On this Thursday, I am still thinking about what Michelle Obama said this week at the Democratic Convention. Quote, Joe Biden wants our kids to be able to go to a movie or a math class without a being afraid of being shot, unquote. Although Mrs. Obama did not say it, she must be talking about

poor children of color. In my suburban New York neighborhood, for example, no child is threatened by gunfire. But in Michelle Obama's hometown, Chicago, more than 25,000 mostly African Americans were shot while her husband served as president. 25,000 hundreds were innocent children. So I asked Michelle Obama a very simple question. Exactly what did the Obama administration, your husband, Joe Biden, do to stop the gun violence in poor neighborhoods of Chicago?

I am not aware of one thing. and I've closely followed this story for more than a decade because I believe it is overtly racist that poor Americans are terrorized by drug gangs. Well, authorities do little to stop it. Joe Biden may want to protect poor children, as Mrs. Obama asserts, but in eight years as vice president, what did he actually do? And the answer is nothing.
