On this Tuesday, last night, President Joe Biden delivered his final major address at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago. It wasn't a speech of importance, but an homage to himself. It's all nonsense, of course, but Mr. Biden, is entitled to go out the way he wants, and mocking him really doesn't get us anywhere at this
