Treasury Secretary Bessent has signaled that,
that the USA and the United States had the, quote, framework of a trade deal.
Be very cautious with that.
It changes from hour to hour.
So I wrote the message of the day on bill o'Reilly.com.
We hope you access that each morning.
We posted very early for you guys who don't sleep like President Trump.
And, you know, I lay out how important this is for the world.
And as you know, I was in Beijing.
in May, and I discussed this whole thing with the Public Bureau over there.
I was in Beijing at their invitation, and you may remember our reporting about that.
But the Chinese order, you know, these are not nice boys.
All right, and they're a few girls, but not nice boys.
They're, you know, not looking out for us.
But if they can grasp what I gave them, which is a partnership for peace and prosperity
between China and the United States, the world becomes a much safer and more prosperous place.
That is what Mr. Trump is aiming for.
And as you know, I debriefed the president on my return to the United States from China.
Okay.
So the whole thing hinges on benefit.
China's got 1.5 million people.
They do not have 401Ks or gold cards.
They cannot refinance their mortgages for the most part.
Maybe in Shanghai and Beijing, but not in the countryside.
They are poor.
They have to eat.
In order to eat, they have to sell stuff.
and the United States far and away the biggest market.
So China needs us.
We need them to calm it all down, the rare earth stuff, on and on.
So there's mutual benefit.
But the big thing that I am praying President Trump can accomplish is to have Xi back away from Putin.
Because the Chinese are propping Putin up, enabling him to continue.
slaughtering innocent people in Ukraine.
The Chinese pull out of that, Putin's in major trouble.
You can attach that to a trade deal.
Possible.
Very difficult.
All right.
Now, President Trump knows his entire legacy, which is very important to him,
hinges on prosperity in America.
That's America first.
Prosperity.
If he gets a favorable trade deal with China, our prosperity rises because other deals will come in.
All of this angst will calm down.
This is the thinking, and I believe that.
If he doesn't, then his turbulence continues.
The Chinese building up its armed forces, threatening Taiwan.
All it is can be worked out if the two countries enter into this partnership that I have been
promoting.
I don't know whether it'll happen.
I can predict it.
I can predict the next mayor of New York City, and I'll tell you about that coming up.
I can't predict whether she and Trump will get to a place that benefits both countries.
I know the Chinese want a deal.
I know Trump wants a deal.
It's not like Putin.
Putin is insane.
And I mean that literally.
Okay?
She's not.
She wants to go down as the greatest Chinese leader since Mao.
And if you read Confronting Evil, you'll know what Mao did.
She's not going to do it that way.
He can't.
He can't kill 20 million of his own people as Mao did.
But he wants to go down as this big hero.
And in order to do that, he's got to have a vibrant Chinese economy.
Both countries have a lot to gain here and a lot to lose.
All right?
So we are on the story.
I am way ahead of it.
So I hope you will check in with us all this week.
Thursday is the big day.
And cautiously optimistic.
You're listening to a special edition of the Note

So China looms on Thursday, as I mentioned, but the Chinese have not confirmed that meeting
is what they always do.
So China is a whole different scenario than the United States.
And China won't confirm a meeting until it's underway.
So they have their own system.
I don't object to it if Donald Trump tells me he's meeting with the Chinese, then he's meeting with the Chinese, unless something blows up.
And that's always a possibility.
But this isn't Putin.
The Chinese government is much more disciplined than the Russian government, because there's only one guy that matters in the Russian government.
And in the Chinese government, yes, she is the leader, but believe me, there are guys underneath him that have.
power. In fact, you may have noticed, and we did report it, that last week, she wiped out
seven generals. Now, I banished them. That tells me that a little discontent in Beijing.
Not sure. We don't get any information about it. We do know those generals and some other
civilians were banished. They're out. Okay. So when Donald Trump meets with President
Xi, it's likely that Xi will give up the fentanyl stuff. And that's what I talked to the Chinese
about last May. It's likely that will be, because that's easy for China. China had to make a lot of
money from it. They make the precursors to fentanyl. And that's a big thing for Donald Trump.
Okay. So they'll give Trump that. And then in return, President Trump will slash some of the tariffs
on Chinese goods because China needs our market. Beyond that, I don't know. I'm hoping that they can make
some kind of Putin thing where China would back away. Now, last week, China cut its purchases of
Russian oil somewhat. I think that was in response to America, but I'm not sure. Very, very
hard to get inside stuff until after it happens. As soon as a deal is made, I will not.
know. Okay. Back here, this is a very interesting story. So according to an online newsletter called
status, the boss of CNN, Mark Thompson, ordered his anchors to knock off the White House
renovation criticism and concentrate on a far more important story, the Asian trip.
Now, I can't confirm that. It's anonymously sourced, but I think it's true.
Okay? And that sends a pretty big signal on a number of fronts, that the corrupt media in
America is frightened. And we'll get into that a little bit later.
On the Asian trip itself, I'm not as optimistic as Donald Trump is, but I am thinking that things may work our way.
And I said that last night on News Nation.
Go.
If China will pull away from Putin, because China has propped up Putin.
Putin by buying Putin's oil. Already I understand the Chinese have cut back buying Russian oil.
They're not going to do it 100 percent, but they're sending signals.
Any chance you're misreading the signals bill?
Sure, absolutely.
My sources are the best in the world, but the Chinese are so secretive and they, you know, nobody ever says a declarative sentence in the whole country.
Yeah, that's true.
You can't ask a question and get an answer.
People are too afraid.
They're not going to tell you anything.
And the government is like, you know,
I don't know.
And the Chinese are not nice boys,
as I wrote in the message of the day yesterday.
So they can do anything.
Now, right at this point,
most of the television anchors
and analysts and pundits would tell you, we'll see. How many times have you heard that?
Well, we'll see. That's not news analysis. That's bilge, B-I-L-G-E, word of the day.
I never say, or try never to say, we'll see. Of course, we'll see. Why am I wasting your time with trivialities?
Let's just review, and then we'll get on to another fascinating story.
President Trump believes he'll be successful in negotiating a deal with China.
I am fairly optimistic that he is correct.
However, there are a lot of things that could happen,
but we're not going to see things will unfold,
and we will report them here,
accurately.
You're listening to a special edition of the No Spin News.
The talking points memo now is about the disintegrating Democratic Party.
Now I don't want to overstate this, but the Dems are in trouble.
So there is a think tank named Welcome, welcome.
It's funded by left-wing money, Michael Bloomberg, Samuel Walton, Reed Hoffman, James,
Merdoch, all left-wingers. They pump a lot of money into this political action committee.
So his study, and thousands of Americans, said, what do you think about the Democratic Party?
It wasn't all Democrats now across the board. 70% of Americans believe, according to this study,
Democratic Party is, quote, out of touch. All right, that number was 51% in 2013.
when Barack Obama was president.
So the Democratic Party from 51-half
thought it was out of touch back under Obama
is now 70.
That's a catastrophe.
Now, there are strongholds of progressive thought,
Boston, New York, L.A., San Francisco, Chicago,
that kind of thing.
But the mass of people are going,
you know what, this party's not doing it for us.
Now, let me get specific about the same.
study. So the people who are objecting to the Democratic point of view object to
protecting migrants, top issue. They don't like the Democrats are doing that. Insisting on
tax increases. At Desjardin, we speak business. We speak startup funding and comprehensive game

The fight back starts here.
And yes, bring the popcorn.
Okay, because Democrats want to raise taxes, all right, involved with the gay trans stuff,
that's hurt them, the Democratic Party, and basically being woke and politically correct
all the time.
Okay.
So that's where the Democrats stand.
They have a very weak hand.
Jersey might vote for a Republican next Tuesday.
That happens.
That's a big signal.
In Virginia, I don't think the Republican candidate's going to win.
The governorship, it's not impressing me very much.
But Jersey, Chittarelli,
could win.
Okay.
On a GOP side, just for your frame of reference,
they have a 65% negative rating with America,
65%, 5 points, less than the Democrats of being out of touch.
So you can see that Americans don't like either party.
That's because it's too much games, too many games going.
but the Republicans, 5% is a significant amount,
particularly because the big urban centers,
that's where people are.
New York is 8.5 million people.
Okay.
Can the Democrats reverse it?
I don't know how.
They don't have a leader, a strong leader.
Kamala Harris?
Come on.
Newsom?
He's as progressive as you get.
Who's going to be the leader
that brings the...
Democratic Party back.
Federman?
Senator from Pennsylvania?
I don't think so.
So that's the problem, the leadership problem.
Obviously, Republicans don't have that.
They have a very strong leader in Donald Trump.
So, sum it on up.
If the Trump administration and the Republican Party
can get the food under control,
the sweep it.
next november that's the memo you're listening to a special edition of the no spin news
the talking points memo is about the precise nature of the trip so the president landed in
dc about three o'clock this afternoon you get a day coming back when you travel to asia
because you lose a day going out this is the international date line and all of you should know
but you weren't taught in schools, so just look it up.
The president, the major headline, is soybeans.
I don't even know what a soybean is.
Do you? I know they know in the Midwest, and they grow them,
but China's going to buy a lot of American soybeans,
which is, I guess, a good thing.
China's going to pause restrictions on selling earth materials to the U.S.
for a year. That gives us time to ramp up other deals with Australia and people who have the
rare earth stuff we need. All right, China is going to help stop fentanyl smuggling. That's a little
nebulous for me. All right, they'll buy U.S. oil harvested in Alaska. That's big, because that could
impact Putin directly. In return, President Trump lowered a lot of the tariffs on Chinese good
so they can sell here
which China desperately needs
to do. Two-hour
meeting. I hit it right on the nose
on News Nation last night. If you watch me
with the Cuomo, I said it's going to two hours.
That's it. We're not done in two
hours, but they didn't do
the Putin thing and all that.
But the president has invited
Xi to
the USA and Mr. Trump says
he will visit China in April.
Long way away.
All right. But it looks
like things are heading in a positive direction, right? Am I being partisan here? I don't think so.
Here's what Mr. Trump said on Air Force. One on the way back. Go.
I thought it was an amazing meeting. He's a great leader, a leader of a very powerful,
very strong country in China. And we, what can I say? We have, it was an outstanding
a group of decisions i think that was made okay you expect that right so uh any other human
being when they land at three o'clock and then they get back to the white house take a nap
not donald trump he's having a holiday Halloween thing tonight at the dead
why it's crazy crazy all right but anyway i congratulate and i told them i told the president this
I said, look, six days over there, I did a lot.
And I just thinking back to the previous president, I don't want to harp on it.
But come on.
Even you far left progressives, come on.
You know, be honest.
It's ridiculous.
The whole thing is crazy.
So right away, you go to CNN, and I go there.
Now I don't even watch MS because that's just, and I'm going to prove it once for all a little later on the broadcast.
But that's just, it's not even worth the dial here.
But CNN has Jerry Brown on former governor, California, roll of tape.
He likes the big deal.
But remember, he's the one that stirred the pot.
They created all these tariffs in the first place, particularly on China.
So now if he can pull them off in relationship to other agreements, all to the good.
But let's remember, this is not even a problem until Trump started.
When you support Movember, you're not just fundraising.
You're showing up for the men you love.
Your dad, your brother, your partner, your friends.
It isn't just a men's issue.
It's a human one.
That's why Movember exists to change the face of men's health.
From mental health and suicide prevention to prostate and testicular cancer research and early detection,
Movember is tackling the biggest health issues facing men today.
Join the movement and donate now at Movember.com.
You know, Jerry Brown's a smart man. He did a pretty good job in California. He actually ran a surplus there. But that is one of the dumbest statements that governor has ever made. Now, Governor here, I'm talking to you. When Joe Biden left office, the trade imbalance was $773 billion. That means $773 billion was going out of America.
of foreign countries, like China, every blank in year, and Trump created it, a mine.
The reason we have a $38 trillion debt is because we spend far too much money.
Too much money is leaving the country because the trade deals were crooked.
And Trump realizes that as a business man comes in and goes,
I don't have to do this anymore.
We're going to have a level.
Why are we running a deficit to support the whole world?
And Brown goes on and goes,
Trump created the problem?
And of course, the CNN anchor,
you know, no idea.
None.
Okay.
Australia, the guy named Gray,
Greg Sheridan, he's the editor, a foreign editor of a newspaper called the Australian, is what he says.
But this was a clear win for China today, a clear, unequivocal, massive defeat for Donald Trump.
So Trump around Asia is flattering everybody.
Trump seems to think the only methods of human intercourse are to flatter or to be flattered.
And when he thinks he's stronger than you, he demands that you flatter him and make ridiculous nominations of him for the Nobel Peace Prize.
I mean, that's just another incredibly stupid comment.
Okay?
So it's a massive defeat for Donald Trump.
He gets favorable trade deals from Malaysia, Cambodia, Japan, and Korea, and it's a massive defeat.
Now, China, you got to watch them.
I don't know how many soybeans they're going to buy.
Do I have any confidence in knock off the fentanyl?
stuff? No. But they say they will, and if they don't, you got them. Will they buy American
oil? Yeah, they will. But it's a massive defeat, because this is what this guy wants.
And he's still employed. He's the foreign editor for a major newspaper in Australia. Man.
Okay. They didn't get to talk about Putin. Putin's the big one.
China could emasculate Putin.
I assume that will be ongoing, but they didn't get to it.
And I think that frustrated Donald Trump.
But we're following it.
We have the best sources on this in the country by far.
By far.
And that's a memo.
Thank you for listening.
