I live 20 miles from Manhattan, and housing prices have jumped in my suburban neighborhood about 20% since March, as affluent people flee the city. The exodus is so intense that it's difficult to book a moving van before October, with hundreds of thousands of high-volume taxpayers leaving L.A. and NYC, the largest and second-largest cities in the country will soon face bankruptcy. then they will petition for federal help, municipal welfare. So citizens in, say, Wyoming, and every other state will see their tax dollars flow into places where liberal mismanagement has brought disaster. The flight from urban centers is not just a COVID play. It is fueled by anarchy in the streets as the far left has succeeded in demonizing law enforcement. With the help of some brutal cops like those under arrest in Minneapolis. Yes, black lives do matter, but so does social order, and that has collapsed in some American cities. So when voting in November,

you might consider the big picture right in front of you. Whoever wins will absolutely have to deal with growing street violence and racial tension, a bleak prospect. To be sure. Now this.
