I'm pretty disciplined. But 48% of Americans are now considered obese, not. not Zoftig, German word, obese. How can that be? Well, it's easy because sugar is in everything Americans consume. So if you go to Japan, and I've been there a few times, there's not nearly as much
Starting point is 00:01:49 sugar in the food, and you have very few obese people in Japan. So it's not the pasta, although pasta does turn to sugar. Bread, we eat a lot of bread here. That turns to sugar. But everything, breakfast, cereals, beverages, and the diet stuff's worse than the sugar stuff. So we don't even know what we're consuming. Look at the labels. If it goes over 9g grams of sugar, you don't want it. So recently I went to the doctor and I told you this, and I have high blood sugar. So I have to knock out all of sugar. And it hasn't been that hard. It really hasn't been that hard. I got a little substitute things, you know, that taste good. But I'm not real anxious to get diabetes, and horrible affliction. So in America, we've got to be sugar conscious. We've got to
