On this Monday, I am thinking about my blood sugar. Okay, let me put this into perspective. I tell my audience on bill o'Reilly.com, and I hope you check that website out. that there are three vital things you must have in your life. One, a good doctor, somebody who likes you, somebody you can get on the phone. And that translates to a dentist as well, but the dentist is not as important as a doctor. Number two, a good accountant, somebody who does your taxes and who's honest. And third, a good lawyer. Again, somebody who likes you, who you can get on the phone.

So this week I went to my doctor. I think she's the best doctor in the world. And she told me I have very high blood sugar and I got to knock out all the sugar in my life. I'm a dessert guy. This is painful. But I'm going to do it. Because if I don't do it, that means diabetes is looming. So I am going to walk away from the sugar. But there's sugar in everything. If you look at the labels, it's almost incredible that everything you eat has sugar. But I'm knocking it out.
