Welcome to this very special edition of the NOSBIN News for Friday the 13th, 2019.
So we usually don't do programs on Friday because I am otherwise occupied with books and other things like that.
So I decided to do one today to give you an immediate reaction to the Democratic debate last night,
which is very important for you as the American citizen who cares about his or her country.
And the big winner last night was Donald Trump.
He was the winner of the debate because none of the 10 on the stage stood out.
So we have a number of things to tell you about it, and I think you'll find it interesting.
and I don't come at this from a partisan point of view, as you may know, I'm a registered
independent. So Biden got the most amount of time in the debate. He got 17 minutes.
Warren got 16 minutes, 33 seconds. Booker got 1447, because Booker is very loquacious,
word of the day, talking of loquacious. Then Bernie Sanders clocked into 1353. Sanders had it was
horse last night. Didn't have anything new to say at all. Then it went down from that. Camala Harris
got 1330, Castro 1122, and whatever. So I'm going to run down the bigger pictures first and then
the specifics. So the ABC News moderators, two of them were not really
journalistically inclined. George Stephanophilus, as you may know, former chief of staff to Bill Clinton,
and he's on Good Morning America, and he does a Sunday show. Now, Staphanophon is a bright man,
I know him, but he's certainly not a journalist, and he is certainly rooting for the Democratic Party.
So why he was there, I have no idea. Secondly, Jorge Ramos, who turned out to be the best
questioner is a activist. He's not a journalist any longer, Jorge. He's an activist for Hispanics.
Latinx, I think is the new phrase. But Jorge was far and away the best questioner last night,
as you'll see. The other two, David Muir, is an anchorman. And Lindsay Davis, I don't really
know her very well, her work. She was all right, but she was heavy into the, uh,
racism stuff, being African-American, I guess. To me, I would have rather heard about the economy.
Did you notice there weren't any questions about the economy at all from ABC? None. So we got
climate change, we got hate Trump, we got racism, we got health care like crazy,
we ain't in the economy. That's not an accident. So ABC News solidly rooted,
for a Democrat to win the presidency next time around.
No question about it.
And that's Disney.
Okay, that's a big, huge, powerful corporation.
The moderators themselves were not interested in eliciting answers.
All they wanted to do was get their questions out, with the exception of Mr. Ramos.
Mr. Ramos actually wanted an answer.
The other three really didn't want any answers.
And so you could have said anything to that.
They could have said, what'd you have for lunch?
And you could say, you know, breakfast is the best meal of the day.
It's the most important.
You've got to get nutrition in the morning.
I asked you, would you have lunch?
Those three, all right, Steppenopoulos, Muir, and Ms. Davis, no way.
I don't know if they were even listening to the answers.
Now, to me, that just wastes my time.
As an American, as a viewer.
So you ask, and Elizabeth Warren is the biggest evader of them all,
You ask Ms. Warren a question, very simple question.
She doesn't answer it.
So to me, I'd stop her, halt her halfway through and say, are you going to answer this?
You got a minute 40 or whatever may be, a minute 20.
You're not even close to answering that.
I would do that, which is why I don't moderate the debates.
Okay.
Donald Trump was the winner because nobody stepped up in a way that captured the imagination
of non-partisans, which is what you need to win the presidency.
All right, I'm going to take a quick break.
Then we'll be back with mail, and my final thought on Joe Biden.
Roll it.
If you are over the age of 50, I have an important message for you.
There's a true alternative to AARP, the liberal retirement group,
that lobbies in favor of progressive policies.
For less than $20 a year, an AMAC membership gives you members-only,
pricing on car insurance, roadside assistance, discounts on hotels and travel, cell phone
plans, discount dental plans, and on and on and on and on. So please join more than one million

So it's due to the mail, Susan Heard, Longview, Texas.
Thank you for your debate tweets, Bill.
You're welcome, Susan.
They kept me informed and kept my mental health intact.
And we try to use a little humor on that.
I hope people dialed in to the Tweet Fest last night.
James Seidel, Arlington, Texas.
Anyone in the debate shocked you with how well they did?
No.
I don't think anybody who was particular.
charismatic or impressive. They were politicians. James concierge member, thank you, James,
they keep praising Obama and Obamacare. I thought Obamacare was a disaster, not even from a
conservative point of view, just in general. Didn't it do horrible? No, I mean, Obamacare
took care of people who couldn't afford health insurance. He gave it to them free or heavily
subsidized. And that's still in play. The federal mandate has been knocked out where you have to
buy health care in America. You don't have to anymore. But prices of health care rose under
Obamacare. So a lot of people thought it was a disaster. Brad Dorman, Melville, New York,
Bill, I bought tickets for the Paramount Show on December 15th. Is Dennis Miller with you? No.
Now, it's a show called Understanding Trump at the Paramount Theater in Huntington, as Brad
pointed out, December 15th. Tickets are selling very briskly. So if you're around the
island and New York City, whatever, come on out. It's going to be a blast. And Brad
has taken his mother, it's going to be 80 years old. So we'll have a good time. Mom will
have a good time. Okay. Michael Gentry, Tyler, Texas. I'm at
Sometimes Twitter warrior fighting for my freedom.
Occasionally I would like to post excerpts from your message of the day on Twitter.
You can.
Just give me credit.
I don't mind you doing that.
Dorothy Corbett, South Nyack, New York.
Bill, when will the Trump books be shipped to us premium and concierge members?
We are starting shipping early next week.
The United States Trump comes out 24th September.
You guys will get it first.
Early next week, we'll start.
Another quick break, and I'll be back with a final thought on Joe Biden.
You have been hearing about gold all over the news.
Prices keep going up.
Experts are warning.
A recession is here.
It's time to prepare.
A recent analyst this week says he sees gold going up hundreds of dollars per ounce to hit 1,700.
That's why I recommend you check out the Hartford Gold Group to learn more.
To get you started, the Hartford Gold Group will gift you a free silver coin.

Okay, Joe Biden, I continue to say we'll be running against Donald Trump, unless Michelle Obama jumps in at the last minute or something like that.
He's gotten by the first three. There are like 10 more.
he's befuddled. There's no doubt about it. He'll have a hard time one-on-one against Trump
on the debate stage. But he's running as a return to Barack Obama. Joe Biden is running
like, I'm going to bring back Barack Obama. You'll see more and more of that coming up.
So of all of them, he is the biggest threat to President Obama. I do not believe the
socialist can beat him, and nobody else has a chance. We'll see you on Monday.
